MAIN WANTS: PUZZLER BUNDLE & HEROINES BUNDLE
I will try respond to all offers, but please don't try offer games with a big price difference. I like to keep trades as even as possible, unless you're willing to overpay on your own accord.
I could sell via paypal, but I would much rather stick to games for games, or games for steam items i.e TF2 Keys, CS:GO keys, game skins.
For Rocket league credits, I'll swap for anything that looks like I'll play. Have plenty still to trade. You will
need 2FA enabled on epic to be able to trade credits, + if you're on a Free2Play account you need to have purchased 500 credits or eSports tokens before, and this is Steam/Epic only, no console!

2023.06.08 16:13 reys_saber Seeking Career Guidance: Recovering from Burnout, Unsure of Next Move.
I hope you can lend me your guidance and advice as I navigate a crucial point in my career. As a Master Plumber with 18 years of experience, I recently made the difficult decision to leave my position at a residential service and repair company. The primary reasons for my departure were a relentless work schedule, safety concerns, and an overall feeling of burnout.
During my time there, I found myself working an exhausting 70+ hours per week. Despite repeatedly mentioning the faulty breaks on my company van to the owner, no action was taken until it nearly caused a serious incident. Additionally, my helper experienced a harrowing incident of attempted mugging at a gas station, and the company owner dismissed his concerns, insisting he return to work. On top of these safety concerns, the flat rate pricing book was inaccurate, leaving us to handle our own estimates. The accumulation of these factors ultimately led to my burnout.
Having not worked for almost three weeks now, I am fortunate to have savings that could support my wife (she also works a full time government job with great pay and benefits) and me for up to a year and a half, granting me some time for reflection. However, I am eager to find a new career path that reignites my passion and enthusiasm.
To give you a better understanding of my background, here's a breakdown of my previous roles:
- MEP Contractor (13 years): I started as an apprentice plumber, acquired my Journeyman's license, and subsequently obtained my Master Plumber license. Over time, I transitioned into the role of Plumbing/Piping BIM Coordinator and eventually delved into plumbing design. In addition, I worked as an instructor for the company's apprenticeship program during evening classes and taught blueprint reading at a local community college. Unfortunately, the workload and toxic company culture took a toll, leading to burnout.
- Maintenance Plumber for a Local School System: While this job seemed ideal for someone approaching retirement, I encountered frustration as administration often instructed me to "hide in a mechanical room" during slow periods, leaving me feeling unproductive and inefficient.
- Plumbing Sales at a Supplier: Although I enjoyed the role, the company's work environment resembled a close-knit club where promotions were primarily based on favoritism rather than merit.
- Plumbing Estimator: Small mom and pop shop, I built a flat rate pricing guide from scratch, revamped the company's website, and managed social media activities. I advised the owner to simplify their business focus to plumbing rather than branching out into multiple areas, as it exposed them to unnecessary risk. Through strategic adjustments, we improved profitability. However, tensions arose when I suggested the owner separate their business and personal finances. Subsequently, I was unexpectedly laid off shortly before Christmas.
My last place of employment was an increasingly toxic environment that was taking a toll on both my personal life and well-being. The constant lack of sleep due to demanding hours only worsened the situation. The owner’s relentless focus on money often overshadowed employee welfare and resulted in an unhealthy work atmosphere.
Furthermore, the dispatching system was plagued with disorganized chaos, leading to inefficiencies and frustration among the team. Material deliveries to job sites were frequently delayed, causing unnecessary delays in completing projects and further exacerbating the already stressful work environment.
Perhaps the most challenging aspect was the owner’s aggressive nature when confronted with any concerns or suggestions. This hostile response created a hostile atmosphere that hindered open communication and problem-solving.
With all these factors combined, I realized it was time to prioritize my well-being and my marriage, which led me to leave the job. Now, I find myself at a crucial juncture, uncertain about the next steps to take in my career.
Considering my previous experiences and recent burnout, I’m not keen on starting my own business or joining a union due to the absence of one in my area. Following the burnout I experienced in my last job, I am eager to find ways to recover faster and make the best decisions for my future. Currently, I am contemplating roles such as manufacturing maintenance tech, maintenance supervisor, or exploring remote plumbing designer positions on LinkedIn. In the past, I have applied to and interviewed for the position of building inspector, at two different counties near me… made it through all of the interviews, but ultimately another candidate was chosen.
My mind still feels somewhat foggy, and I want to ensure that I make well-informed choices. Any advice, suggestions, or personal experiences you can share would be immensely valuable in helping me chart a new course. I appreciate your support, and thank you in advance for your insights!
Sorry for the long post.

2023.06.08 15:57 WhoBeStank How bad is life actually in the Air Force for the average bear?
Vet with a great job and salary and I look back at this reddit and air force "news" regularly.
Does anyone else notice how poor the incentives of the Air force are currently?
In the last 4ish years there has been issues with inflation/gas/price gauging/housing crisis/pandemic all of that plus endless loopholes for what little is left and CCAF still down.
I'm not rich by any means but I'm pretty well off with amazing benefits (+VA disability) and I cant imagine trying to survive in 2023.
How does the typical airman survive this hellscape? (if at all) And has this become the new normal?

2023.06.08 15:51 Nana_923 Reducing Heavy Equipment Fuel Costs Equipment Planet Equipment
| How to reduce heavy equipment fuel costs? Doing everything you can to reduce your gasoline costs is always a good idea, even when gas prices are low. The list of recommendations for cutting equipment fuel expenses can be found below. https://preview.redd.it/o6ugcq1dus4b1.jpg?width=348&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=071fc097058840079421a0f50b15553f38bc5e10 Advice on How to Lower Equipment Fuel Costs? - Develop machine operators—Machine operators are essential for cutting fuel costs. Train drivers avoid driving too fast or braking suddenly, as these actions might increase fuel consumption.
- Shorten idling periods. Idling a machine for an extended period of time can raise fuel costs by up to 50% and shorten the life of the engine oil by up to 75%. When operated at a constant speed, heavy machinery operates more efficiently; frequent braking and acceleration burns more fuel. It is useful to consider that compared to city miles, highway miles (i.e., continuous use) are more fuel-efficient (inconsistent use). For drivers, we recommend establishing an idle policy that can be monitored through idle reports.
- Avoid speedy acceleration. Machines use 40% more gasoline when operators accelerate quickly. Encourage them to stay away from “jackrabbit starts,” which can result in higher fuel use and more dangerous pollutants.
- Don’t drive too fast—Not only is driving too fast risky, it also wastes fuel. Encourage equipment drivers to operate their vehicles evenly and gently instead.
- Carry a reasonable amount of weight; carrying too much strains the engine of your car and reduces fuel efficiency. Reduce extra weight if you can to get better gas mileage.
- Create effective weekday plans – Planning will help you save a lot of money on gas. For instance, make sure staff members take the quickest detours with the fewest obstructions. A excellent approach is to examine each machine’s usage to see if there is a more effective alternative (using one dozer instead of two, for example, or using a giant wheel loader bucket).
- Get regular tune-ups—Performing maintenance tasks like oil changes, air filter replacements, and brake inspections helps prolong the life of your equipment and save your fuel costs.
- It’s crucial to maintain optimum tire pressure For machinery with wheels, it’s to maintain proper air pressure in the tires. Your annual gasoline bill may increase by up to two weeks if you have poor tires. Keep the right tension on the tracks for tracked machinery.
- Select the right machine and size for the job – By avoiding using an engine that is larger than required, you can save money on fuel. Similar to overworking a machine, utilizing a smaller machine than recommended will result in more wear and expensive repairs. In the long run, using the wrong attachment or equipment could require more work, which requires more fuel. See the following list of 9 essential queries to ask before renting heavy machinery.

2023.06.08 15:47 domo_s204 What's the deal with Oshawa Costco?
Was in the area yesterday around 6-7:30pm and decided to stop off at Costco. Must say it was the best Costco experience I've ever had. Tons of parking, barely any line up, samples readily available, not a million people at the food court. Also didn't have to wait at all for gas.
Did I go during an off time or is your Costco always like this? I frequent Costco in the GTA and York on a weekly basis and it's always a zoo, from opening to close.

2023.06.08 15:29 clb1016 [WTS] Perroz Plate Carrier; P365XL Grip Module, 15rd Mags, Griffin Threaded Barrel; Complete 16" midlength upper; misc AR parts and things; Price drops and new things added!
Timestamp:
https://imgur.com/a/l4DNkYK Photos are in the timestamp album above.
Perroz Low Profile Slick Plate Carrier, Large, Ranger Green Includes the laser-cut cumberbund, 3x 5.56 mag pouch, and slim shoulder pads. Size large. Some salt but perfectly functional.
$250 shipped $225 shipped $200 shipped P365XL OEM Grip Module and Mags OEM grip module, 2x OEM 15 round mags, Talon Granulate on everything.
$125 shipped $115 shipped Will take $80 shipped for the two mags, $30 shipped for the grip module, or $100 shipped for all Griffin Armament P365XL Threaded Barrel with Micro-Carry Comp I have fired exactly 55 rounds through this, picked it up on here a while ago; previous owner said they had <200 rounds through it. In good shape, very minimal salt.
$135 shipped $125 shipped $115 shipped sold to u/Foxtrot4321 FN Takeoff M4 Stock This was taken off of my SRP G2 as soon as I came home from my FFL.
$25 shipped Magpul AFG, M-Lok Very little salt, is as you would expect.
$15 shipped Vortex Crossfire II Minimal salt, I think the only firearm this has ever been on and actually been fired is my Ruger 22/45 Lite. Comes with both mounts, the star hex key thing, battery installed, and rubber lens cap.
$100 shipped 16" Complete Upper There's a lot to go over here. In ( ) beside each part, I am going to list the
approximate new price for reference. I tried to check at least 3 vendors for every item and went with the lowest advertised price.
- Muzzle device: Helius Tactical 1776 Brake ($17.76). I have put 0 rounds through this, got it on here a couple of years ago now. Installed with a jam nut because jam nut > crush washer. Timed properly (or the best I could get it, anyway).
- Barrel: Roscoe Bloodline, 16", Midlength gas, 5.56 Nato ($135). I have put 0 rounds through this. Previous owner said ~300.
- Gas Block: Kaw Valley adjustable gas block ($30). This has 0 rounds through it, which means it will need adjusted if purchased; you will need to remove the handguard and adjust the gas block to your buffeammunition; because of this, the handguard has not been torqued to spec yet; if you want me to do this for you using my H1 buffer and various available ammunition types I have, I can but I will charge you for it.
- Gas tube: Unknown, appears to be a melonite? ($15). See Rosco barrel above.
- Upper receiver: Aero Precision, non-M4E1 ($70). See Rosco barrel above.
- Handguard: Midwest Industries G4M15 ($210). This was taken off of my FN SRP G2. Very light salt. Was on the FN for <100 rounds.
- Dust Cover: Strike Industries Overmolded ($20). See Rosco barrel above.
- Forward Assist: Strike Industries "Strike" ($20). See Rosco barrel above.
- Charging Handle: Breek Arms Warhammer ($45). Very low salt, 0 rounds on this upper, was on my FN for <100 rounds.
- BCG: Toolcraft Nitride C158, w/Logo ($83). This has 0 rounds through it. It has never been installed in an upper other than this one. I bought it for this upper less than 2 weeks ago, haven't shot it yet.
The total cost to build this upper buying new parts, before any shipping and/or tax, would be approximately $646. It will include the pictured 5 slot poly M-Lok rail. I am asking
$450 shipped with the BCG and charging handle, not looking to separate these unless person who buys upper does not want them. If you want any of the add ons below (such as the rail covers), or something like the Crossfire II above, let me know and we can see what we can work out.
ADD ONS - Helius Tactical 1776 Brake, Stainless Steel: $10. Can include a jam nut or crush washer, but I only have black.
- ERGO Adjustable Gas Block set screws: $2 for each package. Bought these, ended up not needing. There is a 4 pack of set screws for the bottom of a gas block to keep in place on barrel, and 3 of the set screws to adjust the gas itself. I do not know if these are made in a "universal" size, but their website shows the necessary info.
- TruGlo Glock front sight tool: $5
- BCM M-Lok rail covers: $1 each. I have 15; please note that one single cover was cut into a 3 slot and 2 slot section to mount the AFG above, but they function just fine.
- FN Takeoff A2 birdcage: $5. Will include a jam nut or crush washer, whichever you prefer.
Housekeeping Notes, PLEASE READ Everything is sold "or best offer". Comment with "dibs", "pm", etc and then PM me; chats will be ignored. "Dibs" implies you are taking it at the above listed price. As of this time, I am not willing to accept any forms of payment other than PayPal unless the buyer has flair that is equal to or greater than mine. As typical, no notes on PayPal.
Another note: I work third shift. I go to bed around 1200/noon EST and sleep until 2000/8pm EST, give or take.

2023.06.08 15:28 GoStockGo Enterprise Group (TSX: E, OTCQB : ETOLF) Earnings Exceeded Expectations And More to Come
| When you finish reading this article, you may well kick yourself. The good news is that the Enterprise Group, Inc. (TSX: E) (OTCQB: ETOLF) growth is just getting started. While hindsight is 20/20, the future looks very bright for this consolidator of energy services (including specialized equipment rental to the energy/resource sector), including one of the first companies to build and release systems and plans to drastically lower GHG emissions of resource companies. (Opened in Apr 2022). https://preview.redd.it/0wqejckrps4b1.jpg?width=1024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6ae3ff40c297efc18149bb0ed961d91037dae088 Cool as that is, it isn’t the good part the graph below shows the price growth of Enterprise (orange line on the graph below) over the last two years against all the major indices (group like a rainbow at the bottom). If you bought the shares a couple of years ago, congrats. The second-best time is today. I will give you the most up-to-date info and stats. If you don’t come out with a positive attitude about the shares, I can’t help you. I will list the salient reasons why a little (or a lot) of the Company should be in your portfolio. Over and above the fact it smoked the major US Indices. These points will be in some order, but all are powerful forces to grow the Company. - The shares closed on Friday, May 26th, 2023, at CDN 0.475 cents—a 52-week high.
- If you bought the shares two years ago, they cost around CDN 0.20 (Returns later).
- FY 2022 Earnings of CDN 0.05 (Next fact is impressive)
- Q1 2023 Earnings of CDN 0.06 a share.)
- To date, the Company has purchased and canceled nearly 11 million Enterprise shares at an average cost of CDN 0.24
- ENTERPRISE management puts much time and effort into the company’s growth, mainly for its shareholders’ benefit.

Net income: CA$2.28m (up from CA$2.38m loss in FY 2021). Net Profit margin: 8.5% (up from a net loss in FY 2021). The move to profitability was driven by higher revenue. EPS: CA$0.05 (up from CA$0.049 loss in FY 2021). Factors That Will Drive Future Growth. A Lot. - The oil and gas CAPEX market size was around USD 502 billion in 2020, and it is anticipated to reach around USD 942 billion in 2027, registering a CAGR of around 8.1% during the forecast period 2022-2027…Hence, to meet the strong global demand for crude oil and natural gas, more investment is required for exploration and production activities, which in turn promulgates the CAPEX in the oil and gas industry. (researchandmarkets.com)
- “The BC government breached the Treaty Rights of the Blueberry River First Nations, says a new provincial court ruling that could have sweeping implications for oil, gas, forestry and hydroelectric development in the northeastern part of the province.” (Narwhal)
- With a stellar reputation, personal relationships with nearly all the resource companies in Western Canada and a stated plan to work with clients to reduce and eventually eliminate GHG emissions, Enterprise is in an excellent and virtually peerless position to benefit from The Blueberry/BC Supreme Court Decision.
- Enterprise’s senior officers, including CEO and President Leonard Jaroszuk, have embarked on a cross-country tour, visiting investors, financial professionals and others involved in the capital markets to emphasize the growth and potential of the Enterprise.
- Given the rise in Capex spending and the growth of the resource industry as the ‘Green Economy’ gets underway over the next several years, Enterprise is in the ‘sweet’ spot.
- The reality of energy production growth represents several things. First, as Green Tech develops, a growing supply of fossil fuels globally will be needed.
- Resource companies and suppliers such as Enterprise Group will need to continue, with its peers, to create the most benign (and ever more relevant) GHG mitigation production technologies and processes.
- Oil and Gas CAPEX spending growth over the following years also bodes exceptionally well for the oil and gas service sector. From resource technology company Schlumberger:

2023.06.08 15:00 jaybros07 i’m about to fail this semester
hi everyone. like the title says, i’m about to fail this semester. i live in turkey and for this semester the classes were online for the whole country, (because of the huge earthquakes back in february, people who lost their homes were put into the university dorms) anyway, i failed physics. if a miracle doesn’t happen i will fail calculus. and there’s a possibility that i will fail statics as well (i may not fail) but i have 7 classes this semester and i’m failing in 3 most important ones. i’m so worried. not because of the time that went to waste. i have no problem of studying for another semester. the problem is money. my country is in a horrible economic situation. school prices are insane. my family’s economic situation is good, we can afford almost everything. but i don’t know how to say it to them. i already feel like an unnecessary load for them. i only see myself as a money wasting man who does nothing. i usually come up clean about my grades to my mom since we live together. she knows that i will probably fail 2 of my classes. yesterday i had my statics exam which i studied so hard, but it went like worse than shit, after the exam i was about to cry and my mom saw me so i told her that it went like shit and there’s a possibility that i could fail 3 classes. she said “well you’re gonna deal with 3 extra classes next semester, it’s gonna be extra tough for u but it is what it is” the problem is she doesn’t know that i will study for an extra semester and we’ll pay the money. yes i said our financial situation is good but i often fight with my parents about money (gas, clothes etc.) i’ll probably start working and move away though. i’m not a hardworking student, i never was. first semester was so easy for me, i passed all my classes comfortably without even studying hard. this semester it’s the reverse case. i feel so much pressure about this
