IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

WARNING: ANAPHYLAXIS AND INFUSION REACTIONS, G6PD DEFICIENCY ASSOCIATED HEMOLYSIS AND METHEMOGLOBINEMIA

Anaphylaxis and infusion reactions have been reported to occur during and after administration of KRYSTEXXA.
Anaphylaxis may occur with any infusion, including a first infusion, and generally manifests within 2 hours of the infusion. Delayed hypersensitivity reactions have also been reported.
KRYSTEXXA should be administered in healthcare settings and by healthcare providers prepared to manage anaphylaxis and infusion reactions.
Premedicate with antihistamines and corticosteroids and closely monitor for anaphylaxis for an appropriate period after administration of KRYSTEXXA.
Monitor serum uric acid levels prior to each infusion and discontinue treatment if levels increase to above 6 mg/dL, particularly when 2 consecutive levels above 6 mg/dL are observed.
Screen patients at risk for glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency prior to starting KRYSTEXXA. Hemolysis and methemoglobinemia have been reported with KRYSTEXXA in patients with G6PD deficiency. KRYSTEXXA is contraindicated in patients with G6PD deficiency.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

In patients with G6PD deficiency.
In patients with history of serious hypersensitivity reactions, including anaphylaxis, to KRYSTEXXA or any of its components.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

Gout Flares: An increase in gout flares is frequently observed upon initiation of anti-hyperuricemic therapy, including KRYSTEXXA. Gout flare prophylaxis with a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) or colchicine is recommended starting at least 1 week before initiation of KRYSTEXXA therapy and lasting at least 6 months, unless medically contraindicated or not tolerated.
Congestive Heart Failure: KRYSTEXXA has not been formally studied in patients with congestive heart failure, but some patients in the pre-marketing placebo-controlled clinical trials experienced exacerbation. Exercise caution in patients who have congestive heart failure and monitor patients closely following infusion.

ADVERSE REACTIONS

The most commonly reported adverse reactions (≥5%) are:
KRYSTEXXA co-administration with methotrexate trial:
KRYSTEXXA with methotrexate: gout flares, arthralgia, COVID-19, nausea, and fatigue; KRYSTEXXA alone: gout flares, arthralgia, COVID-19, nausea, fatigue, infusion reaction, pain in extremity, hypertension, and vomiting.
KRYSTEXXA pre-marketing placebo-controlled trials:
gout flares, infusion reactions, nausea, contusion or ecchymosis, nasopharyngitis, constipation, chest pain, anaphylaxis, and vomiting.

INDICATION

KRYSTEXXA® (pegloticase) is indicated for the treatment of chronic gout in adult patients who have failed to normalize serum uric acid and whose signs and symptoms are inadequately controlled with xanthine oxidase inhibitors at the maximum medically appropriate dose or for whom these drugs are contraindicated.
Limitations of Use: KRYSTEXXA is not recommended for the treatment of asymptomatic hyperuricemia.

The question I have is that I had a ceramic film applied. The crack is not related (an object hit my windshield). Will Volvo try to void my factory warranty?

The revelation made by congress in the Congressional Report was that Instinet was getting ECP charges (the same charge that placed Robinhood in immanent default on January 28, 2021 and caused a 15 hour congressional hearing) for 2 YEARS leading up to the "meme stock event" to the tune of $50B dollars. There were actually 6 firms, including Robinhood and Instinet, that were defaulting that morning and accumulated a $9.7B ECP waiver.
Congress said in the report:

"This represents a moral hazard that undermines the deterrent value of the Excess Capital Premium charge."

The Instinet development means that higher entities (DTCC or SEC) knew a problem like this WAS possible because it WAS already happening on a continuous basis, so this IS actually a large over-shadowed development for this subreddit. This will come off as 'Badgering' the sub w/ the topic. However, all that bullshit the DTCC, brokers, and the SEC were saying in the hearings like "We couldn't predict this," "It was out of the ordinary trading behavior," yada yada... was true and not true, simultaneously. A continuous waiver for a specific dark pool was happening in the background, so much so that congress concluded that the same thing they grilled Robinhood about was actually a factored in COB for another company. Instinet solely clears for hedgefunds, asset management firms, pensions, etc... The system was breaking already predictably and continuously, and this is not me saying this, this is a congressional declaration / development after the initial hearings. If the ECP is part of the Dodd-Frank Act then the DTCC was 'waiving' in violation of a congressional act, and if the SEC did know, they were not enforcing it continuously. The DTCC didn't tell the US House on Financial Services until JULY (waaay after all the hearings) that this continuous waiving was happening.

long story short - had to file an amended return for the 2020 tax season because IRS didn't automatically update return for wife's unemployment rebate. An accountant recommended I file it manually. I did. it was received by the IRS on 9-20-2022. it was processed on 3-10-2023. it has a note that says I will receive a notice explaining the adjustment within 3 weeks. Friday is three weeks. does my transcript shed any light? I originally had to pay in $4600 - after unemployment rebate I ended up over paying by almost $2000. we made under the $150k threshold. just keep waiting?

I just purchased a new RS 11TG-234US on deep discount to replace my old Alienware R4 and love it so far. BUT, there was no manual other than a very basic quick-start sheet included and the downloadable manual available from the official MSI site is nothing more than a few screenshots about enabling a resizable bar (after reading it four or five times I still don't know what this is). Also, I can't get lighting effects to work on anything other than the DIMMs. I've tried MSI's Mystic Lighting and OpenRGB with the same result. So a couple of questions:

Is there an extended/service manual available somewhere for this model (or the Infinite 11th series)? Diving into the guts of this monster is pretty intimidating, particularly without documentation.
Any idea about the lighting issue? Obviously my machine had some rough handling in transit as it arrived with one DIMM unseated and laying on the floor of the unit. Could it be that there is a loose connection for the lighting system? Anywhere I should start to look without a manual?

Apologies if I've missed an obvious collection of resources somewhere and thanks in advance for any advice.
