Me and my family just recently moved into a new neighborhood. The first month was no problem from neighbors. A month later one afternoon I was sitting in front of my house in my car and all of sudden a woman comes out of nowhere and proceeds to bang on my driver side car window. I rolled my window down a little bit to speak and she then accuses me by saying she saw me hitting my neighbors bricks who lives directly next door to me and driving on their grass. I told her she was mistaken and that I never hit anyones bricks. She then proceeds to blow her cigarette smoke in my car. I then get out of the car and speak to her as I don't want her to continually blow her cigarette smoke in my car. I then asked her where she lives and she tells me she lives at the corner house while still blowing her cigarette smoke in my face. It seemed like she was doing all of this out of pettiness but as we were new to the neighborhood I decided not to start and argument and just politely ended the conversation. She then walks down to the corner house and turns the corner to another street. I thought nothing of it until a week later come to find out she doesn't live at the corner house and that she actually lives directly cross the street from me. I had hardly seen her or crossed paths so when she initially came up to my car I had no idea who this woman was. Please stay with me because this is where the madness begins. A week later I was leaving out for work. Now mind you I park my car on the street in front of my house sometimes and as you know you sometimes have to drive in a neighbors driveway when parking on the street to turn around. I did just that but instead of using the neighbors across the street driveway (cigarette lady) I decided to use the neighbor who lives directly next door to her to avoid any problems with cigarette lady since she lied and accused me of something I didn't do. As I was driving in this lady's driveway (who lives next door to cigarette lady) I ENSURED I didn't drive on her grass since again me and my family are new to the street and also since the cigarette lady has already made up a lie about me driving on someone else's grass I didn't want anymore problems. As I drove in her driveway was I went slow and made sure I didn't drive all the way in her driveway only up to the sidewalk. This lady then runs out her back door and comes up to her gate and yells something at me. I rolled my windows down and asked her what did she say because I didn't hear her. She then says "Don't get on my motherfucking grass". I was in complete shock. Because I made sure I wasn't on her grass and that I drove slow. I then say to her "You don't have to speak to me like that I never met you. You're being very ignorant with me. I'd appreciate it if you not talk to me in that manner" she then says "I don't give a fuck don't drive on my fucking grass, bitch" After this we get into a brief argument and I drive a way. When I come home she's already waiting on her porch and I was prepared to ignore her as I was still in shock someone could talk to someone like that who've never down anything to them. She then "Hey, I wanted to apologize for earlier." and I then say I do not accept your apology kindly as If Im being honest I was still upset by the names she called me. After I declined her apology she then says "Nevermind bitch". I knew then none of this was going to be good. I concluded that night that what might have triggered her to lie and say I was on her grass was because the cigarette lady told her I drove my neighbors grass so when I drove in her driveway she already had preconceived notions about me off of what she has heard from cigarette lady. Ever since then her and the cigarette lady has went to half the neighbors on our street lying to them telling them that I did this, that, and the third as if Im bullying them for no reason. Other neighbors has chosen "their side" because other neighbors would say stuff to me as Im walking my dog or when I wave at them they blatantly don't wave back. Whenever I would water my grass cigarette lady and driveway lady would get on one of their porches and gossip about me. I just ignore them until a week ago. She then said yes "I told everyone, I will keep telling everyone" from there I knew she was insane. So I politely asked her to stop the drama with my family and I and leave us alone and walk away and she agrees and we go our separate ways. Out of nowhere her mother and father pulls up in the middle of the street then jumps out the car and begin to yell at me. Mind you this lady is about 41 years old. I knew this was her parents because she called them mom and dad. I then say a few words back and just go home. I didn't even get to finish walking my dog. I go home lay down and 30 minutes later the police shows up at my door saying that the "driveway" lady parents called and told them I was walking my dog on the wrong side of the street and that I have been harassing her and the neighbors. I then ask him is it a crime to walk by dog on a public side walk although I always make sure my dog doesn't poop on anyones lawn. He says no and then actually agrees that her calling the police on me was ridiculous and that I have every right to walk my dog on either side of the street. So after that the police gives me an incident report number and I go inside. The police then goes over to driveway lady's front yard and speak to her and her family. So decided to walk my dog again since I didn't get to finish walking him the first time and I thought this was the perfect time since the police was there. I began walking my dog and this time I was going to walk around the corner to a different street. As I passing by the corner house on my street to go around the corner to a different street a man and his wife are on their porch starring at me with anger in their eyes I just looked away and kept walking. Then the woman on the porch goes "Who the fuck are you starring at" I said "I don't know you" and she then jumps off the porch and goes "Im [insert name] who the fuck are you" I tried to keep walking before I know it she's slapping me upside my head. Before I can defender myself the police who was once talking to "driveway" lady then runs up puts me in handcuffs then gives me a ticket for disorderly conduct. They then let me go and gave me my ticket. I was in tears and in shocked that this was really happening to me. I then told my family about it who lives near and my brother rush over and confronts the lady and her husband. Apparently she claims that I have been bullying "driveway" lady and that I'm a horrible person which is why she attacked me. The police refused to give her ticket for assault as they said "They didn't see anything" I know this was very long but what do I do. We have a court date set as well. She I hire a good lawyer or do I even have a case. Pertaining to the neighborhood do I contact city council? Where do I go from here?

Thinking my ex was in some kind of organized crime due to all types of PSYOPS-type harassment, I fled from my apartment in Louisiana to my son’s house in Houston and then to the Montgomery (TX) Women’s Shelter (a “safe” house). In all 3 places, at night I could hear IN MY ROOM ONLY a very subtle yet unmistakable, penetrating low frequency droning.

This happened a year and a half ago, for info, my sister is borderline ( a mental disabilty as severe as schizophrenia ), entire life my parents have done everything in their might to take care of her, and so I became isolated, I don’t hold resentment for this, my parents did their best, but truthfully it always hurt, but I know my parents tried their hardest!
I started seeking therapy, a local therapist in my area, offered free anonymous therapy sessions, for people in my age group, I thought perfect! I had been to apr. 7 seasions, when my therapist told me, that due to law, she had to report me to the goverment, basically the law is for therapists so concerned about their patients well being, that they require goverment intervention.
I won’t be terribly specific, but I told her about their neglect, and I started opening up about my darkness, i’m very private, and I told her about things nobody else knew fx. From a young age I realized I had the abilty to manipulate people’s feelings and actions, by lying to people, who trusted me, I had always had a certain amount of dignity to adults, since I am very verbally gifted, and I scored extremely well on an IQ test (Which my psychiatrist had me take, in relation to my “disablities” basically i’m not neurologically normal ), I have had people give me diagnose me with adhd, ocd, depression etc. anyway the bloody point is I consume knowledge extensively in a short amount of time, I am not telling this to brag! Trust me it gets important later.
So when my therapist told me, she was gonna write the state a letter, who btw. I hate since they always neglected to help my sister, with all of the concerning things she thought was relevant, I got angry, VERY angry, to me it was an extreme breach of trust! She was very surprised, as I said I would in NO capacity involve my parents, because I knew they couldn’t handle, both of their children being in a dark place, had always hid my feelings, and the one time in years I open up, I immediately get backstabbed.
I won’t bore you with the details, but she tried calming me down, saying she’s doing me a favor? I rush out of the office telling her, if she wants the state involved, they will have physically drag me out of my house, that I will NEVER forgive her, and that I will never open up to a therapist ever again! After I left, I stayed 5 m and hid, when I looked in her office, she was crying uncontrollably, ig she wanted to help, and didn’t realize how I would react, but it was too late, she had made the complaint. I had broken her. I felt bad, and I am sorry, she tried to help, I can see that now, I couldn’t then. However it was nevertheless a betrayal of my trust!
Don’t worry the good bit with the state is coming soon, anyway some time passes, my parents find out, and just as I expected my mom was devastated, she felt it was all her fault, my dad began drinking more again. I was right, my therapist had broken my family, just as I had known would happen, ig as a manipulater I have learned human behavior. My mom became depressed and stopped working. And I vowed NEVER to let my stupid feelings come in the way of my parents happiness again!
The date was set with the state, and in one night, freshly 14 year old me, I became an expert on my state’s laws, ( the ones relavent to my case ), btw I live in a scandinavian country so the US’ laws don’t apply, and I went in there ready, first I invoked a loophole which led me go in there alone, basically I made them believe the only way I would communicate with them, was if I was alone, stating their neglect of my sister as the reason, which isn’t totally wrong? It took some convincing but I got it done.
The battlefield was ready, when I first entered the room, she looked confused ( the state official ), she said I wasn’t what she expected. Apparently she had read my file, and gotten acces to every state file on me, right off the bat she said: “You have impressed me Mr. ******, very impressive indeed”, and I said “what do you mean”, trying to scout for her response: “95% of people in my office are criminal young boys, trying to find their place in life, but you? Member of Giftet Children Denmark, but still 5 mental diagnoses, extensive family background of mental disorder, something doesn’t compute, why are you only first here now, and also why didn’t you want to comply in regards to coming here?”. I said “because it’s an invasion of privacy, I do not wish to go through any government proceedings, and if you put me in one, I will not show up, you people have caused my family too much grief, and it is my right to refuse your every demand, except if it a punishment inforced by law”, she said “ I am not the police, I am here to hep you, and i’m sorry to say you don’t have the right to refuse our rehabilitation programs”.
A smirk swept across her face, she though that was checkmate, I replied: “You said I impressed you? Yet your only mistake was underestimating me, first off, your right it is not my right to choose what rehabilitation programs you put me in, but as I mentioned earlier, it is my right not to show up, except if punishment for a crime, but remember I am not your 95% of cases, I have done no wrong, and it is however, your duty, to provide as many people, with the programs as possible, if you put me in one, knowing I won’t show up, you will be breaching your obligations! I will leave now, as is my right, if you try to stop me, I will report you to police, if you put me in program, I will not show up, but will file a complaint, for neglecting your duty, I will not repeat myself.”
Writing about it doesn’t do it justice, trust me it was glorious. When I came out my mom was waiting, she asked what happened, I said the state won’t be bothering us again, we came to an understanding. I told you mom I love you, you did everything you could!
1.5 years later, my moms off antidepressants, my dad stopped drinking, my sisters much better, but most importantly the state never bothered me after that!
I promise this is all true, but I haven’t exlained why i’m sharing this. Its because I need it off my chest, I can’t go to therapy before I’m 18, and open up or it will happen again.

Writing about it doesn’t do it justice, trust me it was glorious. When I came out my mom was waiting, she asked what happened, I said the state won’t be bothering us again, we came to an understanding. I told you mom I love you, you did everything you could!
1.5 years later, my moms off antidepressants, my dad stopped drinking, my sisters much better, but most importantly the state never bothered me after that!
I promise this is all true, but I haven’t exlained why i’m sharing this. Its because I need it off my chest, I can’t go to therapy before I’m 18, and open up or it will happen again.

I already know this will be excessively long, but I think this is an important topic. I saw how strongly many felt about the recent situation and I think one silver lining is that it's starting a larger conversation about why no punishments are handed down. So this is an essay speculating on the "why" of UCSD's s**ual misconduct policies and examples from the past 6 years that show how damaging they have been. Trigger warning: s**ual assault.
Potential Reasons
Lack of empathy at the top: Our chancellor has been sued for sabotaging a female executive’s career and had to settle in court for millions He is being sued by a former UCSD investigator because he fired him after he opened an investigation into the chancellor for engaging in inappropriate and illegal behaviour. He has been called a bully by former employees of UCSD, including multiple women. Khosla’s attitude towards women, willingness to shut down official investigations, and clear lack of empathy make the situation at UCSD unsurprising. Additionally, in 2019 UCSD was accused of incompetence and lack of care in a whistleblower complaint. It alleged that UCSD had the worst protocols in human research he had ever seen and that they recklessly approved things without due process (which saves money). If the university was being cheap on human research of all things, it leads you to wonder what other processes they cut corners on. Who is to say they wouldn’t be cheap on the disciplinary process by giving students a slap on the wrist rather than putting resources into proper investigations?
Conservative with punishment due to 2015 lawsuit: In 2015 a UCSD student was suspended for over a year. A girl had accused him of s**ual assault at a campus event. The student was swiftly punished by the disciplinary board after a review of his case. The student sued UCSD for wrongful punishment, and a judge found that UCSD's board did not have sufficient evidence to support their decision. The judge also found that UCSD acted unfairly to the student during their process. This was the first case of its kind in California and no doubt shifted UCSD's disciplinary policies. It is safe to say that the disciplinary board has had lawsuits in mind since then.
Free speech and s**ual harassment in the Hoon Lee case: The s**ual assault and harassment guidelines at UCSD look pretty standard, but there is ambiguity when it comes to free speech. Lot of people on Reddit say UCSD can not punish words. This is contradicted by the case of Professor Hoon Lee. In early 2017, a student reported Hoon Lee to UCSD for s**ual comments that she felt pressured to engage in. A second student accused him of dr**ing her, tying her down, and kissing her. The investigator found that Hoon Lee had engaged in s**ual harassment due to creating a hostile environment with his comments in the first case, but cleared him of s**ual assault due to lack of evidence in the second case. So he got terminated due to his words. Side note: UCSD tried to cover this case up, but 2 student journalists broke it.
Incidents
Fraternities: UCSD Greek life at one point had a pretty tame reputation compared to other UCs as there is no fraternity row and parties are off campus. But at some point it would become well-known that a number of frats were frequently perpetrating and enabling s**ual assault. The dr**ing and a**aulting of girls became a part of our Greek life's reputation. For this reputation shift to happen, an abnormal increase must have taken place in incidents at multiple chapters. I wonder if UCSD's lack of investigating or substantive punishments had something to do with this increase? Most victims of these crimes do not report them for a number of reasons, but many did make reports during this time. They were largely ignored.
Sigma Chi: In 2019 UCSD finally launched an investigation into a single frat; Sigma Chi. It took multiple sorority girls stepping forward and a horror story of repeated dr**ing and a*use for this to happen. In a shocking miscarriage of justice, the people who committed the crimes would only have to admit to minor rule violations like underage drinking and distribution of alcohol to minors following a very short investigation and hearing. At least 4 of these men were accused of r***. Multiple Sigma Chi members would be allowed to run for IFC board positions a few months later. But what about the numerous other frats with terrible reputations and s**ual harassment complaints over the years? UCSD decided that the underage drinking charges they gave to Sigma Chi would send a message to the rest of the frats. It sent a message alright. Months after fraternities and sororities opened back up post-COVID, the sororities of UCSD severed ties with all fraternities until an agreement to stop committing s** crimes against them could be reached. It took just months for s**ual misconduct to get out of control. UCSD did nothing. You can see the progression of the Greek life issue go from bad to worse to shameful as administration failed to take significant action at each step.
Professor Christenfield: In 2004, a student reported this professor for making her uncomfortable by staring. In 2008 he was reported for dating a student, although nothing came of this as she was in a different faculty and according to UC rules that is allowed. Creepy, but no rules broken yet. In 2013 he was caught being intimate with a student in his office by two other students. He was one of the evaluators of the girl's grad school application and did not disclose this to UCSD during questioning. I have to imagine that given his past and the fact he was selling his academic influence for s**, this guy was done for. Except in 2014 UCSD announced that he will not be punished in any way. Why? Because his s**ual advances were rejected by the girl that day. So he unsuccessfully tried to use his authority to coerce a student into s** and then doesn't get punished because she refuses. Wow. But as part of an agreement with UCSD, next time he violates s**ual harassment policy, disciplinary charges will be filed against him. In 2017 he is reported again for s**ual harassment, but no investigation is made. For reasons beyond me, UCSD broke their own agreement to avoid taking disciplinary action against a predator. Finally in 2018 he is caught dead to rights when he emails a female student p*rn, which gets picked up by local media and causes concern. I truly believe UCSD wouldn’t have fired this guy if the situation was kept private as bad as that sounds. This professor should have been out the door in 2014, or at the very least 2017, but both times they let him go and ended up looking like idiots. This is a pattern.
AK: He did what he did, live streaming creepy s**ual remarks and touching a picture of a UCSD professor inappropriately. I originally thought there would be no punishment as he is covered by free speech as well as the fact that he never physically touched her. But after reading UCSD’s policy and the Hoon Lee case, I think he is in clear violation of the rules and would have been suspended if UCSD had a real system of punishment. AK’s case files under hostile environment within s**ual harassment. He meets the requirement of engaging in s**-based conduct (repeatedly commenting on her physical appearance and the seductive stroking of her photo). The second criteria he easily meets, he was pervasive in his misconduct as he did this in front of many people, some of whom saved the video and distributed it on social media. He meets the third requirement of interfering with a person’s participation in employment, his actions forced her to stay at home from campus for a day out of distress. The final criteria of creating an intimidating environment is another easy one to prove. The professor was so intimidated by his presence that she took out a restraining order on him and he was not allowed back in that classroom. But as is the story of UCSD, he is not punished for s**ual misconduct violations. He should have been punished a long time ago for repeated breach of rule 2c): acts of verbal and nonverbal aggression based on gender. While a student at UCSD, he has repeatedly said he wants to beat up brown women. How is that not verbal aggression? Just like the frat problem was ignored and got worse, just like how the psychology professor was let off the hook and got worse, this man will get worse over the next 2 years on campus. Will it take him actually harming a woman of color for UCSD to take action? Probably. And that is a major problem.

I'll try to keep this short, but my bf and I are living a nightmare rn and don't know what to do. Also heads up I mention a break in/some harassment and how its impacting my ptsd, but nothing triggering/in detail/graphic. An ex friend that we tried to help out when he became homeless with his gf is terrorizing us. We told him he couldn't come here anymore this Sunday 6/04 and at 11:26am he smashed our window so he could reach in, unlock all 3 door locks and walk right in. We got all their belongings out and told them if they even approached the gate we'd call 911 by noon. That day we had to call again at 12:26, 12:45, 12:53, 2:04 and 3:36pm as he returned to threaten us or bait us into opening the door. Monday 6/05 he came back and I called 911 twice at 8:54pm and 10:12pm. After we refused to open the door he walked away while saying he couldn't wait to beat us up. Wednesday 6/07 at 5pm he sent 2 people we don't know to "get his stuff" which we don't have. I told them the only way I could open the door was with an officer present. They said okay but then ran before anyone got here. But at this point I added another report so they could charge him with stalking as well. Luckily our neighbor got a description of them to confirm our story. The officers took the time to really talk with me and I made sure to bring up that our landlord kept saying they'd board the window, but each day it didn't happen. As well as being wishy washy about some stuff. We told her every day how violent he was and the danger we were in. At 8:15pm he was able to get through our makeshift barricade of the fridge against the window with one hand, unlock the door again and walked right in. An officers suggested we block the bedroom door with our dresser on the 5th which saved our lives. We called 911, grabbed the cats and locked ourselves in the bathroom as he tried to kick the door down. We could hear the wood splintering as it almost snapped in half just from his foot. He must have a look out bc he ran just in time. The window is now boarded up and using the victims of a crime law we can now break our lease early with no penalty, but the damage is already done.
Me flushing the toilet scares me. I can't sleep at night so I've prob gotten 5 hours total scattered through this week while it's still light out. We can't eat, we're constantly blowing up on each other by accident from the stress. I feel awful, my bf went to hug me the other day when I wasn't expecting it and I literally screamed get off me like I had no control over myself which then made us both cry. He's told us he can see our front door from his place so he knows when we leave or come back. And people in the neighborhood have told my bf he's asking everyone to let him know if they see us. We had to come up with intricate safety plans just to run across the street to the store if we can even get ourselves to go outside.
We should be in a new apartment within a week, but I'm trying to find a program that could put us up literally anywhere for even just a few days. We'd go to a shelter, but then 1. we'd lose everything we own, 2. we'd have to leave it during the day and have no one/no where to go within that 3. There's none our cats are allowed at.
I know our things aren't as important as our lives but we're in govt housing for a reason. We wouldn't have the ability to replace everything we've worked so hard to put together since we moved here in October. When you start with nothing but the clothes on your back, material things become way more sentimental. For us to stay in the shelter feels like letting him win bc then he's made us homeless by destroying our place and taking away all we accomplished. Lastly DO NOT come after me bc I won't leave/give away/whatever my cats. Those babies pulled me out of one of my most severe phases of depression. I don't think I'd be here without them. I would die before anyone got near them.

help with hate crimes from teacher
Hwllo everyone, Hope you all are doing well. I came here because I really don't have anyone I know that could help me. From march up until may I along with friends were subjected to harassment by a teacher in regards to both ethnicity and our religion. I filed a complaint regarding this teacher in may and a few days ago I received an email however they just stated that "the issue has been resolved and we cannot disclose any information to you". I have seen him around my college so I do not believe he has been fired, I want to take further action as he really caused me distress.
Firstly I want to briefly mention the type of things he has said/done:

• Slammed the table towards me then proceeded to shout in my face
• Said that Islam and religions are stupid and just hold u back
• has made sexualised comments
• indirectly stated my hijab was a towel
• sprayed water on me (on purpose)
• has made comments in regards to my Ethnicity
• stated that I'm an inbred becuz I'm asian

I was thinking about reporting the incidents to the police but I'm not sure how to do it or if i even should. I can't really ask my parents because I don't want to involve them as it wouldn't help.

I'd rather be doing anything other than asking for help, but, that is just the way it is when you have physically and mentally abusive parents.
On June 11 of 2022, my father had hit me really hard on my right leg, leaving a mark. I took two pictures of it immediately. This came after me and him were arguing in the car. When I said something that had provoked his anger. he had hit me with full force.
He promised me he wouldn't do it again, which was true up until he couldn't keep his word...
After he had overheard me telling my therapist about how I didn't really see him as father and how I hated his guts, he told me he heard the conversation and cried with his alligator tears.
3-4 days later, on July 4 2022, me and him were arguing down stairs when he decided to slap me against my face. I later decided to charge him, hitting him back in the face, before he tackled me, and broke my glasses. From this, I had sustained: 1) An injury to the face, 2) An injury to my hip, 3) an injury to my wrist, 4) and broken glasses (all with photographic evidence). As I left the house, he asked me where I was going before I lied to him and told him I was going to work, and headed to a safe place to text the domestic hotline. Later on, he told me he went to my workplace and didn't find me there. I remember telling my supervisors to watch out for him, and believe my bosses still remember of the incident and the fact that he had drove to my workplace (there is no direct cctv evidence, however, he probably can have his geolocation pin pointed back to my store, via his phone, if I obtain a warrant or manage to some how purchased the right location data, he also may have metadata evidence on his phone or laptop).
My biggest worries, overall, has to do with my siblings. My parents are EXTREMELY religious, to the point that it took them years, to acknowledge that what Osama bin laden did in 9/11 was not justified. Growing up, I was extremely isolated (at one point, I went around 6 years without hanging out, out of school, with friends because of their fears of society). I took a huge toll having been raised with them and at every moment my parents gaslight, lie, manipulate, and cause harm to me and my siblings (WAAAAAY TOOOO much to put here).
The reason why I am just now pursing this, is because, he and the rest of the family are traveling abroad, and I thought this would be the best time to at least file this with the police (so the statue of limitation, in Florida, does not expire).
Personally, what I hope to do, is to, once they come back to the U.S and I leave for a couple of months for a sales job, call them after a months long disappearance (secretly leaving for a job, while informing very little people), and get their confessions to what they did recorded on my phone, after speaking to a lawyer and formally pursuing action (negotiating to not press criminal and civil charges for custody of my two siblings and a small amount of money).
My questions are:
1) Currently, I hope to have the police informed and to formally file a report with the police (so statue of limitations doesn't expire), but, I don't want the police to question him or pursue him up until I get the recordings:
A) What should I do in my situation? Is what I described possible, what would you recommend?
2) I did secretly record a voice memo on my phone when my father was yelling at my mother and talking about his daughter and his son (me), where he did gaslight and attempt to manipulate my mother. I also tried to have a conversation with them, at home, where I attempted to talk to them and record both what I said and their responses (In an attempt to showcase the crazy ideas they have at home):
A) Is it legal to do this in Florida? Can I record him, in the domicile or on the phone, without informing him? If so, can I use this as evidence, and would it be regarded as strong or weak evidence?
3) What is the statue of limitation, and what you believe would be the formal criminal charges, for both crimes described?
4) Realistically speaking, assuming I do/legally can get and use these recordings and that he disagrees with the terms of the settlement:
A) How likely would I, a sibling, win and get my siblings, a small amount of money, and/or conviction of my father?

• He can choose The Traps, which can be placed, up to 4 can be placed at a time. They can be placed and moved at any given time. Stepping into a trap will make the survivor bleed.
• He can choose The Saw, which can be charged and will injure the survivor for 2 health states and make the survivor bleed. Hitting a deep wounded survivor instantly kills them. While charging the saw his movement speed is slowed to 4 meters per second. Upon activating it you gain a short burst of speed for 3 seconds, and then the saw overheats for 10 seconds

Once this time is up you become healthy once more. This perk applies exhausted for 60/30/15 seconds. Exhausted makes you 5% slower and you cannot experience haste while it is active, Blindness makes any aura not appear, Oblivious makes it so the heartbeat constantly seems further than it is, Broken makes it so the survivor cannot be healed.
