Was wondering if I could get some feedback on my current financial situation. Currently my wife and I are living in a HCOL area that is preventing us from buying a home. We are saving for the right moment or if we potentially move to another area. For instance if we were to purchase a home, it would cost around 750k-800k on the low end. Based on the 5% rule, this would cost 37.5k a year in maintenance and property taxes alone. So the break even for rent is around $3,125/month and our current rent is around $1,900. So I see this as a reason not to buy.
My wife is remote and I am still in office. I have a stake in the company I work for so I will be here until it sells or potentially fails. After which I would like to pursue a different career that allows remote work. This could allow us to move to a different area that has a lower COL.

Hi fellow parents, My bonus daughter is starting to navigate and visit the homes of friends and a boyfriend where alcohol and drug abuse is very apparent.
She is 15 years old, but she navigates the world as one that might be 2-4 years younger.
My girlfriend (mother of the daughter) and I have a hard time finding the right balance, we do not want to lock her up, and keep her inside, but on the other hand, we have a hard time influencing her when she is coming to much in these networks.
Have any of you experienced a similar situation, where you want to allow your ADHD kid to navigate the world, being clever enough to stay out of abuse, covering up for criminal acts, AND brave enough to come forward to us, IF she manages to step into a bad habit/situation.
What are your playbooks and agreements with your child? Have you learned some things the hard way? Are there situations where you can tell us that we NEED to put our foot down and have strict rules due to the unique mental situation our daughter is in?
Goodness I think teenage life and letting go is a tricky one with her, as her radar does not function as her siblings'.

I had my gallbladder out 2/17 with no issues. For a week, everything was textbook. I didn't even have diarrhea or constipation. I felt so lucky!
One week later, I had what felt exactly like a gallbladder attack. I went to the ER and said I was concerned about stones in my duct. The doctor assured me that it was super rare and sent me home with elevated WBC and liver enzymes. I ended up back in the ER 5 hours later, where a senior doctor confirmed I had retained stones. Unfortunately, they didn't have a doctor who performs ERCP, so I was transferred to another hospital.
ERCP with sphincterotomy was performed on 2/27. Again, textbook. Once I got home, I started experiencing some swelling and upper right quadrant pain (very different that the gallbladder attacks). I did my 2 week follow-up for the gallbladder and mentioned the pain, which my surgeon said was probably just healing.
On 3/4, I passed out multiple times and was diagnosed with a minor GI bleed. I felt miserable. The assumption was that the bleed was from the sphincterotomy. Ever since, I have a stabbing or tearing pain when I move that's several inches up and to the right of my bellybutton. It doesn't last long when I stop moving, but it is worse than childbirth was. I've had diarrhea every 3-5 days while taking daily miralax. My abdomen is so bloated.
I had a CT scan that was totally normal and blood work that was much better than after the ERCP (but still irregular) last week. I'm so lost. Appointment with the surgeon who oversaw the ERCP sphincterotomy this week, but I'm nervous he's going to chalk it up to scar tissue or nerve pain with no long term solution.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Were you able to get back to normal? I've been spending every day with a heated blanket on my stomach and asking my husband to pull my pants up because it hurts so much. Over it!

The field "source_id" tracks marketing source and I also can't link the billed customer to the correct field.
What's the correct field to use to link an uploaded invoice to a sales order by order ID? What is the field name for the customer invoice?

Currently I work for a limited company doing labouring, earning £60 a day. I'm waiting for my UTR to come through then I will officially be self employed.
Currently I am taxed 20% on all my earnings so when I work a 5 day week and make £300, I only take home £240. So I am essentially getting paid for 4 days work. I know that when I get my tax return NEXT April I will receive the tax I've paid in a rebate but still, its annoying to not receive all my wages.
So, when I am officially self employed and filing my own tax returns, will I no longer be taxed this basic 20% on all income? Cheers

So this is just a rant so sorry for taking up space in the feed when other's have more serious things going on. But anyway. I have been in a very low place lately, I was doing great for a while, was relatively stable, the closest I have been to "normal" in a long time. However I had a pretty bad episode a couple of weeks ago and hurt myself and did some stupid stuff. Anyway, now I am waiting to be admitted into a PHP but there is a 4 week waiting list so I am just kinda floating by as I wait. I am a stay at home Dad (I am on disability), and I feel so awful because I just kinda sit here while my 1 and a half year old runs around and I put on Ms. Rachel (if you are a parent you may know who that is) and just let him do his own thing. I love my son with every ounce of my being, he is my whole world. He and my wife keep me going, keep me alive. But I just feel like I am so inadequate as a dad. I barely have the motivation or energy to fully interact with him and be the father I really want to be. Don't get me wrong I don't neglect him, I make sure he's healthy and safe, I keep my eyes on him and when he acknowledges me I give him hugs and snuggles and kisses and he just fills my heart with joy. But I feel like I could be doing so much more to better his life, I should be sitting with him and teaching him how to speak, teaching him right from wrong, but instead I sit here on my computer listening to music and watch him run around and play with his toys because its the only thing that keeps me level and the only thing I have the mental capacity to do to get through the day before my wife gets home from work. I have no regrets being a parent even with this disorder, I just hate myself for not being more involved in his development. I know he loves me, he always runs up to me saying Dada Dada and smiles and laughs and is such a happy little dude, I just hope this program I am going to be doing will help me figure out how to regulate my emotions better so I can be more interactive and give him the best childhood he can possibly have. I want to build forts with him and run around outside and use our imaginations and go on pretend adventures. I just wish I could have the mental power to do these things and feel like a better father. And with my wife I feel like I am always dragging drama into her life. She constantly has to worry about me, hide all the knives in the house, she has to remind me how to be a human, make me shower, remind me to eat, remind me to take my meds, remind me to do things around the house etc. she is incredible and such a trooper and my savior but she deserves so much better. It's weighing heavily on me and I just feel like I am failing as a father and a husband. Anyway that is my rant thank you for listening.
