Hello everyone. I have a gtx 980 that is randomly crashing but when i set the core clock and memory clock to -1 it doesn't crashing anymore.
Here's my spec I5 11400 Asus ex h510m Gtx 980 evga sc Gigabyte 650watts bronze 80+

30F, USA, 180lb, 5’6”, moderately active. No known diseases or diagnoses beyond anxiety and depression which I take Zoloft for. Not pregnant, never been pregnant.
I experienced a fall in February 2019 which led to a hematoma lump in my upper left buttcheek/lower left back area. Ultrasound and x rays were normal so in November 2019 I got surgery to remove fat necrosis which the surgeon believed was causing the bump. The bump remained but I had no pain (didn’t have pain beforehand).
July 2022 I helped a friend move and woke up the next day with excruciating back pain radiating across my lower back. The only thing that helped was heat. I couldn’t lean forward without crying from the pain. I was able to walk and that helped alleviate the pain a little bit but any forward or backwards tilting caused a fiery pain to shoot across my back. A week later I went to urgent care as I was still in pain. The NP was concerned I had a slipped disc and ordered x-rays on my hips and spine which were normal. She told me to follow up with my PCP, get a massage, go to a chiropractor, and get physical therapy.
By September 2022 the pain in my lower right back had subsided but functional pain in my low back spine area and left lower back persisted so I got a massage (which was helpful!) and saw my PCP. Since this time I only experience noticeable pain in the afflicted area if I workout (think, HIIT type movements), walk a lot, or do any type of twisting. Leaning forward while working at my computer also creates lasting pain, which is tough because I work on a computer for my job. Anyway, PCP prescribed methocarbamol for pain which did not help. She also sent me to physical therapy. I worked with 2 PTs from September 2022-January 2023 during weekly sessions where they taught me various exercises to develop muscle strength in my left lower back, upper back, and abdomen. They performed a physical eval and said that, externally, my lower left back/butt muscles felt the same as my right muscles. PT was moderately helpful, similar to massage therapy. It helped reduce my pain post-workouts and incorporated many of the exercises into my daily routines. However, the pain still exists.
I just had a follow up with my PCP as I am completely exhausted. July will be 1 year of persistent low back pain. I couldn’t stop crying in her office because I feel so hopeless and just want to be living a normal life. Prior to helping my friend move, I had lost ~15 pounds in preparation for my wedding. Since the back pain started and I had to change my exercises, I’ve gained all of it back and some. My PCP prescribed me Wellbutrin to help my anxiety which I started 3 days ago. She said she is going to put in a request to get an MRI and gave me a prescription for celebrex (which I haven’t begun taking yet as I’m waiting for my insurance to approve it).
A few things of note:

• period to my fall I had no back pain. prior to surgery, I had mild pain in by the hematoma lump that would come and go and was largely associated with whether I was active - the more active I was, the more the pain subsided. If I slept in late or spent too much time on the couch, I would feel aching, sore muscle pain in the area. After surgery, despite still having a bump, I had absolutely no pain. I moved freely and was back to cardio and strength training 3-5x/week
  
• I am incredibly self conscious of the lump as you can visibly see it in tight clothes, from profile view, etc. I saw a plastic surgeon in 2020 who told me the lump was just excess fat that got shifted as a result of the fall and then surgery. He said it was such a small amount that he would not recommend traditional liposuction. He recommended several rounds of laser lipo to reduce the visibility of the bump. I never got the laser lipo as I got engaged and had to start saving for my wedding.
  
• I am most in pain when I haven’t fully stretched prior to engaging in any type of physical activity from brisk walking to strength training to HIIT. I am in pain when I do any type of torso twisting (thing Russian twists), glute exercises (such as squats or bridges), or total body movements that require significant back movement (like burpees).
  
• Working with the PT we found that my pain while working out typically decreases when I sit in a chair and go from sitting upright to leaning ovebetween and through my legs ~10x. I do this every time before I workout and it helps while completing the workout but I still experience post-workout pain and fatigue in the afflicted area.
  
• My PCP felt my spine and I have pain when she taps on my spine in my lower back, starting around 6-10 inches above the tip of my butt crack. I feel the pain through my lower spine and lower left back/butt cheek. I do not feel the pain on my right side at all.
  

My concern, and what I’m here for, is what my outlook might be. Is it possible to ever fully recover from muscle strain? If I have a torn muscle can it be fixed? What else can I do to help the pain? (At this point, rest and massaging the area where my hematoma lump is are the only things that help- heat, ice, ibuprofen, Tylenol, methocarbamol are useless.) Is my 2022 pain likely related to to my fall in 2019, despite the physical exam being normal?
I’m just so tired.

Rockstar Games may already be planning Grand Theft Auto VI DLC. Fans have been chomping at the bit for more info on GTA 6 for a while as it will likely be one of the biggest games of all-time. Rockstar Games continues to raise and set the bar in a way no other developer is capable of and that will likely be no different with this game. Red Dead Redemption 2 was an absurdly innovative game that is a benchmark for open-world gaming and GTA 6 is both the follow-up to that and the second-best-selling game of all-time, Grand Theft Auto V. The developer is taking its sweet time on its next game and we've already caught a couple of glimpses at it thanks to leaks, but we're still waiting to learn more about it.
With that said, a recent comment from Rockstar Games insider Tez2 noted that they believe Rockstar is on track to announce GTA 6 this year and likely release it next holiday season, with room to delay into early 2025. In order to ensure the game does not get delayed more, Tez noted that Rockstar may have to start cutting content from the game which could then be finished and repackaged later as DLC. It's not something that's totally out of the question, as Rockstar did repurpose some stuff that was cut from Grand Theft Auto V later in GTA Online. Reports also suggested that when Bully 2 was canceled, some of its concepts and features were salvaged for Red Dead Redemption 2.
"I personally see an announcement as a given this year," said the insider. "I don't think the upper management is in a position to delay further to holiday 2025/2026. Cutting more portions of the game to package into DLCs to release later on may be sustainable for management than delaying further."
With all of that said, it's not necessarily a bad idea. In order to get the game out in a reasonable time, stuff will have to be cut, that's the nature of game development. However, it's always a good thing if it can be recycled for other content later down the line. Not only do you get a more fleshed out experience, but it keeps the core vision of the game in-tact. Rockstar has largely moved away from premium story DLC in recent years, so it's unclear what this DLC would look like, but it will likely be years before we even see it.

So recently my friend met this guy which goes to a different high school and they have know each other for a while now I guess about 3 months max. And just recently we were about to meet in person but things got complicated and we decided to reschedule. We made a group chat and he seems like a chill guy. My friend has show me some screenshots of their messages and he seems like a genuinely nice and respectful guy.
The problem is that last night my friend told me that she doesn't know if she likes him which would automatically make me step back and hope that she is happy but the thing is she later on took it back and I asked her why she wouldn't date him and she gave some reasons why she wouldn't that make sense but still doesn't fully convince me.
Another thing is that she tells me he is into me which naturally makes me more interested in him but before seeing him I told my friend that I wasn't interested.

I am genuinely unhappy with this planet, the living things on it and the distractions (situations/material) that come with it. I have been this way since I was a kid. I do not think I am capable of being happy around others. Every time I am at a party with strangers and friends or even at home with a single family member, I feel completely isolated from everyone and everything.
I try my best to be happy, but I cannot manage it long enough. Having to pretend to be happy for others is draining. Having to follow the norm of making others “comfortable” by not crying in public, etc., feels deceptive. I know that it is inappropriate to express a sad feeling, but you cannot hold it in. It just makes things worse. When I hold back my tears, it turns into pure rage. I become bitter, mad as hell. It’s just pure infuriation.
Why has the world just decided to cut off sadness and rage from built up stress as an emotion and why do I have to pretend to be happy when I am clearly not?
This entire post might seem selfish, but it’s not. I just want to know why I have to be happy for others when they can clearly see and feel I am upset. When people say they “feel” I am upset and tell me I need to “be happy”, it infuriates me more. Just why are my emotions not valid ?

I was at a science fair the other day and had the chance to have my ears examined with an otoscope. I discovered that my ears were full of earwax which was disgusting to view, however at the time I felt no issues with my hearing. I will admit I had used foreign objects in my ear prior to this (yes I know you aren’t supposed to do that but I thought I wasn’t pushing it too far in and also it was a really nice feeling) I planned to have it professionally removed at the earliest opportunity however my family have been keen for me to try hydrogen peroxide etc
Early last week, I developed a sort of super-cold/flu and at the same time, my left ear began to feel clogged. This has been more or less consistent all week. Perhaps it’s the Eustachian Tubes that are blocked. My right ear was also a little bit muffled but not as bad as the left. I also have always had the ability to “rumble” my Tympanic membrane (like when you yawn it rumbles, I can do that manually), on some days this week I’ve done that and I’ve had some mild ear pain or like it’s bumping into something? Hard to tell, is this a perforation or earwax knocking against the eardrum? Or an imbalance of pressure from the Eustachian Tubes? Today i get passing episodes of a little bit of pain in the ear but nothing severe
The other day I did a quick test of my hearing perception and I realised that my left ear perceived sounds/music etc as flatter in pitch, in musical terms I would say nearly a semitone. I’m freaking out because I’m a musician and I need decent hearing to function. I had this happen about a year and a half ago for both ears where everything sounded out of tune during a really nasty super-cold, but it cleared itself up eventually. Taking decongestant seems to help improve hearing.
I’m super paranoid as I don’t know what’s happening in my ears. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be the issue? Thanks for your help

For context, my SO and I are looking to move into this house on June 1st. The place we’re looking at has recently asked us if we could potentially move in on May 1st. The problem is, we both already have our own leases to take care of and do not want to pay an extra rent while not living there.

I have been running this guillotine baseball league for a few years now, and there are some open spots from members who didn't return this year. It works the same way a football guillotine does, as the year goes on people are cut from the league and their players are dropped to waivers, until only one winner remains.
RULES: This is a points league with no head to head matchups. Review the yahoo settings for the point values. The season is chopped up into 12 chunks, each two fantasy weeks long. (Some of the periods may be 3 weeks real time, such as around the all star break.) Scoring only matters during that 2-week period, which will be tracked on a Google sheet that I'll share after the draft. Whoever scores the lowest during that period is cut, and all their players are dropped to waivers. Each team has $1000 FAAB for adding players, but it has to last you the entire season. (You can place $0 bids.) All players are on continuous waivers and process around midnight pacific time each day. We start with 13 teams and 12 gradually get chopped until we have a winner.

I’m currently 17 weeks with our rainbow, I have a 5 year history of loss and infertility treatment, with the most recent loss the cycle before we got this rainbow.
I struggled in the beginning to get attached to the idea of being pregnant, terrified that I’d just miscarry again.
The farther along I’ve gotten that anxiety has lessened, and yes I’m still seeing the therapist I’ve seen for years about my anxiety. I also have a Doppler, and it’s helped a lot. I’m a nurse and know what sounds I’m looking for, and when I have days of not being able to readily find his heartbeat it hasn’t made me more anxious I just assume he’s up to shenanigans and moving too much to find.
For those of you who’ve had a long road to your rainbow, how did you bring yourself to start getting their room ready? I have all the boxes to pack up my yarn and sewing stuff, I’m just not ready to. Part of me is afraid of I get his room ready I won’t bring him home. It makes me feel like I’m failing a bit. I had a hard time buying things for him at first too. I now have a hard time stopping myself when I see something that’s so cute it makes me want to cry. IE the teddy bear sleep sack from my favorite mlb team I just bought.

Have you ever read the Old Testament and wondered, What the heck is going on? Probably not to that extent. But, you should. You're reading 39 collected books that do not take place in any culture that is close to ours, it was written in a completely foreign language (a dead language to be precise) they had customs that are way different than things we can come close to relating to. (Do you relate to a custom where your brother dies, and as a man, it is your responsibility to go to his wife to see his family name is carried on, if they are childless? Ya, I didn't think so. Or, women, how about it's you he's coming in to? What? Wait a minute!) These people had no way of seeing the world the way we do. At least after Noah, there was no technology at all. Before? We assume not, but, imagine waking up tomorrow, and having to start over. With absolutely nothing. Maybe they were more advanced than we were, maybe not. The ancients had a way of writing that is foreign to us. Sure, we can translate the words, but, when we read the text, are we reading in 21st century lenses? Or, can we see things similar to their way of thinking, to understand what the authors are saying to their peers? For a quick example, try having a person imagine life before 1999 who only lived in the current millennia. Todays kids have no idea what "I'll get it" means, or dialing a number, or having to limit talking to grandma and grandpa who are calling long distance, once a week, if you are lucky. Or, imagine someone from even 1980 going forward in time. We laughed in Star Trek 4, when they went back in time, and said "Computer: " and it just sat there. Well, laugh again, because now we can say "Computer" and it talks back. You're in high school, and there is no "web", you have to go to the library to do your research. You have to look at National Geographic as your porn. (GASP! He said porn in a Christian forum!) (Yes I did). This is not even 50 years, yet, we can see a HUGE transformation in culture. Now try jumping back, 2300 years, and possibly 5-10,000 years or even more? Have you ever had a conversation with someone who's first language is not English? How easy is it to have misunderstandings, because of the two difference in combining the two languages into one conversation. Read Matilda's Waltz for a great example of ONE language and how difficult it is to understand the same language: English. Well, a firm of English. American English Brit English sometimes two entirely different beasts. Add in localized nuances, and there are sometimes HUGE problems that arise. In Britain you can ask for a fag, and it's asking for a cigarrette. But this will get you some strange looks here in America. Now, consider these are two languages basically the same, but culturally, sometimes mean mind blowing differences. So, why would we expect anything less going back in time, to a different culture with far less technological understandings, and limited understandings, and force our world into their way of thinking? Alien x Superhero This is meant to be sort of Avenger-ish with aliens not being liked on Earth. I was thinking maybe your character is one of the heroes against the whole aliens being on the Earth. There’s a march being rumored to happen where aliens wanting to gain citizenship and demand the end of their races being killed. What your character doesn’t know is that his beloved girlfriend is an alien (my character). She’s a shapeshifter type that’s been sneaking out of the house lately for meetings concerning the march.
Rivals I have a few ideas for this one. One resolving around two college aged adults going to the same college, their parents are mafia rivals. Slowly they fall for each other before finding out who they really are, or even an arranged sort of marriage that ties both families together and ends the rivalry... just for a little while. OR we can create some other high school or college rivalry plot.
Arranged Marriage: Looking for a more modern to almost futuristic kind of setting. Our characters being forced to marry each other due to a war ending or some other sort of treaty. I would be more than happy to also have some fantasy elements in this.
The Selection: Basically a slightly futuristic twist on the BacheloBachelorette. One prince or princess comes of age and must go through an event called The Selection where they must find love from a specific amount of contestants.
Royal Mistake: a prince from another country comes to America for school under a disguise and fake name, and falls for a regular American commoner.. It calls for big scandals if anyone finds out who the noble in disguise really is.
Fake Fiancée: Y/C and his fiancée have recently called things off. There’s only one real problem to this... He was supposed to bring her to meet the family at a huge family reunion/wedding/event of your choice. He resorts to calling M/C his college best friend or his best friend’s slightly younger sister, maybe they’re twins, idk.
Fandoms: we can discuss DC (mostly the various robins), Marvel, ATLA, MHA, Disney Descendants, Harry Potter. I personally do not play as a canon character nor do I double, but would like someone else to play as one (OCs also welcomed and sometimes more preferred).
Would love to find a Hawks, Dabi, Bakugo, or Shinsou for MHA.
For Harry Potter, I would love to be able to play against Draco Malfoy in our own twist on the story.
The other canon character I would love to play against is Zuko from Avatar the Last Airbender. - I do not have any plot ideas for this come. Please bring some, I’d love to collab!

Recently I’ve purchased Portal on Steam so I wanted to download it on my Mac. However it wouldn’t run 32 bit games so Steam told me to use BootCamp to run Windows on Mac.
I followed a tutorial on YouTube on how to install it and it all worked flawlessly up until my computer had to restart. There it told me that my computer restarted unexpectedly or something along those lines and that I had to restart it again by pressing “OK”. I did just that but it just kept restarting the computer over and over so I looked for a solution on YouTube and the only one that I found was the shift + f10 trick which didn’t work for me since my computer restarted before I even got to type anything.
I turned the computer off and then on again and now the computer keeps restarting again and again on a loop and the error message pop-up doesn’t appear anymore, it just simply restarts.
TL;DR: I am trying to run windows on my Mac via BootCamp but once I reached a certain stage my computer kept restarting with the blue screen of death on a loop and I cannot stop it.
