2023.06.06 20:59 SPAC-tacular Citius Pharmaceuticals ($CTXR) – THREE products with upcoming catalysts upcoming THIS SUMMER
Citius Pharmaceuticals (New York Stock Exchange ticker: CTXR) is a late-stage pharmaceutical company with a pipeline that consists of five products -
THREE of which have upcoming catalysts
THIS SUMMER:
Mino-Lok If approved, would be the first and only FDA-approved therapy to salvage central venous catheters (CVCs) 1. Estimated $500 million-$1.8 billion market 2. Fast Track Designation means shorter FDA review process once trial is completed 3. Patent provides intellectual property protection through November 2036
Currently in Phase 3 trial 1. Trial designed to test mean time to failure (MTF) of Mino-Lok vs current standard of care with goal of >38 days MTF (Phase 2 data for Mino-Lok showed 100% success and a MTF of 74 days) 2. Trial concludes once 92 failure events are recorded and all remaining enrolled patients have completed their 6-week treatment 3. Phase 3 trial updates were provided on April 24, 2023 (85/92 failure events) and December 22, 2022 (72/92 failure events)
4. Using these data points, 92 failure events (and thus end of trial enrollment) projected to occur within the next 4 weeks (by July 2, 2023) Halo-Lido If approved, would be the first and only FDA-approved prescription treatment for hemorrhoids 1. Estimated $2 billion market 2. CTXR management has announced intent to sell the rights to Halo-Lido to fund the commercialization of their other products
Currently waiting on Phase 2b trial topline data (TLD) 1. Phase 2b trial enrollment announced on April 26, 2022 2. Phase 2b trial completion announced on April 3, 2023
3. Phase 2b TLD expected by end of June 2023 I/ONTAK Product that treats Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (CTCL) 1. Estimated $300-$400+ million market 2. Single-arm pivotal study ongoing in clinical trial in U.S. for treatment of Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma (PTCL) 3. Two investigator-initiated trials underway to evaluate I/ONTAK for potential as immuno-oncology combination therapy – University of Pittsburgh and University of Minnesota
Currently awaiting FDA Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) date 1. Acquired the exclusive license to Eisai’s E7777 (I/ONTAK) in all markets except Japan and parts of Asia from Dr Reddy’s Laboratories on September 7, 2021 2. Phase 3 enrollment completion announced on December 6, 2021 3. Phase 3 topline data (TLD) reported on April 6, 2022
4. PDUFA date set for July 28, 2023 Other products in pipeline: In addition to the three products listed above, Citius also is developing a product designed to prevent infections associated with breast implants post-mastectomy (Mino-Wrap) and a product designed to treat acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) with i-MSCs (NC i-MSC).
Other noteworthy news: CTXR is set to be added to the Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indexes on June 26, 2023. This will lock up a portion of the available float for the next year. CTXR management has announced their intent to spin-off their I/ONTAK product into a stand-alone oncology company. The timing of the spinoff has not been confirmed, but is unlikely to occur until after the PDUFA date of July 28, 2023. Citius Oncology, Inc. was registered in New Jersey on May 4, 2023.
Financials: CTXR disclosed cash and cash equivalents of $29.1 million as of March 31, 2023. A $15 million registered direct offering was announced on May 4, 2023 which closed on May 8, 2023. Citius CEO Leonard Mazur stated during a 5/17 investor’s meeting that this offering was sold to two institutional funds (one for $10 million, the other for $5 million). “With this additional capital, we believe that, as of March 31, 2023, our cash runway extends through May 2024.”
Corporate presentation: The most recent corporate presentation can be found on their website
here. Note that in the past Citius has been quicker on updating their corporate presentation. With so many catalysts set to drop any week in the next month, it makes sense that they have held off on updating their presentation.
Share price: As of this writing, CTXR is trading at
$1.28/share.
Disclosure: I currently have a position in CTXR. 😊 Citius CEO Leonard Mazur has personally invested over $20 million in CTXR.
Perhaps this one should be on your watch list?

2023.06.06 12:37 boutell New US CHAdeMO chargers in May 2023
Here are all of the new US CHAdeMO (Leaf fast-charging) stations that rolled out in May 2023, according to the U.S. Department of Energy.
There were 124 "new" CHAdeMOs added in May. To put it in perspective, there were 112 CHAdeMO chargers added in April. I think the pace of CHAdeMO rollout has stabilized, while the pace of CCS rollout is still increasing. This makes sense given that only Nissan still makes a CHAdeMO car.
Some of these chargepoints will be "refreshes," e.g. the provider replaced them with faster chargers etc. Some may be incorrect. This report is only as good as the Alternative Fuels Data Center data.
We all know that CHAdeMO is a legacy format and will eventually go away, but clearly Nissan and their partners are continuing to support it for the time being. This shouldn't be surprising. After all, you can still buy a new Leaf.
If you'd like to know about new chargers along your routes right away, or reading these monthly reports is just frustrating in your state, I've set up a free service that provides email notifications only when new stations actually open. You can
sign up at evpov.com. I built it to help EV owners like myself (especially my fellow Leaf owners). You can pick other plug types as well.
To streamline this post, multi-chargepoint locations are listed with the number of chargepoints first, so that's why the post is shorter than in previous months.

2023.06.06 12:32 boutell New US CCS chargers report for May 2023
Here are all of the new US CCS (Level 3 fast-charging) stations that rolled out in May 2023, according to the Department of Energy. These chargers are suitable for most new EVs on the market, except for:
- Tesla drivers who haven't bought the official CCS adapter yet. Certain older Teslas need additional work done to accept the adapter.
- Leaf owners like me, and some owners of older cars that also use CHAdeMO. If you drive a Leaf, or an older CHAdeMO car, see my matching post in leaf.
Some of these chargepoints will be "refreshes," e.g. the provider replaced them with faster chargers etc. Some may be incorrect. This report is only as good as the Alternative Fuels Data Center data.
There were 222 CCS charge points added or refreshed in May 2023, which is up from 171 in April. For comparison, there were only 74 new CCS charge points in May 2022. Things are speeding up.
"What about CCS charging at Tesla superchargers?" Tesla is in the process of rolling out their "magic dock" for non-Tesla cars, but so far in very few locations. If they start doing this at scale and reporting it to the Alternative Fuels Data Center then it will be reflected here.
"What about Ford vehicles with NACS (Tesla) plugs?" They are not on sale yet. Current-generation Ford vehicles have CCS plugs. The next generation will have NACS (Tesla) plugs, but will also support CCS via an adapter.
If you'd like to know about new chargers along your routes right away, or just prefer not to check this list monthly when new openings are rare in your area, I've set up a free service that provides email notifications as soon as they open. You can
sign up at evpov.com. Or not! I don't really have a business plan here, I built it to help EV owners like myself.
To streamline this post, multi-chargepoint locations are listed with the number of chargepoints first, so that's why the post is shorter than in previous months.

2023.06.05 17:30 cmakohon [USA-NC] [H] Gaming PC with 3070 and Ryzen 7 3700X [W] Paypal
Just not using my PC enough to warrant keeping it. Everything is in perfect working condition, there is some scratching on the metal side of the case but that is always against the wall for me. GPU has only ever been used for (pretty light) gaming, never mining.
Asking $800 + shipping Paypal G&S. Local to Charlotte, NC is even better. Happy to ship however the buyer wants, I have most of the boxes for the individual parts still. Here is a link to pictures as well as the PCPartPicker list. Please let me know if you have any questions!

2023.06.05 15:49 T_DMac [REQ] ($3000) -(#Charlotte, NC, USA) (Repay $3500 by 08/04/23 - $875 biweekly) (Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, PayPal.)
This is basically a debt consolidation loan. I’ve been established here for awhile without any blemishes on my borrow history. I recently released three new products, one sold out and another is releasing next week but I haven’t yet gotten a business card for my LLC and I’m currently holding a nasty balance on my personal CC. I just want to clear some of that up before doing a balance transfer to my new business card once it comes. I also have an established career, I’m a Data Engineer, more than happy to verify with a pay stub, videos of my products, filed incorporation papers for my design business etc.
8 weeks for a 16% return. Let me know if you’re interested 🤝

2023.06.05 15:15 kbjone It's that time again...
While it's not quite the Stanley Cup Playoffs, college baseball's postseason is one hell of a trip with all kinds of twists, turns, and plenty of teams to point and laugh at from the first pitch of each regional to the glories of Omaha. (It's baseball, OF COURSE the crown jewel would be in the middle of... well, not quite nowhere, but close enough. As an LSU fan, it's that proverbial pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.)
-Without further adieu, let's cut to the chase with our first batch of eliminations. These teams are like those opening jobbers on Ninja Warrior, the ones who slip off the first obstacle and end up all soaked.
Northeastern, Florida A&M, Arizona, Lipscomb, Tulane, Eastern Illinois, Army, San Jose State, Maine, UNC-Wilmington, Oklahoma State*, Ball State, Auburn*, Wright State, Central Connecticut, and Nicholls State: Pack your shit up, and go home, you are ELIMINATED from the NCAA College Baseball Championship.
Now, why do two of those teams have stars by their name? Because not only did they lose two straight... they did so as the host team! #13 Auburn suffered the indignity of losing to Penn in their opener before getting sent home by Southern Miss. #11 Oklahoma State one-upped them by losing to ORAL ROBERTS... then getting Malcolm X curbstomped by DALLAS BAPTIST 18-4.
-With the jobbers out of the way, this next batch of teams comes up on the chopping block. One win is better than zero, but the end result is the same.
So... Maryland, UConn, Santa Clara, Clemson*, Sam Houston, Vanderbilt*, Oklahoma, Cal State Fullerton, UL-Lafayette, Rider, Washington, West Virginia, Samford, North Carolina, NC State, and Troy, you have been ELIMINATED. Kindly pack your stuff up and return home... unless you have a star by your name, as you're already home. And possibly being lynched by angry fans.
Once more, we get to point and laugh at a pair of teams. #4 Clemson, #6 Vanderbilt, you had visions of hosting Super Regionals dancing in your heads. And then you got concussed by Charlotte and Xavier after understandable losses to Tennessee (now officially Clemson's daddy) and Oregon. Go stand in the LOL corner and think about what you've done.
-Despite Mother Nature taking a piss on several regionals, even more teams have met their 2023 season's final resting place in the regional finals. Considering it takes two wins just to get that far, there's little dishonor in bowing out here. Usually. For this step, we'll give the losers a little extra blurb to honor their achievements this season. And there's still quite a few regionals wrapping up, so some TBDs are sprinkled in, they'll get their own post in the responses once they get their final marching orders.
-George Mason: If only you could have avoided the sudden juggernaut that is #1 Wake Forest. Outscored 27-1 in your two losses to them... but at least you're not Maryland who gave up three TDs in their one brush with death. -TBD 2: Florida survives becoming the top LOL by beating Texas Tech in the return match, today's the rubber decider between the two teams. -TBD 3: TCU holds advantage after beating #3 Arkansas 20-5, the Razorbacks now need to dig deep and win two straight to advance. -Charlotte: A very honorable departure, any time we get to point and laugh at Clemson is a WIN for everyone. Godspeed you crazy bastards, as Tennessee was just better than you. -TBD 5: All the rain in Baton Rouge, we're just getting to the regional final now with #5 LSU holding advantage over Oregon State. Personally: DON'T BLOW IT. I WILL BE MERCILESS IF YOU DO. -Xavier: Another honorable departure as you took #6 Vanderbilt down in dramatic fashion, then just had nothing left in the tank for Oregon. So be it, head home with your heads held high. -East Carolina: Meh. Being down to #7 Virginia was a death sentence, one you couldn't even delay. Oh well. -TBD 8: Another rubber match as #8 Stanford avenges an earlier loss to Texas A&M, forcing the decider back to today. My apologies to the unfortunately named Ty Uber, as your teammates picked up your starting DUD (4 runs, 5 hits, 1 out) with interest. -#9 Miami: LOL. You needed two straight to advance, and started the first game well with a 3-0 lead over Texas. And then the third inning happened. Nine runs given up, and your season is OVER. Go into the LOL Corner for your sins, and tell Clemson and Vanderbilt to stop crying for fuck's sake. -TBD 10: #10 Coastal Carolina beats Duke in their first meeting, forcing a decider this afternoon. Would be one hell of a recovery from losing your opener to winning your home regional, just one win to go. As for Duke... nobody will feel bad for you if you lose. -Dallas Baptist: Helping humiliate #11 Oklahoma State is good, and helping Oral Roberts get the "regional sweep" is even funnier. Have an honorable trip home, don't feel too bad. -TBD 12: #12 Kentucky blows Indiana out 16-6... unfortunately it still only counts as one win, offsetting your earlier 5-3 loss to them. One more game for the regional title... -TBD 13: The two teams that combined to let us all laugh at #13 Auburn once more face off in a decider, Southern Miss with momentum after beating Penn 11-2 yesterday to avoid elimination. -Iowa: Eh, #14 Indiana State had your number both times. At least you did the same to North Carolina, I guess? -Campbell: Avenging your loss to NC State will have to suffice, #15 South Carolina had no interest in losing at home. At least you scored seven? -Boston College: #16 Alabama wasn't losing in Tuscaloosa, carry on. If only Nicholls State had won that opener...
-From 64 teams, we're down to 23. Seven more will be sent home... hopefully all today, if Mother Nature can get her irregular bladder under control. Sixteen will move, or have moved, one step closer to Omaha; all that stands between them and the College World Series in Omaha is a simple best of three this coming weekend.
Just remember the most important rule of the college baseball playoffs, same as every other playoff: DON'T! GET! ELIMINATED! Or do, we all need teams to point and laugh at.

2023.06.02 16:28 cmakohon [USA-NC] [H] Gaming PC with 3070 and Ryzen 7 3700X [W] Paypal
Just not using my PC enough to warrant keeping it. Everything is in perfect working condition, there is some scratching on the metal side of the case but that is always against the wall for me. GPU has only ever been used for (pretty light) gaming, never mining.
Asking $850 + shipping Paypal G&S. Local to Charlotte, NC is even better. Happy to ship however the buyer wants, I have most of the boxes for the individual parts still. Here is a link to pictures as well as the PCPartPicker list. Please let me know if you have any questions!

2023.06.01 16:13 rustybelts Ranking FBS Programs by Flair:Enrollment Ratio
Some offseason drivel.
Simple ratio of number of instances of an FBS school's flair (including any alternate flairs) divided by the school's enrollment.
Note: This is a count of flair, not users. Example: If a user has [UCF] primary flair and [UCF alternate (the Citronaut)] secondary flair, that counts as 2 in the
Flair column rather than 1. In other words, users who double up on their school's flair offerings count twice. There certainly are users who double up, but I feel like it does not affect the numbers much. This method makes sure to capture users who do not use their school's standard flair and instead use their school's alternate flair. (Note: Not every school has alternate flair. * Bearcat tears 😿 *)
Data sources:
- Enrollment (Some of these are out of date by a few years. This was the easiest source to pull from. I am not going to track down current official enrollment numbers for 133 separate institutions.)
- Flair count (Accessed 05/31/2023)

ARCA - Darrell Basham loses car parts in tornado: Good news finally came from the small southern Indiana town of Henryville, Indiana. The massive tornado that took direct aim on the downtown area today spared the life of longtime ARCA competitor Darrell Basham and his family. However, much of what Basham didn't lose in a devastating garage/shop fire in November of 2010, was lost today in downtown Henryville. "My old building, which was my main big shop - it's gone, with everything in it. And we had a bunch of stuff in it that we use to go racing. We walked through earlier. There were headers over here, a piece of racecar over there. Lost all my parts. Maybe someone's trying to tell me something; I just don't know. This could be the end of the line for Darrell Basham Racing; we just don't know. We're okay though, but what a mess. "We had a bunch of motor parts; it's all gone. General parts we use all the time - headers, rims. A-frames, trailing arms. Destroyed everything I had down there - it's all gone. Fortunately I had my cars at the house shop, which the tornado missed. (ARCARacing.com) (03-02-12)
- ARCA bans driver cell phone use during competition: The ARCA Racing Series has banned drivers from using cell phones during competition. A bulletin was sent out to teams yesterday stating that "Cars and/or drivers will not be permitted to carry cell phones during competition." This rule has been established after Brad Keselowski's cell phone use during a red flag in NASCAR Sprint Cup's Daytona 500. (03-06-12)
- DnF Enterprises owner Mario Gosselin arrested: A race car driver and owner of the Lake Wales-based DnF Enterprises [that fielded a car for Fain Skinner in the 2012 Mobil 1 200 at Daytona] was among those arrested last week during a sex sting, the Polk County Sheriff's Office said. Mario Gosselin, 40, of Lake Wales, was arrested Saturday and charged with soliciting prostitution, deputies said. The Sheriff's Office conducted a sex sting and said Gosselin was among more than 40 people who responded to online advertisements for sex. Once the people met with undercover detectives, they were arrested and booked into the Polk County Jail. Gosselin told deputies he was a self-employed mechanic. Gosselin bonded out of the Polk County Jail on $500 bail, according to jail records. (TheLedger.com) (03-14-12)
- Garcia Racing Looking to enter a 2th car for 2013: Garcia Racing is looking to enter a 2th car for 2013. Garcia Racing seeking sponsorship for the 2th car for 2013. Interested drivers or sponsor should contact Roberto Garcia. (Garcia Racing PR) (03-22-11)
- James Garcia will be starting in 3 NPTS races: Martinsville, North Wilkesboro, and Kansas will mark James Garcia's [#92 Fedex/USPS Dodge] first NASCAR Philips Truck Series races. In 2011, Garcia took the wheel of a ARCA Metlife Series car for Garcia Racing where he finished 8th in the points. (Garcia Racing PR)(3-27-2012)

- Little Texas to hold concert at North Wilkesboro on April 14: Little Texas, best known for their hits “God Blessed Texas”, “What Might Have Been” and “Kick A Little”, will be at North Wilkesboro on Saturday, April 14, 2012 in advance of the NASCAR Philips Truck Series race on April 15. Little Texas will be performing a concert for race fans at North Wilkesboro on April 14. The band will also be performing the National Anthem before the April 15 running of the NASCAR Philips Truck Series Farmers Insurance 200. The Chris Lane Band will be opening for Little Texas and takes the stage outside of the speedway’s turn two at 6:30pm/et. April 14. Little Texas will perform at approximately 8:00pm/et. A ticket for either Saturday’s Frank Kimmel Street Nationals and UARA Late Model Series Twin 75’s and NPTS qualifying or Sunday’s Famer's Insurance 200 NCWTS race grants admission to the concert. Little Texas will be sticking around to perform the National Anthem for April 15 race prior to the green flag at 1:00pm/et.(North Wilkesboro PR)(3-5-2012)
- Trucks to Road America in 2013? Montreal also hoping to be in the mix: NASCAR is expected to announce soon that the Camping World Truck Series will return to road-course racing in the 2013 season and that is great news for Canada’s Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. A source close to Camping World loop told the Toronto Sun that negotiations are all but complete to add a race at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wis., for next season. That same source also said NASCAR would most certainly add a second road course so that it would make economic sense for the truck teams. “Teams would have to construct purpose built trucks for Road America so to keep those costs in line a second race just makes sense.” A truck race at CTMS–formerly Mosport–would be a prefect fit for the track’s new owners. Ron Fellows–and his partners Alan Boughton and Carlo Fidani–have been actively pursuing a top NASCAR touring series race. “I was on the phone June 1 (the day the group announced it had purchased the legendary Ontario track) with NASCAR officials telling them we wanted a race,” Fellows said in a phone interview from Toronto. “And we are continuing to seek a race at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve.” It will be at least mid to late summer before NASCAR bosses release their 2013 schedules but it is now a good bet that there will be two truck races turning left and right next season. Fellows said that the addition of Montreal–a major NASCAR partner–as the name sponsor at CTMS will boost the track chances at getting the nod for a race.(TorontoSun.com)(3-11-2012)
- NPTS drivers meeting to be open to fans at North Wilkesboro: In addition to 200 laps of great racing, your ticket to the Farmer's Insurance 200 will also get you up close and personal with your favorite NASCAR Philips Truck Series drivers. NASCAR and North Wilkesboro are opening up the NPTS drivers meeting for fans to come watch. The meeting is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. April 15 in the garage at the speedway. Fans are asked to enter the infield through the tunnel in turn four if they wish to take part in the drivers meeting. A ticket to the race serves as admission. “This event is going to be as fan-friendly as it can be,” Hillenburg said. “Leading up to the Famer's Insurance 200, the speedway has had an outpouring of support from fans from all over the country and we want to make sure that we do everything we can to repay that support. “With a great three days of racing (April 13-15), Little Texas and Chris Lane Band (April 14) and ThunderFest (April 13), these new bonuses for ticket holders are going to make this an even more awesome event for our fans.(North Wilkesboro PR)(3-15-2012)
