My GF and I (both 25- together 2 years) just graduated college and we went back to my families farm out of state because they wanted to celebrate our graduation and we wanted to house shop anyhow. GF has met my parents multiple times but hasn't met anyone else in the family and everyone was going to be here. We were given the downstairs guest bedroom. I guess this was an eye opener for me as to how my GF is. I already knew she wasn't big on crowds but I didn't expect it to go like this.
So, my family is semi-large I guess. I have 4 siblings. They all have kids. I then have my 3 aunts and 2 uncles and their significant others. And there are 2 family friends here. One is my sister's best friend and the other is a mTf transgender "Jackie" that I've known since LONG before her transition (back when she was married to her wife/mother of her children). I've noticed that most of my GFs issue is with Jackie. Not for any other reason aside from her being extremely invasive and will follow you around engaging you in 20 different conversations at once and doesn't exactly know boundaries. She just never, ever stops talking honestly. And between her and the family dogs, my GF is becoming like.. pissed almost.
So basically every morning when we wake up (being woken up by the dogs because the door is busted and they come in the room to jump on us at 5-6am) we will go out to get coffee and Jackie immediately corners my GF to engage her in conversation. To a point where my GF has been looking at me in the morning and saying "get the fucking dogs out of here" and if I asked if she wants coffee, it's a "I'd rather not be ear r*ped as soon as I wake up, thanks". And now, whenever Jackie comes near us or to our doorway to talk, my GF has been "checking out" and refuses to even look at Jackie. She will turn the other way, for instance. It's embarrassing. We are only here a few more days so I told her "you better not embarrass me. Please suck it the fuck up for 3 more days". She immediately snapped at me and told me that she's put up with this "BS" for over a week and when we get back home she's considering leaving because "she can't be with someone with a family so fucking invasive. Who tf talks someone's ear off from 6am to 11pm every fucking night?". She also went off about the disrespect because they don't even try to prevent the dogs from waking us up. They laugh it off. So I said "Do what you want but don't fucking embarrass me when we are here." She's been taking off during the day and won't answer my calls/texts.

I understand everyone's income and tax situation is as unique as their fingerprint, but I'm curious if this bill actually has the potential for people that work overtime to truly notice less taxes and more take-home pay at the end of the year.
This bill may make it sound more lucrative to work more hours, but will it actually make much of a difference in take-home pay?

Just a fresh recap of all the events that led up to this:- • I got rejected by the girl I had a crush on for a year (not a big deal though) • In addition to that two of my friends betrayed me and toyed with my feelings in that same year • The boards came but hey I got 96% however the teachers said they expected more from me and berated me but the school awarded the guy who got less marks than me and is one of the two guys mentioned above (looking back that was my jealousy and hatred that got better of me). In addition my parents think it isn't enough. • My father found that his coworker was working in two companies(thanks to that bitch's husband) and insulted my father in front of my very own eyes and threated my father that if he says a single word about it to the director then she will make sure that he gets the SA charge as well as many other. • My mother suspected that two were having an affair but that wasn't the case but they still argue on it Now time for the main course:- So day before yesterday was my cousin brother's marriage. They were having fun and drinking booze. The Baraati(idk the english word my apologies) travelled for like 4kms to the home of my all new sister-in-law and they danced it all the way there. Not me though as I am sensitive to the blinking lights of dj and in addition I can't dance so I did my work of providing water and supplying food to the folks that were dancing and later on helping drunk folks to go to bed(It was a nightmare). However that day, my mother was drunk and she saw me and called me a disappointment and told me how i am a failure and all of my work always goes in vain. I didn't cry though, not because I am ligma male or anything but for some reason my brain already knew it. No suprises but I was still disheartened and the same was brought by my father and he too probably thinks that I am a waste of investment. He is still insisting on sending me to hostel but I don't wanna those two fuckers will ruin me again, I will lose my minimal freedom and I will be overwhelmed by them. Oh also today I lost my physics copy, my physics teacher will kill me on Monday well its good if he does but another bad thing. And now they are fighting for two hours consistently. I feel forsaken, I should have hanged myself back in class 6 when I had the chance to and was very close to or probably back in 3 when I first contemplated it. I have no idea why misfortunes keep coming in my way since that day. Not a suprise anymore and I guess God hates me as well for existing. They say celebrate the small achievements, well there we go I have none to celebrate to. And I apologise for this long post, but I don't have anyone to say this to except for her but I have no intention of disturbing her since she is a JEEtard like me. Well it happens, shit occurs. Not an issue. But I am thankful if you read it all the way, honestly thank you. Well time to study, what else can I even do. I can't even kill that bitch who threatened my father. I do not care if they hate me but I will love them and repay them. However this pain never heals. Nice, well it is what it is. Time to hit the books. Once again thank you very much.

So yesterday I went to my local rc track and all day my rc car was perfectly fine. No problems at all except the normal ones you would expect (screws comming loose, battery popping out once in a while and just regular things) then I had to go. Jump ahead a few hours when I got home I was going to drive it to drain my battery so it don’t kill it and it wouldn’t go 40 or 50ft away before loosing signal to the remote. normally it can go all the way to the end of my street no problem. (probably 400ft) before it was working fine going all the way to the end of my street. Does anyone know what caused this? Is it the esc? The receiver or remote itself or is both? It is a ARRMA vortex’s 3s BLX. Before I purchase anything I want to get your opinion because all of you know much more then me. Thank you

I don't like to vent but....
ups is getting on my nerves.
i ordered a part for my bike, since i am not home i asked it to be delivered to a ups collection point near my workplace.
this is where thing start to go wrong. the delivery keeps being refused by the ups access point. it is a small shop in rue de bonnevoie. So i went there and asked why? since is a tiny piece. it turns out they are kind of new access point and have not been brought or given a scanner. so they cannot receive the packages but the delivery man keeps going there and the status of the parcel keeps being' receiver did not want the packet'.
I called this morning and they said they would redirect my parcel to an other collection point but it did not happen. and again today the status of the parcel was updated as delivery refused.
I have been trying for 3 hours to contact ups again but the phone are not responding. they ought to be open until 6pm.
I am perplex that ups keeps going to the same delivery place knowing from the history of the parcel that the delivery there would be impossible. and even more they don't pick up the phone during work hours. sunny weather they all decide to go to a terras or something???

I recently started working at petsmart and they have me on register and I applied and was hired into petcare. I know alot about animals so I figured it would be a job where I dont have to worry about stress because when I talk about animals or am around them it makes me feel comfortable. Well, these past 2 shifts (5 hours) I was on register almost the entire time. They are training me and I just can't do it. I can't look at the costomers and I was told off because I talk too low and no one can hear me. There were also people who seemed angry which made me very nervous because i was working as fast as i could. After 3 hours I took my 15 minutes and I literally needed to put my noise canceling headphones on and play my music full volume and cover my eyes in the break room because I felt like I was about to start crying.
A week or so ago I posted about not being able to mask after a certain amout of time and by the end of the night I was so exhausted. I stayed over my boyfriends because his house is close to work and I was too tired to drive home. I could barely talk to him I was so fucking burnt out.
Now the store is trying to put me on for shifts that are over 6 hours and I literally had a panic attack when I checked the scedual this morning. I can barely do the 5 hours even when not working register. I kinda like the job when im not working register, but I honestly want to quit now that I've been doing alot of register. I know for a fact that no matter where in the store I'm working that I won't be able to get through a 6 or more hour shift. I told my boss that when I was being hired, I said I've only worked places where my shifts were 4-5 hours.
I haven't told them that im autistic or have social anxiety because I was always told that I can't tell employers that or they won't hire me. I'm also very good at pretending to be "normal" so people don't usually realize until I get to the point where I can't pretend anymore or when I get upset. I'm afraid that if I work for longer then I will get upset because when I get really overwhelmed I'll have a panic attack or a meltdown. Idk, I'm not sure what im supposed to do.

I had to drive from Barnegat to Wall for a meeting earlier this morning. On the drive up, I saw 4 State Troopers on the GSP, one of which was an unmarked black Dodge Charger that pulled someone over near the Forked River exit. Then driving back home, I saw 5 State Troopers either parked in the emergency crossover road or actively pulling someone over. This is the most amount of State Troopers I’ve seen in a day, and especially in only 30 miles of roadway.
In comparison, driving to a comedy show in Englewood yesterday I only saw one State Trooper in either direction driving.
So what’s the deal? Are the NJ State Police short on cash and need to shake people down for ticket money? Or are they just being overly prepared for future traffic?

Hi, I am starting to feel really desperate in searching for a suitable KVM setup at home.
I have a:

• Desktop with GPU output to DP and HDMI
• Laptop with USB-C (Thunderbolt) that is normally connected in office to a docking station, which controls all peripherals (dual monitors, mouse, keyboard, webcam)

And I need to switch them between:

• Dual monitors:
  • LG UltraGear 27GP850-B (2560x1440, 144+ Hz) using DP
  • An ordinary HD monitor using HDMI
• USB keyboard
• Wireless mouse with USB dongle
• Webcam (so I don't have to use the laptop's integrated one)

I was able to find some KVMs (e.g. TESmart HDK0402A1U-EUBK) with 2x DP + 2x HDMI inputs and DP+HDMI outputs, but not any with Thunderbolt + DP/HDMI inputs. It's like I need a combination of a docking station and KVM for the laptop and desktop side, respectively.
I would really appreciate any tips for this. Thanks in advance!

Hey :) I'm a 28 y/o mom of 3 and i really struggle with my ADHD symptoms even though im on medication. With all my pregnancies, i had a lot of complications and each was a csection. The last one, i was bedridden about half the pregnancy. I finally had my last son in June 2022 and got my tubal. Because of the complications and because I had 3 kids/csections in 4 years, i put on a lot of weight and also lost muscle from bed rest.
I've been trying to force myself to start exercising but it seems impossible. I have a hard time with task initiation and if something doesnt supply my brain with happy chemicals i dread it.
I'm trying to find a type of physical activity i can do at home. I dont have a treadmill or any equipment like that. I reallllyyy wanted to do strength training but it seems SO SLOW. like one 15 minute workout is gonna feel like 5 hours.
What are some fun physical activities that are at least somewhat face paced that I can do at home?(beginner friendly)
Bonus question: I get a lot of happy chemicals from food. I need to start eating healthier and portion size. I haven't been able to start that either because my brain is like "not fun, thats LAME." Every day I say I'm going to eat better and then i dont because I like carbs so much. Any advice on making dieting more satisfying with ADHD?
