Welcome back to Part 2, of my rewrite of Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, this time, we discuss the films of 2021, since the shows have already been rewritten.

Black Widow:

The Plot: Since Black Widow is a prequel to Infinity War and Endgame, it's best to leave this film canon in my own timeline to avoid contradictions in the timeline. Especially because Phase 1-3 still happened in my canon.
Also, I think the female Taskmaster has potential, and we can get the more comic accurate version in the future, along with the existing Antonia Drekov version. We will cross that road when we reach The Thunderbolts.

Shang Chi: Legends of the Ten Rings

The Plot: This film would stay exactly the same, aside from the title change. I would cut down the humor, but the movie would stay the same in my MCU continuity.

Eternals:

The Plot: Druig takes Ikaris's place throughout my version, to be more comic accurate, since he was the one who betrayed The Eternals in the comics. Aside from that, here is the synopsis of my rewrite of The Eternals film.
Act-1: In 5000 BC, a strike team of Eternals, Ajak, Sersi, Ikaris, Kingo, Sprite, Phastos, Makkari, Druig, Gilgamesh, and Thena are sent by the Celestial Arishem to Earth on their starship, the Domo, to exterminate the invasive Deviants.
I'd keep the opening action sequence of The Eternals fighting The Deviants on the shore of an island.
Throughout the centuries, the Eternals continue to relocate to other growing civilizations and defend them from the Deviants, although they are barred by Arishem from interfering with human conflicts to allow them to evolve naturally. Two Eternals, Sersi and Druig, would develop a close relationship over the centuries, eventually becoming a married couple.
As for other relationships between The Eternals:
Ikaris develops feelings for Thena, during this time. The two are good friends and often are a duo during confrontations with The Deviants.
Druig is close with Makkari, and they sometimes play pranks on the humans together. Makkari even has unrequited feelings for Druig.
Ajak is the mother of The Eternals, she is keeping everyone rational and in check and comforts them in times of distress.
Phastos is constantly coming up with new technology and is often extremely critical of himself and his creations.
Ikaris and Druig are cousins, however they often bud heads and are prone to fighting each other, which often have to be broken up by Ajak.
Sprite is the kid of the group. Thena is always looking for a fight. Gilgamesh is the gentle giant. Makkari is quiet and shy. Kingo is very dramatic and theatrical.
The last Deviants left on Earth are killed in combat by The Eternals, in 1521. The Eternal-Deviant War was ending.
Also in 1521, the Spanish invasion on the Aztec capital of Tenochtitlan ran concurrently with an attack from the last of the Deviants. While fighting and killing them off, Thena's Mahd Wy'ry causes her to momentarily turn on her allies, only to be stopped by Gilgamesh.
The Prime Eternal, Ajak, offers to cure Thena's affliction at the cost of her memories, but Gilgamesh volunteers to look over her, conceding with the possibility that she may have to be killed if she turns again. Druig, frustrated with how the Eternals have been abstaining from human affairs, deserts them to end the Spanish conflict himself. With the Deviants (seemingly) eradicated on Earth, Ajak releases the Eternals to go their separate ways. (That's why The Eternals didn't help The Avengers and were absent during Infinity War or Endgame)
In the years after 1521, Druig would completely abandon Sersi as the other Eternals await their return to Olympia. In the present day, Sersi and Sprite live together in London, she is now in a sexual relationship with a human, Dane Whitman who works at the Natural History Museum.
(Dane will later become The Black Knight, and even an Avengers and Midnight Sons member, like in the comics)
After Sersi's partner, Druig, left her centuries earlier. When the trio are attacked by the Deviant Kro, Druig arrives, firing a torrent of lightning at the deviant and chases the creature away. The three Eternals travel to South Dakota to reunite with their leader, Ajak, only to find her dead. Sersi is posthumously chosen by Ajak as her successor, granting her the ability to communicate with Arishem.
They approach Kingo as he shoots a new Bollywood film, who is hesitant to leave his life of stardom and rejoin the Eternals. He gives in when he learns about Ajak's death, alongside additional encouragement from his valet Karun Patel, who also tags alongside them to film a documentary for Kingo.
The group locates Gilgamesh and Thena in an outpost in Australia as the latter's Wy'ry resurfaces due to a recent Deviant attack. After examining Thena's artwork she had painted during her constant episodes of Wy'ry, which visualized memories of planetary destructions in the distant past.
Sersi learns that the mission of the Eternals was actually to prepare Earth for the Emergence. Arishem explains that, for millions of years, he has been planting the seeds of Celestials inside planets where the energy from large populations allows new Celestials to be born.
The Deviants were sent to destroy the apex predators of each planet to ensure the development of intelligent life, but when the Deviants evolved and began hunting the planets' native populations, Arishem created the Eternals to counter them. With The Avengers reversing The Snap, Earth has reached the necessary population for the birth of the Celestials, Tiamut, which will result in Earth's destruction.
So basically, The Eternals were androids that were deployed onto Earth to protect the humans, unaware that they were also defending a seed that would spawn the new Celestial Tiamut the Communicator once the population quota of intelligent life was achieved.
When that happens, the Emergence would commence, resulting in the destruction of the planet and the birth of said Celestial, which would allow for new life and galaxies to form. Afterwards, the memories of the Eternals would be taken from them and studied by Arishem to make way for their next planetary mission.
However, my rewrite depicts The Celestials as neutral beings, they focus primarily on seeding life and the evolution of the lower species in the universe.
I'd have Arishem also state that there are other groups of Eternals in the universe, guarding planets for The Celestials to burst out of the planet's surface.
(We'll see some more Eternals appear in the sequel, so that line will have some payoff, later on)
Appalled with the true meaning of their existence, Sersi informs the others. Together, they realize that Thena's mental affliction was the result of a botched memory wipe after a previous Emergence.
Act-2: To delay the Emergence, the Eternals reconvene. At Ikaris's residence in the Amazon rainforest. It's revealed that over the next five hundred years, Ikaris founded and managed to run a community that saw him as a god, within the Peruvian Amazonia.
Ikaris started a settlement and managed a peaceful lifestyle off the shores of Lake Junin, running a camp composed of farmers, woodworkers, and fishermen, among others. Ikaris had a wife named Margo Damian, but she passed away of old age. She had a striking resemblance to Thena. Her death left Ikaris in a depressed state and reluctant to help his old friends and cousin, wishing to be left alone in peace.
(That's a reference to the comics, where Margo Damian was Ikaris's love interest, but was killed by The Deviants, but in My MCU, she dies more peacefully)
They are attacked by a troop of Deviants. Kingo, Druig and Sersi are ambushed and viciously attacked by them, but she uses her powers to transmute one into a tree, much to everyone’s surprise.
Druig hypnotizes one of the deviants, distracting it long enough for him to electrocute it into submission. The deviant explodes, killing it. Kingo was barely able to repel one of them which was attacking Sersi. As he was able to hold his own against the Deviants, Kingo noticed that Patel was still filming to have some action sequences, and instructed Sprite to take him to safety.
Ikaris has a change of heart, seeing the village getting destroyed and he fights against a deviant, like in the actual movie, just to showcase his powerset of flight, superhuman strength and heat vision. Ikaris gets the upper hand on the deviant and burns it alive with his heat vision, killing him.
As Thena begins to fall insane yet again, Gilgamesh rushes to her side. However, this allows the Deviant leader Kro to attack him and absorb his powers, gaining a humanoid figure, intelligible speech, and his memories. Gilgamesh dies in Thena's arms.
Before he passes away, Gilgamesh successfully gets Thena to remember who she is. However, Thena would still have her mental illness, albeit she can control it better. The rest of the Eternals mourn the loss of their strongest member with a burial.
Druig proclaims that he is not powerful enough to affect a Celestial, so they head to Chicago to seek out Phastos, who had long abandoned mankind and his technological ambitions after his technology was used to create the atomic bomb. However, he has newfound hope for humanity after finding a new life with his husband and son.
(Yes, Phastos is still gay in my version of the film. Suck it, Homophobes)
He initially refuses to leave his family, but relents after Ben convinces him to fight for Jack's future. Phastos proposes the Uni-Mind, a connection between all the Eternals that would give Druig enough power to put Tiamut to sleep with his mind-control powers.
Heading to Iraq, The Eternals retrieve the Domo from an archaeological site and find Makkari residing in the ship. As they all are imbued with infinite cosmic energy, Phastos proposes they channel their energy into Druig and form a Uni-Mind so that he can take control of the Celestial and stop the Emergence.
Act-3: However, not everyone is onboard with the plan, with Druig being the primary dissident. When Kingo pledges to remain alongside Druig up until the end, he recalls his last encounter with Ajak six days prior.
Druig, after The Eternals split up, was an agent for The KGB in Russia. He was also mind controlling humans for his amusement. (Similar to his comic counterpart)
She informs Druig that although the Blip brought the Emergence closer to reality, the heroics of the Avengers inspired her to doubt Arishem for the first time.
(I'd have The X-Gene and Mutants be mentioned by Ajak as an experiment done on Earth by the Celestials, like in the comics. This alludes to The X-Men and other Mutant characters being a huge deal in the future)
However, Druig remains a firm and loyal believer in Arishem, Druig mind controls and takes Ajak to a town in Alaska, where the Deviants trapped in ice were resurfacing due to global warming associated with the Emergence. He pushes her into the path of Kro, who absorbs her life force, killing her, and the deviant gains her regenerative powers. Druig takes Ajak's body back home before breaking down over what he had done. As electricity furiously flies across the field.
Sersi senses the commencement of the Emergence, prompting Phastos to send Makkari out and find Tiamut, who is at a volcanic island in the Indian Ocean. Ikaris deduced Druig's role in Ajak's death, and Sersi learns he was made aware of their true mission by Ajak centuries ago.
Druig argues that it is their duty as Eternals to protect the Celestial cycle of life so that the universe may continue to exist. When Kingo threatens to attack Druig, Sprite decides to leave with him. As he does not want to face Arishem but wishes not to fight his friends, Kingo also departs along with Karun.
Thena convinces Sersi to continue Ajak's mission as her successor and prevent the Emergence from eliminating all of mankind. To facilitate the Uni-Mind, Phastos takes Sersi's communication sphere and disassembles it to construct bracelets for the other Eternals to wear.
Sprite joins Druig due to her unrequited love for him while Kingo chooses to get up and leave. Makkari locates the place of the Emergence, an active volcano in the Indian Ocean, where Druig and Sprite attempt to stop them.
At the island, Sersi, Thena and Makkari lend their energy to Ikaris and allow him to connect with Tiamut, but Druig electrocutes and blasts him into a hole and destroys the Domo. Determining that Sersi's matter transmutation powers are their last chance to stop the Emergence, Makkari, Thena and Phastos confront Druig to give her cover.
I'd keep the same battle that Ikaris gave The Other Eternals in the finished film. However, it's instead with Druig, who uses electricity and mind control, instead of heat vision. However, he can still fly during the battle though.
A devastated and rageful Makkari wailed as she saw this and sought to seek revenge for Druig betraying her, since they were close friends. Makkari rushed towards Druig dodged several of his lighting blasts and gained the upper-hand in fighting him with her super speed.
However, Makkari quickly lost as her fight pattern was recognized by Druig and he grabbed her by the neck and electrocuted her chest, wounding her. Thena and Phastos were able to battle Druig for some time. Kingo even returns with a change of heart, and he brought over twin katanas, to help out against Druig.
(This is to make Kingo more accurate to his comic counterpart, who is Japanese and uses katana blades)
Kingo deflects Druig's lightning back into his face, with his two twin katanas, similar to the move that Rey did to Palpatine in The Rise Of Skywalker. Kingo even lands a few slashes to Druig's torso, and blasts him with a giant energy ball, which collides with Druig's electricity, causing a massive explosion.
However, Druig comes out of the smoke and electrocutes Kingo, sending him flying backwards and taking him out of the fight and he almost tortures and kills him with his electricity.
However, Druig is interrupted by Kro, who attacks the Eternals and nearly kills Makkari, but Phastos knocks him into a cave where Thena follows him into to get some revenge for Gilgamesh's death.
Sprite projects an illusion of Ajak to distract Sersi before jabbing her with a dagger. As she is constantly mocked for her childlike stature, Sprite envies Sersi for being able to live a full life among humans, hoping that the Emergence's aftermath would allow her to be reborn as a full-sized lifeform.
Ikaris recovers and punches Sprite out, but he is unable to utilize his powers against Tiamut again, forcing Sersi to face it alone as the Celestial begins to rise from Earth’s crust.
Kro impersonates Gilgamesh and attempts to take over Thena's mind, but she is able to resist him and kills the Deviant by slicing him in half. Phastos manages to restrain Druig and prevent him from using his powers momentarily, but he eventually breaks free, using his cosmic flame to incinerate his restraints and flies away to stop Sersi.
Sersi instead attempts to turn him into marble. Druig breaks free of his restraints and goes to kill Sersi, but finds himself unable to due to his love for her. Both he and Sprite join with the others in the Uni-Mind and Sersi gains enough power to turn Tiamut into marble. Guilt-ridden, Druig flies into the Sun. At Sprite's request, Sersi uses the remaining energy from the Uni-Mind to turn Sprite into a human, ending her permanent childlike state. However, I would make it clear that Sprite still has her powers, she just will age like a normal human.
Thena, Ikaris, and Makkari depart on the Domo to find Eternals on other planets and warn them of the Emergences while Sersi, Phastos, Sprite and Kingo remain on Earth.
Whitman professes his love for Sersi and is about to reveal a secret about his family history when she, Phastos, Sprite, and Kingo are lifted into space by Arishem. Displeased with their treason, Arishem says he will spare humanity if the Eternals' memories show that humans are worthy of living. Vowing to return for judgment, he takes the trio with him into a singularity. (That sets up a sequel)
Post Credit Scenes: Ikaris, Makkari, and Thena track that Sersi, Phastos, Sprite and Kingo have been kidnapped, and they are tracking where Arishem is headed, since Celestials aren't exactly sneaky. However, Starfox and Pip The Troll have come to help them on their little rescue mission.
Dane Whitman, inside his castle, pulls out his inherited Black Knight armor and Ebony Blade. However, a voice appears saying "You sure you want to touch that, Mr. Whitman".
Blade, The Vampire Hunter, himself approaches Dane, which sets up the Blade reboot.
Sersi, Kingo, Sprite and Phastos, are captured by Arshem, and he shows the clones of Druig, Gilgamesh and Ajak. This sets up the dead Eternals having replacement versions of them in the sequel.
All of The Eternals are all androids, created in the World Forge after all. The Celestials can simply create more of the exact same Eternal.

Spder-Man: No Way Home:

No Way Home would stay the same. Not much to say here. This film is almost perfect. I would use "The More Fun Stuff" as the definitive version of the story that happened in my canon.
Post Credit Scenes: Tom Hardy's Venom still leaves a piece of The Symbiote behind, before he is sent back to his universe.
(There will also be an MCU variants of Eddie Brock, Gwen Stacy, and Norman Osborn, and a few other characters in my college trilogy)

Thanks to many commenters and some I have private messaged who have helped me think about what is going on with my body. I believe I have enough data to confidently say that I am mildly floxed, and yet I have been particularly concerned with a number of issues that might be of interest to others, and about which some more anecdotal and informed advice might help me.
What happened:
Last week of Feb, 2023, I had a number of symptoms that led me to believe I might have something going on with my kidneys (all very mild, but I noticed slight hematuria [blood in urine] and on wife's orders went to the walk-in clinic) on Feb 28. The doctor confirmed microhematuria, and very quickly prescribed an antibiotic I'd never heard of (Ciprofloxacin). He told me to start right away, as did the the pharmacist. No comments about any neuropathic/tendinopathic side effects.
Now, I have a degree in exercise science; and am an exercise enthusiast; and participate mutliple times a week in recreational grappling sports (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Judo). I've lifted weights and done cardio and fairly intense training for years. Had I known about such potential issues, I'd have put the breaks on. I'm a healthy 32-y/o male.
Anyway, I took my first dose of 500mg Cipro ~14:30 and thought nothing of it. ~18:30 I made an off-hand comment to my wife about my left knee bothering me (unrelated to antibiotic). Thank God, she says to me "I'm remembering a comment from nursing school [10 years prior!] about FQs causing spontaneous achilles tendon rupture." -_-
Some "looking up," and I was on the phone with the pharmacist, who told me to stop taking and go to emerge. 9 hours later (over night) it was confirmed I had no infection/no need for any antibiotic, and I was advised to stop taking it.
My symptoms:
I was up all night in the ER that night seeing if anything else had happened, but felt "fine" other than tingling lower legs. The next day I was tired (from not sleeping), and the day after I thought I was fine (hadn't yet found this sub) and trained pretty hard martial arts. The following day I trained hard again weightlifting. It was the weekend now, and I felt pretty beat up; my ankles were not feeling good at all.
I began to feel mild (2-3/10) soreness in my ankles, wrists, elbows, and knees, and in the process of trying to figure out if this really was related to Cipro, I found this subreddit.
Week 1 was the week of the incident, and discovering these early symptoms, which all presented by the end of that week.
Week 2 I began to have symptoms both of peripheral neuropathy (burning in distal arm and leg structures), and after continued mild pain. By early week two I had purchased the usual suspect supplements: CoQ10, PQQ, Magnesium, etc. I already was taking Creatine Monohydrate, Vitamin D, and procyanidins (in the form of pure cacao extract): both Creatine and Procyanidins on oxidation, blood flow, cognition, and mitochondrial protection. Creatine has a good protective effect against fatigue and DNA damage (these are evidence-based health outcomes as collated by the team at examine.com).
By late week 2 I had stopped most normal activity. But late on week 2 I had gone for a ~20 minute walk (many of you wouldn't even dare have tried this; my symptoms are milder). This left me with symptoms of tendinitis in my left hamstring at the knee which effected my gait for 3 days with moderate (more than mild) pain. Went away by day 4.
Week 3. On week 3 I felt pretty good if I didn't do anything, but would still be sore with any stressful physical activity (ie., on my feet a lot; doing groceries, carrying kids, etc.). I tried my first workout, which involved a couple sets of about half reps, half weight pull ups and presses; lighter for legs. Slow, controlled. I felt good overall, but fatigued from even this. However I had symptoms of elbow tendinitis for 3 days (I assume from the combination of pull ups and push ups).
On week 3 I returned to my sport training, which involved even less than the above workout (mostly some movement on the ground on soft mats. Given my background in exercise science and in consultation with a family member who is a physio, I made a 6-month, auto-regulated plan for a full return to sport and a return to higher capacity training.
Week 4 was very much like week 3, with ups and downs and minor strains lasting a day or two when I tried pushing a little more.
Week 5. I am now near the end of week 5. My symptoms seem to continually improve, but half of the time feel about the same. Part of this is due to insomnia which I have had throughout (I suffer from chronic insomnia, take a "z-drug" for it (strict rules: no more than half a dose, no more than two nights in a row, no more than three-four nights [at most] over a seven day period).
Note: I have spoken with the prescribing doctor who dismissed my concerns. I have reported the side effects to the governing health organization in my country. I have had one follow up with an internal medicine specialist who supposed neuropathy, and have a follow-up tomorrow where I can be clearer about FQT. I have a neurologist appointment scheduled for August of this year.
My ongoing concerns/plans/comments

1. Research suggests exercise should help with mitochondrial health. Almost any form of exercise will. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31674658/ . My auto-regulated plan has me increasing capacities week over week for weeks where I feel ~7/10 on average.
2. I am struggling to come to grips with the transient nature of symptoms and the idea of "turnover" rates for tissues that might be affected. I believe I am out of the acute phase in my case, but don't know when I can begin to push more for body parts that seem ok. However, every time I do a workout, some minor strain occurs.
3. I have lived fairly normally, while increasing my fruits and veggies and decreasing overly processed foods. I have had alcohol on three occasions and felt ok; I have had small amounts of caffeine (but I don't drink coffee ever anyway); I have had meds (zopiclone, a PPI which I sporadically take for reflux, and tylenol a couple times) and felt fine.
4. I don't intend to take so many supplements for too long. My plan is to phase out of things like PQQ, and Curcumin, and long-term just have a good multi, and CoQ10.
5. Many people who are young, healthy, and mildly affected are anxious about returning to sport. I would love to open a conversation about this and share information and support. There is every reason to believe that measured activity will only improve symptoms across the board.

Questions:
Can people who perceive themselves to be like me (feeling pretty good in normal routines most days) share their experiences returning to sport early? I believe that some on the mild end come out of most issues within a 12-week time frame. I don't know if this correlates with the turn-over rate of mitochondria in some tissues. But I am very curious about the 12 and then 24-week milestone (24 weeks might have research-based significance because it was the period suggested in the published rehabilitation literature for an increased risk timeframe: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4080593/)

This post and it being later pinned is ground zero for everything that happened to WorldPolitics and started the first wave of off-topic shitposts: Hentai and Waifu- not e-thots, not Warhammer 40K.
Here are his motivations as he put them:

“Over the past few days, several karmawhoring reposts of "upvote this picture of trump looking dumb" that blatantly break sitewide reddit rules have been upvoted to the front page of all and the subreddit kept getting spammed with them. Yes I understand there is basically no moderation here, but Reddit rule 4 literally says "asking for votes or engaging in vote manipulation" is prohibited. At the very least the mods should remove posts that violate sitewide rules. And no I'm not a salty Trumptard, the "uPvOtE rEpOsTeD pIcTuReS oF _____ cUz GoOglE" are just actual cancer. Look at the comments of any one of those posts, no one likes them. The mods were asked to do something about it but they flat out refused to do their jobs and ban or remove a single post on this subreddit. Thus, the sub has dissolved into chaos and is full of shitposters like me spamming it with stupid memes or straight up porn because the mods are too smallbrained to do anything.
Edit: every one keeps thinking I'm a salty MAGA Trumptard for some reason. Let me assure you that is not the case, I in fact despise trump as a person. All people wanted was for the mods to ban "upvote this picture of ______ so it shows up on google" posts because they are annoying and no one fucking likes them. This is worldpolitics not WeHateTrumpCirclejerk, go shit on Trump in one of the sanders subreddits they love that stuff.
Edit 2: also for everyone saying this is child porn please kindly check your eyes and tell me what child you've seen with these bountiful pair of double D titties. Not to mention this character, Aki Nijou, is literally a mid-20s school nurse in the anime Maken-ki so she's 100% legal. Kindly stop spamming my inbox saying she's an "age indeterminate teen."”

In exasperation from the influx of porn and hentai shitposts, the moderators set /worldpolitics to private. This was only a temporary action but when the subreddit opened back up it had seen a substantial moderator exodus and a few newcomers.
New WorldPolitics moderator u/FreeSpeechWarrior had this to say on another subreddit, WatchRedditDie:

Nah it got privatized because a recently added mod went rogue and added some of the protestors as mods who then locked down the sub, made it NSFW, stickied hentai etc... I've reverted the damage. We let people post what they want within the rules of Reddit and don't try to exercise any control over the discussion beyond what the admins require of us. If people want to post about US Politics / Trump (whether for or against him) in Reddit's most unrestricted political/news sub then they are welcome to do so. If you don't like the content in worldpolitics you can vote it down.

Part of the 'damage' that was referred to as being reverted has been confirmed to have been removing from the mod team long-standing moderator u/ilvisar (alt) along with u/TheLoIiLicker69, who had served mere minutes. The name was also reverted back to its original state from being temporarily christened 'WorldPolititties', and u/TheLoliLicker69's post was removed from sticky.
I have been able to substantiate this through off-site interviews with u/TheLoIiLicker69, a comment on a selfpost, and through the collaboration of fellow journalists mentioned below.

Moderator u/IAmAnAnonymousCoward approved and granted the change that day. It has been speculated that this new banner being seen on “Popular Subreddits” lists as well as user submitted untagged NSFW content hitting /all is what caused the subreddit-wide NSFW label. The banner was temporarily removed but, once the subreddit no longer appeared in lists that it would be shown, it was eventually restored.

Phase 2: E-thots and Shitposters

It is between these two dates, May 7th and 9th, that the first evolution of the sub occurred after its initial transformation. The change was graceful but there was a steady influx of OnlyFans content creators from GoneWild and a steady decline of 2D imagery hitting /hot. It was at this point that I focused my attention on user moderating /new with the help of several other users, downvoting others trying to get the subreddit back on politics and away from what they assumed to be only a temporary halt to normal operations. We intended to make sure that was not the case through the raw power of shitposting random content and nuking anything remotely political.
This back and forth continued for days, we were barely hanging on but us few were dedicated. This was our crusade.

This post outlined rules for the OnlyFans E-thots to follow such as not advertising their off-site content in post titles, comments, or direct messages with other users. It was these rules that broke the first evolution and allowed for the transition to phase three.

Phase 3: The Inquisition

It took the Warhammer community several days to assert their dominance and gain control of the sub. Their crusade was hard fought, but with the help of the new rules and regulations set in place by the moderators driving out the heretical content they were able to establish dominion. Again, there was no single post that drove this transition outside of the initial calls to arms in GrimDank and other 40K communities.

I was able to take my first break from Reddit in almost ten days thanks to these dedicated users. I finally felt that we had the reinforcements necessary to ensure that the new normal would be maintained and that the old status-quo of this subreddit would not resurface. I got to enjoy an afternoon at the beach that I haven’t seen in months due to quarantine and watch the sun set. I was able to enjoy actual world politics again and participate in conversations outside of WorldPolitics. Thank you.

The Warhammer 40K Galactic Imperium was a mighty force, it had managed to do what rules alone could not- deliver this holy land from the heretical lewd pestilence that had driven it's tentacles deep into the crevices of this subreddits userbase.

PyrrhaRose is a special user on WorldPolitics. She didn't necessarily come for factions or rivalries or crusades. She was always here for the lewds. Upon seeing the complete decimation of her beloved sanctum of lust at the hands of the Grimdank Imperium, this ambiguous spectator became one of the strongest individual powerhouses on the subreddit. She is a lone juggernaut.
She used the one weapon she had at her disposal to seek her retribution, the one means to demoralize and fight off the onslaught- artistically composed pornographic fan art based on characters from the Warhammer 40K universe. She continued this fight, alone, until she gained a cult following of fans and became a known and respected figure in the community.
u/PyrrhaRose gave these compelling remarks when asked about her feelings on the recent ceasefire between factions:

I kinda wanna thank everyone for coming together like we did a few days ago. To come to a peace agreement, and the likes. The toxicity was getting very bad at one point and I brought it up with the others, and instead of them siding with the more toxic ones they agreed! And we slowly shifted to more fun centric. We are here. The first faction that broke out were the Plants, but many have come to try and wrestle control from the ruthless collective might of miniature figurine collectors around the globe. Nobody knows what will come of the future, if the Warhammer shitposters have the dedication to hold control or if the tides of fate will move in another direction.
All I really know is that this subreddit will never again be what it was before we started here, and that was our intention. What happens from here on out is up to you, the reader and the Reddit user.

The tides of war had worn long on u/senior_cynic, the defacto figurehead for the Warhammer incursion. There were rumors of betrayal but evidence for such action has proven elusive, however his role as Warmaster was short lived. In his place u/g0d-3mp3r0r was granted the leadership position, chosen to direct and instill discipline in what forces remained after the long skirmishes.
When asked for comment on his role in events, u/g0d-3mp3r0r chose these words:

I have always been told I had the mind of a politician and the stubbornness of a mule. I was already nominated for Warmaster by senior_cynic back when he stepped down and soon a lot of the new recruits called me warmaster, showing the traditional community acceptance of my new role. Whilst I will admit that I could hear the voices of chaos in the form of PyrrhaRose I did not falter in my leadership of the crusade. I immediately decided to do something about the death threats and lack of centralization by granting titles to Kaiserschalt, LooneyW, Noisy_Ferox and Watercrown123. They would be my Inner Circle and we would lead the crusade together. There was also leadership coming from Petty Officer Imperium_of_69 whilst we were asleep because timezones. The taint of heresy would infect many of our crusaders but they would never stop fighting, until they did when peace was declared. My friend, fellow anime_titties moderator, and the initial instigator of the fall of WorldPolitics, u/TheLoIiLicker69 , has had all of his reddit accounts permanently suspended. I wanted to make sure that the community was made aware of this and the reasons behind it, these are his words taken directly from off platform communications;

"Well shoot sorry guys all my accounts including the alt I used to mod AT got permanently suspended for posting personal information. I was on a thread about the animemes doxxing and wanted to clear up the misconception that the doxxer was a member of the animemes community, so I posted a link to a screenshot of their comment admitting they were just a transphobic asshole stirring up drama, which was probably what got me suspended since that's the only personal info I've revealed.Yeah I expected a comment removal at most for that not a permanent ban. Sucks that it had to happen because I was trying to make sure the animemes community didn't get falsely blamed for the actions of 1 lunatic."

Also funny thing is about 2 days before I nuked worldpol I'd gotten a 15 day ban on my main account from my favorite shitposting sub okbuddyretard, so it wouldn't be a stretch to say that caused a chain reaction leading to the engoodening of this formerly terrible sub. Shoutout to whichever anonymous mod temp banned me, I'd probably have been too busy pretending to be a retarded 9 year old otherwise lmao.
An extra special thanks as well to everyone who saw what was happening and joined in on the shitposting, as well as to those who have helped grow anime_titties to be an actually good replacement. Darius May was the owner of the large new "mixed-used" commercial building next door. Rumours had already begun swirling in local media that May, 36, planned to convert the disused building into a sex shop. The rumours were only half true. May not okay planned to open a sex shop, but also planned to open a "high-end" strip club in the same building and he had wasted no time submitting his application to planning authorities.
So, when local vicar Jeremy C. Johnson had received information from local authorities informing him of May's intentions and asking him, much like with every other local, whether he had any objections to the application, he was horrified. As the owner of St. Augustine The Holy Trinity Church - a large and imposing church originally built in 1906 - he was not ready to accept the establishing of a strip club immediately next door to his church. Although his congregation was now a small one - there were now 306 registered regular service attendees and a weekly average of 31 visitors and newcomers - he still felt that the religious community in the neighbourhood was a large one and attendance during holiday and special occasions such as Christmas, Easter and weddings and funerals, regularly saw attendees from the local area rise, albeit temporarily.
Johnson did not know this May too well, but he did hear that May appeared to own two other dex shops, one somewhere in the Midlands and another up in Chester, in Cheshire.
Johnson could not accept having a strip club opened right next to his church, so he objected to the planning application. Over the years, however, the demographics of the local area had been slowly changing as a new influx of "young economic and climate migrants" from Scandinavia, the Baltics and Eastern Europe had begun flooding in, slowly changing the face of the area as more and more of the elderly and retired in the community had begun to die. For some reason, this meant that there weren't as many objections as Johnson expected or would have liked. As such, authorities required a certain number of objections in order to require the application to be re-submitted, otherwise the application would eventually be accepted.
Panicking, Johnson visited several established locals in order to drum up support for resistance against the opening of the strip club. He also implored members of his congregation to write "strongly-worded" letters to their councillors and the local Member of Parliament to argue that businesses such as a sex club and a strip club did not "fit the character of the neighbourhood" and "had no place in the local area".
Johnson was well known for being a fiery pillar of the community in situations such as these. Back in 2009, Johnson had strongly resisted the opening of two 7/11 supermarkets directly besides his church. Following strong opposition - led by Johnson himself - applications to build a small Sainsbury's Local and a tiny ASDA had been rejected. If the applications had been accepted, it would have seen the church "surrounded" by new 7/11s. Luckily, to this day, St. Augustine The Holy Trinity Church still retained its character and still preserved its large square and space, helped not only by regular offerings from congregants but also funded from the very pockets of Johnson himself, who had reinvested some church funds in Manhattan Central Bank, an investment corporation based over in Atlantic City in New Jersey.
This time, however, was a little different. Nearly a decade and half had passed and the makeup of the local community was slightly different. A local primary school in the area had been shut down and relocated, thereby bolstering the strength of May's application; the age demographics had also sharply changed, with more younger childless couples from abroad moving in. An underground nightclub had also opened a couple of streets away and because it was a little far away, Johnson had not had any immediate objections to its opening, especially as it only planned to operate on Thursday and Friday nights "to cater to the rising student population". Perhaps, in hindsight, he should have voiced more opposition to the nightclub. Now, May had arrived and he had informed planning authorities that the opening of his sex shop and "high-end" strip club would "bring economic opportunities" to the local area and "create 14 new jobs" (2 more than both supermarkets in total had planned to create). May had also insisted that it would "attract more tourism and business investors" and "lead to a domino effect which would lead to more wealth being created in the local community".
When May had begun to hear of Johnson's rather vocal opposition to his business plans, he was at first intrigued by "this old man's" resistance to new ideas and "new energy being breathed into the area". And so, May had gone to visit Johnson one afternoon. Unbeknownst to May, Wednesday afternoons were usually reserved for a special "Feeding the homeless" event, where the homeless and poor would be invited to St. Augustine The Holy Trinity Church to visit the food bank and "also listen to a short sermon" and "receive a blessing from the vicar himself".
So, when May had turned up, dressed in a laid-back white silk shirt and some expensive jeans and leather trainers, Johnson had not immediately recognized him, but remarked how he clearly looked out of place amongst the homeless. The pair had then begun arguing, as two food bank volunteers tried to distract the attendees from the raised voices. Suffice to say, the pair did not get on at all and Johnson accused May of "trying to invade the area with immorality and sexual promiscuity".
"You may say otherwise, but everybody knows strip clubs are a clear gateway to drug use, prostitution, sexual promiscuity and even child pornogrpahy and child abuse," Johnson had shouted at him in anger.
May, unable to keep his cool and surprised at the vicar's unusual fiery nature, had retorted in anger, "oh please, The Church isn't exactly known for being completely innocent itself. It's full of the very things it claims to hate an preach against. Your hypocrisy is astounding. Your area is dying and it's people like me - entrepreneurs and investors - seeking new business opportunities, who revive it with new ventures. The government has no issue with me, it's just sad old people like you!"
The pair had then parted on bad terms, much to the shocked reactions of the homeless attendees still continuing to stream into the food bank.
Johnson had continued drumming up support for his opposition to the sex shop and strip club plans, but the modern era had got the better of him. A few new councillors had replaced his religious-leaning contacts over the years and opinions had varied wildly over the "dangers of sex shops and strip clubs". He was also unable to gain enough support from fellow religious leaders - local imams from a local mosque nearby - after a number of local Islamic leaders still held grudges against him over his handling of reglious tensions back in 2010 and 2011.
In the end, Johnson failed to garner enough objections to the application and grasping at straws, he had started a petition to reject the application, but, to his shock, it had failed to get enough signatures, with many informing him that they "did not want to get involved" in his "Holy War against the World". His final option? A court case. Reviewing his finances, he confirmed that he could afford to bring a private court case without unduly stressing church funds. Speaking to his legal contacts (two Bar contacts and another two at respectable City law firms), he planned to argue that the opening of the sex shop and strip club would "alter the character of the local area in an extreme fashion" and "were antithetical to the history and environment of the local area". He also planned to accuse Darius May of "intimidating" members of the local community, pointing to the unexpected decrease in support for his opposition to the planning application.
An initial injunction was initially granted on behalf of Vicar Jeremy C. Johnson to halt the conversion of the disused building to a sex shop and "high-end" strip club. This was only a temporary victory for Johnson, who had been instructed to gather further evidence of May's "tactics to intimate people in the local area", as well as "strongly demonstrate how the new business would alter the character of the local area in an extreme fashion".
Yet, a short while later, as if like something out of a supernatural horror movie, Vicar Johnson's black Renault had veered sharply off the A40 whilst he was returning from a weekend Church outing in Wotton-under-Edge. According to crash investigators, a "stray white dog or something" had run out into traffic and had caused "the terrible accident". Vicar Johnson's vehicle had veered sharply off the highway and his car had flipped over and smashed into a tree. He had found himself crushed under the weight of his car and the collapsed tree and to make matters worse, a truck had then slammed into the wreck, killing him instantly. Vicar Johnson died on that warm Saturday night. Witnesses had indeed stated that they had spotted "what appeared to be stray white dog or animal" stepping out onto the highway, but no cameras had spotted anything and no trace of the creature had been found had been found on Vicar Johnson's vehicle. The death was ruled an accident and Johnson's congregation mourned his death.
An associate vicar - a young Harry Milner - then assumed control of St. Augustine The Holy Trinity Church as per Vicar Johnson's will and testament; however, following troubling economic difficulties which hit Manhattan Central Bank across the Atlantic, Johnson's investment portfolio sharply decreased in value and Milner was forced to take out loans in order to keep Church finances afloat. In the end, Milner's poor handling of Church finances proved to be St. Augustine the Holy Trinity Church's downfall and final nail in the coffin and a few months later, he was charged with a series of crimes, including wire fraud and embezzlement. Indigo Mountain Finance then applied to a court to repossess the church's buildings and square and the church now sits empty and unused until Indigo Mountain Finance can find a buyer in foreclosure.
As for Darius May and his Lucky Star sex shop and strip club, it opened a short while after Johnson's death, with Milner unable to continue pursuing a legal challenge against him and with the main opposer - Johnson - now dead. May did, however, attend Johnson's funeral and expressed to funeralgoers how "genuinely shocked" he was at the death of "a Holy man I had only just encountered a month ago".
Years later, the church was demolished and a large Tesco supermarket took its place, along with two large apartment complexes which were built where the church square used to be. Some elderly locals who are still alive and still live in the area til this day sometimes mention how they "miss the large and open square that St Augustine had preserved".

From the times of World War I, the so-called Golden Age of Soapbox Oratory, to the present day, politics has evolved a long way. We have opened up the world for migrants, recognised same-sex marriages, brought two stronger forces in the fray, us and the Loony Left, led by one of the candidates, localds something.
I am pretty sure that the only thing local about their campaigning approach is going to be making an April Fools Joke out of the general populace, and somehow make you believe that you deserve less, and much less than most. The fundamental truths by which politics is run, still hasn’t changed, but rather challenged. The element of public service, national security, and responsibility to the growth of the people, all of that is being challenged.
It is thrown into dismay by a bunch of people, who name themselves Solidarity, and push themselves at the boundary of common sense. From stealing your land, to forcing working class folks to pay more on unnecessary union fees, from forcing you to adopt practices that can harm your family in the future, to not having a concrete plan beyond nationalisations, all of that is being put up to stake.
The last time someone did a soap-box campaign was in 1992, by Sir John Major, another Conservative who passionately cared for the interests of the actual all, and not the union few. In the 90s, and today, a lot is similar, the threat of a government that will force you to poverty, make you beg and borrow for your next meals, tarnish our image abroad, do nothing beyond rambling and call that foreign policy.
I am reminded of a time, when candidates in the 1960s America, when advertising professionals began their inputs into the modern political process, were reputed to be "selling candidates like soap", which was a key phrase to discuss the promotional techniques that were used at the time. Today, that’s how the Left is selling their vision, clean and packaged in new boxes, adding new scents and flavours, only to fool you.
They have decided that by using the word UBI repeatedly, and feeding you with an utopian vision, that somehow their world is superior. Let me show the mirror, their world is clearly a hoax. A falsehood, a mirage which they want you to believe, because it helps them time and again to sit in office.
Beyond vanity nationalisations, and making the poor poorer, and the rich poorer, what has this Government done? It ceases to amaze me that these people, the so-called communists, amongst whom many would proudly stand up for Stalin today, have no vision beyond mesmerising you into a world of unreal making. Let us explore the second person in the room, Labour.
Wait, they’re the copy of the first, no difference except having a perfectly minted brand. They are mere copycats, forgive me if I use a harsher word, they’re lap dogs of the former. The only reason they are in Official Opposition this term was because their big bosses had a grudge about not being Prime Minister, so took the second big talk. In fact it took them nearly a year to go and say, they support Ukraine.
They’ll say that their Shadow Secretary of Defence did this and that, but let’s be honest, apart from being Official Opposition, they’ve done it all. Justifying that by saying that they’re somehow a force for unity, absolute baloney. They are disguising their incompetence by throwing a charade of policies, and call that a difference. If you move a step down, you would see the Solidarity’s big chap, the incumbent Home Secretary and Bees Minister. Bees Minister, really what has this person done for your farms? Hike the LVT, remove your agricultural reliefs, replace the subsidy regime? The whole post was created to merely accommodate a party weight, to prevent infighting.
Let us be honest, a good segment of the Government’s cabinet is merely filled to satisfy the Parliamentary Comrades, rather than determining the best interests of our children and the future. If we ever have to see the record of the current Home Secretary, there is virtually nothing, that is to their name, beyond presiding over a Government that has no plan for knife crime, no plan for safety, no intention to fund the police, no drive to get Britain safer, or even make an attempt to do any of it. The only thing they’ve done is stand behind their Prime Minister and nod through partisan bickering and shouting out how land must no longer belong to individuals, or defending a Budget that takes more, and gives less. The only policy your solidarity chap has been defending is incompetence, and it’s time to show them the door.
Now that we have finished showing you the other records, let’s show you mine. I’ve served as the Actual Opposition’s spokesperson for Treasury, yeah we don’t count the non-positions and sycophants, actively engaging for a better Economy, including by presenting an Act which would have limited the deficit raising abilities of the Government to ensure that your children do not have to bear the burdens of your borrowing, cutting down the vanity nationalisations, that nationalised pubs thing, which makes your pubs and pubes theirs, so that you bow down to the State every time.
Tomorrow, I’m sure they’ll criminalise religious worship, or say that alcohol must not be served in pubs. Wait a minute, that already happened. The Government’s KONSUM Plan actively works to undermine your emotional maturity and somehow forces you to believe that pubs will be safe in their hands. Absolute shitfest, innit. Back to my record, I also brought in a Shadow Budget, which if passed, would’ve increased your Personal Allowance, reduced your taxes, got a 0-interest loan programme to fund innovation, and a better plan for school catch-up. Further, I proposed legislation in this term, which if passed, would have enshrined research and development targets for all Government Departments.
So the red rosettes now hate science and finance too, let us explore the real alternatives to this mess festival, the Conservatives. In this edition of our manifesto, we will be focusing on five main priorities, or as I would like to call them, pillars of modern society. It is our belief that if these pillars are strengthened, it would build our nation better for the future. The first pillar, the one that will actually keep you safe on the roads, Law and Order. We want the gangs out, the muggers in prison, the addictums in their chambers, and most importantly, bobbies in. Our police have been wonderful in preventing crime, and we must do more to help them across.
That is why a Conservative Government, repeat after me, a TORY Government, would be training and introducing nearly 10,000 new police officers on our streets, fund better police management and criminology research at the College of Researching and increase the grant provided to officers for buying police vehicles. This will ensure that our Police are able to reach those who need help at the earliest. Our funding for the Policing College will ensure that we have the best practices in the world, and most importantly, the gangs out.
Another key element to the mugging community is their use of knives. There’s a reason why Knife Crime is, time and again, one of the most common forms of crimes in our society. This has to stop, with us, it will. We have proposed this time, the creation of a National Knife Crime TaskForce, which will work with police forces across our country, to track down and silence the Knife Criminals. We do not need more of them on the streets, we need them back at the Prisons.
We will also be increasing funding for a Knife Crime Awareness Programme, for students and communities across England, to ensure that they are well-educated and informed on dealing with Knife Crime. By creating such programmes, we will be massively preventing the casualties and harmful effects of Knife Crime. It will also ensure we have better reporting of these crimes. We will bring back Stop-and-Search, to ensure the Knives are thrown off the bag, well before they are even used.
It is common knowledge that these provisions helped in ensuring police officers can get the criminals in, but the anti-law and order gang firmly opposed this, yes the reds. The only red thing they have gotten on their hands, is irresponsibility and lack of desire to truly prevent crime. If you thought they really wanted the best for your children, think again. Labour Wales at the moment is opposing plans to help create a smoke-free generation. Is this the law and order you want to see, smoke everywhere, knives being used to kill rather than cut vegetables and meat?
If you want true change, stand with us, here with the Tories today. Continuing on order, we will also be increasing the existent penalties for crimes such as Modern Slavery, and Sexual Offences. People should not commit these offences, and be given a baby sentence. These people should not see the light of society, and must also be stripped off their right to vote. We should not be supporting criminals, and it is sad to see the Government do nothing.
That is why we need the Tories to take on the government, to bring real change, law and order on our streets, enough of gangs and boats. Speaking on those lines is our second and the most important of all our priorities, Building a “Stronger Public Service”. For too long, we have been fed knowledge which says that nationalisation is somehow always beneficial, but having a strong public service is much beyond wasteful expenditure. It is about being meaningful and getting delivery done. Our NHS, our schools, our job market, we need to get them buzzing up.
This is why, as a first step towards funding our services better, the Tories will be cutting down needless bureaucracy and red-tape, which will allow us to have nearly seven billion pounds, which can be invested directly into the NHS System. Enough talk about funding, get on with the substance. We will also be bringing nearly 25,000 new dentists into Britain, to fix our dental system and reduce waiting times for Dental Referrals. We will also be working to reduce waiting times between a visit to the GP and a specialist referral.
We pledge to create nearly 750,000 new jobs year-on-year, which will reduce unemployment and the need for Welfare. We need to make welfare reform a stepping stone for getting jobs, and not a lifestyle choice. This is why we will be merging the existing provisions into a single “Get-Back-to-Work” Benefit for all those who can actually work, yet do not engage in meaningful activity. This however does not include people who suffer from ailments and physical complications, unlike how the Solidarity wants you to think, because this Tory Government, will be, to quote David Cameron, a “compassionate Government, one that cares for all of its people”.
Continuing on the Public Services Principle, we will be working to reform Local Government. It is our local government that handles your daily activities, garbage collection, maintenance of public property, and gets your police forces working. We propose to abolish Town and Parish Councils, since they haven’t helped get Bromsgrove or any other part of England to any betterment, beyond existing and eating up public money. We will be introducing County Mayors across England instead, to ensure your voices can actually cause real change on the ground, along with a mandatory council tax freeze once in every council term.
That is certainly signs of a more compassionate and people-friendly government than those who read the Marxist Pledge of Allegiance and call it home to their pinkish hearts. Beyond employment, what is important is to ensure that those who have served our society, our older populace get the fair share of pensions they deserve. At this moment, pensions are severely lacking, and in some cases, do not even let our older folks have enough to carry out their monthly needs.
It is sad to see many of them opt for second jobs to help pay the bills. A Sephronar Government will ensure that it happens. How, by introducing a Triple Lock on Pensions. A Triple Lock in Pensions would mean that pensions would increase every year, based on national inflation, the average rise in wages, or 2.5%, whichever is higher, to ensure maximum can be provided to those who have put their youth, blood and toil maximum for our nation and its growth.
We will also work to eradicate homelessness by continuing our track record of introducing greater planning reform, which by the way, was not supported by the Government because it actually helped the people be better off. We will also be building up nearly 250,000 houses per year, as a start to ensure that this crisis can be averted. As the United Kingdom grows, it needs to grow in being able to provide affordable housing, and these are the first little steps.
We will also be introducing a new 5G Delivery Plan, to ensure that 5G reaches every corner of Bromsgrove, and other parts of our country. Upper Severn deserves an MP who can actually stand up and support the needs and aspirations of its constituents, not someone whose sole objective is to go back, and be a silent wimp to the party top-cops.
Also did you know, Labour recently said it wanted to rejoin the EU, yeah, four referendums, and the people said we want it out, and now they say we want you in. You see, there’s a pattern of incompetence from the Labourites. First, they campaign for something, then the people tell them to do something, they pretend to do it, and go back on it later. The fact that they are constantly ready to undermine the public, the public services, and the gangs on the streets speaks far more to their inability to accept the public facts and stop being ego wings.
Mr Real Pub Owner, do you want your pub back? Ms Teacher, do you want your children to have a better world? Mr Peter, do you want a more compassionate Government, that actually focuses on delivering the best interests of the people, accepts their mandate, moves forward and actually gets the new British energy going beyond wanting to rejoin the EU, undermining our armed forces, police officers and the British citizens? Why hello there, dear writer!
I've been working on a large mythological study in order to teach others how to understand mythology in a fast and easy way and couldn't help but notice all of the aspects in it that always seem to relate back to writing.
Mythology is a symbolic way of explaining what IS in the world, the objective qualities that we can then decipher into more fluid terms once we understand the symbolism of both who these mythological figures are and what they did. In my post about serials, I wrapped it up with a mirroring of how a serial writer would copy and live in the same way Bellerophon lived through his hero's journey, which resulted in him falling off a flying horse and landing on a bunch of prickly bushes, eyes first. None of us should expect this story to mean we, as serial writers, will literally fall off a flying horse in the near future, although that might happen to some with how genetic manipulation technology is going. No, it's more about how this symbolizes an eventual fall from grace once we try to enter areas where we don't belong, like when a human tried to enter Olympus.
But this isn't just about serial writing. This is going to be about being a writer in general and how the entire process happens, but explained in a pre-modernist context of what IS, rather than the deconstructive postmodernist context of what is NOT. I believe this will benefit anyone who sees it because understanding how being a writer works will also help a reader and vice versa. The relationship between reader and writer is what we call a dichotomy, a contrast between two things that are opposites. The reader reads the work after buying it and the writer wrote the work before selling it.
Some people might say "well I gave it away for free" or "I smuggled it in my ass without paying" but my point remains the same.
A reader needs a writer and a writer needs a reader. Even if the writer’s only reader is the writer themselves, they still have a reader to read the writing that they wrote. By the way, this post has been rated R for retardedly using so many words with the r sound. And speaking of retardation, I would like to go over a bit into how both of these sides handle things poorly in the postmodernist era, all so that we can understand the common result that we always come across in the current year.
Meet Wanda.
Wanda is a writer. But not just any writer. She’s a postmodernist. She’s so postmodernist that she misses her period whenever someone calls her one, because she gets that darn furious. How are you feeling there Wanda?

“I can’t stop thinking about global warming, I hate the idea of private property, and people aren’t reacting well to the realistic figure of April O’Neil from the Seth Rogan TMNT movie.”
You mean the one that turned her from a beautiful red head into a burnt Mr. Krabs?
“That’s the one! And it’s such a shame because she represents all of the people that Hollywood doesn’t want to represent, and so they are ignored by media, as they’ve always been.”
Hollywood ignores feminist reporters? But I’ve seen so many Japanese videos where there’s a crowd watching them do their thing. Very intently, I might add.
“Not about that! I’m talking about black women, fat women, 12 year old women, women who don’t look feminine. And April is not the only one. There are all sorts of underrepresented types of people out there that never get their voices heard.”
So let me get this straight, Wanda the writer. You demand the representation of people in the media you watch so that a voice can be heard, but it doesn’t matter what they say as long as they are heard or as long as they are sort of there on the screen. Is this right?
“Not at all. I want these people, these poor defenseless minority people, to be represented in media and have their voices heard, even if what they have to say is not important.”
That’s pretty much what I said, but you know what? You’re the female writer here, so you must know what you’re doing. Now that you mention it, what are you doing to play your part in this whole goal of yours? Any minorities in your stories?
“Well… no. But I am writing about a white woman struggling against the patriarchy in the 1700s. I just hope nobody minds me using current year vernacular because you know how silly people sounded back then.”

While she’s working on her thang, let’s meet another person who’s part of this relationship between writer and reader. Meet Ren. Ren is a reader. Not just a reader, but one who we could say is “clinically addicted to stories”. He reads books, online serials, watches booktubers to learn about more books, reads comic books, and manga.
“I even learned Japanese so I can read them before they get translated.”
Wow, now that’s dedication. This guy must really love media.
“More like I don’t have much to do while in college classes.”
Aren’t you supposed to learn things in college so you can use your degree for later?
“My degree is to be used?”
Anywho, I have a writer that I want you to meet. Her name is Wanda and does she have a story for you!
“Excellent. You know I love stories.”
I know, if pages didn’t give papercuts, you’d fuck a hole through the book. Been there, done that, don’t recommend it. So, Wanda’s story is something you will love. I assume you will because she sounded very sure about her main focus. She said that her book was about a woman dealing with something called the “patriarchy”. Now sure what that is, but I think it has to do with Patreon and arcs, so maybe it’s a serial that people support with donations.
“Doesn’t really interest me.”
Really? But… but there’s a woman in it and she’s… you know. Fighting the something or other.
“I mean, that’s fine. I have nothing against having a female protagonist, there’s plenty of those on Netflix, but I don’t know what the story is.”
Do you have to? I mean, does a story REALLY need to go somewhere for you to read it?
“No, it doesn’t need something to happen, but I… I don’t know. It’s like I need to at least know the setting to see if I like it.”
Is there a setting you DON’T like?
“Not really, I like any setting. But… look. You’re making this more difficult than it has to be. I just want to know what the plot is. Is that so hard to ask?”
But why do you need to know the plot if the story doesn’t need to go anywhere? In fact, Wanda said that you should be happy it has representation in the first place. That should be enough right there. Don’t you care about the voices of the minorities?
“I DO! You bet your sweet ass I do! I love minority voices. The kind that comes out of their mouth with those words and the sounds are heard from the vibrations in the air. I love all of that!”
Ok, calm down, it was just a-
“I’m not racist! You’re the racist for even asking such a thing!”
I didn’t mention race but let’s get off this to-
“You’re a fucking Nazi. I can’t believe you’d even think of asking something like that.”
Like grandfather like grandson, but I’m trying to get you to read the story that Wanda wrote and-
“No, you already had your chance. I’m done with this. You’re canceled! I’m going to make sure everyone I know on social media tries to deplatform you and make you homeless for good!”
That went well. But as you can see, there’s not much getting through to the postmodernist reader as long as they feel like they were offended and there’s not much coming out of the postmodernist writer other than virtue signaling for representation. If the postmodernist writer was correct, then people would be globally reacting positively to specifically representation and nothing else, but we’re not. If the postmodernist reader was correct, we would be enjoying pretty much everything that comes out and being fine with everything, but we’re not.
In fact, the globally acclaimed stories that have sold beautifully are all stories that do nothing of the sort. Remember, Harry Potter is considered the most evil thing by the woke postmodernist reader and writer, yet Harry Potter has sold half a billion copies and under half of that has been sold in English speaking countries. That means Harry Potter, a story that’s being called the worst thing ever by the woke postmodernist, is actually one of the best things ever across nearly every culture. People like it so much that they have decided to play a game that is merely based on the world, instead of trying to virtue signal along with the woke postmodernists who beg everyone to follow their narrative. Perhaps the reason why their narrative is failing is because they don’t know how to write properly.
But what exactly is the right way to write? How do we get the global connection that some writers know how to do but others don’t? The answer has been right in front of our faces this whole time and for about 2,000 years. You know where I’m going with this: it’s alchemy. The answer is found in alchemy, even if the people who do it don’t know that it’s in alchemy. However, no matter what, the postmodernist writer has to reject alchemy entirely because every single principle under alchemy is deemed as either offensive or false by the postmodernist.
Don’t believe me? Let’s check them out:

1. The all is mind; the universe is mental.

The postmodernist is forced to be materialist until they are told a gender exists, and that’s when they bend the rules a bit to say that gender is a mental thing, BUT mental is part of the brain, which is material. If they didn’t do this, they wouldn’t be able to defend anything hedonistic in their desires.

1. As above, so below.

The postmodernist is not allowed to believe this because they call this a “false dichotomy”.

1. Nothing rests, everything moves, everything vibrates.

I actually haven’t seen a postmodernist respond to this one, but I’m sure they’ll have some excuse or outlier of something that doesn’t vibrate. Or they will just deny science all together because everything is subjective to them.

1. Everything is dual, everything has its pairs of opposites, like and unlike are the same, opposites are identical in nature but different in degree.

I actually did speak to a postmodernist who denied this. They wanted proof of such a thing being true instead of being the one who finds proof of it being wrong. Remember, in their mind, the burden of proof is always on the one that’s established and never on the one who’s trying to reject the norm.

1. Everything flows, out and in.
2. Every cause has its effect.
3. Gender is in everything, everything has its masculine and feminine.

That last one is enough to get you canceled. The gender deconstructionist, aka non-binary advocate, will tell everyone that there are things like pansexual, potsexual, skilletsexual, woksexual. Everything and the kitchen sinksexual. They threaten to take their own lives if we don’t believe this. Alchemy, by simply existing, is the most offensive thing to these people. Alchemy, by simply being understood, is the most useful tool in creating a globally functional story.
Fancy that.
But how exactly does alchemy cause a story to be good? And not just good, but enjoyed by someone from one culture to another?
To understand it, we’re going to explain what writing even is.
Writing, in its most simplest form of process, is the act of taking an idea from an imaginary source, in the mind, and turning it into a thought. This thought is then turned into a coherent string of words in our head, which is then written down to be recorded in some form. Paper, computer, stone, the flesh of a corpse, whatever you want to use. It’s about symbolic ideas being transmogrified into words that are then to be read by someone else.
How does reading work?
Well, we take the writing process and do it backwards. The written text is read by the reader, which gives them a conscious thought, which is turned into an idea, and it comes back to them for emotional reactions. These emotional reactions range in intensity and in type: happiness, sadness, fear, disgust, anger, and surprise. These basic emotions are tied into our interest, which should be the first thing a writer studies in order to sell to people. One of the biggest questions for media is “what exactly are people interested in?”
The simple answer is: whatever causes a strong reaction from one of those basic emotions.
On social media, the most widely shared topics are ones that bring happiness, sadness, fear, disgust, anger, or surprise; with no real mixture of them. And not just that, but as close to that single reaction as possible. We don’t watch cat videos because we are afraid of cats, we watch them because we find happiness in their cuteness, which is a result of the protective caregiving reaction found in feminine emotions that was brought to us thanks to evolution, because without it we would ignore our babies and throw them into the prickly bushes when they’re annoying.
The reader emotionally reacting is what causes retention rates. We are unable to care about what was written if we don’t feel anything about the story. So what does mythology have to do with these emotions? A lot, actually. You see, Greek mythology had a lot of gods in its pantheon and some of the most primordial of gods were ones of emotion.
Before the Olympians and even before the titans, there were two primordial gods that had to give birth to pretty much everything: Nyx and Erebus. Nyx was the goddess of night and Erebus was the god of darkness. Darkness is meant to be a symbol of “impurity” or something like “the lack of enlightenment”. When we talk about darkness, we talk about something that is of the black part of Yin Yang, the Yin part. It is the chaos that combats against the order. Night is about the same, but for the entire world, because nighttime is that part of our lives when all the predators come out and try to eat us. However, night is also when we can view the stars and darkness is the area where we can focus better on the light.
From night and darkness were born several gods: Euphrosyne(happiness), Styx(hatred), Hybris(wantonness), Eleos(compassion), Nemesis(envy/revenge), Eris(discord), Epiphron(prudence), Eros(love), Oizys(misery), and Philotes(friendship).
These are all emotion based things. These are emotions that are so universal that they didn’t even need people to exist. These are the emotions that cause humans to exist instead of the other way around. The only emotions that aren’t part of that list directly are Corus(disgust), who is the son of Hybris; and fear, who was birthed by Ares(war) and Aphrodite(lust).
To the Greeks, disgust and fear were something that resulted from wantonness, which means to be reckless and out of control. I say this because exploitation and horror films that are meant to poke at our fears and disgust us are always designed to make us react by having us go out of control. We hoot and holler, then we usually laugh or just lose our lunch. But everything else is pretty much self explanatory.
Why are revenge stories so common? Nemesis.
Why are romance stories so common? Eros.
Why are stories about friendship so common? Philotes.
Why do I love to hate the villain? Styx.
These primordial gods are meant to be domains of these emotions, the sources of the emotions. So trying to get this emotion from a story as a reader is like visiting one of these domains, knocking on the door, and getting a big whiff of whatever’s going on there. Then our mind comes back to the brain and tells our chemical responders to respond in whatever way that causes the chemical reactions as a result of an emotion. The same happens when we are trying to write it, only we feel the emotion before we write it down.
When we watch a soap opera and get tied into the sad story and are crying our eyes out, we are sitting right there in the domain of Oizys, ready to feel anything else that’s similar. Oh look, all of these gods are siblings, meaning they are similar. What are the odds!
It’s almost as if pre-modernism had the answers out in the open for 2,000 years and postmodernists still deny it ever happened.
Ok, so emotions are important, sure. Even a postmodernist can accept that, even if they don’t accept the source of these emotions.
“Hey, I reject that!”
Oh look, it’s our good friend Ren the reader. But this is a different Ren, who is Renardo, but goes by Ren. What are you rejecting, Ren the Reader… the second?
“I reject the idea that we can feel anything at all in how the author intended. Author’s intent means nothing to the reader, and it’s all about reader’s interpretation. Death of the author is alive and well, and we prove it every day when we don’t understand what the author intended. And I’ll have you know, if the author says anything racist, sexist, homophobic, or transphobic in how I interpret something they say, then that means death TO the author for intending those interpretations!”
Whoa, reel back that weiner, Ren. Are you saying that an author has no idea what they’re talking about when they write something and only the reader’s interpretation matters at the end of the day? And you can blame the author for your interpretation?
“Not at all! I’m saying that whatever the author says is secondary to whatever the reader was thinking when it comes to the enjoyment of the reader. And when I interpret something, it’s their fault for making me interpret it that way.”
That’s basically what I just said but I think you’re onto something. In fact, you just accidentally agreed with ancient civilizations on what we call a messenger god.
“You called it a god instead of a godx?! Really? Are you that insensitive that you won’t include nonbinary godx?”
Yes, I am, but you’re forgetting that with gendered grammar, the masculine form is always used when a group of different genders-
“No, that’s not an excuse! How dare you use the patriarchy as a means of oppressing non-binary and indigenous third genders like the one from Thailand.”
As someone who’s actually been to Thailand and seen my fair share of ping pong shows, that third gender is there to remove rights, not to increase-

Talk about shooting the messenger. And speaking of, that’s what I wanted to talk about before Renaldo did… whatever he did.
Pretty much every mythology has a messenger god of a sort, including monotheistic religions. In Greek mythology, the god Hermes is the messenger of the gods and has several interesting origins, both within the mythology and from the conception of his mythology. It is highly likely that Hermes came from the Babylonian Isimund, who was a two faced messenger and advisor for the god Enki, with Enki being the god of water, magic, and creation. The reason those things combine is because the fertility of a woman and the fertilizer of a man are both water and cause creation of life. He was also the god of knowledge, which relates to how our water "humor" of phlegm is connected to our mouth and our brain.
You're probably thinking "what does this have to do with writing?"
Well, hold on for a bit, I'm getting to it.
Hermes was the messenger god for the Greeks but he was also the god of travel related things like speed and roads, cunning, wit, thieves, and he was also a psycopomp. And no, that doesn't mean he was a murderous cheerleader. A psychopomp is a soul guide, like Charon who leads a soul across the river of Styx or the crow who guides a soul to the spirit realm. But Hermes doesn't wait for you to die, he's the dude who takes ideas from the spirit world and puts them into your head.
Hermes was called mercury in Roman mythology and mercury is also the classic metal that represents the mind. Mercury is a liquid metal, making like a transformation and abstract symbol, which the mind is meant to be. So if you want to understand the mind better, you should study how Hermes works. Another key factor is a little belief system that we call hermeticism.
Remember the 7 principles of alchemy from the beginning? Those were the 7 principles of hermeticism, which is a word that's practically interchangeable with alchemy. It is idealist, it is dualist, and it is reflective. It is just how our minds come up with stories to put into the hands of readers for the readers to imagine our idea, only storytelling is a fraction of the concept.
Thot, the Egyptian messenger god, was directly considered the god of magic, judgment of the dead, and writing. That last part is important because he is depicted as a partner of Ma'at as they stand above Ra's solar barque, which is a personal Egyptian boat that is meant to represent the sun. Ra is the god of order, sunlight, kings, and the sky(aka the sky father). Ma'at is the goddess of truth, order, balance, justice, law, and morality.
Back to Greek mythology, we have Hermes who was born from Zeus and Mara. Zeus is the god of gods, while Mara was one of the pleiades. The Pleiades were seven sister nymphs that eventually were turned into stars, and nymphs are meant to be personifications of nature. This means Hermes was born from nature and the ruler of gods.
This means that the ruler, the writer, is accompanied by truth and magic, with both obeying the world and from the world. These are required in order to make a story in the first place, because the story is a world that you’re designing. The writer is the one casting light onto specific events and using specific words to give the reader a specific idea of what’s going on. And not just a specific idea, but a specific argument to declare as true. The postmodernist writer is unable to do this because they don’t believe in the truth, and the postmodernist reader isn’t able to accept it because the truth is offensive to them.
“Hey, that’s not true!”
Oh look, Wendy the writer is back. Tell us Wendy, what did I say that’s not true?
“What you said is a mischaracterization of postmodernism! It’s not that we don’t believe in the truth, it’s that we hold personal truth because there is no objective truth.”
Right, I forgot. It’s true as long as you sexually identify as true. And the audience will see something true as long as they think it’s true. So whenever a postmodernist reader reads something a postmodernist writer wrote, they are treated with an incredibly small chance of gaining any truth from it, and any truth gained from it is actually from what the reader already believed. In fact, the postmodernist writer must make sure that truth is rejected to keep it subjective and open for interpretation.
This is how a postmodernist writer is able to avoid responsibility for any themes found, but at the same time, the self-inflicted wound of what we call “sensitivity reading” intends on having a select few determine what everyone will see as offensive. But, all the while, the reader is making up everything that is offending them when they are intending on being offended by anything, with offense being a psudo-currency unit that is based on how hard a person wants to look like a victim and in what department. This allows a sensitivity reader to make up the darndest things, like claiming orcs are black people or goblins are jews, or something is "gay coded". All the while the author rarely or never intends on any of these things because they aren't trying to write for that specific reader through the whacky lens that reader is using to turn any work into their own personal advocacy. In the most ironic way, sensitivity readers are the ones who utilize stereotypes as a weapon against anything they want to deem as evil, which has been called nonsensical for the longest time until now.
“How dare you insult my precious sensitivity readers! They work to the bone, day and night, telling me about everything I wrote that would look unappealing to minorities. Paying them more than I made in my sales was the best decision I ever made.”
I’m so happy that you’re happy, but don’t you think making a profit is a better alternative to… whatever the hell you did?
“Profit?! As in capitalism? Are you mad?”
Now that you mention it, I did eat a tuna sandwich and that relates to mercury because-
“Now you’re talking about eating animals, which is murder. I wouldn’t be caught dead talking to the likes of you, murderer!”
It’s not murderer until you get caught.
I’ll let her get back to her writing since she seems a bit mentally… preoccupied. What I was trying to say is that this mediary, this psychopomp, is our greatest guide in our writing by allowing us to connect with the truth, which comes from the sky father. This truth is what allows us to create an argument, and this argument is what our story is meant to revolve around. Whenever people talk about a theme, they are talking about an argument being made, and it makes sense to be made.
This argument is the heart of the story, with smaller arguments being made up and down the story in order to make it more valid. Events give examples, characters take sides in the argument to present positions, and the plot strings it all together in order for the reader to see how it works. The author doesn’t hold the truth themselves and neither does the reader. This is why the author's intent and reader’s interpretation is a false dichotomy. The truth is the one that truly matters, which is found within the text as the argument to be had.
A true argument is a valid argument and it is unquestionable other than to the people who reject reality. A postmodernist doesn’t demand truth, because they don’t believe in it. This is why postmodernists now demand change to the world, for the world to mold towards the individual's demands, as if the individual is Enki himself. We are not the gods of mythology, even if we act like one symbolically with writing. We may be rulers of the fictional world that we’re working on and have written, but we are most certainly not the rulers of the real world.
The best we can do is enjoy the guidance and assistance gods and goddesses grant us as we write and communicate with a higher realm through them. The ideas we use, the emotions we use, everything we put into a story is from beyond our brain and beyond our consciousness. Postmodernist writers think the world will bend at the knee for them, and that’s not how it works. Postmodernist readers think their opinion is to be never questioned and that’s not how it works either.
Currently, we are treated with movies that go nowhere, shows that are filled with virtue signaling, games that just try to be meta about political or industrial advocacy, and it’s an utter mess. Again, if these postmodernists said the truth about the media, we’d have positive results coming from them. But we don’t. We don’t have postmodernists making the next big classic and we don’t have readers understanding the most basic themes from something as old as mythology. All the while, the answers have been granted to us by our ancestors for thousands of years.
So far, I’ve covered emotions and the ability to write, but what exactly causes a reader to read something in the first place?
The opinion of a reader is subjective, but the interests of a reader is easy to predict due to the objectivity of behavior patterns and the fact that people who like a genre will read that genre. Genre is not the only factor, there is a lot that can turn the reader on and off. But we shall dive into that another time as we explore topics like the muse, the zodiacs, and personas.

So. like, one time the ex suggested a place for me to work. Like, you know. A company that only just hires … anyway, i guess that was around the time he paid for and ran a background check on me.

It said i wanted on suspension of murder. That’s all. That’s it. You know, that’s what would pop on my background check. But, there’s no hold for pickup or anything. Just like, suspect in murder. From like, idk, three-ish decades ago. Like, found that out via a background check that he ran on me
After we done been living together for years. I mean, lol. Idk, wanted to know who i was but didn’t want to ask me. No one else would tell him, so, only just bits and pieces is what all he knew.
Plus, you know. The standard warnings that both my mother and my sister will give to potential suitors of mine once they meet them. Like, once it looks likes he’s sticking around, better warn him about her. Omg, can you even imagine.
Like, dating someone and then both their mom and sister come at you to warn you about her. They say i’m manipulative and that i’ll make you do things you didn’t know you wanted to do until after you’ve already done them. Like, with the ex.
I totally did manipulate him into starting a business and then buying a house. Yep. i did do that.
In 2020 it went away and i was able to pass a deep employment background. So, there’s different levels of background checks that a company will and can do. I couldn’t pass one of those deep kinds, only just the convictions kind. Like, the one that lists convictions is what most companies do and i don’t have no felonies or any convictions or arrests involving theft or fraud or nothing like that.
So, nothing on my background check would really preclude me from employment from most places. I mean, you know, it ain’t that bad. But, it ain’t great. And, there’s a lot of oddities that would make it appear like i’m some kind of criminal.
A wants search. You know. But, it’s just wanted for but there’s no pickup directions. Flagged by a sheriff’s dept that i was wanted for questioning in these crimes, but no arrest warrant or anything like that.
Wanted in connection to and then some bullshit like: MURDER. And, then, like, nothing. No further instructions like what usually goes along with that. Like, if seen call: this fucking number. You know. Just nothing, but some kinda bullshit attached to my name if you did a certain kind of background check.
And, then, you know, arrested for things and then the charges being dropped. But, you still have to get booked. That sort of stuff. Which makes HR flag me as not eligible for hire at large corporations. For the most part.
Oh, that. Criminal record. Yeah, it’s not that bad. But, it looks bad. I think one of those, like, when they got my dna. Like, i got arrested for kiting a check. Like, to the daycare. I paid each week and she held those checks and didn’t cash them. Then there was a .. idk, an incident at home and that guy was in the hospital
And, i was stuck over there and just checked my balance at the atm and thought i had money, idk, didn’t balance my checkbook. Anyway, it was at that time that the daycare put those checks through. And, one went thru and two of them bounced.
Yeah, cause i spent the money while i was at the hospital. Yeah. idk. I guess i figured it was that money, but what happened was when i took out all the money i at the atm that was NOT that money, like, you know. I knew they’d be a fee, but i didn’t expect it to be, idk, i want to say it was $15.
Ten to the atm company and five to my bank, so, it told me ten, but i didn’t expect the five. So, when i did the math i didn’t account for that extra fee that my bank put on so it caused that check to bounce. Idk, she cashed the most recent one first, on like wednesday at her bank,
Cause i went through my account and tried to figure out how it happened. Cause i didn’t do that on purpose or like, meaning to. And, i was like, wtf. Where’d that other five dollars go. I added that up.
But, anyway, the bank bounced the other two. But, one of those would have covered but they charged the fees on both checks two times, which actually by bank math left some money in the bank. Which i then made a conscience decision to take out the rest of the money at an atm which, i mean, is that not usury.
That’s what i called atms for a long time after, usury machines.
At the fucking hospital. I had to pay for parking, and that was like $10 every time you came and went. So, it wasn’t affordable to leave and i had a limited budget. And, dumb fuck was in icu. Idk, like it’s my job to fucking stay there. But, i did.
Cause the social pressure of that. And, also i was broke. So, you know. I had to budget and the hospital was more than 45 minutes away, and that was if i missed all the high traffic times and took back roads. It wasn’t even close in.
You know. So, like, still gotta eat for those three days and the only thing that’s readily available is vending machines or cafeteria food. Which is all expensive as fuck, and ain’t nobody willingly at the fucking hospital.
Oh, i take that back. There are those that quite willingly check themselves into hospitals.
Anyway, i like to treat myself at minor inconveniences. It just makes me feel better. If i find myself in a situation in which i become inconvenience, well, i just treat myself. Why, yes. You do deserve ice cream after any minor inconvenience that doesn’t set you the fuck off.
I reward myself for good behavior. With ice cream or candy. Or, whatever. Banking apps didn’t exist in those days. So, you know …
And, then, like right after that happen, i got fired from my job. It was all kinds of craziness at once. Then, she pressed charges. It all happened pretty quick. Really. I mean, like, we only been back from the hospital not even a day when that cop showed up with a warrant.
Over those checks and it had only just happened. Like, happened two days earlier while i was still over at the hospital. When they bounced. The day we got home or the day after is when that cop showed up.
Told me to just show up at the sheriff's dept between the hours of whatever and whenever to get my picture taken. Do the prints and all of that. “All of that” that’s what he said, and i was like, ok.
And, i got down down there and they took my dna to run through nsa. Told me it was policy and law now. That if i get arrested for bouncing a check you run my dna through the nsa. Well, that don’t sound right.
And, i was just like, you fuckers tricked me. I would have never just shown up for this.
Took a cheek swab for my dna. Over a bounced check. I was losing my damn mind the whole damn time. Like, wtf. No. what. This can’t be legal. If you try to use this in court for something, i’m disputing how you got it.
Just saying. To the guy. You know. The booking officer. Cause you know, wtf.
It’s my 1st amendment right to shit talk. I accused him of being the government. All kinds of crazy shit. I just said all kinds of craziness while i was there. But, i was laughing and it was all just jokes, but i was mad as hell over them taking my dna.
Idk, 2004ish. 03 maybe. I guess. Somewhere in there. It’s that really good mugshot of me. I looked great. It’s like the best picture i’ve ever taken, i told that guy, hey, if this don’t work they could really use you at the dmv.

There’s been other people who’s run background checks and couldn’t resist telling me what they found out. I mean, you can imagine. So, ugh. Heather. Yeah. so, yeah, ran a background check on you and it says you’re wanted for murder. And, i’d be like there’s like 12 fucking people in this town, if i was so wanted they’d come and fucking get me.
Idk, it just says that. Idk why. Probably some other psycho girl named heather. There’s probably a lot of us. You know. All the heathers are crazy. It was a really popular name for one fucking year, so most of us are the same age.
But, that .. you know, those background check issues, idk, it made it hard for me to get jobs at certain companies and certain kinds of jobs. Kept me underemployed, not able to get better employment due to that.
So, it wasn’t just that i had a terrible reputation amongst the pillars of the community, but also, you know. My background check comes back patchy. And, like, none of those charges are fucking real. Like, just bullshit.
It’s all literally just bullshit. Personal vendettas from opposing counsel. That’s one of them. Ok. didn’t know you could catch charges for that, but o fucking k
I didn’t even know or remember or care who the fuck she was. Like, when she told me, you know. Who she was. And, then she was kinda pissy that i didn’t remember her. Anyway, like, it’s not something people are normally charged with. That way.
I did the booking for that one at the 911 office. They didn’t do anything, just handed me a yellow slip of when i was to show up for court. Didn’t get my picture taken. Nope. Not for that. I just went to the window and they handed me a yellow court slip.
That was it, no picture or nothing. Which is a shame cause i just got my hair done. I talked to that woman at the window a little bit, it wasn’t busy when i went down there and i knew her.
She handed it to me and said what even is this bullshit. They all read it, it wasn’t in an envelope or nothing. You know. It’s a small fucking town. Those old hens, they all read and passed it around and talked about where they knew me from.
That’s just how it is in a small town. But, i don’t think they took my picture. Cause, like, i got dressed the fuck up for it. Practiced my smirk.
Did my hair, makeup. All of it. She just handed it to me, and i was like, you ain’t gonna take my picture. I dressed up for this. She took a selfie with me on her phone over the pay counter.

During the time hueser was in prison. He mitigates a lot of that shit, you know, by pointing out how they’re going to get caught, then they don’t do it. But, without him around to point out how stupid they were being they got real fucking stupid.
It wasn’t like i could do anything about it, you know. Just endure. I mean, you know. That’s just what it’s like when “they” don’t like you. Purely personal reasons and also it’s not in their financial best interest to do so.
So, there’s always that. You know. How you’ve legally bound yourself to me.
That’s dumb, you know. To do that. Use the courts to commit the fraud, cause you know, that creates records. It’s like you’re just creating more and more and more records of your own wrongdoings. And, like, you - you work there, i know you know better.

Diana landed outside the city, Frank disembarked and explained why the bloodthirsty creature was not a threat, all the while Wendy watched. She had felt something off about Oklahoma as soon as they neared its borders, her ears rang at random times, and she had nightmares of mutants. She had kept these things to herself as she had not wanted to worry Frank but now, they were becoming unbearable, her ears rang as Frank stood there calming the crowd but then suddenly stopped.
"Welcome, we've been expecting you two!"
Wendy looked to see a woman in her Middle Ages approaching her the crowd.
"I'm so sorry for the crowd we don't often get visitors around here."
"It's alright. But what do you mean you have been expecting us?"
"You're Sarah’s little boy toy, right?"
Frank stood up straight upon hearing Sarah’s name.
"I'm Victoria...I'm somewhat in charge around here. Please come in. And bring that thing in here..."
Frank turned to Wendy and nodded towards her. Wendy took the reigns and tapped Diana slightly to go forward. However, the griffon did not budge. She did it again and once more nothing.
"Diana come on."
The griffon sat down and shook Wendy off of it before unfurling its wings and flying up into the sky.
"HEY WAIT!"
Frank ran over to Wendy who sat on the ground.
"Hey you hurt?!"
"Why would she do that?"
"I don't know maybe she's not used to cities being full. Look we can find her after. This is the destination."
"Wait what?"
"We made it."
Frank helped Wendy off the ground and led her to the small gate that surrounded the city.
"I'm so sorry for the trouble of you coming here...we tried to make the trip to you but there were....complications."
"So, I take it you know about her?"
"Yes, she's a psyker...as am I and many others here."
Wendy looked up at the woman.
"You're a psyker too?!"
"Yep, I can influence people with my voice. It's how I got honcho here to trust me so easily at first."
Wendy turned to Frank who now realized just how relaxed he was earlier.
"We call it harmonic influentia..you have electrokinesis it's a rare trait here...but out west more common."
Wendy looked around the city, everything was so clean and pristine. These people were thriving, and Frank even seemed to agree.
"So, where's this training facility of yours?"
"It's by the capital building, we call it the chapel."
("Frank so what now?")
Frank shrugged.
"So do you guys get a lot of issues from Texas?"
"The occasional border skirmish with them but we can charm them away mainly. We are very isolationist...we tend to keep to ourselves and so we do not tolerate violence much. We have few guns to be honest. Only our army and guards carry them."
"I can respect isolationism but only trusting weapons in the hands of certain individuals is an issue."
Frank smelt a small nudge and turned to his left. Wendy mouthed to him.
*Shut up*
"No, it's fine, we're all our own individuals after all."
"How did you?"
"Oh, and would you look at that we’re here already."
Wendy looked at the building, it was large and covered with lavish ornaments.
"So why do you call it the chapel?"
"We worship our mother here."
"Mother?"
"Yes, she grants us ideas, instructions and much more. I will lead a sermon tomorrow if you wish to see more."
"You wouldn't happen to know of a Dorkin's would you?"
"Dor....oh the apostate.... yes he was a good man, but he grew radical wanted to create a society ruled by mother. We banished him almost a decade ago, I heard he established his own branch of our church in Utah."
"We had a few run ins with his men just...curious if you were connected."
"No, you're safe...we're not as radical in our beliefs."
Victoria led them up the stairs and into the chapel throwing the golden doors open.
"Welcome....this is our, training ground and your new home Wendy"
"Wait home?"
"Yes, you are staying with us, right?"
"I...I..."
Wendy turned to Frank and looked at him.
"Can he stay too?"
Victoria's eyebrows frowned for a second.
"Of course.....he's more than welcome to."
"I can stay...still need to clear my name back in NCR anyway, bastards still think I'm a murderer."
"Then that settles it, the rooms are up the stairs and to the left, they're all empty right now as school is out of session so you can pick one for the time being then come join us for dinner."
Frank and Wendy thanked Victoria before walking off to find two rooms.
"I'll pick whatever is closest too your room got it?"
"Yeah...hey so how are we going to find Diana?"
"We won't have to, she's right outside."
Frank walked over to a window and pointed up to the sky. A large creature flew in the silhouette of the moon.
"She refuses to come in, so she'll probably just be in the area hunting local fauna, you made her promise not to eat random people, right?"
"Yeah, I did."
"Alright well...leave your stuff and let's go eat dinner, chef Kingly can take a break."
Wendy chuckled as she opened the door and threw the bag onto the small bed. The room was small and cozy, there was a sink and a bar of soap. A small toilet was on the other side of the room surrounded by more luxurious items.
"I could get use to this."
As Wendy touched the counter her head throbbed, and her ears rang. She closed her eyes tightly as the pain hit her head. She groaned and grabbed at her head trying everything to make the pain go away. Then the smell hit her, it was horrendous, her stomach curled, and she grew nauseous.
"Wendy you alright?!"
A image flashed in her mind, a giant conglomerate of flesh and machinery held together by old wire and sinew. She opened her eyes and screamed out in horror Frank stood over her as she lay there.
"Hey kid you alright?!"
He looked at her worried.
"What happened?"
"You passed out. I heard you fall and came in here. Picked you up and placed you on the bed. You almost fried me, what happened, did you hit your head?"
"I..."
The image of gore flashed in her mind.
"I... yeah...I hit my head on the counter."
"Well be more careful......do you still want to eat dinner? I can tell them to bring the food here."
"No, I'm fine.... let's go..."
Wendy got up off the bed and wiped the drool from her mouth.
"I am no doctor...but you had a seizure.... I think we should-"
"I said let's go!"
Wendy tied her hair back into a ponytail and threw water on her face quickly cleaning up before walking towards the door.
"If you insist."
* 15 minutes later
Frank and Wendy sat down at the table with Victoria. The dining room was luxurious, it was clean solid metal and gold.
"How do you guys afford this stuff?"
"It's all just stuff we've found in and around our city, Morgana has put it to good use. You guys must be hungry."
Victoria clapped her hands and a Mr. Handy appeared from another room holding 3 trays of food.

“So, where is everybody else?”
“As I have said they are out on break usually I teach the classes and hold dinner but right now it's just us three.”
Wendy looked at her plate.
“What is this?”
“Salmon from the shores of Texas.”
“Salmon?”
“Have you never seen a fish before?!”
Frank said tearing and cleaning the fish tail of any meat.
“Locked in a cage remember?!”
“Oh yes, those damn brutes in the NCR. I swear they have no manners; it must have been awful having all those tests done on you. I experienced a similar fate before the war. All those damn lab coats, poking and prodding at me.”
“Wait before the war?! How...how old are you?”
Frank looked up from the fish and looked back and forth at Wendy and Victoria.
“Cannot say really. I like to think I am young, but my age occasionally shows Morgana is the beautiful one. But at my best guess I am around 226.”
Wendy sat mouth open as she looked at the woman who just shrugged off immortality.
“So, you can’t die or age?!”
“Age, no. Die, we very much can... its mother that keeps us this young, she uses her abilities to influence our cells to prevent the ones we love from dying, by natural means.”
“Oh, well what happened?”
“Hmmm?”
“You said you were in a lab how did you escape?”
“Ahh yes...the great war, it short circuited the power to our cages.... we escaped and... we banished the scientists to the waste.”
Frank cleaned his hand as he looked upon the conversation, he was not a psyker so he simply sat quietly as the two talked.
“So, Wendy when did you learn to control your abilities? Sarah mentioned you struggled at first to close your mind to other thoughts.”
“I struggle slightly but I have managed to prevent it most of the time. I learned it when I was around 6. Then there was pyrokinesis at 8, and electrokinesis was more recent around a month ago now, and even closer was my ability to talk to beasts hence the griffon.”
“Interesting...”
Frank set his fork down.
“You could make fire this entire time and you’ve been making me struggle for 5 minutes to turn on an old stove every day!?”
“Yeah, I didn’t want to be our damn cooking tool.”
Frank sighed as he continued to eat. He was out of his league and so he quickly finished his meal and excused himself. He walked the halls for a bit, they were old slightly rusted but articulated well. Then he saw her. A woman in purple standing on a balcony smoking a cigarette.
“Hello there handsome.”
Frank felt worried then suddenly at ease.”
“Victoria had said it was just us 3 tonight. I take it you are not supposed to be here.”
“I go where I please, I designed this grand hall after all.”
“You must be the lovely Morgana then.”
“I see V mentioned me.”
“She did...she left out how beautiful you were though.”
“You outsiders really know how to flatter a girl.”
“I should, seduction is a trait I practiced well o-”
“Oh, there you are Frank, who's this?”
Frank blinked his eyes quickly then looked behind him to see Wendy standing there holding a small cup.
“When did you...never mind this is... Morgana....shes the designer of this grand hall...”
“A pleasure to meet you...but I must be going now...so see you soon.”
Downstairs
“I thought she ordered you to seduce him?!”
“I tried, that little rat showed up. The reports were right Lysander, she is powerful, her mere presence broke my hold on him.”
“Not to worry. V still has a plan.”
“That girl is more powerful than any of us could have imagined, Dorkin's is right she’s better off dead even if it's not what mother wants.”
Lysander and Morgana opened the door to V’s room
“AND WHO WILL WE USE INSTEAD MORGANA?!”
Victoria shouted at her from behind before pushing them both in.
“HMM? YOU?!”
“No, V it's just...so many have died for one gir-”
V walked over to the desk in the room as she stared at Morgana
“They have died for the Putrescent mother. If I hear more of this talk, I will have you killed for treason! Since you did not seduce and have the guardian fall in love with you, I must alter my plan to make him wish to stay, Lysander!”
“Yes?”
“From my conversation with the vessel I have learned that her guardian is one with a strategic mind. In the morning show him one of our pleasant arms factories, but do not harm him. I cannot convince the vessel by force; she must do it willingly for the ritual to be complete.”
“I will do as told.”
“Why must we convince the guardian?”
“Her attachment to him is too strong. And she will not believe him just leaving so we must make it seem like he loves it here, so when we offer her the chance to bring prosperity her mind dwells on him not us.”
“I understand, V please allow me to try again. You must keep the vessel distracted long enough to-”
“No! You had your chance and unless he fails you shall live with that guilt, or you can join the Dowagers!”
“I understand...V I don’t like what you’ve become...”
“I’ve become what mother needs of me to become.”

I've seen a lot of confusion/misinformation regarding the eye referred to as the Jōgan ever since the past few chapters got a few more people catching up on the series, so I'm going to try to fully explain what the Jōgan is for those people so they don't need to watch the ENTIRE anime if they don't want to (although I still recommend most arcs). Since the Jōgan is only referenced in the anime, this is obviously spoiler-free besides one manga spoiler that's hidden.

The Jōgan is essentially an Otsutsuki clan dojutsu, if you think of dojutsu you know from the manga, like the Byakugan, Sharingan, and Rinnegan, or the Tenseigan from Naruto The Last, the Jōgan appears to more or less be what the Rinnegan is to the Sharingan, it's the eye's "final form" so-to-speak. Boruto was born with the genetics to awaken the Byakugan, but because of his close lineage to the Otsutsuki clan and because of who his parents are, this manifested at a level far beyond that of a simple Byakugan. It's funny because a lot of people ask for Byakugan lore without realizing that it's being given to us. If the Byakugan and the Sharingan are both stage 1 dojutsus, and the Mangekyo Sharingan is stage 2 of the Sharingan, then the Tenseigan is basically the counterpart to that but for the Byakugan. The Jōgan is like the Rinnegan, it's the highest stage of dojutsu linked to the Byakugan the same way the Rinnegan, or even the Rinne Sharingan, is to the Sharingan. So the Jōgan is probably Rinne Sharingan-level in the endgame of the Boruto series, BARE MINIMUM. I'd say the Rinne Sharingan, Jōgan, Senrigan, and maybe Isshiki's dojutsu all kind of exist at a level above Six Paths level like the MS, Rinnegan or Tenseigan.

As for what powers the Jōgan has, that has yet to be thoroughly determined, but we can draw some conclusions based on the limited showings it has in the manga. It has similar abilities to other dojutsus from Kaguya's bloodline. It has the ability to see the chakra network like a Byakugan which is confirmed in the Nue Arc. It also has a Sharingan-type of copying ability which is sort of hinted at in the Mist Field Trip Arc, where Boruto with virtually zero experience is able to grab half of the Hiramekarei in tandem with a Mist Chunin who was basically being brought up as a future Mizukage and was trained for wielding the Mist blades. The only way this was possible was if he used the Jōgan like a Sharingan to copy Chojuro's movements and wield the blade by borrowing on his experience, or the Jōgan has a sort of wish-granting ability where if a situation you're in requires you to have a certain level of experience, you can call on some level of an Otsutsuki's experience, something similar to the Karma's ability to call on the experience of the Otsutsuki who placed it, so basically, it's possible the Jōgan has some sort of experience-granting ability if it's not the Sharingan's ability to copy, but it's a known feat of the Jōgan either way you want to look at it. Another Sharingan ability is the Sharingan's eye of insight, which is the ability to predict and discern the enemy's movements, as he was able to skillfully deflect an attack from Momoshiki and land a Rasengan thanks to the Jōgan. The last ability is similar to the Rinnegan and Rinne Sharingan's ability to have timespace abilities. Boruto has used the Jōgan in the Nue Arc to view other dimensions and punch a portal through timespace to transport himself and others, and in the One-Tailed Escort Arc against Urashiki, he used it to sense and predict where Urashiki was going to open a rift in timespace, before he had even done it, sort of like the Sharingan's ability to predict things. Some of these are a little more vague than others which are pretty direct like the timespace abilities but they are all very much implied abilities.

As for why Boruto has the Jōgan, if you remember from the movie, the way you make a Tenseigan is by having an Otsutsuki take a human's Byakugan and implant it in themselves. It's actually more similar to the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, since it requires the change of ownership and the transplant of an entire set of eyeballs. The prerequisites for the Jōgan seem to partially be close genetic ties to the Otsutsuki. The last person to have the Tenseigan was only 25% Otsutsuki, and that was Hamura Otsutsuki, the grandson of Kaguya. So to reach an eye above the Tenseigan would require even closer ties than that. Luckily, Boruto's genetics and where he gets his chakra from were basically the perfect storm for this manifestation, with a little help from, guess who, Toneri, the guy with the Tenseigan from The Last. Firstly, directly from his parents, he is a Hyuga which has remained a somewhat pure bloodline until recently, so properly speaking, he is half Hyuga. But he not only has some of Hamura's blood, he also has Hagoromo's through Naruto, who is a descendant of Asura and by extension Hagoromo. On top of that, Naruto received chakra from Hagoromo during the Fourth War and Hinata received chakra from Hamura during The Last in order to stop Toneri.

Besides Boruto's genetics, we know for a fact from statements from Toneri in the anime that he was at least partially responsible for helping Boruto manifest the Jōgan, even if Boruto would've done so naturally later on. This first happened during the Nue incident, which was the first arc of the Boruto anime and is a must-watch imo, it's a phenomenal introduction arc. In it a Foundation-grown pseudo-tailed beast hosted inside of an undercover enemy living as an Academy student threatened the Leaf village, and in order to fight this threat, Toneri first caused Boruto to manifest the Jōgan. Toneri would tell Boruto his eye is the star of hope against destruction that will eventually come to pass, another Otsutsuki prophecy and I believe this prophecy hasn't happened yet, since no destruction has passed yet, he also mentioned Gods descending upon the land, which I also don't think has happened yet, since when Momoshiki, Kinshiki, and Urashiki did arrive, he referred to Urashiki as a Celestial Being and didn't initially believe the Otsutsuki clan main family even still existed, he says himself that he thought the fate of the Otsutsuki clan would die with him, so why would he give Boruto a prohpecy about Gods descending if he wasn't referring to Momoshiki's group? In my opinion it's entities like Shibai Otsutsuki that he was actually talking about, but that's just my theory. We also have confirmation from Urashiki that Toneri "did something to that boy", referring to Boruto. He confirms his suspicions when he encounters Boruto himself in the One-Tailed Escort Arc and Boruto manifests the Jōgan for the first time since his encounter with Momoshiki in episode 65 which was animated from chapter 9 and 10, so the anime actually retcons Boruto into using the Jōgan in several parts of the Momoshiki fight where he didn't in the movie and manga, but the retcon is definitely canon as they have confirmed to us that Boruto's chapter 1 eye is the Jōgan via the animation of that sequence as well.

I'm sure everyone is connecting the dots by now, it's the recreation of Kaguya's chakra that seems to have caused the Jōgan to manifest, something she herself was trying to accomplish but she failed to do so when she was revived because the strongest chakras on the planet still weren't her's, those being Naruto and Sasuke who had access to all of Hagoromo's chakra. My personal theory although this also doesn't necessarily have to be true, is that we haven't seen full power Kaguya, and maybe she originally had the Jōgan before dispersing her chakra amongst the world. If you think about it, it's the only logical explanation for how she meant to combat the entirety of her clan by herself, there's no way she could've fought her entire clan by herself unless she had some Godly ability like the Jōgan or Senrigan or something. Momoshiki even hints at this when he says the memories of humans have been altered by Otsutsukis in the past, Kaguya did this at least one time that we know of so that is specifically one such incident where this occurred in the past. She turned on Isshiki, claimed Earth as her domain and her's alone, never reported back to her clan, grew an army meant to fight off any who attacked her such as Momoshiki, Kinshiki, and Urashiki AND spread her chakra out amongst humans. It's almost like she meant to nurture Earth into a world of chakra superhumans meant to combat the Otsutsuki clan. If I REALLY tighten the tinfoil hat, I'd almost say this is all going according to somebody's secret script. Expect another Black Zetsu-type twist, but this time the master manipulator is Amado, who carefully directed the past few decades of Shinobi history in order to achieve the current state of events of having a Jōgan-wielding Shinobi and an Isshiki V2, he essentially recreated Kaguya in Boruto, and Isshiki in Kawaki. But that's all just a theory.

Introduction

Recently I completed the NPTEL course which is based on Data Structures and Algorithms in Python. This course is taught by Prof. Madhavan Mukund of Chennai Mathematical Institute. I like to thank the whole team of this course for making such a great course on such an unfamous topic and providing such great quality at free of cost.

Who should do this course and Why?

It's a great course for beginners in programming because it teaches Python from basic to intermediate level. If you don't have any prior knowledge of programming or Python you can take this course (no prerequisites). Also, this course teaches search and sorting algorithms at a very deep level. It also has many data structures like linked list, binary tree, heap, stack and queue. But I would say the Algorithms part was better. The Data Structure part was taught at a very basic level. I would recommend studying more about it from other resources.
Good luck if you are starting this course.

Why Python can be a great programming language for learning Data Structure and Algorithms

Python has a very beginner-friendly and easy-to-remember syntax. Python also has many inbuilt functions which can be very useful because you don't have to write the basic function in your code again and again (like you have to do in C) or import any library most of the time. But Python hides data types of variables because it's a dynamically typed language.
Python is a very popular language for Machine learning, Scientific calculations, and Data Science. Python is an interpreted language, no need to compile the code. Python is very easy to set up.
So, choose according to your aspirations and needs.
In the last lecture, Sir said a great line, "Learn Programming, NOT programming Language ". It's so true if you think deeply, the fundamentals of programming language are mostly the same and every language has pros and cons. Be a problem solver, not a syntax writer. Language doesn't matter, intent of learning and ability to solve problems matter. Programming language is just a medium. I understood this fact after some time.

Let's discuss each week one by one

Week 1 : Informal introduction to programming, algorithms and data structures Downloading and installing Python, gcd in Python: variables, operations, control flow - assignments, condition, loops, functions. It was very basic lectures, if you are a beginner you may find it very difficult but wait things will become easy after some weeks, be patient.
Week 2 : Python: types, expressions, strings, lists, tuples Python memory model: names, mutable and immutable values, List operations: slices etc, Binary search Inductive function definitions: numerical and structural induction, Elementary inductive sorting: selection and insertion sort, In-place sorting. This week real stuff comes and you will know many things you don't know in Python. Give time if you are a beginner try writing basic programs in Python. Move slowly, but learn properly.
Week 3 : Basic algorithmic analysis: input size, asymptotic complexity, O() notation, Arrays vs lists, Merge sort, Quicksort, Stable sorting. Here we study some common sorting algorithms. Here, the code is discussed, understand it properly by dry running it using pen and paper.
Week 4 : Dictionaries, More on Python functions: optional arguments, default values, Passing functions as arguments, Higher order functions on lists: map, filter, list comprehension. This week was more about Python language, Merge Sort and Quicksort, it gives you taste of hashmap using dictionary data type. Dry run sorting algorithms and write some basic programs in Python using what you have learned.
Week 5 : Exception handling, Basic input/output, Handling files, String processing. This week was focused on Python, but this week's lectures had many Python concepts are discussed that are not known by many people who know Python. So, don't skip even if you know Python.
Week 6 : Backtracking: N Queens, recording all solutions, Scope in Python: local, global, nonlocal names, Nested functions, Data structures: stack, queue and Heaps. This was focused on Data Structures and their implementation using list data type. This week also has a very important algorithm called Backtracking and it is explained, so view the lecture properly and at 1x speed.
Week 7 : Abstract datatypes Classes and objects in Python, Linked Lists : find, insert, delete, Binary search trees: find, insert, delete, Height-balanced binary search trees. This week's lectures were focused on OOP and Data Structure Implement. Data Structures were taught at a very introductory level so study from other resources also.
Week 8 : Efficient evaluation of recursive definitions: Memoization, Dynamic programming: examples, Other programming languages: C and manual memory management, Other programming paradigms: functional programming. This is the last week of this course. It was a fairly long week because it is on a very important topic of competitive programming called Dynamic Programming. Also, I found it was the assignment hardest of all. The last lecture was based on comparison of Python with other languages, some limitations of Python as a programming language and general advice for students.

Mistakes to avoid while taking this course

• Don't view lectures at 2x speed. It's not a movie, it's a lecture. Pause when required, go back if you don't understand anything, search on the internet and go slow but learn properly.
• Programming Assignments are relatively harder than Quizzes but teach you a lot and fill gaps in your learning. Please try to complete it on your own.
• Check answers after completing the whole quiz. See your score and again study the weak topics.
• Don't try to learn from multiple sources at once, first complete this course content then view other resources if needed.
• Don't do multiple courses at once. If you try to learn from multiple resources, you will learn nothing. Move one-by-one.

Some Advices and Additional Things

It's not an 8-week course if you already know some Python.
Mostly, assignments are easy if you understood the lecture properly. My average score was 80%+. And please complete the assignment before going forward in the course, it's very beneficial for filling gaps in your understanding.
And don't leave this course incomplete. Take help and continue progressing.

Some Personal Talk

This was my first course of NPTEL and I would definitely recommend using NPTEL more because of its large library of free and quality courses. Also, I don't take certificate because it is a beginner-level course and the certificate was not free.
Also, I took this course after completing Harvard's CS50 and I thought this NPTEL course will not have that type of high-production quality. But this course is very well taught and it took time for me to adjust to this type of teaching process. I think making it more dynamic and cinematic would be the best thing rly. When you use an Ardour manifestation bubbles form around you and you are out in danger and the roaring of the water gets louder and louder until you are out of danger and everything goes silent. Then the dread serpent surges out of the water. Alternatively you could make it so that part of the moonseye becomes obscured and as the player is looking at it to see what is happening lightning strikes, briefly revealing kaido before he swims to the player’s boat
Phase 1: kaido emerges from the Voidsea and blasts a ring of ice around him with his ice breath, the ring changes size depending on how many boats there are. Standing on it will damage and slow you over time.Kaido will alternate between standing in the center and using close range attacks such as swipes, bites. He also uses 3 consecutive aoe Ardour screams. He will use a thin potent ice beam attack at the deck of your boat/ the ice ring that causes large crystals (like ice eruption) to erupt from the ground. Auto-gripping knocked players. After some time he will submerge and reappear outside the ring, using ranger attacks such as extremely powerful ardour lasers, ice spikes and ice rain similar to jus karita. During this time he will take significantly more damage from cannons and will automatically swipe at anyone who tries to cheese it by leaving the ring and meleeing, knocking them far back. After some time he will continue to alternat until 25% of his health is drained.
Phase 1.5: the ice ring disappears, and kaido begins swimming away, creating a current that the player must use to chase him. He will use ice breath to create walls of ice spikes next to him that the player must maneuver around in their boat. Hitting these spikes will destroy them, but will slow you down and damage your boat. Kaido will go a certain distance before turning around and blasting the player with ardour lasers which they will have to parry, dodge or avoid in their boat entirely. Kaido will stop once the player reaches him.
Phase 2: kaido will wrap around the mast of one ship, using a mix of melee and ranged attacks. Kaido will first swoop his head low and use scratches, bites, slams and tail swipes.during this time, he will be more aggressive but easier to hit as you don’t have to go as close to the mast to hit his main body. He will then pull his head up and begin using ranged attacks, such as quickly snapping at players multiple times, a thin ice beam that is shot in a serpentine pattern, a high wind up ardour beam that slowly follows the player, and a breath of ice straight downward to the mast and the only place players can hit it. After the second set of attacks, he will either go to a different ship or repeat the process if there is only one ship. Repeat until 25% health is gone and down to half health.
Phase 2.5: kaido does the same thing except this time he (being wounded and slightly slowed and tired) remains next to the ship allowing players to shoot him mid chase. He will instead blast ice spikes far ahead of him, diving and resurfacing further ahead at his end destination once the chase is over and firing an ardour beam at the player.
Phase 3: kaido will grab all nearby boats and pull them underwater. He will then start using many aoe melee attacks such as thrashing around, performing a lunging bite to dive underwater, diving and then doing a emerge-bite-dive combo 3 times (indicated by bubbles underwater) and loudly roaring while firing ice breath into the sky creating a large distance ice rain. All of these attacks willbe hard to avoid and punishing forcing the player to desperately dodge and parry until kaido becomes exhausted, standing still. Rinse and repeat until he is down to his last 25% where he will release the boats causeing them to float back up
Phase 3.5: kaido will once again swim alongside the boats, however he will occasionally dive and resurface behind, the boat. He will grab onto the back and blast an ice beam that sweeps across the steering wheel section of the boat, just barely shooting over the boat and creating a larger spike wall ahead of you. The captain will have to stop steering and dodge through the sweeping beam. He will mix these in with regular ice walls. If another boat is far enough behind you. He will pop up in front of your boat and fire his sweeping ice blast across the main deck, forcing anyone manning a cannon to dodge and creating a spike wall behind your ship. Continue until chase is over blah blah ardour beam.
Phase 4: kaido cocks his head and releases a desperate roar into the sky, conjuring a whirlpool/circular current around him and granting a second wind. This current will pull in any player toward the center and toward kaido. During this phase kaido will fire constant ardour beams at the circling ships that do higher knockback. He will also let out a roar that conjures ice spears around him. These ice spears fly towards several of the cannons of any ship (only attacks the cannons facing him) temporarily freezing and disabling them. This also does high damage and knockback to anyone standing behind the targeted cannon. Ships with more cannons will have more spears launched at them. Kaido will also use his ice breath to create tall pillars of ice along the current, which release large, aoe blasts of ice when hit, knocking players back. If a player is knocked off their ship and pulled in close enough by the whirlpool to reach kaido. He will grab the player in his jaws and thrash around dealing high damage before flinging the player.
Death: after kaido drops to 0 hp he will roar and dive underwater, his fate unknown. Is he dead? Alive? Who knows. All that matters is that you won. You beat the dread serpent. Items will float to the surface for the next 10-ish seconds along with receiving the ardour murmur.

I like to thank the whole team of this course for making such a great course on such an unfamous topic and providing such great quality at free of cost.

Who should do this course and Why?

It's a great course for beginners in programming because it teaches Python from basic to intermediate level. If you don't have any prior knowledge of programming or Python you can take this course (no prerequisites). Also, this course teaches search and sorting algorithms at a very deep level. It also has many data structures like linked list, binary tree, heap, stack and queue. But I would say the Algorithms part was better. The Data Structure part was taught at a very basic level. I would recommend studying more about it from other resources.
Good luck if you are starting this course.

Why Python can be a great programming language for learning Data Structure and Algorithms

Python has a very beginner-friendly and easy-to-remember syntax. Python also has many inbuilt functions which can be very useful because you don't have to write the basic function in your code again and again (like you have to do in C) or import any library most of the time. But Python hides data types of variables because it's a dynamically typed language.
Python is a very popular language for Machine learning, Scientific calculations, and Data Science. Python is an interpreted language, no need to compile the code. Python is very easy to set up.
So, choose according to your aspirations and needs.
In the last lecture, Sir said a great line, **"**Learn Programming, NOT programming Language ". It's so true if you think deeply, the fundamentals of programming language are mostly the same and every language has pros and cons. Be a problem solver, not a syntax writer. Language doesn't matter, intent of learning and ability to solve problems matter. Programming language is just a medium. I understood this fact after some time.

Let's discuss each week one by one

Week 1 : Informal introduction to programming, algorithms and data structures Downloading and installing Python, gcd in Python: variables, operations, control flow - assignments, condition, loops, functions. It was very basic lectures, if you are a beginner you may find it very difficult but wait things will become easy after some weeks, be patient.
Week 2 : Python: types, expressions, strings, lists, tuples Python memory model: names, mutable and immutable values, List operations: slices etc, Binary searchInductive function definitions: numerical and structural induction, Elementary inductive sorting: selection and insertion sort, In-place sorting. This week real stuff comes and you will know many things you don't know in Python. Give time if you are a beginner try writing basic programs in Python. Move slowly, but learn properly.
Week 3 : Basic algorithmic analysis: input size, asymptotic complexity, O() notation, Arrays vs lists, Merge sort, Quicksort, Stable sorting. Here we study some common sorting algorithms. Here, the code is discussed, understand it properly by dry running it using pen and paper.
Week 4 : Dictionaries, More on Python functions: optional arguments, default values, Passing functions as arguments, Higher order functions on lists: map, filter, list comprehension. This week was more about Python language, Merge Sort and Quicksort, it gives you taste of hashmap using dictionary data type. Dry run sorting algorithms and write some basic programs in Python using what you have learned.
Week 5 : Exception handling, Basic input/output, Handling files, String processing. This week was focused on Python, but this week's lectures had many Python concepts are discussed that are not known by many people who know Python. So, don't skip even if you know Python.
Week 6 : Backtracking: N Queens, recording all solutions, Scope in Python: local, global, nonlocal names, Nested functions, Data structures: stack, queue andHeaps. This was focused on Data Structures and their implementation using list data type. This week also has a very important algorithm called Backtracking and it is explained, so view the lecture properly and at 1x speed.
Week 7 : Abstract datatypes Classes and objects in Python, Linked Lists : find, insert, delete, Binary search trees: find, insert, delete, Height-balanced binary search trees. This week's lectures were focused on OOP and Data Structure Implement. Data Structures were taught at a very introductory level so study from other resources also.
Week 8 : Efficient evaluation of recursive definitions: Memoization, Dynamic programming: examples, Other programming languages: C and manual memory management, Other programming paradigms: functional programming. This is the last week of this course. It was a fairly long week because it is on a very important topic of competitive programming called Dynamic Programming. Also, I found it was the assignment hardest of all. The last lecture was based on comparison of Python with other languages, some limitations of Python as a programming language and general advice for students.

Mistakes to avoid while taking this course

• Don't view lectures at 2x speed. It's not a movie, it's a lecture. Pause when required, go back if you don't understand anything, search on the internet and go slow but learn properly.
• Programming Assignments are relatively harder than Quizzes but teach you a lot and fill gaps in your learning. Please try to complete it on your own.
• Check answers after completing the whole quiz. See your score and again study the weak topics.
• Don't try to learn from multiple sources at once, first complete this course content then view other resources if needed.
• Don't do multiple courses at once. If you try to learn from multiple resources, you will learn nothing. Move one-by-one.

Some Advices and Additional Things

It's not an 8-week course if you already know some Python.
Mostly, assignments are easy if you understood the lecture properly. My average score was 80%+. And please complete the assignment before going forward in the course, it's very beneficial for filling gaps in your understanding.
And don't leave this course incomplete. Take help and continue progressing.

After completing this course you can make a project to showcase what you have learned in this course.

This was my first course of NPTEL and I would definitely recommend using NPTEL more because of its large library of free and quality courses. Also, I don't take certificate because it is a beginner-level course and the certificate was not free.
Also, I took this course after completing Harvard's CS50 and I thought this NPTEL course will not have that type of high-production quality. But this course is very well taught and it took time for me to adjust to this type of teaching process.
