About a two and a half years ago my ex-best friends sister got me drunk and had sex with me. we’ll call her Reese. Reese was always quite close to me and acted like the older sister I never had so I was very trusting and attached to her and she seemed pretty normal too always trying to help me and give me good advice. Around 14 and a half this changed from like a sister to her undressing infront of me and being really physical, I had expressed before it made me uncomfortable but she would just brush it off as “your my brother it’s normal” for a while i thought it was normal until she started staying around me more and it felt purposeful atp. Mind you I was 14 and she was 17 almost 18. anyway this behaviour of sorta showing herself off continued for about a few months to the point where i completely forgot about how weird it was and assumed it was normal, plus I only saw her a few times a week so it wasn’t often at all. It started to get worse when I had just turned 15 with me and her hanging out more because our family’s got a lot closer, with more family vacations and her being 18 she was told to stay with me and my best friend Victor. this caused her to be alone with me much more. she started to lay on me and i have no proof but i swear she would always make sure we had to share a bed. She would press her chest against me and sit on me and “accidentally” feel in my pants. eventually we ended up being even closer then me and victor, she would invite me to events and parties with her and other seniors, one of which she got me drunk to the point i barley could walk on my own and she took me to the bathroom and pulled my pants down, pretending to act like she was trying to help all while i was asking her what she was doing and slurring my words clearly uncomfortable. she sat me down on the toilet and slid my dick inside her taking my virginity. I was clearly telling her to stop but she kept going and convincing me to let her keep going and saying over and over again “it’s okay” “It’s just me” for what felt like a eternity and when i was about to finish in her I kept telling her to stop and she would just say “it’s okay i’m on birth control” which leads me to believe she had planned it. After I had finished she kept going which made me even more upset and betrayed then I already was feeling. when i was starting to almost pass out i saw her talking her phone out and the flash turning on and off a few times which made me want to throw up even more, i felt terrible and just wanted to disappear. I’m not 100% certain she took a picture but it’s still so scary to think she might have a picture or video of me like that. all hot and sweaty begging her to stop it’s disgusting. the next day when I was home I told victor and his parents what reese had done but since I was bigger and stronger then her and she always acted so nice to me no one believed me and even my befriend said that I went to a party and was drunk and the blame started to shift to me for going out to a party and for making up a rape accusation. My parents also got angry at me and punished me for going to a party, just like reese was a perfect angel and it wasn’t possible anything i was saying was true. I’ve felt so betrayed and angry with my family and reese and victor but the worst part of this all is my family is still close with them i still have to see reese consistently and it’s so awkward she acts so cold towards me but like a angel when anyone else is around us. anyway i’m 17 now and feel like my entire family hates me. I live with my gf now and don’t talk to anyone in my family and i’m happier then i’ve ever been.

Somehow I love this song with all my heart. And I can even say it is probably my favourite DM track. Yes it’s a b-side, yes there is ultra, sofad and Alan. But Free just makes a perfect sense for me sound-wise, dynamics of David’s and Martin’s voices (again maybe the best duo they have, in my opinion). And again it’s also because I started listening to dm with PTA being 15 at that time and it’s just the reminder of the “good old days”. Even if you are not a big fan of classical music, the concert is for free and right in the grounds of the Schönbrunn castle. So next to the impressive music, you have an amazing location. Enjoy! 🎶

Hey there! New to the community and the lingo so I'm sorry if I get it wrong!
So I'm pretty sure I'm pan/poly nowadays
Uhhh I was born a male with everything that comes with it lol but sometimes I wish I had female parts or was just a female.
I've known I've been genderfluid for a long time...Ever since I was a kid...I just didn't fully know it yet or really accept it. Which I'm still trying to do.
There are some days I wake up and feelin like the fuckin man! Then there are other days I feel like a granola Cali girl (no offense :p).
I work in a very male oriented physical labor workplace and you will get ripped on for sure for being "girly" for sure...
Ive mainly worn for the past like 15 years all black jeans, t shirt, and a hoodie as my go to.
I wanna look cute af in makeup, dresses, and skirts but I'm also 6'2....a fking 🌴.
Although I did one of those genderswap things on snap and omg I would fk female me, and female me wouldn't even give male me the time of day lol

tl;dr - feeling wiped out? Brain fog? Mental health in the shitter? Why yes, "hello ADHD". But also maybe Vit D, iron deficiencies, or sleep apnea. My psych says are all common in people with ADHD and all make the symptoms much worse. So get tested if you can (and ask for detailed tests re iron).
Here's the longer version, in case it helps you see any symptoms or patterns that might be relevant to you.
1. The meh doctor
Last year, I ended up in hospital with suspected heart issues and my ECG was funky when they checked me out. The cardiologist at the hospital couldn't find anything wrong. I was terrified it was the ADHD medication, so stopped.
It turned out my GP - despite having the results of a blood test - hadn't noticed that my iron was low and I was anaemic.
I got iron tablets and felt a little better. After a month, the same doctor gave me another blood test and told me I was fine. No anemia.
But I was feeling really rubbish still. I went through months of feeling generally wiped out. Symptoms included:

• Brain fog
• Exhaustion
• Palpitations
• Trouble sleeping
• Weakness
• Lack of concentration & focus
• A nihilistic despair and sadness so bad I didn't recognise myself
• Joint pain
• Cracks in the corner of my mouth

Ridiculously (and I'll get into this below) - only the last two items on that list prompted me to do anything about it!
2. The great doctor
I switched doctor, and she looked at the blood test results from my previous doc and said "he's not tested you for the things we need to know" and sent me for another, more thorough, test.
It turned out the iron deficiency wasn't showing up in the basic haemoglobin tests. About 15 of the results looked normal, but one was extremely low. I also had a Vit D deficiency.
After just a few days of supplements I felt like a different person. After a couple of weeks, I feel more positive and energetic than I have in ages.
(She also told me I need to take them for at least 3 months to properly sort things, btw - hence why the first iron supplements hadn't fixed things.)
3. The great psychiatrist (and the ADHD-relevant bit)
I've moved country and so I need to get my ADHD rediagnosed so I can get medications. A few days after starting supplements I happened to have a call with a new - and bloomin' fabulous - psychiatrist.
The stuff above came out when discussing my health history and she smiled at me like a proud teacher, saying "It's great you've found this out. I would have asked you to get checked as these deficiencies are incredibly common in people who have ADHD."
We also talked about my sleep patterns and she's asked me to get a sleep apnea assessment too. I'm raring to go as I'm pretty sure I do get sleep apnea.
She said these health issues are all common in ADHD folk, and can severely worsen our symptoms. And all have fairly simple tests and fixes.
4. The Catch-22 of it all - and a call to action
My experience here obviously won't be universal.
But I reckon a lot of us are so used to brain fog, lethargy, poor mental health etc that we're desensitised to it.
Someone who doesn't have ADHD might notice that there was a physical issue far sooner, whereas I only really took notice that something might be wrong when I struggled to move my fingers and I couldn't open my mouth to eat without the corners cracking.
I know we're not great at appointments and all the follow ups, but if you can get yourself check out you might just be able to give yourself a little power up that will give you +10 strength to deal with the day-to-day.

I work for a company that allows me to choose the hours I work and where I want to work.
I chose a schedule that allows me to work at another location on weekends in a schedule that is compatible with a weekend job that I want to keep
Managers of the headquarters where I mainly work complained that the schedule I chose left them without staff on weekends, I chose and put together a good rota for both parties and they can look for a replacement for me with the same system that allows select hours.
The work is 36-39 hours a week spread over five days. If I want it to reach 40 or more, I must work 6 days a week.
I'm surrounded at headquarters by snitching coworkers who report every mistake I make to their bosses.
I found that for this week they have taken away almost all the hours that I had there this week and this took me off guard and the cut-off date to assemble the rota has passed, they only gave me 15 hours of work for the whole week.
I sent a message complaining to one of the managers and he told me to forward it to the other managers and one of them will get back to me.
They are adding new members to the employment WhatsApp group.
I think that possibly today I will be fired or they will make things difficult for me to leave, based on the gossip of the informers that are around me. I don't know what will happen today.
I don't have any problem on the other location of the company and maybe I should ask the manager of that location to employ me so I can leave the toxic one, or maybe I should look for another job, I'm stressed.

Been evaluating DMARC recently, and I couldn't find much information to help guide me when comparing options. So I tried to write down my thoughts in a way I would have found useful. I hope someone on here gets a bit of value out of it.
A few observations is that there is a huge disparity between bottom range vendors and top range vendors in terms of price, and that there is a corresponding disparity in terms of tool functionality and Trust-center maturity. Top tier vendors offer some cool functions, but the increase in price was hardly worth it.
Common DMARC vendor problems
Common problems among nearly all DMARC vendors we spoke to (with 1 exception) was that they all had a hard time giving us a fixed quote, claiming that they needed to run a PoC/Trial to analyze our volumes before being able to quote us. A few would provide gross estimates for us. I got a bit grossed out, because it felt like the sales reps we met with were trying to gauge how much money they'd be leaving on the table.
Bottom Tier DMARC vendor problems
The bottom tier were sketchy in terms of where support is located, where data is processed (issue especially if we collect Forensic reports) and had a difficult time answering questions on the robustness and maturity of their organizational/technical controls for whatever certifications they held. They also provided low-usability UI:s and underwhelming project management features.
One of the vendors even suggested we spin up 2 instances of their platform to manage active/inactive domains separately. I assume sales person was either a) incompetent or b) thought we had just jumped off the bus from Jokkmokk or c) the tool was horrendous.
Another consideration was that these vendors were mostly in start-up mode, and really pushed their logo-slides, indicating to me that they are desperately accumulating corporate value to become attractive acquisition targets. God forbid they'd be purchased by like DarkTrace or something.
I did a bit of quick and dirty math, and couldn't see how they were running sustainable business models. When they described their headcounts and I looked at the revenue generated with an average across their entire "we have this many customers" slide. Especially since a few of the logos these guys said were 'customers' are actually using their freemium/trial to monitor (checked with contacts at company's who were part of the logo-slides.).
These vendors cost next to nothing, but introduce a level of risk I was not happy with.
Top Tier DMARC Vendor problems
3 of the vendors we looked at fit into this category, and the prices were absolutely outrageous. As in +30x higher prices. Than the other vendors. 2 of these were more forthcoming about price estimates, and the last one did the thing where the sales rep was really shady about the pricing so we finally had enough (I found their price list through google dorks and nearly puked).
However, the 2 vendors who were more forthcoming about their prices advised us that there is a mandatory Managed Service tacked onto the DMARC tool. The managed service sounded nice (bi-weekly/monthly project calls with a consultant from their side, effectively brining our time investment down by from ~6-8h / week to ~1-4h / week, which is helpful due to backlog). But we would be unable to unsubscribe from the managed service even after achieving p=reject and just monitoring.
The vendor who's prices nearly made me puke literally had 1 unique selling point compared to peers. The ability to generate DKIM keys through their console. Helpful, sure. But it absolutely does not merit a 2x higher price than the other 2 Top Tiers. The issue I have here is that this was the vendor pushed by Microsoft, and it really got under my skin that the sales rep almost took it for granted that the business was theirs because of the recommendation by MSFT. It made me wonder how many deals these guys get for outrageous price points by buyers who don't know any better.
These vendors cost a bunch, but offer the level of risk I am OK with introducing
What did we end up doing?
One of the vendors who didn't fit into either Top Tier or Low Tier fulfilled our criteria;

1. Mature trust-center backed by good contracts, DPA:s ISO-certs and SOC-II etc. Sales rep and Engineer could speak towards various elements and were happy to make introductions to their CISO:s direct reports for more information.
2. Price point was in-between Top tier & Bottom Tier.
3. Price transparency and Predictability (They could provide prices based on # active domains + number of employees, irrespective of email volumes & sending services)
4. Managed service portion could be removed upon renewal (once every 12 months) and the price effectively goes down by 50%.
5. The sales rep was slightly less sleazy, but maybe that was because their licensing model was simpler? He was also transparent when we asked about recent negative feedback about their support.
6. UI is decent & Integrated project management section so that tasks created in other sections of the console are populated into the project management time-line and assigned to an owner.

Notes;

1. I don't want to break any policy here. So won't post a link to the price-list I found via dorks. I found it on a publicly facing governmental digital market place, published by one of the vendor's partners. Example:
   1. 3-10 Domains + <5 Sending Services scales from £17.5K / year up to 3-10 Domains + <27 Sending services for £100K / Year. And god help you if you have +50 domains.
2. Don't want to mention which vendor we went with in the end. But we got 25 Domains + Unlimited volume + unlimited sending services for ~ €12K / year.
   1. As a comparison this is 10x the price of the Low-tier vendors, and 35% of the price of the most expensive vendor (when accounting for our number of sending sources, email volume and domains)
   2. Year 1 we added on Manage Services to help with our backlog, which we plan on cutting away once p=reject can be safely activated (expected time frame ~6 months -- Which realistically means ~8 months). At this point our annual bill goes down from €18K to €12K / Year.
3. A key consideration that I found tricky before finding the vendor we went with, was trying to forecast expected email volumes since the company is planning on entering new markets, with big marketing pushes. We could have woken up one day and gotten a "true-up" call with up-to a 6x license price increase if our outbound volumes exceeded 2.5million emails. (I don't see that happening anytime soon, but I'd hate to forget about this as the company grows).
4. Getting approval for the spend was done together with marketing, and we split it 50/50. We basically asked our CMO-lite what would happen if their marketing emails went to junk-folders or were rejected outright because one of their marketing services was unaccounted for.
   1. Convo went something like:
      1. "What's your worst-case projection for this initiative?"
      2. "It's x% of target"
      3. "Okey, does that worst-case projection account for if your email marketing ends up in junk folders?"
      4. "Ye... erhh.. end up in junk folders...?"
      5. (Marketing now has a vested interest in being open about the crap they use/want to get, and CMO-lite has raised this twice with her team so far).

So this is the story when I was 15 years old. I was in 10th standard and I used to have a crush on a girl. She was really pretty. And I used to look at her every time. I wanted to talk to her but I didn’t have the courage to go and talk to her. So 2-3months passed by and I didn’t tell anyone that I have a crush on her because you know when you tell your friends this kind of thing they starts doing stupid things like screaming your name in front of her etc. But one day one of my class mate get to knows that I have a crush on her. And this classmate of mine knows my crush he used to talk to her. So he said to me that bro I will talk to her about you. And I said that no bro leave i. It is just a crush I will get over it after some time [ I WAS LYING]. But somehow he convinced me and I thought what the worst thing she can say to me is [NO] . So I said to my friend go and talk to her and he talked to her and he said that she wants to talk to you and I said ok. So at the end of the day whole school was gathered in the hall for some announcement and I was standing 2 or 3 places behind her. And I heard my friend saying to her that he is the guy I was talking about him [referring to me]. And she looked at me and said to me “HAVE YOU SEEN YOUR FACE, YOU UGLY PIECE OF SHIT, I WILL HIT YOUR FACE WITH MY SHOE IF YOUR EVER LOOKED AT ME AGAIN” And children started laughing. I can’t tell you how I felt that day. My eyes started to fill with tears somehow I managed not to cry .but when I reached home I cried my heart out. I could not forget about that day till now. I am[ 22 NOW] and still whenever I think about this my eyes starts to fill with tears and I start feeling low.

To preface im a retail pharmacy technician with 5+ years experience for a large corporate company working in CA.
Recently, all of our pharmacies had our Fill-masters for reconstitution replaced by newer updated ones. In our pharmacy, about two weeks after the new unit installations a patient came back to complain that they were all out of their kids medication even though it was day 5/10 and they were giving them proper amount. Parent had told us that even the first day when we first mixed it he stated to our pharmacist that the medication looked very thick and was concerned it wasn’t mixed properly, but our pharmacist told them that it was done properly and not to worry. After further investigation, I found out that after installation our Fillmaster wasn’t calibrated by the installing technician by fillmaster, which after I then calibrated myself. While it was missed by them, it’s still within our responsibility to make sure that we calibrate it at least once monthly. Off a reconstitution where it was supposed to dispense 60mL, it was only dispensing about 40-45mL. So essentially, we were mixing medications for about two weeks with the improper amount of water. After letting my pharmacist know, she called our corporate practice coordinator(PC) to ask how to proceed and he told her to just replace any medication for people that come in and complain that they don’t have enough medication and to basically not open a can of worms, which my pharmacist complied with and said “well PC said it was okay etc” and did really nothing about it but replace only that one patients medication. By this time we had already reconstituted probably 15-20 patients medications improperly, but our pharmacist only corrected the issue for this one patient. Our pharmacist didn’t even tell the patient what had happened, just replaced the medication and let them go.
For me, I feel that we have a responsibility to make sure that everyone’s medication is mixed and dosed correctly, and if there is a mistake on our part then we should at least inform the patient. We’ve had issues of similar caliber come up in the past, but when reporting it to my pharmacy manager he always gives me a spiel that I need to trust my pharmacists etc, when realistically I only bring these things up if feel it’s a true concern. I’m well educated, have a bachelors degree in science and just got a second degree in engineering while working here to pursue a different career so I feel that my concerns are coming from a valid reason of thought.
I’m just looking for advice on how i should understand this because it’s tough on me and has been dwelling on my mind, at this point I just feel like I’m overthinking it. If you feel that way too, please let me know, no harsh feelings, I’ll take any comment negative or positive constructively. Thanks if you read this far and have any input, I really appreciate it.

I will basically just note down the main points, feel free to ask questions in the comments.

• My interview lasted 5 minutes. The assistant restaurant manager asked me very simple questions (describe your self in 3 words, what school do you go to, what year are you in, whats your favourite and least favourite subject and why, why do you want to work at mcdonald’s, and whats your availability). I wore all black clothing.
  
• I got the acceptance email the same day (I done the interview at 4pm and I got accepted at 9pm)
  
• My orientation lasted around 2.5 hours and we just did online modules which took around 1.5 hours for me to complete. I also filled out documents about my personal information (address, number, TFN etc) I wore all black and so did the other people. I got paid for the orientation.
  
• My first training week was on fries, I got 2 training shifts then one actual shift. I got trained for dining & fries during this week.
  
• My second training week was on front counter, I got 2 training shifts for front counter then one actual shift at the end of the week.
  
• My third training week was on drive thru. I got 2 training shifts for drive thru and one actual shift at the end of the week. All training shifts were paid for.
  
• My drive thru trainer told me that after training we will only get shifts on fries for a few months, then we will only get shifts on front counter for a few months, then we will get drive thru shifts for a few months.
  

Additional notes:

• A very common question they would ask you is “why do you want to work at mcdonald’s” so I recommend preparing an answer for that beforehand.
  
• You don’t need to worry too much about your interview, theres a lot of turnover in fast food restaurants so they usually hire 10-15 people a month. In my case, they hired 6 people in the same week.
  
• I recommend checking out Stephen Patula on youtube because he has a lot of videos of himself working at mcdonald’s so you can see what kind of tasks they do, how to make and prepare the food and kind of what it’s like to work in the fast food industry.
  
• I was worried about learning the register and the menu so I kind of familiarised myself with the different menus (breakfast, lunch, happy meals, dinner boxes, mccafe menu etc) and what foods go in each menu. This helped me when learning the register.
  
• Fries is the easiest station to learn. Front counter might seem stressful in the beginning because you’re learning a lot of tasks at once but the more you do it the easier it gets. Honestly front counter is really fun for me now. Drive thru is probably the easiest station for me now.
  
• Drive thru person does the cashier job using a headset. At my restaurant, they also prepare (not cook) the hotcakes and wipe the walls when its not busy. Drive thru person will also occasionally help out on front counter and bring might bring the orders to the cars in the waiting area.
  
• When I first started I thought I wasn’t gonna last there because it was a bit stressful multitasking but I promise it gets easier. If you’re new you’re allowed to make mistakes! my trainer said it took her 2-3 months to learn the register and she is now a trainer so if you’re struggling do not worry, you will get it eventually.
  
• My trainer said once you get used to everything and you’re good at every station you were trained in you can ask them to train you on McCafe if that’s something that interests you.
  
• The most important thing to remember for your interview is to be confident, sit up straight, use hand gestures and don’t touch your hair or face. If you’re nervous it’s okay, just try your best and don’t overthink the negative stuff.
  
• I got paid for every shift (including training & orientation)
  
• The floors are wet so you must have non slip shoes. In terms of what to wear to your interview/orientation, I just wore a black button up and black pants, for orientation I wore a black long sleeve and black pants.
  
• If you plan on working long term (6 months+) it’s probably a good idea to make good friends there. Personally the crew members make every shift worth it! to make friends you just have to make an effort of talking to the team. In my store everyone gets along so well and they mess around a bit even near the managers (joking around, singing, casually chatting etc) You just have to make an effort to make friends.
