I’m just wondering if anyone has had something similar happen…I started taking 2.5mg in November (at night) and started having night sweats in December that never went away so about 3 weeks ago I decided to try taking it in the morning if see if it helps. Well when I was taking it at night I had basically no anxiety and now that I’ve switched to morning I have been getting anxious almost every evening. Does the time of day you take it affect how it makes you feel?? Idk if it’s just a coincidence and I need to up my dose or if I should switch back to night

So a bit of background me and my boyfriend have been together since we were both 19, (we’re now 23) we still live with our families and we both drive and stay over at each other’s homes 2/3 times a week. He works with his dad for his own company but the hours are different every week, the problem is that his dad never seems to mention to him when they are working until the day/ night before so it’s impossible to plan anything or arrange when we’ll see each other unless it’s last minute.
However I’m starting to get sceptical over if it is his dad telling him last minute or if he just doesn’t want to see me as I was over there today and asked him if he wanted to go out somewhere on Friday, he just said ‘I’ll check’ but this was something we had to book for so I said why don’t you go and ask him now so that we’ll know if we can book it or not. He just seemed to make excuses over why he couldn’t go and ask him whilst I was there, then as soon as I went into another room he came in and said that he is working that day so can’t see me.
This type of thing has happened a few times or there’ll be a reason he can’t come to mine and I have to come to his a lot. I’ve asked him if he has any problems with my family and he said no and that he likes them all.
I’m not sure if maybe I’m looking into it too much because we do have a really good relationship and he’s always very loving and caring consistently but I just find this all a bit odd, it feels like there’s so many obvious excuses to either not see me or for me to drive to see him
Am I looking too much into it??

 | Okay, so this is one part of my soft-proposal for a shuttle underneath Fordham Road and Pelham Parkway, with potential additional service to Pelham Bay Park to completely connect to the 6. I need to do more research before I can make a full-length proposal in any form, but I do think this community should add to it and voice opinions about it. submitted by Due_Amount_6211 to nycrail [link] [comments] The IdeaThe Bx12 bus is easily one of, if not, the single most used bus route in The Bronx. It's an essential crosstown route that also experiences dangerous overcrowding, no matter where you board or exit from. People pushed against the doors, passengers standing directly next to the driver, and that's not even factoring in wheelchairs or the backpacks that hadn't been taken off. The regular Bx12 runs from Sedgwick Avenue to Pelham Bay Park, while Bx12-SBS runs from Inwood-207 Street to Bay Plaza, both via Fordham Road/Pelham Parkway. Both roads are heavily used, and extremely dense in population as the BX12 provides direct service between the A/B/D/1/2/4/5/6 and Metro North (no other Bronx bus route does that to my knowledge, the Bx36 doesn't even reach the A and has no direct connection to the 4 as there's no stop at Tremont Avenue for the Jerome Avenue line).Let's recap: The Bx12 is the only crosstown line to connect SEVEN subway lines to each other and Metro North. It's also horrendously overcrowded, no longer ADA accessible as a result during midday and rush hours, and was chronically slow due to the traffic. How can we solve this? A crosstown shuttle. This shuttle would run from Sedgwick Avenue to Eastchester Road - maybe potentially Pelham Bay Park - via Fordham Road and Pelham Parkway, serving the busiest (and some ignored) Bx12 stops and streets. The shuttle would run 24/7 on this route, serving some of the busier Bx12 stops, and providing consistent service along the route, whereas the Bx12 is prone to skipping some stops even if there's people waiting at the stop that's skipped. This shuttle would also provide direct connections to all lines the BX12 connects to within the Bronx. So, without further introduction, I'm ready to present: The Fordham/Pelham ShuttleThe general route, with 207th Street included as proof of concept. Connecting 207 to Fordham may not be possible due to the limitations of the bridge and the possible depth of the river, but that bit of service can be sacrificed. Stops (with details): [Phase 1]
Some of these areas are filler stops, such as Bronxwood Avenue, Wilson Avenue, Stillwell Avenue, and Mayflower Avenue. But the others are very important and densely populated areas with tons of shops and foot traffic. There may be some concern, as this essentially IS the local Bx12 route. However, both the Bx12 and Bx12-SBS make some stops this shuttle would bypass to keep even spacing between stations. And to add on, this would be the route 24/7, while the local Bx12 gets extended during nights to Inwood and Bay Plaza, providing additional service the shuttle cannot provide. Fleet: This line can use a small fleet of R68s at half length (four cars, as opposed to eight) and can be connected to the Concourse yard, with a small layup yard akin to that of Church Avenue on the G either near Sedgwick Avenue or Eastchester Road/Pelham Bay Park. The stretch I'm most concerned about is from Jerome to Webster. This section on the Bx12 is the busiest portion, leading to my well warranted concern. This specific stretch of the Bx12 is where everyone starts packing together far too closely, where everyone starts getting pushed against the doors. Children and the elderly and senior take the Bx12 to commute, making this section incredibly dangerous to board or exit. On top of this issue, it's extremely hard to breathe when there is 90+ people crammed onto one single bus. Increasing frequency does not solve this either, as the Bx12-SBS runs back-to-back, and no matter how close or how far apart they are, they're all crowded beyond reasonability. Another issue is accessibility for the disabled. Because of the crowding, those in wheelchairs or walkers cannot safely board and use the accessible areas. And when you include the parents who refuse to close their strollers or those who bring very full shopping carts on the bus, it progressively gets more and more dangerous. This shuttle would not replace Bx12 service, but rather supplement it, as they would take the traffic that would normally go on the Bx12. Residents and employees of the area now have an option between the Bx12 OR the shuttle, depending on their destination. The shuttle would skip some stops the Bx12 would make, such as Elm Place, and the base plan would not go past Sedgwick Avenue (meaning Cedar Avenue would not be served), but the shuttle also serves some stops the Bx12 directly does NOT (Mayflower Avenue and Arthur Avenue). The Harlem River requires some more research, so if anybody has any info regarding its depth and terrain they can provide, please do comment on this. That's crucial for extending the shuttle beyond Sedgwick Avenue to Inwood. Hopefully we can create a full proposal together, should anyone agree with me on this idea. |

I just thought it would be an interesting concept to think about. This is how I'd do this would just be X-men related content.
Phase 1: Iron Man - Cyclops. I'd introduce Jean Grey, as Scott's love interest. It would be an origin story for Cyclops, while I think it could be done right, I'm not sure who the villain would be. Post credit scene would be Professor X coming to Cyclops.
Incredible Hulk - The Raging Beast. Seems like the most logical sense. Here, he would appear human at the beginning, but as he tests on himself, he turns grey, than ultimately would grow the famous blue fur. The villain of this film could be the Wendigo (similar to the unmade Beast film)
Iron Man 2 - Cyclops 2, Jean would be here, and Iceman would be introduced as the Rhodey style friend. Though Bobby would be a bit annoying to Cyclops. Again, I'm not sure who Cyclops would battle. Avalanche, maybe? This would set him up for the team up film.
Thor - Colossus. I personally feel it could be done well. Could be about Magik being taken by some government in Russia. The government are a stand in for S.H.I.E.L.D. in a way, as Magik, is a stand in for Mjolnir. With a cameo from Gambit. Colossus and Magik go to Professor X's school for gifted youngsters at the end. The villain of this film could be Omega Red.
Captain America: First Avenger - Wolverine: Origins of Weapon X. Similar to the actual film, but Cyclops is not in the film. It is Kitty Pryde instead. We are introduced to Emma Frost who goes and does her own thing. It's not general stryker, it is the actual Weapon X program, and Lady Deathstrike and Sabretooth team up against Wolverine.
Avengers - X-Men, Magneto and Brotherhood are the villains of this film. The brotherhood would include Toad, Avalanche, Sabretooth, and Mystique. The X-Men would be Cyclops, Jean Grey, Wolverine, Colossus, Gambit, Beast, and Kitty Pryde. With Professor X on the side. Gambit would first be on the side of brotherhood, but swaps sides quickly. Magneto is sort of a cultist who is worshipping Apocalypse. At the end of the film in a post credit scene one of the brotherhood would find a statue of Apocalypse or a tomb that is holding him in stasis.
Phase 2: Iron Man 3 - Cyclops 3, Cyclops would have PTSD about something he did, maybe losing control at the end of the fight. Injuring the brotherhood, causing the X-Men to win. It plays on his psyche. Jean and him has split up, and he has left the X-Men. Havok and Polaris would be introduced here, but they wouldn't join the X-Men at this point in time.
Thor: Dark World - Colossus: Siege of the Juggernaut - this would introduce the Juggernaut and Black Tom Cassidy. Colossus must stop from the Juggernaut pretty much. Maybe a cameo from Banshee and Moira Mactaggert, if you really wanted to.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier - Wolverine: The Silver Samurai, this would be similar to The Wolverine, but we would introduce Angel and Sunfire.
Guardians of the Galaxy - Starjammers - I don't really know much about these characters, only that the leader is Cyclops' father, so you could play on that factor. This would be similar to GotG, but they fight villains like the Brood and the Sh'ar empire.
Avengers: Age of Ultron - X-Men: Age of Hellfire, this is an introduction to the Hellfire club, such as Mastermind, Selene, Sebastian Shaw, etc. Emma Frost returns. The Hellfire club would be worshipping Apocalypse, similar to what Magneto was doing in the first film. They find a scripture about Apocalypse that shows the details of how to bring him back. The X-Men must stop the Hellfire club from awakening Apocalypse. The X-Men at this point would be Cyclops (re-joined), Jean Grey, Wolverine, Beast, Gambit, Colossus, Kitty Pryde, Angel, Iceman, Sunfire. Plus, introducing Rogue, Thunderbird, and Dazzler. Thunderbird would die at the end of this film. Cyclops, Beast, Colossus, Sunfire, and Jean would leave the team. Plus, the X-Men would get the scripture and lock it up in the school.
Ant-Man - Bishop - this is about introducing the time travelling concept. Bishop would go back in time and try and change his future. I would introduce Cable in this as the villain, because he likes how the world is, so he comes back in time as well, only be trapped in the time period as well. Bishop and Cable would duke it out. I'd introduce, Forge who get swept up in all the chaos.
Phase 3: Captain America: Civil War - Wolverine: Schism, similar to the comic, where the X-Men have different beliefs and ideologies. Storm and Nightcrawler are introduced. It would be Wolverine vs Cyclops like in the comic run, but the sides would be a bit different. On Cyclops side you would have Cyclops, Iceman, Storm (defects to Wolverine's side), Angel, Jean Grey (though at the end, she takes no side), Bishop, Magik, and Cable. On Wolverines side you would have Wolverine, Kitty Pryde, Nightcrawler, Beast, Gambit, Rogue, Dazzler, Colossus and Forge. Professor X chooses no side. Cyclops believes that staying at the school is too dangerous, he believes that mutants should go underground, whereas, Wolverine thinks that being at the school is good because it is protected by the X-Men, plus they want to teach the students about defense not offense. Magneto would show up this to shake it up a bit, he would also steal the scripture.
Dr Strange - Magik, in this film, Magik would go up against Legion, Professor X's son. He keeps beating her until she outsmarts him at the end of the film. Legion is imprisoned under supervision of Professor X. Throughout the film, Legion would ramble on about an incoming Apocalypse.
GotG: Vol 2 - Starjammers: Vol 2, similar to the first film, but they go up against The Phalanx. Introducing Deathbird in this film.
Spider-Man: Homecoming - Nightcrawler: Family-bound, in this film Nightcrawler uncovers his heritage. Mystique his is mother. He goes up against her with the help of Rogue, his step-sister. They also face Destiny and Graydon Creed, the son of Sabretooth and Mystique. Wolverine would show up to help encourage Nightcrawler, they have a closer relationship compared to Nightcrawler and Cyclops.
Thor: Ragnarök - Colossus: Mojo World, in this film Colossus and Dazzler, along with students are transported to Mojo World. Introducing Longshot, Spiral, and Shatterstar. The students would include, Dust, Chamber, Blindfold, Eyeboy, and Glob.
Black Panther - Storm, this would show the origins of Storm, her heritage and her fight against the Shadow King. Professor X would have a cameo at the end.
Avengers: Infinity War - X-Men: Age of Apocalypse: Part 1, Magneto brings back Apocalypse from the dead using the scripture. Apocalypse gains four horsemen, Angel, Jean Grey, Magneto, and Wolverine. In the first 30-40 mins, Apocalypse would have slaughtered the entire X-Men cast, except Legion, Bishop, Iceman, Storm, Professor X, Psylocke, and Banshee. Legion believes the best way to save everyone is to kill Magneto in the past, he goes to the past, the others follow him, Legion kills Professor X instead. Cut to present day and its Age Of Apocalypse. Similar events occur in this film to the comic with minor changes, like Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch not included. The four horsemen would be Holocaust, Abyss, Bastion, and Mikhail Rasputin.
Ant-Man and the Wasp - Bishop and X-Force. Takes place before the first part of Age of Apocalypse. Pretty much about Bishop forming X-Force to go up against Warpath and Exodus. Warpath would join X-Force. Other members introduced would be Boom-Boom, Feral, Marrow, Hellion, and Psylocke. All these characters would appear in Age of Apocalypse.
Captain Marvel - The New Mutants, this film takes place before X-Men: Age of Apocalypse, it depicts life at the institute. Five students, Cannonball, Sunspot, Karma, Mirage, and Wolfsbane would discover some criminal behaviour and they try to stop it. This sets up Mister Sinister.
Avengers: Endgame - X-Men: Age of Apocalypse: Part 2, with the help of the X-Men, Bishop goes back in time to stop Legion from killing Magneto and Professor X. He succeeds. Age of Apocalypse timeline self destructs, with a few characters escaping to the main timeline, like the Sugar man, Dark Beast, and Morph. Because Bishop stops Legion from killing Magneto/ Professor X, they return to the main timeline, before Apocalypse rises. Bishop tells them all they need to work together to stop Apocalypse. Wolverine would die. It would seem that Jean dies, and Cyclops retires from being a superhero.
Spider-Man: Far From Home - Nightcrawler: Sins and Demons. On a holiday (Vacation) with some of the X-Men and the students, demons come after him. He learns that Azazel is his father, and that Azazel wants him. With the help of his friends, Nightcrawler stops Azazel bringing hell to Earth.
Phase 4: WandaVision - Dazzleshot. Show about Dazzler and Longshot on Mojo world, trying to reform it.
Falcon and the Winter Soldier - Angel and Psylocke. Not sure what this would be like, but these 2 characters would get together. An X-Corp type of show, maybe.
Loki - Cable. This show would be trying to correct mistakes and try to return to the future. In this he would meet Mr Sinister.
Black Widow - Marvel Girl: Rise of the Phoenix. In this film, it would be the first time Jean would be referred to Marvel Girl. None of the other X-Men know she is alive, meaning she is in hiding. She may go up against Emma Frost, as neither of them trust the other.
What if...? - What if...? just with X-Men stories.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings - Excalibur and the Legend of the Captain Britain Corps. Mainly be a Kitty Pryde film. Introduce Lockheed, Meggan, a time displaced Rachel Grey, and the Captain Britain Corps. They would go up against Alfie O'Meagan. A returning Juggernaut would appear, seeming have reformed his ways. He joins Excalibur.
Eternals - This doesn't need to be a film. Unless you want to do an Apocalypse origin story, though it would feel too late.
Hawkeye - Gambit & Rogue. The show would be about them growing as a couple and stopping crime. Fight the mafia who come after Gambit for not holding a deal.
Spider-Man: No Way Home - Nightcrawler: World displaced. This film would see the return of characters from Age of Apocalypse universe, like the Sugar Man, Dark Beast, and Nightcrawler from that universe who wants to stop the villains by any means. Nightcrawler would have to stop all of them before its too late. Main universe Nightcrawler would join forces with Morph from the Age of Apocalypse universe.
Moon Knight - Fantomex, Not sure what this would be about. But think of a spy show or film. I'd introduce Sage.
Dr Strange and the Multiverse of Madness - Magik: Hellscape, she goes up against the Adversary. He sends her to Limbo and traps her there, along with 3 students, Armor and Rockslide, and Blindfold. The Adversary takes the soulsword, so they must fight their way out. Legion would show up again acting 'friendly' and he would strike a relationship with Blindfold, Legion would betray them at the end and Blindfold will die.
Ms Marvel - Jubilee. This would be a comedy about Jubilee finding her way within School for Gifted Youngsters. Doop can be her sidekick, and have Toad pop up now and then. Could be about students disappearing without a trace, linking to Mr Sinister.
Thor: Love and Thunder - Colossus: Steel and faith. The film would be about him going up against his brother Mikhail Rasputin, he is the one from the main timeline not Age of Apocalypse. He and Kitty Pryde try to grow their relationship.
She-Hulk - Beast. A show about Beast gaining control and fighting Dark Beast. Here we would see the start of Beast's path to villainary.
Werewolf by Night - Wolfsbane by nature. Origins of Wolfsbane.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever - Storm: Thunder and Lightning, the film would be about Storm returning to Africa for the first time and seeing that her home village has been taken over by Exodus. She fights him for the crown. We are introduced to Oya.
Phase 5: GotG: Christmas Special - Starjammers: Christmas Special. They come down to Earth to celebrate Christmas with Cyclops, Havok, and Polaris. Madelyne Pryor shows up and Cyclops believes it to be Jean. Instantly proposes, she excepts.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania - Bishop and X-Force: Time displaced. This film is about them getting stuck in different time zones, and trying to make it back to present day. Cable uncovers a baby. Hope Summers.
Secret Invasion - Mr Sinister: Inferno. We finally learn what Mr Sinister has been doing with the stolen student's powers. He is making clones of himself and sending them off to the take over the world. Cyclops learns that Madelyne Pryor is not Jean and Jean returns. The X-Men in this would be Cyclops, Madelyne Pryor, Fantomex, Jubilee, Cannonball, Wolfsbane, Magik, and Banshee.
GotG: Vol 3 - Starjammers: Vol 3, this film would be mainly the same as the first 2 films. The villain in this film would be Vulcan.
Echo - This doesn't have to be a show. If it had to be, may possibly be X-23.
Loki Season 2 - Cable Season 2, another story about time travel, he also raises Hope. Uncover who her parents are.
The Marvels - The New Mutants 2, current team would be Sunspot, Karma, Mirage, Chamber, Dust and Rockslide. Introduce Cypher and Warlock. They would face against Magnus, Warlock's father.
Blade - Captain Britain. He has now left Excalibur and his doing his own thing. He fights criminals and has a battle with Blob and Avalanche. We learn about Otherworld and venture there.
Ironheart - Oya. About her gaining control of her powers and meet new characters. They call themselves the 5 Lights.
Agatha: Coven of Chaos - Doesn't need to be a show, but if it must, possibly a show about Spiral.
What if...? Season 2 - What if...? Season 2
Daredevil: Born Again - Multiple Man: Gaining Intelligence, this show would be about Multiple Man on Muir Island. Moira MacTaggert, Banshee, and Siryn would play a role in this show. It would be like an X-Factor Investigations series.
Captain America: New World Order - Old Man Logan, the film is similar to the comic, but Beast is the stand in for Hulk, and Gambit is the one Logan teams up with not Hawkeye.
Thunderbolts - Marauders, Mr Sinister's new team. These would include Arclight, Sabretooth, Vertigo, Riptide, and Prism. They go up against the X-Men and do criminal activity. Mr Sinister believes he is saving the world by doing this. This would link to the Mutant Massacre comic book. We would meet the Morlocks.
Phase 6: Fantastic Four - X-Factor. The members of this would consist of the original comic X-MEN/ X-Factor. Cyclops, Beast, Iceman, Angel, and Jean Grey. It becomes more apparent that Jean is not like she used to be, she is more evil and cunning. They would face off a new brotherhood of evil mutants, including Mystique, Destiny, Pyro, Sauron, Beak, and Angel Salvadore.

I was going to do Days of Future past instead of Dark Phoenix Saga, but I didn't want to use time travel 2 times for the big finals. After the next Saga the X-Men would relocate to Krakoa. I would introduce the Avengers and Fantastic 4 in the next Saga because it would be human superbeings being used in retaliation against the mutants because of what the Dark Phoenix would have done to the world. Phase 1: Iron Man - Cyclops. I'd introduce Jean Grey, as Scott's love interest. It would be an origin story for Cyclops, while I think it could be done right, I'm not sure who the villain would be. Post credit scene would be Professor X coming to Cyclops.
Incredible Hulk - The Raging Beast. Seems like the most logical sense. Here, he would appear human at the beginning, but as he tests on himself, he turns grey, than ultimately would grow the famous blue fur. The villain of this film could be the Wendigo (similar to the unmade Beast film)
Iron Man 2 - Cyclops 2, Jean would be here, and Iceman would be introduced as the Rhodey style friend. Though Bobby would be a bit annoying to Cyclops. Again, I'm not sure who Cyclops would battle. Avalanche, maybe? This would set him up for the team up film.
Thor - Colossus. I personally feel it could be done well. Could be about Magik being taken by some government in Russia. The government are a stand in for S.H.I.E.L.D. in a way, as Magik, is a stand in for Mjolnir. With a cameo from Gambit. Colossus and Magik go to Professor X's school for gifted youngsters at the end. The villain of this film could be Omega Red.
Captain America: First Avenger - Wolverine: Origins of Weapon X. Similar to the actual film, but Cyclops is not in the film. It is Kitty Pryde instead. We are introduced to Emma Frost who goes and does her own thing. It's not general stryker, it is the actual Weapon X program, and Lady Deathstrike and Sabretooth team up against Wolverine.
Avengers - X-Men, Magneto and Brotherhood are the villains of this film. The brotherhood would include Toad, Avalanche, Sabretooth, and Mystique. The X-Men would be Cyclops, Jean Grey, Wolverine, Colossus, Gambit, Beast, and Kitty Pryde. With Professor X on the side. Gambit would first be on the side of brotherhood, but swaps sides quickly. Magneto is sort of a cultist who is worshipping Apocalypse. At the end of the film in a post credit scene one of the brotherhood would find a statue of Apocalypse or a tomb that is holding him in stasis.
Phase 2: Iron Man 3 - Cyclops 3, Cyclops would have PTSD about something he did, maybe losing control at the end of the fight. Injuring the brotherhood, causing the X-Men to win. It plays on his psyche. Jean and him has split up, and he has left the X-Men. Havok and Polaris would be introduced here, but they wouldn't join the X-Men at this point in time.
Thor: Dark World - Colossus: Siege of the Juggernaut - this would introduce the Juggernaut and Black Tom Cassidy. Colossus must stop from the Juggernaut pretty much. Maybe a cameo from Banshee and Moira Mactaggert, if you really wanted to.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier - Wolverine: The Silver Samurai, this would be similar to The Wolverine, but we would introduce Angel and Sunfire.
Guardians of the Galaxy - Starjammers - I don't really know much about these characters, only that the leader is Cyclops' father, so you could play on that factor. This would be similar to GotG, but they fight villains like the Brood and the Sh'ar empire.
Avengers: Age of Ultron - X-Men: Age of Hellfire, this is an introduction to the Hellfire club, such as Mastermind, Selene, Sebastian Shaw, etc. Emma Frost returns. The Hellfire club would be worshipping Apocalypse, similar to what Magneto was doing in the first film. They find a scripture about Apocalypse that shows the details of how to bring him back. The X-Men must stop the Hellfire club from awakening Apocalypse. The X-Men at this point would be Cyclops (re-joined), Jean Grey, Wolverine, Beast, Gambit, Colossus, Kitty Pryde, Angel, Iceman, Sunfire. Plus, introducing Rogue, Thunderbird, and Dazzler. Thunderbird would die at the end of this film. Cyclops, Beast, Colossus, Sunfire, and Jean would leave the team. Plus, the X-Men would get the scripture and lock it up in the school.
Ant-Man - Bishop - this is about introducing the time travelling concept. Bishop would go back in time and try and change his future. I would introduce Cable in this as the villain, because he likes how the world is, so he comes back in time as well, only be trapped in the time period as well. Bishop and Cable would duke it out. I'd introduce, Forge who get swept up in all the chaos.
Phase 3: Captain America: Civil War - Wolverine: Schism, similar to the comic, where the X-Men have different beliefs and ideologies. Storm and Nightcrawler are introduced. It would be Wolverine vs Cyclops like in the comic run, but the sides would be a bit different. On Cyclops side you would have Cyclops, Iceman, Storm (defects to Wolverine's side), Angel, Jean Grey (though at the end, she takes no side), Bishop, Magik, and Cable. On Wolverines side you would have Wolverine, Kitty Pryde, Nightcrawler, Beast, Gambit, Rogue, Dazzler, Colossus and Forge. Professor X chooses no side. Cyclops believes that staying at the school is too dangerous, he believes that mutants should go underground, whereas, Wolverine thinks that being at the school is good because it is protected by the X-Men, plus they want to teach the students about defense not offense. Magneto would show up this to shake it up a bit, he would also steal the scripture.
Dr Strange - Magik, in this film, Magik would go up against Legion, Professor X's son. He keeps beating her until she outsmarts him at the end of the film. Legion is imprisoned under supervision of Professor X. Throughout the film, Legion would ramble on about an incoming Apocalypse.
GotG: Vol 2 - Starjammers: Vol 2, similar to the first film, but they go up against The Phalanx. Introducing Deathbird in this film.
Spider-Man: Homecoming - Nightcrawler: Family-bound, in this film Nightcrawler uncovers his heritage. Mystique his is mother. He goes up against her with the help of Rogue, his step-sister. They also face Destiny and Graydon Creed, the son of Sabretooth and Mystique. Wolverine would show up to help encourage Nightcrawler, they have a closer relationship compared to Nightcrawler and Cyclops.
Thor: Ragnarök - Colossus: Mojo World, in this film Colossus and Dazzler, along with students are transported to Mojo World. Introducing Longshot, Spiral, and Shatterstar. The students would include, Dust, Chamber, Blindfold, Eyeboy, and Glob.
Black Panther - Storm, this would show the origins of Storm, her heritage and her fight against the Shadow King. Professor X would have a cameo at the end.
Avengers: Infinity War - X-Men: Age of Apocalypse: Part 1, Magneto brings back Apocalypse from the dead using the scripture. Apocalypse gains four horsemen, Angel, Jean Grey, Magneto, and Wolverine. In the first 30-40 mins, Apocalypse would have slaughtered the entire X-Men cast, except Legion, Bishop, Iceman, Storm, Professor X, Psylocke, and Banshee. Legion believes the best way to save everyone is to kill Magneto in the past, he goes to the past, the others follow him, Legion kills Professor X instead. Cut to present day and its Age Of Apocalypse. Similar events occur in this film to the comic with minor changes, like Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch not included. The four horsemen would be Holocaust, Abyss, Bastion, and Mikhail Rasputin.
Ant-Man and the Wasp - Bishop and X-Force. Takes place before the first part of Age of Apocalypse. Pretty much about Bishop forming X-Force to go up against Warpath and Exodus. Warpath would join X-Force. Other members introduced would be Boom-Boom, Feral, Marrow, Hellion, and Psylocke. All these characters would appear in Age of Apocalypse.
Captain Marvel - The New Mutants, this film takes place before X-Men: Age of Apocalypse, it depicts life at the institute. Five students, Cannonball, Sunspot, Karma, Mirage, and Wolfsbane would discover some criminal behaviour and they try to stop it. This sets up Mister Sinister.
Avengers: Endgame - X-Men: Age of Apocalypse: Part 2, with the help of the X-Men, Bishop goes back in time to stop Legion from killing Magneto and Professor X. He succeeds. Age of Apocalypse timeline self destructs, with a few characters escaping to the main timeline, like the Sugar man, Dark Beast, and Morph. Because Bishop stops Legion from killing Magneto/ Professor X, they return to the main timeline, before Apocalypse rises. Bishop tells them all they need to work together to stop Apocalypse. Wolverine would die. It would seem that Jean dies, and Cyclops retires from being a superhero.
Spider-Man: Far From Home - Nightcrawler: Sins and Demons. On a holiday (Vacation) with some of the X-Men and the students, demons come after him. He learns that Azazel is his father, and that Azazel wants him. With the help of his friends, Nightcrawler stops Azazel bringing hell to Earth.
Phase 4: WandaVision - Dazzleshot. Show about Dazzler and Longshot on Mojo world, trying to reform it.
Falcon and the Winter Soldier - Angel and Psylocke. Not sure what this would be like, but these 2 characters would get together. An X-Corp type of show, maybe.
Loki - Cable. This show would be trying to correct mistakes and try to return to the future. In this he would meet Mr Sinister.
Black Widow - Marvel Girl: Rise of the Phoenix. In this film, it would be the first time Jean would be referred to Marvel Girl. None of the other X-Men know she is alive, meaning she is in hiding. She may go up against Emma Frost, as neither of them trust the other.
What if...? - What if...? just with X-Men stories.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings - Excalibur and the Legend of the Captain Britain Corps. Mainly be a Kitty Pryde film. Introduce Lockheed, Meggan, a time displaced Rachel Grey, and the Captain Britain Corps. They would go up against Alfie O'Meagan. A returning Juggernaut would appear, seeming have reformed his ways. He joins Excalibur.
Eternals - This doesn't need to be a film. Unless you want to do an Apocalypse origin story, though it would feel too late.
Hawkeye - Gambit & Rogue. The show would be about them growing as a couple and stopping crime. Fight the mafia who come after Gambit for not holding a deal.
Spider-Man: No Way Home - Nightcrawler: World displaced. This film would see the return of characters from Age of Apocalypse universe, like the Sugar Man, Dark Beast, and Nightcrawler from that universe who wants to stop the villains by any means. Nightcrawler would have to stop all of them before its too late. Main universe Nightcrawler would join forces with Morph from the Age of Apocalypse universe.
Moon Knight - Fantomex, Not sure what this would be about. But think of a spy show or film. I'd introduce Sage.
Dr Strange and the Multiverse of Madness - Magik: Hellscape, she goes up against the Adversary. He sends her to Limbo and traps her there, along with 3 students, Armor and Rockslide, and Blindfold. The Adversary takes the soulsword, so they must fight their way out. Legion would show up again acting 'friendly' and he would strike a relationship with Blindfold, Legion would betray them at the end and Blindfold will die.
Ms Marvel - Jubilee. This would be a comedy about Jubilee finding her way within School for Gifted Youngsters. Doop can be her sidekick, and have Toad pop up now and then. Could be about students disappearing without a trace, linking to Mr Sinister.
Thor: Love and Thunder - Colossus: Steel and faith. The film would be about him going up against his brother Mikhail Rasputin, he is the one from the main timeline not Age of Apocalypse. He and Kitty Pryde try to grow their relationship.
She-Hulk - Beast. A show about Beast gaining control and fighting Dark Beast. Here we would see the start of Beast's path to villainary.
Werewolf by Night - Wolfsbane by nature. Origins of Wolfsbane.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever - Storm: Thunder and Lightning, the film would be about Storm returning to Africa for the first time and seeing that her home village has been taken over by Exodus. She fights him for the crown. We are introduced to Oya.
Phase 5: GotG: Christmas Special - Starjammers: Christmas Special. They come down to Earth to celebrate Christmas with Cyclops, Havok, and Polaris. Madelyne Pryor shows up and Cyclops believes it to be Jean. Instantly proposes, she excepts.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania - Bishop and X-Force: Time displaced. This film is about them getting stuck in different time zones, and trying to make it back to present day. Cable uncovers a baby. Hope Summers.
Secret Invasion - Mr Sinister: Inferno. We finally learn what Mr Sinister has been doing with the stolen student's powers. He is making clones of himself and sending them off to the take over the world. Cyclops learns that Madelyne Pryor is not Jean and Jean returns. The X-Men in this would be Cyclops, Madelyne Pryor, Fantomex, Jubilee, Cannonball, Wolfsbane, Magik, and Banshee.
GotG: Vol 3 - Starjammers: Vol 3, this film would be mainly the same as the first 2 films. The villain in this film would be Vulcan.
Echo - This doesn't have to be a show. If it had to be, may possibly be X-23.
Loki Season 2 - Cable Season 2, another story about time travel, he also raises Hope. Uncover who her parents are.
The Marvels - The New Mutants 2, current team would be Sunspot, Karma, Mirage, Chamber, Dust and Rockslide. Introduce Cypher and Warlock. They would face against Magnus, Warlock's father.
Blade - Captain Britain. He has now left Excalibur and his doing his own thing. He fights criminals and has a battle with Blob and Avalanche. We learn about Otherworld and venture there.
Ironheart - Oya. About her gaining control of her powers and meet new characters. They call themselves the 5 Lights.
Agatha: Coven of Chaos - Doesn't need to be a show, but if it must, possibly a show about Spiral.

Daredevil: Born Again - Multiple Man: Gaining Intelligence, this show would be about Multiple Man on Muir Island. Moira MacTaggert, Banshee, and Siryn would play a role in this show. It would be like an X-Factor Investigations series.
Captain America: New World Order - Old Man Logan, the film is similar to the comic, but Beast is the stand in for Hulk, and Gambit is the one Logan teams up with not Hawkeye.
Thunderbolts - Marauders, Mr Sinister's new team. These would include Arclight, Sabretooth, Vertigo, Riptide, and Prism. They go up against the X-Men and do criminal activity. Mr Sinister believes he is saving the world by doing this. This would link to the Mutant Massacre comic book. We would meet the Morlocks.
Phase 6: Fantastic Four - X-Factor. The members of this would consist of the original comic X-MEN/ X-Factor. Cyclops, Beast, Iceman, Angel, and Jean Grey. It becomes more apparent that Jean is not like she used to be, she is more evil and cunning. They would face off a new brotherhood of evil mutants, including Mystique, Destiny, Pyro, Sauron, Beak, and Angel Salvadore.

My great great grandparents were both from Italy, but they married and had kids after immigrating. On the 1920 census, my GGGP's citizenship status said 'submitted papers' while my GGGM's said 'alien.' My GGP was born in 1920, but he was not listed on the census so it must have been just after. In the 1940 census both of them are listed as naturalized.
If he had submitted his papers had he already renounced his Italian citizenship, or does that not happen until he becomes fully naturalized? If I have to go through my GGGM, how does the 1948 case work? How can I go about finding their naturalization dates? I'm hoping I can go through my GGGP since I know the village he is from, while I know nothing about what part of Italy my GGGM is from other than I am fairly certain itbis from somewhere different.

I woke up in a warm bed and a cozy atmosphere. I really owe Hirsham this time.
He chuckled at my mumbling and told me it wasn't free. He has a tiny request to make since he healed me and all.
More vows...
Laughing he told me that his dog ran off somewhere and I am to find him, or at least what happened to him.
I agreed to his request and sat up on top of the bed. He gave me some soup to eat. I thanked him for his assistance.
Pretty much whole day was spent at his house. I rested, relaxed and Hirsham even went out of his way to get me a new backpack with some minor supplies. Great guy.
During the night I dance and infuse power into my now old cloak made with Grey Claw fur. Wearing it will make me quick and agile, improving my own capability even further. I was an archer at first after all.
But I don't want to go back to archery, right now at least. Let's visit Zura.
I asked him for some ranged weapon that is not a bow and arrow and he smiled knowingly.
He went to the back of his house and brought back a uniquely made bag full of slim javelins.
Seems they are a new design of his and he wishes for me to check their practicability in combat so he can later set up a proper price. The javelins are slimmer than average to fit more of them in a bag.
It was a simple request so I agreed and thanked him sincerely.
When I have an occasion to test it and meet him later I will certainly explain how they worked.
Next I asked him for some armor but he told me that would cost me greatly and I don't look rich enough to simply buy one now. I can take on a proper vow in exchange for it however.
I agreed.
He wants me to bring him a few thick pelts, preferably from boars and bears so that he can make not just mine but other armor too.
Straightforward and directly related. I like it.
For now I went outside the village for some supplies, not wishing to incur any more requests for now. I have a lot to do.
Then I went looking for Hirsham dog.
I wished to start by asking around if anyone knew something but none did. The dog was Hirsham recent companion and he wasn't known well.
Following tracks however gave me some lead. Slowly but surely it all lead me quite some way from the village, pretty close to old Hirsham shack.
There I found the dog digging the ground, as if trying to bury something.
Huh.
It was a dead body.
With a sigh I shouted at the dog to stand back and it went back in a hurry, in the direction of the village.
Guess it's time for some deadly interrogation.
The body is long dead so I have to commune with it.
The mystical energies here follow an interesting pattern as I prepare the site.
I was told the guy got killed by Hirsham back when he was an exile. Some villager didn't take it lightly to have an exile living close to the village, too close for his liking anyway. I didn't even ask, the spirit just told me.
Guess Hirsham had his share of troubles beside just shunning.
I went back to him.
Hirsham got the dog back but was unamused at the thought that the body was dug out, he was actually quite angry.
It wasn't my fault either, so while he may not have been satisfied as he wanted. I did what he asked. I don't care that he killed the guy really.
I patted him on the back and wanted to rest at his house some more but he told me he wants to be alone and that I should go.
Still angry it seems.
I went outside the village to make a camp, living on the road as most of the time.
It wasn't my lucky day, it wasn't even my unlucky day. What I encountered was downright horrible.
It was an elder beast, right next to the fucking village.
A giant brown bear.
I don't think I ever screamed so loudly but I did. Hopefully someone comes to my help because otherwise it will be a disaster in the making.
I entered the fray against this monstrosity of muscle and claws.
Thankfully I'm still smarter than a cunning animal such as this, its ambush failed and I had the upper hand, for about a second.
Within seconds I manage to throw a javelin at its neck, injuring it slightly. I pay for it when a blow makes me literally fly.
I hear shouting in the distance. I must survive.
As arrows fly from the distance and hurried footsteps encroach the area I barely dodge its next strike which rips my newly acquired bear pelt I had attached to my shoulder into nothingness.

I shout at them to buy me some time while I try my old warding ritual. Maybe it will work this time too.
Already remembering the battle with Grey Claw mine and Thornhope wardens coordination speaks for itself.
The archers keep it distracted while shield bearers block it with difficulty.
I quickly set up a large ward and we bait the monster into entering it. The ward power is enough to keep it contained for some time. Within moments we strike it with everything we have got as I can feel the ritual weakening. I throw all my javelins, archers use all arrows and melee focused wardens stab it with all their might.
With a group effort we manage to kill it somehow. Had I not knew the ritual, all of us could be dead perhaps. Good old ward.
Some were injured but none died surprisingly, it wasn't like battle with the Grey Claw.
I lent my herbal knowledge and helped with healing the wounded while we slowly dragged the corpse back to the village. I told one of the boys to get me Zura.
After borrowing a knife. I made myself a new shoulder pelt, both for protection and for my ritual.
Rest belonged to the village as well as Zura who nodded while still feeling incredulous at the even happening. He still mentioned that he needs some boar fur for certain parts, but otherwise it will be a pretty good armor once he makes it.
Later on we had a feast and I also took time to heal myself.
I can't waste too much time, Grim Home is waiting.
In the morning I went to look for some boar.
It didn't take long to find it after I found some tracks.
The ambush failed but combination of Horror axe, my javelins and the agility I currently posses I was able to subdue the boar nigh instantly. In a last ditch effort it struck me with its body but I shrugged it off, it's nothing compared to an elder beast.
I went back to Zura who thanked me for the boar fur along with meat, he will make me some food later on.
He also told me that he can give me one of his old armors or I can wait for the elder beast one. I told him that I want an armor now, it's strictly necessary for me.
So I was given one without a word.

I asked him for some ranged weapon that is not a bow and arrow and he smiled knowingly.
He went to the back of his house and brought back a uniquely made bag full of slim javelins.
Seems they are a new design of his and he wishes for me to check their practicability in combat so he can later set up a proper price. The javelins are slimmer than average to fit more of them in a bag.
It was a simple request so I agreed and thanked him sincerely.
When I have an occasion to test it and meet him later I will certainly explain how they worked.
Next I asked him for some armor but he told me that would cost me greatly and I don't look rich enough to simply buy one now. I can take on a proper vow in exchange for it however.
I agreed.
He wants me to bring him a few thick pelts, preferably from boars and bears so that he can make not just mine but other armor too.
Straightforward and directly related. I like it.
For now I went outside the village for some supplies, not wishing to incur any more requests for now. I have a lot to do.
Then I went looking for Hirsham dog.
I wished to start by asking around if anyone knew something but none did. The dog was Hirsham recent companion and he wasn't known well.
Following tracks however gave me some lead. Slowly but surely it all lead me quite some way from the village, pretty close to old Hirsham shack.
There I found the dog digging the ground, as if trying to bury something.
Huh.
It was a dead body.
With a sigh I shouted at the dog to stand back and it went back in a hurry, in the direction of the village.
Guess it's time for some deadly interrogation.
The body is long dead so I have to commune with it.
The mystical energies here follow an interesting pattern as I prepare the site.
I was told the guy got killed by Hirsham back when he was an exile. Some villager didn't take it lightly to have an exile living close to the village, too close for his liking anyway. I didn't even ask, the spirit just told me.
Guess Hirsham had his share of troubles beside just shunning.
I went back to him.
Hirsham got the dog back but was unamused at the thought that the body was dug out, he was actually quite angry.
It wasn't my fault either, so while he may not have been satisfied as he wanted. I did what he asked. I don't care that he killed the guy really.
I patted him on the back and wanted to rest at his house some more but he told me he wants to be alone and that I should go.
Still angry it seems.
I went outside the village to make a camp, living on the road as most of the time.
It wasn't my lucky day, it wasn't even my unlucky day. What I encountered was downright horrible.
It was an elder beast, right next to the fucking village.
A giant brown bear.
I don't think I ever screamed so loudly but I did. Hopefully someone comes to my help because otherwise it will be a disaster in the making.
I entered the fray against this monstrosity of muscle and claws.
Thankfully I'm still smarter than a cunning animal such as this, its ambush failed and I had the upper hand, for about a second.
Within seconds I manage to throw a javelin at its neck, injuring it slightly. I pay for it when a blow makes me literally fly.
I hear shouting in the distance. I must survive.
As arrows fly from the distance and hurried footsteps encroach the area I barely dodge its next strike which rips my newly acquired bear pelt I had attached to my shoulder into nothingness.

I shout at them to buy me some time while I try my old warding ritual. Maybe it will work this time too.
Already remembering the battle with Grey Claw mine and Thornhope wardens coordination speaks for itself.
The archers keep it distracted while shield bearers block it with difficulty.
I quickly set up a large ward and we bait the monster into entering it. The ward power is enough to keep it contained for some time. Within moments we strike it with everything we have got as I can feel the ritual weakening. I throw all my javelins, archers use all arrows and melee focused wardens stab it with all their might.
With a group effort we manage to kill it somehow. Had I not knew the ritual, all of us could be dead perhaps. Good old ward.
Some were injured but none died surprisingly, it wasn't like battle with the Grey Claw.
I lent my herbal knowledge and helped with healing the wounded while we slowly dragged the corpse back to the village. I told one of the boys to get me Zura.
After borrowing a knife. I made myself a new shoulder pelt, both for protection and for my ritual.
Rest belonged to the village as well as Zura who nodded while still feeling incredulous at the even happening. He still mentioned that he needs some boar fur for certain parts, but otherwise it will be a pretty good armor once he makes it.
Later on we had a feast and I also took time to heal myself.
I can't waste too much time, Grim Home is waiting.
In the morning I went to look for some boar.
It didn't take long to find it after I found some tracks.
The ambush failed but combination of Horror axe, my javelins and the agility I currently posses I was able to subdue the boar nigh instantly. In a last ditch effort it struck me with its body but I shrugged it off, it's nothing compared to an elder beast.
I went back to Zura who thanked me for the boar fur along with meat, he will make me some food later on.
He also told me that he can give me one of his old armors or I can wait for the elder beast one. I told him that I want an armor now, it's strictly necessary for me.
So I was given one without a word.

My husband and I have been sleeping in separate bedrooms since LO was born (currently 4.5 months old), because sleep is precious and when it's one of our turns to take care of the baby overnight, the other person sleeps in the guest bedroom so they can get 8 hours uninterrupted. Currently my husband is doing 4 nights and I do 3. It's recently become apparent to us that LO will sleep from 12am (usually wakes up at this time for a bottle) to ~8am uninterrupted with my husband, but with me he will always wake up between 3am-4am and then again at 7am. He will not go back to sleep without a bottle when this happens. From what we can tell there's no difference other than the fact that I'm in the room with him. We're thinking about moving him to the nursery, but has anyone else experienced this?

I just thought it would be an interesting concept to think about. This is how I'd do this would just be X-men related content.
Phase 1: Iron Man - Cyclops. I'd introduce Jean Grey, as Scott's love interest. It would be an origin story for Cyclops, while I think it could be done right, I'm not sure who the villain would be. Post credit scene would be Professor X coming to Cyclops.
Incredible Hulk - The Raging Beast. Seems like the most logical sense. Here, he would appear human at the beginning, but as he tests on himself, he turns grey, than ultimately would grow the famous blue fur. The villain of this film could be the Wendigo (similar to the unmade Beast film)
Iron Man 2 - Cyclops 2, Jean would be here, and Iceman would be introduced as the Rhodey style friend. Though Bobby would be a bit annoying to Cyclops. Again, I'm not sure who Cyclops would battle. Avalanche, maybe? This would set him up for the team up film.
Thor - Colossus. I personally feel it could be done well. Could be about Magik being taken by some government in Russia. The government are a stand in for S.H.I.E.L.D. in a way, as Magik, is a stand in for Mjolnir. With a cameo from Gambit. Colossus and Magik go to Professor X's school for gifted youngsters at the end. The villain of this film could be Omega Red.
Captain America: First Avenger - Wolverine: Origins of Weapon X. Similar to the actual film, but Cyclops is not in the film. It is Kitty Pryde instead. We are introduced to Emma Frost who goes and does her own thing. It's not general stryker, it is the actual Weapon X program, and Lady Deathstrike and Sabretooth team up against Wolverine.
Avengers - X-Men, Magneto and Brotherhood are the villains of this film. The brotherhood would include Toad, Avalanche, Sabretooth, and Mystique. The X-Men would be Cyclops, Jean Grey, Wolverine, Colossus, Gambit, Beast, and Kitty Pryde. With Professor X on the side. Gambit would first be on the side of brotherhood, but swaps sides quickly. Magneto is sort of a cultist who is worshipping Apocalypse. At the end of the film in a post credit scene one of the brotherhood would find a statue of Apocalypse or a tomb that is holding him in stasis.
Phase 2: Iron Man 3 - Cyclops 3, Cyclops would have PTSD about something he did, maybe losing control at the end of the fight. Injuring the brotherhood, causing the X-Men to win. It plays on his psyche. Jean and him has split up, and he has left the X-Men. Havok and Polaris would be introduced here, but they wouldn't join the X-Men at this point in time.
Thor: Dark World - Colossus: Siege of the Juggernaut - this would introduce the Juggernaut and Black Tom Cassidy. Colossus must stop from the Juggernaut pretty much. Maybe a cameo from Banshee and Moira Mactaggert, if you really wanted to.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier - Wolverine: The Silver Samurai, this would be similar to The Wolverine, but we would introduce Angel and Sunfire.
Guardians of the Galaxy - Starjammers - I don't really know much about these characters, only that the leader is Cyclops' father, so you could play on that factor. This would be similar to GotG, but they fight villains like the Brood and the Sh'ar empire.
Avengers: Age of Ultron - X-Men: Age of Hellfire, this is an introduction to the Hellfire club, such as Mastermind, Selene, Sebastian Shaw, etc. Emma Frost returns. The Hellfire club would be worshipping Apocalypse, similar to what Magneto was doing in the first film. They find a scripture about Apocalypse that shows the details of how to bring him back. The X-Men must stop the Hellfire club from awakening Apocalypse. The X-Men at this point would be Cyclops (re-joined), Jean Grey, Wolverine, Beast, Gambit, Colossus, Kitty Pryde, Angel, Iceman, Sunfire. Plus, introducing Rogue, Thunderbird, and Dazzler. Thunderbird would die at the end of this film. Cyclops, Beast, Colossus, Sunfire, and Jean would leave the team. Plus, the X-Men would get the scripture and lock it up in the school.
Ant-Man - Bishop - this is about introducing the time travelling concept. Bishop would go back in time and try and change his future. I would introduce Cable in this as the villain, because he likes how the world is, so he comes back in time as well, only be trapped in the time period as well. Bishop and Cable would duke it out. I'd introduce, Forge who get swept up in all the chaos.
Phase 3: Captain America: Civil War - Wolverine: Schism, similar to the comic, where the X-Men have different beliefs and ideologies. Storm and Nightcrawler are introduced. It would be Wolverine vs Cyclops like in the comic run, but the sides would be a bit different. On Cyclops side you would have Cyclops, Iceman, Storm (defects to Wolverine's side), Angel, Jean Grey (though at the end, she takes no side), Bishop, Magik, and Cable. On Wolverines side you would have Wolverine, Kitty Pryde, Nightcrawler, Beast, Gambit, Rogue, Dazzler, Colossus and Forge. Professor X chooses no side. Cyclops believes that staying at the school is too dangerous, he believes that mutants should go underground, whereas, Wolverine thinks that being at the school is good because it is protected by the X-Men, plus they want to teach the students about defense not offense. Magneto would show up this to shake it up a bit, he would also steal the scripture.
Dr Strange - Magik, in this film, Magik would go up against Legion, Professor X's son. He keeps beating her until she outsmarts him at the end of the film. Legion is imprisoned under supervision of Professor X. Throughout the film, Legion would ramble on about an incoming Apocalypse.
GotG: Vol 2 - Starjammers: Vol 2, similar to the first film, but they go up against The Phalanx. Introducing Deathbird in this film.
Spider-Man: Homecoming - Nightcrawler: Family-bound, in this film Nightcrawler uncovers his heritage. Mystique his is mother. He goes up against her with the help of Rogue, his step-sister. They also face Destiny and Graydon Creed, the son of Sabretooth and Mystique. Wolverine would show up to help encourage Nightcrawler, they have a closer relationship compared to Nightcrawler and Cyclops.
Thor: Ragnarök - Colossus: Mojo World, in this film Colossus and Dazzler, along with students are transported to Mojo World. Introducing Longshot, Spiral, and Shatterstar. The students would include, Dust, Chamber, Blindfold, Eyeboy, and Glob.
Black Panther - Storm, this would show the origins of Storm, her heritage and her fight against the Shadow King. Professor X would have a cameo at the end.
Avengers: Infinity War - X-Men: Age of Apocalypse: Part 1, Magneto brings back Apocalypse from the dead using the scripture. Apocalypse gains four horsemen, Angel, Jean Grey, Magneto, and Wolverine. In the first 30-40 mins, Apocalypse would have slaughtered the entire X-Men cast, except Legion, Bishop, Iceman, Storm, Professor X, Psylocke, and Banshee. Legion believes the best way to save everyone is to kill Magneto in the past, he goes to the past, the others follow him, Legion kills Professor X instead. Cut to present day and its Age Of Apocalypse. Similar events occur in this film to the comic with minor changes, like Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch not included. The four horsemen would be Holocaust, Abyss, Bastion, and Mikhail Rasputin.
Ant-Man and the Wasp - Bishop and X-Force. Takes place before the first part of Age of Apocalypse. Pretty much about Bishop forming X-Force to go up against Warpath and Exodus. Warpath would join X-Force. Other members introduced would be Boom-Boom, Feral, Marrow, Hellion, and Psylocke. All these characters would appear in Age of Apocalypse.
Captain Marvel - The New Mutants, this film takes place before X-Men: Age of Apocalypse, it depicts life at the institute. Five students, Cannonball, Sunspot, Karma, Mirage, and Wolfsbane would discover some criminal behaviour and they try to stop it. This sets up Mister Sinister.
Avengers: Endgame - X-Men: Age of Apocalypse: Part 2, with the help of the X-Men, Bishop goes back in time to stop Legion from killing Magneto and Professor X. He succeeds. Age of Apocalypse timeline self destructs, with a few characters escaping to the main timeline, like the Sugar man, Dark Beast, and Morph. Because Bishop stops Legion from killing Magneto/ Professor X, they return to the main timeline, before Apocalypse rises. Bishop tells them all they need to work together to stop Apocalypse. Wolverine would die. It would seem that Jean dies, and Cyclops retires from being a superhero.
Spider-Man: Far From Home - Nightcrawler: Sins and Demons. On a holiday (Vacation) with some of the X-Men and the students, demons come after him. He learns that Azazel is his father, and that Azazel wants him. With the help of his friends, Nightcrawler stops Azazel bringing hell to Earth.
Phase 4: WandaVision - Dazzleshot. Show about Dazzler and Longshot on Mojo world, trying to reform it.
Falcon and the Winter Soldier - Angel and Psylocke. Not sure what this would be like, but these 2 characters would get together. An X-Corp type of show, maybe.
Loki - Cable. This show would be trying to correct mistakes and try to return to the future. In this he would meet Mr Sinister.
Black Widow - Marvel Girl: Rise of the Phoenix. In this film, it would be the first time Jean would be referred to Marvel Girl. None of the other X-Men know she is alive, meaning she is in hiding. She may go up against Emma Frost, as neither of them trust the other.
What if...? - What if...? just with X-Men stories.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings - Excalibur and the Legend of the Captain Britain Corps. Mainly be a Kitty Pryde film. Introduce Lockheed, Meggan, a time displaced Rachel Grey, and the Captain Britain Corps. They would go up against Alfie O'Meagan. A returning Juggernaut would appear, seeming have reformed his ways. He joins Excalibur.
Eternals - This doesn't need to be a film. Unless you want to do an Apocalypse origin story, though it would feel too late.
Hawkeye - Gambit & Rogue. The show would be about them growing as a couple and stopping crime. Fight the mafia who come after Gambit for not holding a deal.
Spider-Man: No Way Home - Nightcrawler: World displaced. This film would see the return of characters from Age of Apocalypse universe, like the Sugar Man, Dark Beast, and Nightcrawler from that universe who wants to stop the villains by any means. Nightcrawler would have to stop all of them before its too late. Main universe Nightcrawler would join forces with Morph from the Age of Apocalypse universe.
Moon Knight - Fantomex, Not sure what this would be about. But think of a spy show or film. I'd introduce Sage.
Dr Strange and the Multiverse of Madness - Magik: Hellscape, she goes up against the Adversary. He sends her to Limbo and traps her there, along with 3 students, Armor and Rockslide, and Blindfold. The Adversary takes the soulsword, so they must fight their way out. Legion would show up again acting 'friendly' and he would strike a relationship with Blindfold, Legion would betray them at the end and Blindfold will die.
Ms Marvel - Jubilee. This would be a comedy about Jubilee finding her way within School for Gifted Youngsters. Doop can be her sidekick, and have Toad pop up now and then. Could be about students disappearing without a trace, linking to Mr Sinister.
Thor: Love and Thunder - Colossus: Steel and faith. The film would be about him going up against his brother Mikhail Rasputin, he is the one from the main timeline not Age of Apocalypse. He and Kitty Pryde try to grow their relationship.
She-Hulk - Beast. A show about Beast gaining control and fighting Dark Beast. Here we would see the start of Beast's path to villainary.
Werewolf by Night - Wolfsbane by nature. Origins of Wolfsbane.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever - Storm: Thunder and Lightning, the film would be about Storm returning to Africa for the first time and seeing that her home village has been taken over by Exodus. She fights him for the crown. We are introduced to Oya.
Phase 5: GotG: Christmas Special - Starjammers: Christmas Special. They come down to Earth to celebrate Christmas with Cyclops, Havok, and Polaris. Madelyne Pryor shows up and Cyclops believes it to be Jean. Instantly proposes, she excepts.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania - Bishop and X-Force: Time displaced. This film is about them getting stuck in different time zones, and trying to make it back to present day. Cable uncovers a baby. Hope Summers.
Secret Invasion - Mr Sinister: Inferno. We finally learn what Mr Sinister has been doing with the stolen student's powers. He is making clones of himself and sending them off to the take over the world. Cyclops learns that Madelyne Pryor is not Jean and Jean returns. The X-Men in this would be Cyclops, Madelyne Pryor, Fantomex, Jubilee, Cannonball, Wolfsbane, Magik, and Banshee.
GotG: Vol 3 - Starjammers: Vol 3, this film would be mainly the same as the first 2 films. The villain in this film would be Vulcan.
Echo - This doesn't have to be a show. If it had to be, may possibly be X-23.
Loki Season 2 - Cable Season 2, another story about time travel, he also raises Hope. Uncover who her parents are.
The Marvels - The New Mutants 2, current team would be Sunspot, Karma, Mirage, Chamber, Dust and Rockslide. Introduce Cypher and Warlock. They would face against Magnus, Warlock's father.
Blade - Captain Britain. He has now left Excalibur and his doing his own thing. He fights criminals and has a battle with Blob and Avalanche. We learn about Otherworld and venture there.
Ironheart - Oya. About her gaining control of her powers and meet new characters. They call themselves the 5 Lights.
Agatha: Coven of Chaos - Doesn't need to be a show, but if it must, possibly a show about Spiral.
What if...? Season 2 - What if...? Season 2
Daredevil: Born Again - Multiple Man: Gaining Intelligence, this show would be about Multiple Man on Muir Island. Moira MacTaggert, Banshee, and Siryn would play a role in this show. It would be like an X-Factor Investigations series.
Captain America: New World Order - Old Man Logan, the film is similar to the comic, but Beast is the stand in for Hulk, and Gambit is the one Logan teams up with not Hawkeye.
Thunderbolts - Marauders, Mr Sinister's new team. These would include Arclight, Sabretooth, Vertigo, Riptide, and Prism. They go up against the X-Men and do criminal activity. Mr Sinister believes he is saving the world by doing this. This would link to the Mutant Massacre comic book. We would meet the Morlocks.
Phase 6: Fantastic Four - X-Factor. The members of this would consist of the original comic X-MEN/ X-Factor. Cyclops, Beast, Iceman, Angel, and Jean Grey. It becomes more apparent that Jean is not like she used to be, she is more evil and cunning. They would face off a new brotherhood of evil mutants, including Mystique, Destiny, Pyro, Sauron, Beak, and Angel Salvadore.
(There are other films and shows before the final two parter) Avengers: Kang Dynasty - X-Men: Rise of the Dark Phoenix, after a mission in space, Jean saves everyone from dying. She becomes The Dark Phoenix. She kills some of the X-Men, X-Force, X-Factor, Marauders, etc. The remaining heroes and villains join forces to stop the Phoenix to no avail.
Avengers: Secret Wars - X-Men: Reign of the Dark Phoenix, with mutants dying left right and center, there is only one Hope. Which is Hope. they believe that if she can take hold of the Phoenix force, she can wield it and save everyone. Which she does with the help of the 5 lights. Though it doesn't bring those back from the dead.
The next Saga would be Days of Future past, Avengers vs X-Men, and God Loves, Man Kills. I was going to do Days of Future past instead of Dark Phoenix Saga, but I didn't want to use time travel 2 times for the big finals. After the next Saga the X-Men would relocate to Krakoa. I would introduce the Avengers and Fantastic 4 in the next Saga because it would be human superbeings being used in retaliation against the mutants because of what the Dark Phoenix would have done to the world. Would love people's thoughts on this.

Phase 1: Iron Man - Cyclops. I'd introduce Jean Grey, as Scott's love interest. It would be an origin story for Cyclops, while I think it could be done right, I'm not sure who the villain would be. Post credit scene would be Professor X coming to Cyclops.
Incredible Hulk - The Raging Beast. Seems like the most logical sense. Here, he would appear human at the beginning, but as he tests on himself, he turns grey, than ultimately would grow the famous blue fur. The villain of this film could be the Wendigo (similar to the unmade Beast film)
Iron Man 2 - Cyclops 2, Jean would be here, and Iceman would be introduced as the Rhodey style friend. Though Bobby would be a bit annoying to Cyclops. Again, I'm not sure who Cyclops would battle. Avalanche, maybe? This would set him up for the team up film.
Thor - Colossus. I personally feel it could be done well. Could be about Magik being taken by some government in Russia. The government are a stand in for S.H.I.E.L.D. in a way, as Magik, is a stand in for Mjolnir. With a cameo from Gambit. Colossus and Magik go to Professor X's school for gifted youngsters at the end. The villain of this film could be Omega Red.
Captain America: First Avenger - Wolverine: Origins of Weapon X. Similar to the actual film, but Cyclops is not in the film. It is Kitty Pryde instead. We are introduced to Emma Frost who goes and does her own thing. It's not general stryker, it is the actual Weapon X program, and Lady Deathstrike and Sabretooth team up against Wolverine.
Avengers - X-Men, Magneto and Brotherhood are the villains of this film. The brotherhood would include Toad, Avalanche, Sabretooth, and Mystique. The X-Men would be Cyclops, Jean Grey, Wolverine, Colossus, Gambit, Beast, and Kitty Pryde. With Professor X on the side. Gambit would first be on the side of brotherhood, but swaps sides quickly. Magneto is sort of a cultist who is worshipping Apocalypse. At the end of the film in a post credit scene one of the brotherhood would find a statue of Apocalypse or a tomb that is holding him in stasis.
Phase 2: Iron Man 3 - Cyclops 3, Cyclops would have PTSD about something he did, maybe losing control at the end of the fight. Injuring the brotherhood, causing the X-Men to win. It plays on his psyche. Jean and him has split up, and he has left the X-Men. Havok and Polaris would be introduced here, but they wouldn't join the X-Men at this point in time.
Thor: Dark World - Colossus: Siege of the Juggernaut - this would introduce the Juggernaut and Black Tom Cassidy. Colossus must stop from the Juggernaut pretty much. Maybe a cameo from Banshee and Moira Mactaggert, if you really wanted to.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier - Wolverine: The Silver Samurai, this would be similar to The Wolverine, but we would introduce Angel and Sunfire.
Guardians of the Galaxy - Starjammers - I don't really know much about these characters, only that the leader is Cyclops' father, so you could play on that factor. This would be similar to GotG, but they fight villains like the Brood and the Sh'ar empire.
Avengers: Age of Ultron - X-Men: Age of Hellfire, this is an introduction to the Hellfire club, such as Mastermind, Selene, Sebastian Shaw, etc. Emma Frost returns. The Hellfire club would be worshipping Apocalypse, similar to what Magneto was doing in the first film. They find a scripture about Apocalypse that shows the details of how to bring him back. The X-Men must stop the Hellfire club from awakening Apocalypse. The X-Men at this point would be Cyclops (re-joined), Jean Grey, Wolverine, Beast, Gambit, Colossus, Kitty Pryde, Angel, Iceman, Sunfire. Plus, introducing Rogue, Thunderbird, and Dazzler. Thunderbird would die at the end of this film. Cyclops, Beast, Colossus, Sunfire, and Jean would leave the team. Plus, the X-Men would get the scripture and lock it up in the school.
Ant-Man - Bishop - this is about introducing the time travelling concept. Bishop would go back in time and try and change his future. I would introduce Cable in this as the villain, because he likes how the world is, so he comes back in time as well, only be trapped in the time period as well. Bishop and Cable would duke it out. I'd introduce, Forge who get swept up in all the chaos.
Phase 3: Captain America: Civil War - Wolverine: Schism, similar to the comic, where the X-Men have different beliefs and ideologies. Storm and Nightcrawler are introduced. It would be Wolverine vs Cyclops like in the comic run, but the sides would be a bit different. On Cyclops side you would have Cyclops, Iceman, Storm (defects to Wolverine's side), Angel, Jean Grey (though at the end, she takes no side), Bishop, Magik, and Cable. On Wolverines side you would have Wolverine, Kitty Pryde, Nightcrawler, Beast, Gambit, Rogue, Dazzler, Colossus and Forge. Professor X chooses no side. Cyclops believes that staying at the school is too dangerous, he believes that mutants should go underground, whereas, Wolverine thinks that being at the school is good because it is protected by the X-Men, plus they want to teach the students about defense not offense. Magneto would show up this to shake it up a bit, he would also steal the scripture.
Dr Strange - Magik, in this film, Magik would go up against Legion, Professor X's son. He keeps beating her until she outsmarts him at the end of the film. Legion is imprisoned under supervision of Professor X. Throughout the film, Legion would ramble on about an incoming Apocalypse.
GotG: Vol 2 - Starjammers: Vol 2, similar to the first film, but they go up against The Phalanx. Introducing Deathbird in this film.
Spider-Man: Homecoming - Nightcrawler: Family-bound, in this film Nightcrawler uncovers his heritage. Mystique his is mother. He goes up against her with the help of Rogue, his step-sister. They also face Destiny and Graydon Creed, the son of Sabretooth and Mystique. Wolverine would show up to help encourage Nightcrawler, they have a closer relationship compared to Nightcrawler and Cyclops.
Thor: Ragnarök - Colossus: Mojo World, in this film Colossus and Dazzler, along with students are transported to Mojo World. Introducing Longshot, Spiral, and Shatterstar. The students would include, Dust, Chamber, Blindfold, Eyeboy, and Glob.
Black Panther - Storm, this would show the origins of Storm, her heritage and her fight against the Shadow King. Professor X would have a cameo at the end.
Avengers: Infinity War - X-Men: Age of Apocalypse: Part 1, Magneto brings back Apocalypse from the dead using the scripture. Apocalypse gains four horsemen, Angel, Jean Grey, Magneto, and Wolverine. In the first 30-40 mins, Apocalypse would have slaughtered the entire X-Men cast, except Legion, Bishop, Iceman, Storm, Professor X, Psylocke, and Banshee. Legion believes the best way to save everyone is to kill Magneto in the past, he goes to the past, the others follow him, Legion kills Professor X instead. Cut to present day and its Age Of Apocalypse. Similar events occur in this film to the comic with minor changes, like Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch not included. The four horsemen would be Holocaust, Abyss, Bastion, and Mikhail Rasputin.
Ant-Man and the Wasp - Bishop and X-Force. Takes place before the first part of Age of Apocalypse. Pretty much about Bishop forming X-Force to go up against Warpath and Exodus. Warpath would join X-Force. Other members introduced would be Boom-Boom, Feral, Marrow, Hellion, and Psylocke. All these characters would appear in Age of Apocalypse.
Captain Marvel - The New Mutants, this film takes place before X-Men: Age of Apocalypse, it depicts life at the institute. Five students, Cannonball, Sunspot, Karma, Mirage, and Wolfsbane would discover some criminal behaviour and they try to stop it. This sets up Mister Sinister.
Avengers: Endgame - X-Men: Age of Apocalypse: Part 2, with the help of the X-Men, Bishop goes back in time to stop Legion from killing Magneto and Professor X. He succeeds. Age of Apocalypse timeline self destructs, with a few characters escaping to the main timeline, like the Sugar man, Dark Beast, and Morph. Because Bishop stops Legion from killing Magneto/ Professor X, they return to the main timeline, before Apocalypse rises. Bishop tells them all they need to work together to stop Apocalypse. Wolverine would die. It would seem that Jean dies, and Cyclops retires from being a superhero.
Spider-Man: Far From Home - Nightcrawler: Sins and Demons. On a holiday (Vacation) with some of the X-Men and the students, demons come after him. He learns that Azazel is his father, and that Azazel wants him. With the help of his friends, Nightcrawler stops Azazel bringing hell to Earth.
Phase 4: WandaVision - Dazzleshot. Show about Dazzler and Longshot on Mojo world, trying to reform it.
Falcon and the Winter Soldier - Angel and Psylocke. Not sure what this would be like, but these 2 characters would get together. An X-Corp type of show, maybe.
Loki - Cable. This show would be trying to correct mistakes and try to return to the future. In this he would meet Mr Sinister.
Black Widow - Marvel Girl: Rise of the Phoenix. In this film, it would be the first time Jean would be referred to Marvel Girl. None of the other X-Men know she is alive, meaning she is in hiding. She may go up against Emma Frost, as neither of them trust the other.
What if...? - What if...? just with X-Men stories.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings - Excalibur and the Legend of the Captain Britain Corps. Mainly be a Kitty Pryde film. Introduce Lockheed, Meggan, a time displaced Rachel Grey, and the Captain Britain Corps. They would go up against Alfie O'Meagan. A returning Juggernaut would appear, seeming have reformed his ways. He joins Excalibur.
Eternals - This doesn't need to be a film. Unless you want to do an Apocalypse origin story, though it would feel too late.
Hawkeye - Gambit & Rogue. The show would be about them growing as a couple and stopping crime. Fight the mafia who come after Gambit for not holding a deal.
Spider-Man: No Way Home - Nightcrawler: World displaced. This film would see the return of characters from Age of Apocalypse universe, like the Sugar Man, Dark Beast, and Nightcrawler from that universe who wants to stop the villains by any means. Nightcrawler would have to stop all of them before its too late. Main universe Nightcrawler would join forces with Morph from the Age of Apocalypse universe.
Moon Knight - Fantomex, Not sure what this would be about. But think of a spy show or film. I'd introduce Sage.
Dr Strange and the Multiverse of Madness - Magik: Hellscape, she goes up against the Adversary. He sends her to Limbo and traps her there, along with 3 students, Armor and Rockslide, and Blindfold. The Adversary takes the soulsword, so they must fight their way out. Legion would show up again acting 'friendly' and he would strike a relationship with Blindfold, Legion would betray them at the end and Blindfold will die.
Ms Marvel - Jubilee. This would be a comedy about Jubilee finding her way within School for Gifted Youngsters. Doop can be her sidekick, and have Toad pop up now and then. Could be about students disappearing without a trace, linking to Mr Sinister.
Thor: Love and Thunder - Colossus: Steel and faith. The film would be about him going up against his brother Mikhail Rasputin, he is the one from the main timeline not Age of Apocalypse. He and Kitty Pryde try to grow their relationship.
She-Hulk - Beast. A show about Beast gaining control and fighting Dark Beast. Here we would see the start of Beast's path to villainary.
Werewolf by Night - Wolfsbane by nature. Origins of Wolfsbane.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever - Storm: Thunder and Lightning, the film would be about Storm returning to Africa for the first time and seeing that her home village has been taken over by Exodus. She fights him for the crown. We are introduced to Oya.
Phase 5: GotG: Christmas Special - Starjammers: Christmas Special. They come down to Earth to celebrate Christmas with Cyclops, Havok, and Polaris. Madelyne Pryor shows up and Cyclops believes it to be Jean. Instantly proposes, she excepts.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania - Bishop and X-Force: Time displaced. This film is about them getting stuck in different time zones, and trying to make it back to present day. Cable uncovers a baby. Hope Summers.
Secret Invasion - Mr Sinister: Inferno. We finally learn what Mr Sinister has been doing with the stolen student's powers. He is making clones of himself and sending them off to the take over the world. Cyclops learns that Madelyne Pryor is not Jean and Jean returns. The X-Men in this would be Cyclops, Madelyne Pryor, Fantomex, Jubilee, Cannonball, Wolfsbane, Magik, and Banshee.
GotG: Vol 3 - Starjammers: Vol 3, this film would be mainly the same as the first 2 films. The villain in this film would be Vulcan.
Echo - This doesn't have to be a show. If it had to be, may possibly be X-23.
Loki Season 2 - Cable Season 2, another story about time travel, he also raises Hope. Uncover who her parents are.
The Marvels - The New Mutants 2, current team would be Sunspot, Karma, Mirage, Chamber, Dust and Rockslide. Introduce Cypher and Warlock. They would face against Magnus, Warlock's father.
Blade - Captain Britain. He has now left Excalibur and his doing his own thing. He fights criminals and has a battle with Blob and Avalanche. We learn about Otherworld and venture there.
Ironheart - Oya. About her gaining control of her powers and meet new characters. They call themselves the 5 Lights.
Agatha: Coven of Chaos - Doesn't need to be a show, but if it must, possibly a show about Spiral.
What if...? Season 2 - What if...? Season 2
Daredevil: Born Again - Multiple Man: Gaining Intelligence, this show would be about Multiple Man on Muir Island. Moira MacTaggert, Banshee, and Siryn would play a role in this show. It would be like an X-Factor Investigations series.
Captain America: New World Order - Old Man Logan, the film is similar to the comic, but Beast is the stand in for Hulk, and Gambit is the one Logan teams up with not Hawkeye.
Thunderbolts - Marauders, Mr Sinister's new team. These would include Arclight, Sabretooth, Vertigo, Riptide, and Prism. They go up against the X-Men and do criminal activity. Mr Sinister believes he is saving the world by doing this. This would link to the Mutant Massacre comic book. We would meet the Morlocks.
Phase 6: Fantastic Four - X-Factor. The members of this would consist of the original comic X-MEN/ X-Factor. Cyclops, Beast, Iceman, Angel, and Jean Grey. It becomes more apparent that Jean is not like she used to be, she is more evil and cunning. They would face off a new brotherhood of evil mutants, including Mystique, Destiny, Pyro, Sauron, Beak, and Angel Salvadore.
(There are other films and shows before the final two parter) Avengers: Kang Dynasty - X-Men: Rise of the Dark Phoenix, after a mission in space, Jean saves everyone from dying. Things I’d like you to focus on:
- Tone: I threw in a few comedic moments to lighten things up a bit. Without them it was just be anxiety and violence. I tried not to put them in places that would undermine the key dramatic scenes, but still want to know if any seem out of place.
- The 3 Protagonists: My goal was to make their unique personalities and perspectives key to the survival of all three. They all bring something to the table that would result in them dying should one of them be absent from the story. I’d like to know if that was executed well.
- Fred: Do you buy his motivation? I didn’t want to make him the cliche villain out for revenge, nor did I want him to just be a straight up serial killer, even though he is. I wanted to make him more layered than that.

I don’t feel like this is something valid enough for ptsd but looking into it since I’m presenting a lot of the symptoms. I was never neglected personally it was all domestic violence and my dad always being there and gone back and Fourth it was pretty horrific actually the things I saw and heard and I don’t necessarily have night terrors ab specific events from that maybe some related in context in a way when I think about it and night sweats waking up panicking or screaming anxiety paranoia etc

I have been experiencing pain in my right ear for ~5 years. It has become increasingly severe and challenging to tolerate. No pain in my left ear at all.
The pain: The pain is in my ear canal (sharp, hot, steady). The entrance to my ear, and a small area of my scalp behind the ear are tender to the touch (can’t wear earplugs). There is also dull pain in my jaw.
Frequency: I’ve been terrible about tracking. If I had to guess.. It’ll flare up for 1-3 days. Sometimes it’ll go away for a week, sometimes it’ll go away for a month. The pain is often worse after a poor night’s sleep or a stressful experience. But it often feels random.

What I’ve tried:
- THC: I historically use cannabis to numb and dissociate from the pain. But I’m practicing abstinence from cannabis, so that’s not an option anymore. (I don't really use other drugs)
- Pain relievers: CBD offers minor relief. 500mg of acetaminophen barely does anything.
- Stress reduction & distraction: Mindfulness, massage, baths, rest, etc
- Mouth guard: to protect my teeth
- Ice: partial in-the-moment relief
- Doctor visits: My primary doctor took a look and had nothing to say. The ear and nose specialist said it’s referred pain from my jaw and told me to meditate more.
- As a child, I had cellulitis in my ear. I was in the hospital for a week - they used antibiotics and they used a thin suction tool inside my ear (I remember this being very painful).
- I clench my jaw and unconsciously nibble at my inner lips/cheeks. My jaw’s range of motion is limited. My jaw is tight.
- I have depression and anxiety and have been on Lexapro for 4 years
- I inject prescribed testosterone weekly
