Me and two friends from are looking to get tickets for Strasbourg game when we travel france from the uk. I see on the website it says pesage is only for Monaco fans but those are the tickets cheapest (or would it be better to buy in seconde stand) And In general, how easy is it to get to the stadium from the train station. Is the stadium safe for neutrals?

I've seen a lot of people think that this issue will be resolved by either having Cecilia die or Cecilia going back to Earth. But I personally don't think so.
I might sound insane but I think both will be end up merging into the same soul somehow. Stay with me for a second if you've read this part and started writing in the comments already.
I mean there's different reasons as why I think so:
The first one is that both Cecilia and Tess have had the same dynamic with Nico and Arthur.
Add to that the fact that Cecilia hears Tess's voice sometimes as if it's a locked part of herself, as Cecilia is a version of Tess that has only one side of the story manipulated by agrona. Think of it like Nico and Elijah, where Elijah is a locked part of Nico . (This will come later also in my explanation)
Also, I think that Cecilia will not die by the end, through her character arc, turtle me made it clear that death is not a solution to her problems and suffering because she already experience it once and it wasn't a solution because if anything, it just caused more problems for her and for her peers. Cecilia dying will go against the narrative of her character arc.
With that out of the way, I also don't think Nico and Cecilia will go back to their world. Turtle me hinted at it through seris when she said that he's lying and that agrona doesn't have that Kind of power. Cecilia at this point is just an ignorant child who thinks sainta exists by believing she will go back to Earth. It's just an illusion.
So, where will Cecilia go then if she won't die and won't go back to Earth either? She can't take someone else's body and repeat the whole thing with Tess All over again but this time with someone else as the victim. And the only answer I can think of is finding a balance between her and Tess. As I've said before maybe they are the same person but with two memories. The balance is achieved by Cecilia/Tess accepting they are the same person.
I know what I will say here is not that argument but think of how in volume 9 Cecilia povs where named Tessia povs. With everything I've said before that can't be a coincidence. So what do you think?

I've always been a writer, I don't write much now but I read others' stories and I know how much it means to get positive comments on your work. The trouble is, my mind goes blank as soon as I go to comment, because I feel like I comment the same "this was creepy, I liked it!" on a dozen stories a week. I feel like my praise falls flat and bland and doesn't really do the story justice. What are some phrases and skeleton structures of positive feedback that I can build on?

I can do pull-ups on the rim off both and one feet buy my dunks are always rim grazers or missed how do I improve?

Please help I feel like I’m losing my mind and there is no way out of how I’m feeling. I’ve been dealing with false memory ocd for nearly 2 years now and I don’t even know what’s real and what’s not. Im constantly scared and I don’t know how to get better anymore, I feel like the only way I can move on with my life is if I truly find out if I’ve done something horrible. Im going to therapy and taking medication, and nothing seems to be helping or making me feel better. Im scared im going to live the rest of my life like this and if that’s the case I might as well end it. I feel like I’m lying to everyone and I don’t know what my true memories are anymore and all I want is to be honest but how can I do that when I don’t know what is real and what is fake. Well the title sums up everything. I’ve always hated my hair. I have always had 4c THIN, dry, short hair (I really want to say 5d because of how coarse it) and wore styles to cover my hair—mostly wigs. Oh and not to mention, I have a big forehead :( This was a mistake. Not only have my hair deteriorated, but because I’ve worn wigs for years upon years… my edges have thinned out. At this point, I’m tired of wigs..I’m tired of doing it every week. It’s annoying and not safe for my real hair. I want to wear other styles, but because of the state of my hair, I’m scared, discouraged and embarrassed. In December, I got medium knot less braids and I cried afterwards because of how I looked without wigs. Everybody in the salon was staring at me. I took them out a week and a half later. Can I have some advice please? Are there styles that I can wear to overcome this?

I wanted to get into a new series and though Ishn looked good when it was released. I almost bought it, wasn't sure, then thought it looks like Yakuza, I can play all the games on game pass for free so that's what I did. For context I had played/not finished 7? Last year, I love turn based RPGs I did not know there was a connection with Yakuza.
I had heard of Yakuza but assumed it was an Asian GTA and it looked so small from the outside. Im glad I cheaped out and started at Yakuza 0. I beat that, kiwami 1 and 2, and 3 remastered last night. For context each game I do less and less substories/side quests. I played 0 on normal, did most of the quests but if I was gonna rail through them there's no way I can try that shit . In judging the series I know this was not how it was meant to play, I'm missing so much. But I fucking love it.
I bought judgement 1 and 2 on sale in some euphoric RGG blur. I was tempted to buy a PS whatever just for Fist of the north star.... Which is probably my favorite anime tied with Tiger Mask. I beat judgement, liked it a lot.
I can't add anything new about Yakuza. Tell your friends? It's a good mix of old school gameplay Double Dragon, Great but convoluted story,ton of mini games, and Kiryu is the perfect hero archetype. Classic
I'm thinking of taking a break for a bit I'm losing steam and want to give the last few a little more justice.

So welcome once again you filthy capitalist pig dogs. Today we are going to have a little talk about some observable examples of why the profit motive itself doesn't drive innovation, competition, or anything else. And I'm going to it through the lenses of games and other digital media.
We all can probably agree that many of the games that have come out or somewhat lackluster, especially the ones that are continuations or reboots of popular IPs. Mass Effect, Saints row, Fallout, total war, SWTOR vampire the masquerade, Call of Duty, etc. The newer games like Watchdogs, Stellaris, Crusader kings, fuvking Skyrim, and I'm only calling Skyrim new because they keep selling it to us. All of them follow a pattern of not even trying to add good mechanics, a coherent story, and world-building, I'm talking about the reboots because they are trying to repeat what worked for their older more successful games. They recycle good ideas and then try to sell them to you if you even get that. I'm talking about Newer IPs because of the microtransactions.
Fallout 4 is a perfect example. Fallout 4 was not a fallout game it has the same name but it wasn't fallout it was a cousin but Bethesda thinking they could make a decent return sold that meh game and it's a meh DLC one of which was just a rip off of point lookout because they weren't concerned with making a good product they were concerned about the money which they would have made more of if they made a good product. They made a good profit but they sold a shitty game.
Look at Skyrim. The only reason Skyrim has been able to get sold and resold as many times as it has been was not because of Bethesda but the modders who were unpaid but improved and lengthened the life of Skyrim. If Skyrim wasn't modder friendly it would have died out a long time ago.
Same with the sims, and the same with a lot of paradoxical interactive games. The unpaid modders improve the livability and immersion of the game more than the actual developers even want to. After the profit is made the developers don't give a shit because they don't see the point in working on something that achieved its goal to make a profit.
Think about the loot boxes, being sold half-finished games, misled about how good the game will be, and bit-sized DLC. It takes nothing to produce those items but they upsell them and then extract strange amounts of profit. It would be okay if by not buying those DLC your game wouldn't lose functionality or access to certain mods but that's what happens.
I only really play two games ESO and Rimworld. Not because they are particularly good by themselves but because of the people. Rimwold is maintained by modders the mods are what the game is. Eso is good but what attracts me are the guilds and the other people. The games themselves don't do it for me. So this forces me to ask the question "if it's the modders and the other players that keep games alive then why do many game companies not listen to the players and fuck over or not include modders?" And the answer to my question is simply profit. The profit motive.
Under the profit motive, games are always being rebooted, like movies, and shows, because they don't want to put in the work of developing better IPs. Look at how many times they sold Skyrim, Oblivion, and Morrowind through ESO. I'm not knocking ESO im just saying instead of reselling good games how about you sell DLC that adds better mechanics? These two things are options but the cheapest, and the most relatively profitable one is chosen. Same with EA and Ubisoft. Rockstar has done a pretty good job of making masterpieces without fucking everything up. They can drop bestsellers back to back. two different models of profit. One is I sell a great game that people will want to buy entirely new consoles and systems to play and will buy it for each of those systems and continue to play the game and recommend it and will buy my other games without a second thought. And then you have I'm going to sell a game that's not done until you pay me until I'm satisfied while I let the modders fix what I was supposed to and make you pay for base content and if you don't get ready for your shit to not function.
Which one do you think more companies will take? Sims 4 is now straight-up just trying to sell useless DLC.
And the point of this post is to drive home how the profit motive doesn't have to improve anything. Sure some people may use it as a way to improve games but most of it is just used to make money through shady business practices. Games are just an easy way for me to demonstrate this.
War frame, War thunder, the world of tanks, planetside. These are all solid free games that people invest in because they like the product. These people vote with their dollars but that's not the norm. Games are a prime example of how capitalism works. Predatory, unconcerned, daft, controlled by a few, and not even that good anymore. But some are okay.
But now we need to think of the modders and the people who create free games. They focus on building a better product or improving the current product which is innovation. And they listen to people. And many of the games they create are wonderful for the resources that they have. Sure the game company creates the framework but the people build the town. If they don't create the framework themselves.
Capitalist is entirely driven by profit as it should be but that doesn't mean that you're going to get better products in many instances like games it means the opposite.

Why You’re Overweight

Our bodies are amazing (yes, yours too!). In order to survive before supermarkets, we had to be able to store energy to get us through lean times, we store this energy as adipose fat tissue. If you put more energy into your body than it needs, it stores it, for (potential) later use. When you put in less than it needs, it uses the stored energy. The more energy you have stored, the more overweight you are. The trick is to get your body to use the stored energy, which can only be done if you give it less energy than it needs, consistently.

Before You Start

The very first step is calculating your calorie needs. You can do that HERE. This will give you an approximation of your calorie needs for the day. The next step is to figure how quickly you want to lose the fat. One pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of fat per week you will need to consume 500 calories less than your TDEE (daily calorie needs from the link above). 750 calories less will result in 1.5 pounds and 1000 calories is an aggressive 2 pounds per week.

Tracking

Here is where it begins to resemble work. The most efficient way to lose the weight you desire is to track your calorie intake. This has gotten much simpler over the years and today it can be done right from your smartphone or computer. loseit recommends (unaffiliated) apps like MyFitnessPal, Loseit or Cronometer. Create an account and be honest with it about your current stats, activities, and goals. This is your tracker and no one else needs to see it so don’t cheat the numbers. You’ll find large user created databases that make logging and tracking your food and drinks easy with just the tap of the screen or the push of a button. We also highly recommend the use of a digital kitchen scale for accuracy. Knowing how much of what you're eating is more important than what you're eating. Why? This may explain it.

Creating Your Deficit

How do you create a deficit? This is up to you. loseit has a few recommendations but ultimately that decision is yours. There is no perfect diet for everyone. There is a perfect diet for you and you can create it. You can eat less of exactly what you eat now. If you like pizza you can have pizza. Have 2 slices instead of 4. You can try lower calorie replacements for calorie dense foods. Some of the communities favorites are cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles, spaghetti squash in place of their more calorie rich cousins. If it appeals to you an entire dietary change like Keto, Paleo, Vegetarian.
The most important thing to remember is that this selection of foods works for you. Sustainability is the key to long term weight management success. If you hate what you’re eating you won’t stick to it.

Exercise

...is NOT mandatory. You can lose fat and create a deficit through diet alone. There is no requirement of exercise to lose weight.
It has it’s own benefits though. You will burn extra calories. Exercise is shown to be beneficial to mental health and creates an endorphin rush as well. It makes people feel *awesome* and has been linked to higher rates of long term success when physical activity is included in lifestyle changes.

Crawl, Walk, Run

It can seem like one needs to make a 180 degree course correction to find success. That isn’t necessarily true. Many of our users find that creating small initial changes that build a foundation allows them to progress forward in even, sustained, increments.

Acceptance

You will struggle. We have all struggled. This is natural. There is no tip or trick to get through this though. We encourage you to recognize why you are struggling and forgive yourself for whatever reason that may be. If you overindulged at your last meal that is ok. You can resolve to make the next meal better.
Do not let the pursuit of perfect get in the way of progress. We don’t need perfect. We just want better.

I’m a singer-songwriter working on an upcoming song.
Some things I’ve added from my end are: vocal chops, vocal production on harmonies, pitch correction/flexing on lead vocals, sampling of electric guitars, cellos, chopped ad-libs, and some repeating sonic elements. My producer - who is bloody fantastic - will bring all of this together, produce the lead vocals, has added beats - and probably a lot more that I don’t yet know about.
I’m a bit lost here - is any part of what I did considered ‘production’? If yes, how much production should I have done to receive a co-producer credit? I’m not just thinking for this song in particular, but for future music. I add these elements myself because communicating the ‘vibe’ of my song is important to me, and on some level that can only come from me.
My main reason for asking is just that I’m passionate about production, but have only been doing it for a short while, so I don’t want to overclaim my contribution when determining credits for future records.

Hear me out: Punk, during the match, knew he injured himself. He probably knew the severity of the injury. While he was probably pissed off, he also probably realized that his injury would keep him out for some time, leaving these storylines they’ve been building to in limbo.
Well, what better way to give yourself a creative back door than to get yourself “suspended” and seemingly “exiled” from the company? Punk coming back after making it seem like he hated AEW makes his potential return even bigger than it would have been. Nobody talked about the injury, just the story. The feuds you have built-in, with FTR and the Elite recently returning, Hangman Page being reintroduced to the Elite’s story, Jericho talking about how he’d never let Punk back in the locker, even MJF becoming champion right around the time of Punk’s possible return?
Punk, Khan and the Elite all probably recognized the fact that Punk’s absence for an extended time would likely hurt viewership, since his return was such a huge deal and he was starting to find momentum in his matches.
These guys are all pros. They’ve been in locker rooms together before, and by most accounts Punk, the Jacksons and Omega are professional in their business, which all seems out of character for them to engage in such absurdities.
IDK. It just seems weird that his rant was unprompted. His tirade almost felt… planned. Scripted. Nobody asked him about Cabana. He just launched into it seemingly without reason. I’ve come seeking your assistance.
I need to know if I’m crazy. I’ll try my best to be as short as possible, but being short is not in my nature, so please, bear with me.
Quick backstory: - I (40F) divorced my ex (40M) almost a year ago exactly. After several years of marriage, I decided to walk, and much of it had to do with his alcoholism. We have one kiddo together (8 - who is on the spectrum; high functioning, but has special needs).

• Ex is military; He stays with his bro when he’s in town on breaks, and our kiddo stays there with him often while he’s visiting.
  
• Ex and his bro (45M) don’t have the most solid history, but they’ve gotten closer over the years. Ex’s bro has been separated from his wife (45F) for a few years now.
  
• Ex’s bro and wife (soon to be ex) have a kiddo together (12)
  

Last year: Ex was deployed most of the year. Before he returned he had some sort of epiphany and apologized for being a “bad” husband and father, and admitted and acknowledged the severity of his alcohol addiction (never in the 10+ years we were together had this happened). He vowed to do better to keep himself healthy/alive, and be more present with our son going forward. Awesome!
Ex comes back from deployment: Not too long after the epiphany, ex returns from his deployment and ends up “hooking up” with his bro’s wife (I didn’t realize until this happened that they weren’t legally divorced yet. No possibility for reconciliation, but just pointing this out).
How it started: While in town on break and staying with his bro, ex asked him for “permission” to date his wife (again, ex’s bro and his bro’s wife have been separated for years with no possibility of reconciliation, but they haven’t divorced yet for whatever reason). He was met with an “I don’t care, go for it” type of response (though I’m sure he was in shock and didn’t have a thoughtful response in the moment).
Ex takes that and runs with it and has an overnight rendezvous with his bro’s wife. His bro found out (supposedly had someone drive by her house to see if his car was there).
When my ex went back to his bro’s the next morning, they argued, and my ex had to pack up and leave immediately. He now stays in a hotel when he comes to town to visit our kid, and our kid stays with him there. Though he also stays at the sister-wife’s now too during his visits (without our kiddo).
Lines in the family are now drawn, relationships appear to be broken forever, and friendships I’m sure have take a toll (all 3 of them several mutual friends amongst each other as well). It’s been incredibly messy.
My main concern is for the kids. I spoke to my sister-in-law/sister-wife to gauge where her head was at, and unfortunately, she’s just as far gone.
To my knowledge their relationship only started a few months ago (Christmastime-ish).
When I spoke to the sister-wife about my concerns with this relationship for both her kiddo and mine (mentally, emotionally, socially), she expressed that she’s very happy, and that her and my ex have a very “solid“, “serious”, and “healthy” relationship that is going to be very long-term, so her thoughts are “Everyone needs to get the fuck over it and get on board”. My ex has always been a great uncle to their kid (our kid’s cousin), and she said she has no worries about their reputations or gossip at school. She doesn’t think it’ll be an issue.
My kiddo is on the spectrum (ex doesn’t really acknowledge this, despite the diagnosis), and we definitely have our challenges. I have custody 24/7 (ex lives several hours away), and now that my ex and sister-wife are in this relationship, ex is choosing to split what little time he has while he’s in town, between staying with our kiddo (in a hotel), and staying at her place. I guess because of this, they feel a sense of urgency to let the kids know so they can all start playing house together when he’s in town. I’m not ready to prepare my kid for this, and the sister-wife has already told her kid (against her stbx’s wishes), so I’m afraid I don’t have much time now, and I need to figure out how to soften the blow.
I’m truly concerned about the psychological effects this might have on the kids, and I don’t know if I’m being overly dramatic or not? But nobody seems to care. I don’t want to have to explain this to my kid right now. Our divorce is still somewhat recent, our kid is still going through transitional changes with the move, with daddy not being around as much, etc. and there’s going to be so much chaos and confusion in his head. My ex and sister-wife only seem concerned about rushing to start their lives together, and I guess they think everyone will get over it eventually.
Both my ex and the sister-wife keep saying phrases like “nothing is changing!” and “this isn’t any different, it works because we all know each other already”, etc., but to me, it’s giving Alabama.
I need to know if I’m overly worried. In my head, this is not a normal situation whatsoever. It adds so many weird, unnecessary layers to literally everything, and I just want our kids to come out of this ok.
TL;DR - My ex husband is in a serious relationship with his brother’s STBX wife, family has split apart because of this, and I’m concerned about 2 kids involved. Am I wrong for worrying?

Hello all,
I live in a ~100 year old house, and a little while back we had to have some piers put in to reinforce some areas. Naturally, jacking the house into position caused some shifting. As a result of the shifting our L-shaped quartz countertop has started splitting at the seam between the 2 sections. It's a pretty small gap, but I'd like to seal it up before it tries to grow further. I've searched a bit online but I can't seem to find any straight answers on a product to use to fill the gap between the 2 pieces of quartz, just lots of posts about how the gap would have been sealed upon initial installation. Any ideas or suggestions here?

I am in 3rd year life sci (non-coop) but now I wish I did do a co-op. Finding a job is so difficult for me. I’ve been applying and applying for roles but I get nothing. Last summer, the same thing happened. Most of the jobs I applied to are “student summer positions” I applied for this summer government job and they just closed the position. 3900 students applied and they are only taking 45. Thats like a 3% chance.
Im getting discouraged, does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to land a summer position at a company?
