finally got the trim
been growing out an awful haircut, choppy layers, and severe bleach damage for a little over a year now. had a terrible bleach job that absolutely destroyed my hair that ive been progressively trying to cut out. im hoping ive finally got it all out now. my goal is getting it back to tailbone length. sad to see some length go but i knew it was time cause ive had severe breakage the past 8ish months and i just felt like i was setting myself back from my goal at this point by keeping broken hair.

2023.06.08 15:59 crybaby505 alt/emo/goth hairstylist ??

hi all !
i’ve been wanting to get a new haircut for a while now but my regular girl, Kylie, is booked out until September or October & honestly, i wasn’t 100% happy w/ her work anyway. last time she left my hair choppy & uneven & it was very upsetting. i do have a alternative/goth/grunge/emo, whatever you wanna call it style, so i can find it difficult to find a stylist who understands the look i am going for. hoping to get an undercut w/ a design in it, maybe some bangs or some face framing pieces. i have a lot of inspo pics to show whatever stylist i go to, im just hoping to find someone who gets the vibe. if you guys have a wonderful stylist (bonus points if they’re also of an alternative style or have done a lot of alt. hair cuts) pls let me know so i can check them out !!

Will a Hair Stylist Be Able to Fix My Bangs?
Not the best pictures but I got a haircut maybe a week or two ago and she cut my bangs a little thicker than I would have liked, I didn’t notice until I had already left and I decided that I, someone untrained and with little knowledge on how to cut hair, should try fixing them myself. Now I have thick, choppy, bangs!
My question is, do you think if I went back this Saturday they’d be able to fix them to look less choppy and maybe thinner? I really don’t want to have to go shorter.. should I maybe wait longer for them to grow out? The problem with waiting is that I don’t want to have to have to look silly for a long time haha

2023.05.29 09:15 4Saken33 What could cause full body hairloss, from my toes to my head, my nose hairs are disappearing, and my beard is patchy. I was Dx'd with mites, is that the culprit? Medical history below

My dog was Dx'd with mites, abd and I have been a few times in the last year. Treated with ivermectin and permethrin cream, 4 times I have no relief. My dog was treated once with a monthly version of ivermectin, no result. Is that what's causing my hair to stop growing, essentially all together? I used to have to get a haircut every 2 weeks or I would have a curly afro, it has been 4 months now and my hair has grown a half inch if that. Same with my beard, only I have huge thin spots in my chin area, from below my mouth to around my jaws. Is that rosacea, caused by (demodex?) mites? My chin area feels rough, and again has stopped growing, along with my whole Beard. My hairloss on my head is concentrated on the top, the front top, the back top, the sides, especially my temples, above and around my ears, and the back of my head. I have patchy hairloss almost like a shower head effect, choppiness, if that makes sense? The hairline is receding like MPB would cause, but this all started and progressed very rapidly, coinciding with the mite symptoms. I've lost the majority of my pubic hair, my arm and leg hair as well, is very thin.
I'm being treated with clobetasol, 2 anti fungal shampoos, triamcinolone, and finasteride, in case this is mpb, being accelerated by mites. I've also had the most stressful year of my life. What do you think this is?

2023.05.29 08:46 4Saken33 What could cause full body hairloss, from my toes to my head, my nose hairs are disappearing, and my beard is patchy. I was Dx'd with mites, is that it?

Male, 41, Central Ohio. 5'10, 215-225 lbs wt Varies. Non smoker. I've had depression, anxiety, arthritis, and hormone issues. Such as Low TSH, but normal Levels of T3, etc. I don't think that's related, as the Hairloss has been noticeable for 7 months on my head, maybe a little longer in the rest of my body. I'm on Testosterone replacement, have been for many years. I have never been concerned that hairloss was in my future. Every hairstylist/Barber I've EVER Had, would comment on how thick my hair was, how insanely quickly it grew, and how Thick and long my beard was. I've always had healthy looking hair, now it looks dead in a lot of places, with "stripes or lacerations" every few CM's on almost every strand of hair. Wasn't sure if that was from the mites or if something else could be causing this? I'm positive I still have mites, an Opthalmologist told me last week, he suspects DEMODEX mites, and I have had "Demodex frost" or what looks like it, tremendously bad in the past, and accumulation of mites in my eyelashes, however my dog also has the same tiny, essentially microscopic "dots" floating off of him 24/7, so we could have SarCoptic Mange AKA scabies mites between the two of us. I recently read that there are over 100 species of arthropods in the average household. I'm not against the idea of me having more than one but in my home from lack of housekeeping and self care, hygiene. I'm coming out of the "funk" now, literally and figuratively. I'm being treated dermatologically with clobetasol, 2 anti fungal shampoos, triamcinolone, and finasteride, in case this is MPB, being accelerated by mites. I've also had the most stressful year of my life, so "Telogen effluvium," does it present this way? What do you think this is?

I used to have to get a haircut every 2 weeks or I would have a curly afro, it has been 4 months now and my hair has grown a half inch if that. Less, on the very top. Same with my beard, only I have huge thin spots in my chin area, from below my mouth to around my jaws, like the areas a strap on a football helmet would cover. I guess I have thin spots throughout my beard and my head. Thin spots around the chin, Is that rosacea, potentially caused by (demodex?) mites? They cause rosacea, according to the Opthalmologist. My chin area feels rough, and again has stopped growing, along with my whole Beard. I've lost the majority of my pubic hair, my arm and leg hair as well, is very thin. I'm very distraught over this and if this is mites, is this permanent? What about stress? Permanent hairloss? I think I had a fungal infection at one point in The Fall. I saw what looked like hairs "gooped" together, with what looks an awful lot like puss, in videos I "accidentally" caught myself in, as I didn't look in the mirror, shower, or take a picture of myself for a month or two due to mental health issues. I'm not proud. I'm quite embarrassed that I walked around with my curly hair in puss filled knots, with patches of effing hair missing. Sorry for the long post, I'm extremely passionate and distraught over this whole situation. Not showering didn't help the mites go away any faster. I don't go months, but I will go 3 or 4 days between shower's, even still. I need inpatient treatment, but it's not possible ATM bc of my work, an aggressive Rottweiler, and schedule. Just saving you the time of telling me I need that, I definitely have insight on my condition. Thank you for any information and recommendations you may have for me.

Okay so 2 years ago I shaved my head, here is the journey since then. What cut do you think helps me look like I could pass as either gender?
After I shaved my head I loved it but I did it with intention of growing my hair out healthier. Now that I’ve got my longer, healthier hair back… idk I miss having it short every day. I took a lot more selfies when my hair was short because I loved the androgynous look I had going on, and this was before I came out as enby. Now that I’m out, it feels weird to have this hair because no matter how I dress/look people assume I’m a woman. Should I try getting a more layered, choppy haircut to look more gender ambiguous or should I cut it off again? Any advice is appreciated, am willing to try out pretty much any cut :) also, I’m sorry the pictures don’t show my hair off very well, I had to search through all my Snapchat selfies from the past two and half years to compile this

2023.05.25 11:09 shyla-schmiddt Consider This While Choosing a Bangs Hairstyle

Consider This While Choosing a Bangs Hairstyle
Bangs have the unique ability to be anything retro baby bangs, side-swept — the options are unlimited. They’re also a simple method to switch your style without committing to a major haircut or color change. You can also get extensions for bangs if you do not want to commit to cutting your hair. Let us educate you on all you need to know about getting bangs
Consider this while Choosing a Bangs Hairstyle

Know what type of bangs you want

Before you go to the salon, look up celebrity hairstyles and Pinterest ideas to help your stylist figure out which bang styles you like. You may observe how celebrities with similar face shapes or hair types style their bangs, which is a simple way to get started. If necessary, the professionals can also recommend the extensions that will work best for you. Human hair bang extensions can be used to achieve a more natural look.
Know your Bangs Hair Type

Better Safe than Sorry

Trimming your bangs, and balayage hair by yourself is not recommended. People have a habit of pulling too hard. They’re so noticeable when they’re uneven because they’re right in front of your face. Invest in an actual pair of styling shears if you’re desperate or don’t mind experimenting on your own. Also, never cut them when they’re wet, as they’ll shrink as they dry. If you’re afraid of getting that trim, clip-in bang extensions would be a better option.

Visit The Salon Regularly

If you want your bangs to grow organically, you may need to have them trimmed every three to six weeks and a halo hair salon is the best option, so if you’re not willing to make that but don’t be disheartened. It is always possible to obtain extensions that can look as perfect as having natural bangs or even better.

The Best thing about Bangs? They are Versatile

Curls are fantastic for bangs. Keep them considerably longer than straight hair, as they will shrink. What about fine hair? Long, swept-back bangs make fine hair appear thicker; bangs that produce an oval facial shape are the most flattering. As a result, if you have an ovular face, you have a wider selection of bang styles to pick from. If your face is square or oblong, A-shaped bangs or longer layers are a good choice. Choppy bangs that hit right between your eye and brow are trendy and look good on almost everyone. You can even go with Ponytail hair extensions to get that perfect look if you are concerned about your hair not matching your face shape.
Bangs Extensions are Versatile

Bangs work with every hair type

Don't panic if your curly or wavy hair prevents you from acquiring bangs. Curly bangs are all the rage right now; they're incredibly fun, sassy, and cool. If you're worried about length, have your hairdresser trim them dry, so you know precisely how long they'll be. You can also attempt wholesale hair extensions as previously said. If you want straight bangs but have curls or waves, blow-dry them after a shower so they don't settle into a curl pattern as they dry.
If you've been yearning for a unique new look after months of doing nothing with your hair, maybe it's time to think about getting bangs. With no need to dye your hair and very little chance of suddenly regretting the style, it's a great option to consider if you haven't thought about cutting your hair sooner! If the prospect of cutting your hair intimidates you or if you worry that growing out a new style may take far too long, stylists offer full or partial hairstyle or color extensions as an alternative.

Conclusion

That way, some massive changes can be made easily and in a fashionably satisfying way without necessarily changing everything from your head to toe or having a new hairstyle live on past its expiration date. It's as easy as 1–2–3! Just remember to have a proper hair extension care routine for the best results!!!

2023.05.23 09:55 Isabellette Hairdresser recommendations

Hi all,
I’m desperately trying to find a hairdresser in Melbourne. I moved here last year and have had a few disappointing haircuts. Disclaimer: my hair is quite difficult to work with. It’s very long and extremely thick.
For my last couple of hair cuts, hairdressers have just given me choppy layers, or not known how to thin it out (without overdoing it). I’m just wanting a style cut with face framing layers and a blow out. Any recommendations, I’d be so grateful.

2023.05.17 07:47 hiarthairofficial The Best Hairstyles For Diamond Face: A Complete Guide

The Best Hairstyles For Diamond Face: A Complete Guide
If you have a diamond-shaped face, you will know how challenging it is to locate the ideal hairdo. You want a hairstyle that brings out your best characteristics and exudes confidence in you. Fortunately, there are a lot of hairstyles that look excellent on faces with a diamond shape. This article will analyze some of the best hairstyles for diamond-shaped faces and offer advice and suggestions to help you achieve the ideal appearance.
Before moving on to the best hairstyles for diamond faces, let's first examine the definition of a diamond face shape.

What Is A Diamond Face?

https://preview.redd.it/tjxzi584wb0b1.png?width=402&format=png&auto=webp&s=14b8880952d2288eab77cd7649406cc6eadbe69a
A diamond-shaped face has a narrow forehead, narrow jawline, and broad cheekbones, which together provide a striking and distinctive facial structure. Typically, the chin is slightly angular and the jawline is sharp. Diamond-shaped faces can be seen in some celebrities, including Rihanna, Megan Fox, and Halle Berry.

The Features Of A Diamond Face

• High cheekbones
• Narrow forehead and jawline
• Pointed chin
• Angular jawline
• Elongated face shape

How to Tell Whether You Have a Diamond Face Shape?

https://preview.redd.it/hw7n73s5wb0b1.png?width=401&format=png&auto=webp&s=43ab951966876ffe1ac0f2f41b5528035fff90b5
Here's how to determine whether your face is diamond-shaped if you're not sure:
• Pull your hair back and take a good look at your face in the mirror.
• Measure the width of your forehead, cheekbones, and jawline.
• If your cheekbones are the widest part of your face and your forehead and jawline are narrower, you likely have a diamond face shape.

The Hairstyles for Diamond Face: Dos and Don'ts

There are numerous haircuts that can enhance a face with a diamond shape, but there are also some things to stay away from. The following are some hairstyles for diamond faces dos and don'ts:

Dos

• Do choose haircuts that give your head's crown more volume.
• Do go for hairstyles that highlight your cheekbones and eyes.
• Do think about adding layers to your hair to soften a diamond face's angular features.
• To balance out the narrow forehead, attempt side-swept bangs.

Don'ts

• Don't pick hairstyles that accentuate the sides of your face with volume.
• Don't wear your hair too long or too short.
• Don't choose hairstyles that are too blunt or too straight.
• Don't wear haircuts that hide your cheekbones or eyes.

The Best Hairstyles For Diamond Face To Try Next Time

Now that you know a little more about diamond faces, would you like to know what hairstyles work best for diamond faces? Next, we'll provide you with a few stylish, well-liked haircuts that go great with diamond faces. You can select the hairstyle that best suits your tastes and sense of style.

Short Hairstyles for Diamond Face

If you have a diamond face shape and are looking for a short hairstyle, you have several options.
1. Pixie cut

https://preview.redd.it/lqwi6a68wb0b1.png?width=397&format=png&auto=webp&s=fa93c6af29d875be6b6e60464f0390d32afe730a
For people who wish to highlight their cheekbones and highlight their eyes, a pixie cut is a fantastic choice. Because it provides volume to the crown of the head and balances out the larger cheekbones, this short hairstyle flatters diamond features.
2. Bob haircut

https://preview.redd.it/za8lo2jawb0b1.png?width=397&format=png&auto=webp&s=abbb1e0474f3dc99bc859e4e625673198e8196ac
A bob haircut is a wonderful alternative for diamond faces. The broader cheekbones are balanced off by this hairstyle's addition of volume to the hair. More importantly, a chin-length bob also emphasizes the jawline and softens a diamond face's pointy chin.
3. Side-swept bangs

https://preview.redd.it/2lycmkpbwb0b1.png?width=400&format=png&auto=webp&s=5a94195b3c6cab25ca5f256506841080abc6c92d
Diamond-shaped faces tend to have angular features that can make the face look harsh. Side-swept bangs soften these angles by creating a diagonal line that draws attention away from the chin and towards the eyes. This gives the illusion of a more oval-shaped face, which is universally flattering.

Medium Hairstyles for Diamond Faces

Looking for medium haircuts that will complement diamond faces? Then you have come to the right place. Following that, we'll show you several chic and alluring hairstyles.
1. Lob cut

https://preview.redd.it/ot61u33dwb0b1.png?width=399&format=png&auto=webp&s=5221b5da0b707b824da6d276f8ecc28295c3d0eb
A lob cut, commonly referred to as a long bob, is a fashionable hairstyle that works for faces with a diamond shape. This ideal medium-length haircut is longer than a bob but shorter than long hair. It not only lengthens your face but also balances your forehead and jawline.
2. Shoulder-length layers

https://preview.redd.it/h70ubnpfwb0b1.png?width=399&format=png&auto=webp&s=70ba186b9ede97b5ca150cf08083d97812e02512
Another fantastic option for people with a diamond facial shape is shoulder-length layers. The layers create volume and texture, and the length of the hair draws attention away from the pointed chin. Depending on the situation, you can wear this style straight or curled.
3. Shag haircut

https://preview.redd.it/giq3vsyiwb0b1.png?width=394&format=png&auto=webp&s=453edc993bf9bd8f008e3dc4873033680abf07b4
One of the best haircuts for diamond facial shapes is the shag because it draws attention to the face's best features. The shag haircut's layers offer volume and structure, which balance out the cheekbones’ width. Additionally, the choppy ends of the shag haircut soften the pointed chin, creating a more harmonious look.

Long Hairstyles for Diamond Face

If you have a diamond-shaped face and prefer long hair, don't worry. There are several hairstyles that work well for your face shape.
1. Soft waves

https://preview.redd.it/6gxxdxzjwb0b1.png?width=397&format=png&auto=webp&s=423f1067c6e3603ed80c638c9b41110cc6ecbccc
A timeless hairstyle that suits faces with a diamond shape is soft waves. They give your face more volume on the sides, balancing your jawline and forehead. Your sharp features are also softened by gentle waves, giving your face a more balanced appearance.
2. Face-framing layers

https://preview.redd.it/48ifqmdxwb0b1.png?width=395&format=png&auto=webp&s=26db182b6c9c0314c1840ca969e8c0e15fedaaf0
Face-framing layers are the best option for diamond-shaped faces for several reasons. They not only enhance your cheekbones to feature your face but also draw attention to your eyes and lips, making them appear more prominent.
3. Long straight hair with bangs

https://preview.redd.it/2bp6p1lywb0b1.png?width=395&format=png&auto=webp&s=a8cb950c9685f0e5177214970f89bf5006afff2b
Long straight hair with bangs helps to soften diamond faces' sharp and angular features and create a more feminine and balanced look. The straightness of the hair adds length to the face, making it appear less wide, while the bangs help to conceal the narrow forehead.

Conclusion

Is this a bad haircut or is it just me?
I got my hair cut a couple weeks back at the Ulta salon and while it initially looked good with blow dry and round brush styling, after washing a few times and letting air dry I can’t help but feel like it looks really uneven and like a bad haircut. I wanted light layers but feel like they don’t blend at all and instead there is a short layer and then the rest of my hair. Even the “layer” looks uneven and choppy.
Is it worth complaining and trying to get fixed? I’ve tried styling other ways to hide it but even in a ponytail or half up you can still see the unevenness. Is it just me thinking it looks bad? Or do others agree this is not a good haircut?

2023.05.12 12:50 dmduckie Alt/edgy hair salons?? 🖤⛓

idk if that's the right way to phrase that, but essentially I have a lot of issues around changing my looks/my hair, but I really want a haircut rn! I tried cutting it myself last week but I started freaking out and only did a few cuts before stopping lol
I figure a lot of my anxiety comes from the, hmm, ig regular-ness of salons like magic cuts, etc, and being afraid of walking out with a hairstyle I don't vibe with like I have in the past. I have a really hard time saying no or like standing up for myself when the other person isn't trying to be mean or anything, so I've left hair salons in the past with really nice haircuts that were not at all how I wanted it to look and never say anything.. I know, my fault really, I need to work on a backbone lol
But I think if I found a more alt/edgy salon that frequently does hair cuts in the styles I'm going for I would have way less of an issue explaining what I mean by choppy/walking away with a haircut I don't want! If anyone has any salons in mind they could recommend, I'd really appreciate it!! Thank you ❤

I got my hair cut and colored last Friday and I’ve been going to my girl for a while now the last two haircuts I have noticed “lines” almost choppy step cut lines in my hair. Could they be from the “thinning shears”? Please tell me If I’m seeing things or not…and is it appropriate to bring up to my hairdresser? Thanks in advance
(Disclaimer I only just noticed as I washed my hair for the first time since the cut)

2023.05.02 20:14 StationUpstairs7388 Rant about my journey, my progress and relapses.

Hello, I’m kinda new to this but I think I have trich. I’m 16 now, turning 17 in June. I’ll start of with how my hair was up until the beginning of 2022. I had amazing blonde hair, like Goldilocks and I’m not even exaggerating like it was so long and shiny and thick and healthy. I didn’t even do anything to care for it, other than just the regular wash with shampoo and thats it. It was my best trait and I got a lot of compliments.
However, I got a very bad layered haircut in February 2022 and my hair hasn’t been the same ever since. It was super healthy and thick and long (like waistlength) and shiny and yeah idek how just a cut can do that but she went in with a hair razor as well tho so idk but anyway the layers were short, uneven, dead ends, choppy, and the overal lenght was up to my shoulders eventhough I asked to not cut off that much and kinda keep the length.
In the summer I actually realised how bad my hair was so I tried some new stuff and normally I wouldn’t do any sort of hair care but it was needed. I did everything. From scalp oils, bamboo brushes, conditioning mask,… to satin bonnets and all that stuff. I also got a few trims in between (by another hairdresser). And my hair was getting better. But every few months I would fuck it all up by pulling my hair out on my right side and I had to get new cuts to even it out again. It wasn’t that noticeable back then though because I have pretty thick hair. This would also be my excuse and I would alsways be like “I have thick hair anyway, this won’t even make a difference”, yeah well, by saying this over and over I got to the point where it did make a difference lol.
At one point, this march, I just did the big chop up to my shoulders and after all the hard work, it paid off. Just a few weeks ago my hair was back to one length, shiny, healthy, thick, wavy. I was so happy.
Idk why but maybe because I was working all throughout this spring break , I just had a lot of stress also because of other things going on in my life so I literally ripped all my progress from a little less than a year out, in about 3 days.the shortest piece of hair was up until my shoulders and I literally made bangs out of it, no kidding. I made that piece so thin and dry. It’s disgusting. That’s when I realised that it might be something more that just being irritated by the damaged hairs and pulling them out every once in a while.
I also always just pull on the right side of my head because that’s like the “bad side” of my hair. Especially the bangs area of my right side. I’m literally so mad and sad rn. I legerkamp ruined everything in three fucking days.
Idk bout yall but sometimes while I’m pulling one by one I’m just getting so annoyed and angry because of all those textured hairs that I just wanna rip it all out, so that’s what I do lol. After pulling one by one for a while I go over to just ripping it out in crazy amounts. And then I see all those piles of hair everywhere and I realise what I’ve done.
My left side is just perfect but the right is way thinner and drier, also with a lot of wiry hairs. It’s so frustrating. I’ve also noticed some balding at my hairline around the bangs area bcs that’s where I pull, which is really scary bcs I never had that before. My hair has literally ruined my entire confidence and life while it used to be one of my best features. My mental health has just gone down so low I can’t even describe the influence it has had on me, my moods, my decisions,…. I’ve had so many mental breakdowns about it.
Idk what to do anymore. Can anyone even relate to the thinning and pulling on just one side? And has it grown back evenly on both sides for someone and is the wiry structure gone?
Sorry for the rant yall I just had to go somewhere with this.

2023.05.01 10:10 captainwhyry Why are women's haircuts so expensive?

Is there an intellectual reason behind this? This rant is definitely on the lighter side but it is a problem that has to be solved.
I go to Toni and Guy in my area and I have a feeling I am always charged the most expensive rate which is nearly 2000. They make the excuse that so and so junior stylist is not available. All I want is some face framing layers, to be cut neatly and levelled well. And I always maintain shoulder length hair. But such a simple thing is so overpriced. Whereas men's haircuts are on the affordable side.
I have tried going to local parlours and they cut my hair very uneven and in a choppy manner. Just because it's a chain salon with some decent lighting, music and AC, doesn't mean they have to charge exhorbidant rates :(
Edit - I can't believe men are interested in literally DMing face-less women

2023.04.29 23:01 junejiehuang What's the name of this haircut called?

What's the name of this haircut called?
I've been meaning to find the right haircut. I recently watched Vicky Cristina Barcelona, and I noticed that Maria Elena's (Penelope Cruz) hair carries so well in this movie. I love how it's untamed and elegant at the same time, and can be styled in different ways. I feel like Penelope has hair similar to mine too (medium-fine thickness and brunette), so I want to know what kind of haircut this is so I can get the same cut. Is this short and choppy layers? or a long shag?

2023.04.29 05:30 temp4adhd I want to update my jewelry, craving earrings after +20 years of not wearing any.

My ears have been pierced since my teens, I am 57. I wore earrings up until maybe late 90s/early 2000s and then just stopped... and decluttered ALL of my earrings, even the studs.
Part of it is that I started cutting my hair shorter (never longer than chin length, but not so short as a pixie). Part of it is I have a short neck, weak chin, and as I aged, I didn't like drawing attention to this area with jewelry. The other part was fashion went a different direction, so I did all the big statement necklaces and the long pendant necklaces! Pearls also look great on me so I have enjoyed them on and off throughout my life.
Then fashion went the other direction, so I embraced the minimalist necklaces and have appreciated this a lot, a tiny gold necklace, then maybe got too comfortable eventually wearing nothing but my wedding bands.
Note, I have never been one to do bracelets because they never fit my wrists right and they just annoy me. I do like a chunky cocktail ring and enjoyed when those were in style. I wouldn't wear such a ring daily though; I often these days don't even wear my wedding bands. The pandemic got me out of the habit so I just often forget to put them on (still madly in love with my husband! -- it's just for comfort I take off my bands like I take off my bra when I come home!)
Anyway.... In the last 18 months I am really wanting to wear earrings again!! My holes have not closed up. It's weird, I want to wear BIG earrings, no studs, something that makes a statement. Despite my aging chin and short neck.
But I haven't followed jewelry trends much so not sure what to do here. What would work for someone with an aging chin, short neck, wavy/choppy bob haircut, round/square-ish face, straight & broad shoulders? I would just wear earrings and skip all the rest.
My life as a retiree is pretty casual but I do occasionally have formal occasions like a black tie wedding coming up. The last couple of post-pandemic weddings were the reason I started craving earrings. Big flashy ones.
Appreciate your thoughts here! Especially if you share some examples. Thank you!
