In my recent project role as dynamics 365 administrator I am finding that my organisation is still using Dynamics 365 plan 1 enterprise edition, 2017 type (60 licences) for users who have access to the Sales hub, and other CE model driven app .
More information:We are an isv Microsoft partner, Licences were not managed well for the internal CRM, and office 365 admin centre is showing another 50+ users as overallocated. I don't know how this was not followed up by Microsoft. If I remove a user license for example, it cannot be reassigned as licence allocation is over the limit. This over the limit does not make sense. How was it possible in the first place?
Is there a requirement for Microsoft to migrate or change licence? Or is this legacy reason why it shows up as Dynamics 365 Plan1 Enterprise Edition?
note: We have 9 sales Enterprise licences (allocated).
I'll be here doing a licence review to review the roles and where possible I'll be assigning team members licence where are user does not require write access to the business entities or features associated with Sales.

TL:DR
From my experience out of the Diablo 4 BETA weekend I think Diablo 4 is outstandingly good for one playthrough but too repetitive in the endgame to keep players playing.

D4 feels awesome for one playthrough and I am looking forward to play the remaining game in June!

1:
Dungeons (Main Endgame Activity)
After completing the tutorial by reaching the endgame by either reaching the approriate level or finishing all the story acts (we will see what we have to do in June), you basically have the endgame consisting of 150 "different" dungeons (basically copy of the POE map system).

The dungeons look breathtakingly good and together with the music you get an outstanding atmosphere. But even doing a dungeon for the first time feels repetitive and boring, after a minute or so, before even finishing it. Instead of adding 150 dungeon they should have probably added 5-10 dungeons and then focus on the hardest part of game development:
Introducing fun and interesting game mechanics. These mechanics can then randomly added into a dungeon to make it more fun.
The Butcher is a prefect example for a good and fun game mechanic which is added randomly added to make the dungeon more exciting.
Blizzard need to add a LOT more game mechanics like this if they want to make players run dungeons over and over again. In the current state the dungeons feel just empty.
It doesn't even matter whether you have 1 or 150 dungeons if there are fun game mechanics in it. Of course after having cool mechanics it is super nice to have ambient variety as well.
I would delay the game for one year (or "until it's done") to focus on that aspect.

In POE for example I was running about 1000 Crimson Temple maps this league and I am still excited to run more.
The feeling to smash through packs of monsters and how it feels is just extremely satisfying after tinkering and min maxing your build for quite a while.
And there is always something to upgrade or craft to get another meaningful power spike.
Or you invest in different juicing mechanics to get more value out of your time investment.
I am constantly altering my farming strategies through adding different scarabs, compasses and skilling different nodes in the atlas tree to force some of my favorite content into the map.
This results in a almost perfect mapping experience despite running only one map.

2:
Loot (To make the Endgame Activity more fun it would make sense to sometimes get something valuable out of your invested time.)
In POE just running maps is super fun but on top of that you have 'trade' which does make loot meaningful and valuable.
This means if something valuable drops you can either keep it for yourself. Maybe show it to a friend. You could even borrow it to a friend. Maybe it's a cool weapon the friend wants to try it out in some runs.
But you can also trade the item, so you would get the VALUE out of it, in some form of currency or an equivalent valuable item.

In D4 loot feels completely meaningless and trade is basically non existent.
They could increase power level/item level every dungeon randomly by 1-3 and remove loot altogether and the game would basically feel the same.
You basically have the same drops all the time scaling with your character level and item level, which means until reaching max level you do not even have the chance to have good items dropping.
If something has a green arrow you put it on. Otherwise you can scrap it for meaningless crafting currency or sell it for gold which you can then put in one of the gold sinks.

Postface:
Imagine for a second 1 + 2 would already be fixed and in a releasable state.
There are so many other problems like:
A: Initial character balance looks horrible. (Fixable until June.)
B: Ui looks and feels horrible. (Considering that the Ui is also used for consoles I am not sure if this is realistically fixable at all.)
C: Forced multiplayer problems:
One example in Hardcore: Players can pull monsters in front of instances to kill other players leaving the instance and then looting the dead players.
This is probably more time efficient than running an instance and considering how boring the dungeons are also more fun.
I predict that this will be the main activity in the first weeks of playing hardcore D4.
D: ...bugs and problems all over the place...

Just a story you may find humorous. Local dealership is advertising base model klr 650s for $4999. Intrigued, i figured id pay around $6200 to ride it home. Grabed the checkbook and headed in. I’m 18m, My 2 cousins are 7f and 12f. I barely see my family due to far away continents. I get to see them now. So far i can’t tell if they dislike me.

12f cousin, she doesn’t say anything to me She does give me a goodbye and hi hug sometiems and we always start off awkward when we see each other again since it’s been so long but it usually doesn’t last so long but this time it did. I recently had a discussion with my bandmates about protest songs. We talked about how music as a medium possesses the ability to transcend language barriers and communicate complex emotions and ideas. While lyrics can be an effective tool for delivering a message, music can also convey a message or make a statement through its instrumentation, arrangement, composition, sonic landscapes, and other methods that transcends the bounds of a song. I think that it’s through this realm that music becomes an invaluable medium for protest and activism. With this topic I assume same amount of investment (from a primogems, $ and time perspective)
Horizontal investment : get as many character as possible, every 5* at C0, f2p weapon or only the one accumulated over time, pull and build whoever is meta and/or you find fun. Enjoy variety.
Vertical investment : Only invest in the few teams / characters, but try to min-max them : get their signature weapon, unlock their constellations.
Horizontal investment pros :
Diversity : Prevent boredom, gain overall more game knowledge since you play multiple teams, experiment / understand better the interactions between different characters.
Horizontal investment cons :
Spread resin into to many chars / teams (that's a shit ton of weapon/talent/ascension mats + endless artifact farming) : ending up with a big gap from a damage ceiling perspective.
The cons would be : Never experiment a chateam at it's full potential. Jack of all trade but nothing is maxed. Meta slave : pulling for characters but not actually liking them. Pulling for a meta char and a few month later x char isn't meta anymore because there is a new betteshiny replacement.
Vertical investment pros :
Focusing ressources/resin on a few characters/teams is more efficient (better talents/lvl/weapons/artifacts). Since you aren't pulling for so many characters, can "all in" into constellations, signature weapon, satisfying to be closer and closer to reach the highest damage ceiling of x characteteam. Content isn't difficult in genshin but speedrun or "damage per screenshot" feels good.
Vertical investment cons :
Requires a lot of patience and self-control to not pull until THIS specific weapon or constellation characters rerun in 8 months or more. Limit your gameplay and game knowledge to a few specific options. Your artifacts have already very good stat so trying to grind better ones feels nearly impossible and a waste of resin. Because you play so much only this few characters, you get bored of the game.
I think there is no right or wrong way to play the game and it depends ultimately on everyone personalities and perspectives.
I come from lost ark and I thought I was a "diversity enjoyer" but that actually made me hate the game and quit. Just starting Genshin and I'm looking for your opinions and arguments.

So in this thread I will explain why I think that the awaited incident that will occur in the near
future of egg island will not be the anticipated war against kizaru and the world government, BUT the start of
a nightmare for the world government. And What I mean by that is that the incident will be vegapunk revealing to the entire world the truth about the world government.

YES, s-bear exists but is he really that trustworthy like Kuma? I mean to begin with vegapunk himself "suffers" from the control authority.
THE BOTTOM LINE is that maybe vegapunk and dragon wanted for a very long time

After an interesting discussion a while ago, I keep wondering about this fellow I met one morning.
I was out walking my dog before work and was on the home stretch when I met a guy with a shopping cart full of recyclables. It was the day after blue box day in our neighborhood so he was likely passing through.
Over the course of a few minutes we walked along in the same direction and he told me about himself. I was so fascinated that I had to write down what I remembered when I walked in the door, and then promptly headed off to work and my notes were gathered up with other papers.
I just recently stumbled across those notes, and here is what I learned over the course of a few minutes:
His wife gives him $1000 every day to buy tents for the homeless
He will be running for Mayor, and will solve the homeless problem
He lives on a farm with 21 children, mostly foster children, including 4 newborns
He joined the forces at 17 and just mustered out. He was JTF
He went to Ohio State
His father sent him to Beijing to become an ultimate fighter. While there, he met his birth mom, who is a Chinese monk
He recently joined the Air Cadets and got his pilot’s license, but probably won’t use it
He is 40 years old and in great shape
His wife is his boss, and you know, “happy wife, happy life”
And I heard him exclaim, ere he rolled out of sight, “check out my YouTube page!”
