 | As title suggests, I'm swapping out my double bowl sink to a single bowl with garbage disposal. The current plumbing is exactly like what's in the picture. My question is do I need to do anything special to change the drain plumbing, or is it as simple as just running a single pipe and deleting the joint for the second half? As of this post I own the naming/domain/fair use rights to 32 South Carolina cities, two NASCAR racing teams, over 50 kick-ass domains/brand names, the naming rights to a show in the Mtv "Ridiculousness" genre, three movie treatments/brands, two energy drinks (one of my previous energy drink start-ups is now in 30 stores across South Carolina) and a handful of other streetwear type brands. The value of it all is somewhere around $250K and revenue potential is much higher...

So our house has four old toilets in the garden on the deed 1 is owned by us, and then one each to the three houses further down the street. None of them are plumbed in and all of the rooms are empty. None of them have a door.
The building they sit in is structurally unsound (according to a survey) and is most likely going to fall down relatively soon.
Where do I stand on ownership of the land considering the other properties do not use them? Also as the building either needs to be knocked down or restored safely, who's responsibility is this to get it done?

I've had a terrible weekend. I stopped gambling for about four months last year but have been relapsing badly since January. I lost a huge chunk of my savings again and now only have 8k left. For the past few years I've been barely able to save anything because when I get paid I just gamble it (the savings were from when I was younger and not so out of control) I used to only lose a few hundred every month, but as things progressed it's turned into almost a thousand every month.
Anyway, since Friday I've been gambling on two different sites and lost almost 2k on slots and that stupid, rigged game Crazy Time by Evolution. Every time it would get close to a bonus it speed up and slip out of the segment; nothing but 1s and 2s for hours. One time, the topslot was 50x boost for pachinko which would have been HUGE, but what a surprise the flapper was about to go in pachinko segment then got really stiff and stayed the number 1 slot next to it instead. Plus the hosts were annoying as hell.
The whole situation aggravated me so badly, I self-excluded for six months in a fit of rage and panic. I know I should have 100% cancelled my account but.......I'm not ready. However, I did cancel my other account on the slot website.
My problem is that, in general, I'm essentially a failure, not just because of gambling. I've let depression and anxiety destroy my life, I've wasted my potential, and I don't have much going for me. There's no upside, no bright future--just bleak nothingness. For reasons I won't go into, I'm stuck in life and have a variety of things holding me back. I have no connections or networking skills, no marketable or great employment skills, bad personality.
I did go to college but haven't used my degree; it's a useless degree anyway. I have no idea what career to pursue because nothing interests me, so I've been stuck working minimum wage jobs. I have no experience or skills for better-pay work. Minimum wage is 1600 a month in my country after taxes. Obviously, I have bills and expenses, so I'll only be able to save a few hundred a month. I used to have 25k back when I was younger and unaddicted. It will take YEARS to save up that amount again saving only 100 or 200 a month.
I've been depressed most of my life, and the loss of my money is just another unbearable blow. How am I supposed to motivate myself to stop gambling when I know my life will still be awful and bleak? That's the only reason I gamble; hoping for a big win to lift me out of this bleak environment. Without gambling, it feels like there's no hope.
Please don't say, "oh, just can get a better job." It's not that simple when you're ugly, unskilled and unlikeable, with Aspergers traits. From this moment on, I'll have to save every euro that's left after bills. Now I can't do any of the things I want to do. I'm almost 26 and want to enjoy myself before I get old, but the way things are going, I'll still be broke at 45. I wanted to get liposuction on my stomach before the summer because I'm sick of wearing jackets in the heat (I've been doing this since my teen years), now I'll have to spend another summer completely insecure and boiling. Don't suggest exercise. I am slim everywhere else except for my stomach, which has always been flabby no matter how much I exercise.

I was awoken by my wife shaking me and telling me and telling me the car was on fire. I had to carry her a short distance away as her leg had been injured in the crash.
I rushed back to get my son and quickly began to panic as I couldn't move his car seat. The seat belt had gotten trapped in it and wouldn't budge.
The flames were getting closer with each passing second and I was forced to move away as the heat was unbearable.

Last week I slipped off an elliptical machine and banged the back of my calf pretty good, just below the knee. Caused a good sized bruise and a little broken skin with a small amount of bleeding. Hurt a little at the time of injury. Now, a week later, bruise is almost healed completely. No pain at all when touched. I was feeling it when I noticed a small, hard lump, about the size of a pea. Lump is not discolored, no swelling or heat to the touch. No tingling or soreness from the site. The lump is located where the skin had been broken. My mother had DVT when she was on birth control many years ago but no issues with that since. I have never had DVT or any symptoms of it but I am concerned. Former smoker, been off of cigarettes and vape several months now. Only nicotine I use currently is Onn! Nicotine pouches 2 mg (no tobacco). Just want some advice! Thank you

I just had a bathroom renovated and we installed the Schluter ditra in floor heating system under our tile floor. We have the programmable thermostat and I'm debating between monitoring the floor or room temp. Is there any pros/cons to either? Or is it totally a user preference.

2023.04.02 13:02 jam_mam Printer extruder clicking. not feeding.
I've seen lots of posts about people's printers not extruding and the extruder clicking but haven't seen any fixes.
I have a .4 nozzle that went from doing the first couple of layers then what I that was just blocking up.. so I changed to a clean nozzle and it still happens.
Changed to a .6 nozzle and its a little better but still doesn't print as good as it was.
Tried turning up the heat and thay worked for a little while but now that doesn't really help.
So my question is the temp sensor or heating wiring on its way out?? Or dose someone have a fix?
