2023.04.02 13:30 CalamityBayGames I love Otome romances and I love Farm Sims, so my Husband and I made a game that combines the two (among other things) and it just released today!
| (Small disclaimer: a while ago I ran through a checklist with a mod and found that our game qualifies as an Otome because there’s A) A focus on pursuing love B) A female protagonist who talks to herself and B) 2/3 of her romances are men.) Veil Of Dust: A Homesteading Game, ( the full version of which is releasing today), is the passion project of our husband-and-wife team that brings the long-format, emotional storytelling of Otomes/VNs together with sim management mechanics to create a game that - in my totally biased opinion - brings out the best in both genres. I’ve just always wanted my relationships with my Farm Sim spouses to be just a little bit more, you know? But since we all vet games by immediately looking at the reviews, (ours are 100% positive atm), I’ll just let them speak for us: "[...] The dialogue between characters is engaging, and somehow it can handle heavy topics in a light-hearted way without compromising on the seriousness of the subject. " "[...] The character writing and relationships between those characters make for a compelling experience in hand with the story that they go through, from lore to events. I'm enjoying seeing things unfold as we go, as well as making sure these two siblings survive the rough hand they have been dealt." "I think this is a very cute and interesting take on the typical farming sim formula. The story and the characters, especially the siblings, is very good even when it's bad. Siblings, y'know? The undercurrent of magic and danger is also really interesting and the romance for Laan was so sweet and then it destroyed me. [...] " "Played for almost 5 hours in one sitting, and did not want to put it down. Great take on an adult farming sim that is different from the many others that are out there. Love the survival theme. I can see myself putting a ton of hours into this game." We’d be so grateful if you’d check out the steam page and browse the reviews to see what other players are saying. If you end up picking it up, please consider leaving a review, it’s super helpful for tiny operations like ours! | https://preview.redd.it/jdou3f99igra1.jpg?width=1200&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f17cb878541da198c06b5ca96ed063192fbab7c2 Summary: - A Pensacola DUI attorney is a specialized attorney who focuses on DUI cases and has extensive knowledge and experience in this area of law.
- Public defenders are court-appointed attorneys representing individuals who cannot afford to hire a private attorney.
- The experience and expertise of a DUI attorney can be valuable in achieving a favorable outcome in a DUI case.
- Public defenders may have heavy caseloads and may not have as much time to dedicate to a single case as a private attorney would.
- The decision of whether to hire a private DUI attorney or use a public defender ultimately depends on the individual's financial situation and personal preferences.
Suppose you've been arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) in Pensacola, Florida. In that case, one of the first decisions you'll have to make is whether to hire a private DUI attorney or use a public defender. This decision can significantly impact the outcome of your case, so it's important to understand the differences between these two options. The Benefits of Hiring a Pensacola DUI Attorney A Pensacola DUI attorney is a specialized attorney who focuses on DUI cases and has extensive knowledge and experience in this area of law. Some of the benefits of hiring a private DUI attorney include the following: Expertise: DUI attorneys have in-depth knowledge of the laws and procedures related to DUI cases. They can identify legal issues that may help your case and have strategies to fight DUI charges. Individual Attention: Private attorneys can dedicate more time and resources to a single case than public defenders, who often have heavy caseloads. More robust Defense: With a private attorney, you can develop a strong defense strategy tailored to your specific case. They can help negotiate plea bargains or go to trial if necessary. Faster Resolution: Private attorneys can move cases through the court system faster than public defenders, who may have more cases and less time to devote to each one. The Benefits of Using a Public Defender If you cannot afford to hire a private attorney, you will be appointed a public defender by the court. Some of the benefits of using a public defender include the following: No Cost: Public defenders are provided at no cost to individuals who cannot afford to hire a private attorney. Experience: Public defenders have experience representing clients in criminal cases and are familiar with the court system. Negotiation Skills: Public defenders are skilled negotiators and can often obtain favorable plea bargains for their clients. The Drawbacks of Using a Public Defender While public defenders can be a valuable resource for individuals who cannot afford to hire a private attorney, there are some drawbacks to using a public defender, including: Heavy Caseloads: Public defenders often have heavy caseloads and may have less time to devote to a single case than a private attorney would. Less Control: When using a public defender, you may have less control over the outcome of your case. Public defenders may be more likely to advise you to accept a plea bargain, even if you believe you are innocent. Less Experience: While public defenders have experience representing clients in criminal cases, they may not have the same level of expertise as a private DUI attorney specializing in DUI cases. Which Option is Right for You? Whether to hire a private DUI attorney or use a public defender ultimately depends on your financial situation and personal preferences. If you can afford to hire a private attorney, obtaining the expertise and individual attention of a DUI attorney may be worth the investment. If you cannot afford to hire a personal attorney, a public defender may be your best option. Ultimately, the most important thing is to have legal representation in your DUI case. In Conclusion A DUI conviction can have serious consequences, including fines, jail time, and a criminal record, which can impact your employment opportunities and personal life. Having an experienced and knowledgeable attorney on your side is crucial to fight the charges and achieving the best possible outcome for your case. When deciding between a private DUI attorney and a public defender in Pensacola, Florida, it's essential to consider the benefits and drawbacks of each option. While a private attorney may provide individual attention and expertise, a public defender can be a valuable resource for those who cannot afford a private attorney. Ultimately, the decision should be based on your financial situation and personal preferences. If you're facing DUI charges in Pensacola, Florida, it's crucial to seek legal representation as soon as possible. An experienced DUI attorney can help you navigate the legal system, fight the charges, and achieve the best possible outcome for your case. Q&A FAQ: Q: How much does a private DUI attorney in Pensacola, Florida, typically cost? A: The cost of a private DUI attorney can vary depending on the attorney's experience and reputation. However, most attorneys charge an hourly rate or a flat fee for DUI cases. Q: Can a public defender be as effective as a private DUI attorney? A: While public defenders have experience representing clients in criminal cases, they may not have the same level of expertise as a private DUI attorney specializing in DUI cases. Public defenders also often have heavy caseloads and may have less time to devote to a single case. Q: Will I have to go to trial if I hire a private DUI attorney? A: Not necessarily. While a private DUI attorney can represent you at trial, they can also negotiate plea bargains or seek alternative resolutions to your case. Q: What are the consequences of a DUI conviction in Pensacola, Florida? A: The consequences of a DUI conviction can include fines, jail time, license suspension, community service, and a criminal record. Q: Can I represent myself in a DUI case in Pensacola, Florida? A: While it's possible to represent yourself in a DUI case, it's not recommended. DUI cases can be complex, and an experienced attorney can help you navigate the legal system and fight the charges effectively. submitted by jasoncromey to u/jasoncromey [link] [comments] |
2023.04.02 13:28 aka_hustlehonest So many brands, so little quality people to develop them...
As of this post I own the naming/domain/fair use rights to 32 South Carolina cities, two NASCAR racing teams, over 50 kick-ass domains/brand names, the naming rights to a show in the Mtv "Ridiculousness" genre, three movie treatments/brands, two energy drinks (one of my previous energy drink start-ups is now in 30 stores across South Carolina) and a handful of other streetwear type brands. The value of it all is somewhere around $250K and revenue potential is much higher...
-BUT-
I let a friend steward the start-up and the money is gone and we have no products. His unsupervised plan was to buy a knockoff heat press, a criquit machine and some plastosols. Somehow he spent the entire $8500 startup funds on garbage. If i had a crystal ball I'd ask for someone to work with who actually WANTS to build something the right way. Sp if you are reading this in South Carolina lets make something work...

2023.04.02 13:28 new-age-prophet im starting to hate my best friend
since the day we met, me and him started texting everyday for hours. one day we even texted for 10 hours. he quickly became my closest friend and i told him basically everything. i genuinely thought nothing could ruin our close friendship.
until he confessed to me. before me and him would talk for hours about many things but nowadays he can only seem to talk about how much he likes me. it doesnt matter what we are talking about. he will find a way to make it abt how much he likes me.
it was sweet at first but now it has become tiring and even embarrassing as i found out recently that he talks abt how much he likes me with other ppl too. i also feel extremely bad whenever i hear abt how much he likes me. i wish i liked him back but i cant no matter how hard i try.
everyone started shipping us and his friends convinced him that i was giving him signs (i wasnt) and he ended up asking me out. i said no at first but i felt so bad from everyone talking about how i did a shitty thing by rejecting him that i ended up asking him out.
but i later broke up with him. now he constantly talks abt how much he likes me and how heartbroken he is that i dont like him back. it makes me feel more guilty and more embarrassed bc he tells this to basically everyone.
it is so tiring talking to him and i’ve even considered ending our friendship at one point. but i see now that i cant do that. i also cant talk about how i feel to any of my close irl friends bc they are all friends with him too.

2023.04.02 13:28 canopenerheart Boyfriend (31m) of over 1 year has abruptly stopped talking to me (36f) and I’m having really mixed feelings
I’ve been in a semi-long distance relationship for over a year. We only see each other on a weekend every couple of weeks, but we do text throughout the day pretty much every day. The only exceptions to this have been a handful of times where one of us was just incredibly busy all day, or a somewhat anxiety inducing topic came up for him, and in those cases he took anywhere from half a day to even two days to get back to me.
However, things have generally been going really well (I thought). We’ve been making plans for a couple of months out, I recently met his kid, we half joke about me moving closer a lot. I really enjoy spending time with him, I think he’s just the most interesting person in the world and he’s really sweet to me in a lot of ways, and I guess consequently I sometimes feel like I’m not good enough for him. This sometimes is exacerbated by the fact that he doesn’t compliment me or even touch me a lot, so if I’m not feeling great about myself for whatever reason (I’m currently in therapy recovering from what was a pretty emotionally abusive marriage, so yes that is in large part a “me” problem), when I see him it can be hard to snap out of it because I don’t get a lot of easy affirmation that he likes me as much as I like him. I know he works just as hard as I do to find time for the relationship and in some ways it has been good for me to learn to appreciate for myself what I must do to make this all worthwhile on his end, but sometimes it’s just nice, on those bad days, to have something easy to remember, like “I feel so boring right now but he did mention last week he likes listening to me talk about this topic so it’s probably fine.”
So I texted him about that on Monday morning, because it was on my mind and seemed important. I felt like things were going pretty well with us and we were in a place where we could talk about that sort of thing without it being a big deal. Apparently I was wrong, because he just hasn’t responded. In about 16 hours, it will have been a full week since I received a text from him.
I am fairly certain he isn’t responding because he’s either mad at me for saying this, or because there’s something he is having trouble saying and he’s stuck in a sort of anxiety loop where the longer it takes to respond the more anxious he gets (this is what happened last time, but it was only for 2 days). I reached out Tuesday to see what was going on and didn’t get a response, and talked to a good and sensible friend about it and was told my messages were kindly worded and very reasonable, and that I should consider “the ball to be in his court.”
So this whole week has just been really emotional. I cycle through the days feeling confused, sad, angry, hurt, and sometimes just numb to it all. Everything I do has some memory of him attached so I’m almost constantly triggered, and at this point I’m assuming he just doesn’t want to see me anymore. I basically feel like I’m going through a breakup but I don’t understand why.
I am planning to reach out one last time on Monday, even though part of me isn’t sure I should want to salvage this after being treated this way. But I also just miss him so much, and I’m scared there’s just been a big misunderstanding. I’ve been trying to decide what I should say - should it be a goodbye? Should I see if he will meet to talk? Should I continue waiting indefinitely until he’s ready?
I can’t chat with my therapist about this until Wednesday and I don’t want to wait that long so hoping someone here might have something helpful to say. Please be nice, it has been a pretty rough week for me. Thanks for reading all this if you did.
tl;dr I texted my LDR boyfriend about some relationship issues almost a week ago and he won’t respond. Should I wait to see if he ever gets back to me or should I find a way to fix this?

2023.04.02 13:27 Acrobatic_Panic_7307 I now know why my mom did what she did.
Growing up I always wondered why my mom grew super secretive about her address. She barely let any friends or family come over.
Whenever someone would ask her for her address she would start to try to throw them off with a different subject. Or she would just give the street name or the address of the house two blocks from us.
Basically threw people for a loop when they wanted to come "hang out" or just come over for the fuck of it. Very introverted lady, now I understand her ways.
After I moved out, me and my fiance was nice enough to give his group of friend our address to come hang out some days.
Mind you, SOME days. As in every other week or so. They unemployed so they ain't got shit else to do.
These motherfuckers would come over and stuff and hang out sometimes. Then they started line stepping. They wanted to hang out every damn DAY and then started popping up.
I had to nip that shit in the bud immediately. Then my father started popping up out of nowhere. I stopped answering the door for his ass after the first time, because all he wanted to do was argue.
He stopped doing it. THEN we got a new place, his sister wanted to see the new apartment real bad for some reason. So we let her do so, which means giving up our location. Well, I don't want to cut him off from any family cause I'm not a weird ass possessive girlfriend. Who isolates her lover from friends and family.
Now his sister starting to make this into a damn near everyday thing. For example, if she comes over on Monday, she wouldn't come over on Tuesday, then she'll come over on Wednesday. That pattern continues. We been in this motherfucker for a week. Mind we have to sleep at a certain time cause we work overnight, but she would just text one of us out of nowhere and be like "I'm coming over after school or work." Whatever the case may be.
But she would just be like "I'm coming over." Don't ask or nothing just I'm coming over. SAME DAY. She did this THREE TIMES already.
Then she would stay until we gotta go to work, 11pm!! She would have school in the morning and damn well know it was a school night. Would try to be slick and fall asleep like we just going to leave her there to spend the night.
NO. You better GET your ass UP!! She be stepping with us out the damn door cause she is NOT spending the night right now, it be school nights, and she has a car so she needs to know when to dip out of someone's house.
I'm finna nip this shit in the bud too because she gotta warn us at least 24-48 hours in advance. Don't just text us out of nowhere same day and be like I'm coming over. Girl for what??! We ain't doing shit, we be smoking a bit then fall asleep and I don't want to be waken up by company.
This just taught me that's why you don't give out your address because people are worrisome as fuck.
Like why you wanna go over somebody house every minute and stare at them or fall asleep. You can do that at your house. Damn. We be wanting to walk around naked and shit, and can't cause now we got a new popper upper who warns 45 min - 1hr in advance.
We not giving our new address out to his friends because they might keep doing the same shit too and I done had it. Why when people get your address they feel obligated to just pop up? Makes me want to just open the door just to slam it back in their face to tell them to fuck off.
And I hate when people ask to hang out same day, and then before we even come over or they come over they just blow our phones up and keep asking us when we linking up just because we said yeah to hanging out.
Whew, I don't care if I don't have friends. Friends are nerve wrecking as fuuuuccckkk! Especially the unemployed ones, whew lord Jesus.
IF YOU GET SOMEONE'S ADDRESS, GET VERBAL CONFIRMATION FIRST BEFORE SHOWING UP. DON'T BE A INVADING NERVE WRECKING ASSHOLE.

2023.04.02 13:27 Awkward-Ducky26 Cat
I don’t like animals, but my partner does. About 10 months ago we agreed to a cat as long as it doesn’t go in our bedroom and I don’t need to take care of it. For a while, I took care of it. And it didn’t make me like the cat more, if anything I like it less. Finally I had enough and stopped taking care of it unless my partner specifically asked me to do something. I’m the first one home after work, and the cat demands attention which I do normally give- it wants me to pet it for like 10-15 min straight which means my clothes get full of hair and I need to change/lint roll myself so I can get dinner ready. Even still, there is cat hair in our food, and in my clothes which personally embarrasses me because I feel like a loser at work meetings. The cat howls and shrieks every morning at about 4am and will go on and off for hours until my partner leaves our bed to go be with the cat. My partner has fallen asleep on the couch with the cat a ton of times , woken up to come to bed at like 2am, only to leave the bed at at 6am when the cat won’t shut up. I’m tired of waking up with headaches and cat hair. The cat is the center of our arguments. I want to give it to a family that has kids that will play with it and give it constant attention, but my partner (who’s hardly home because always working) wants to keep it. I’m so annoyed with it. I just want a clean quiet house.

2023.04.02 13:27 bittertheorycel How do I (22M) get off my high horse?
I find myself repeatedly doomscrolling, obsessing or ruminating about things related to hypocrisy, injustice or dishonesty. I spend much of some days tense, angry and cynical. It is starting to affect my ability to sleep, and I am grinding my teeth at night and waking up unrested with aches all over my body. I feel as though I have a very rigid sense of morality and justice and become very upset when I see those rules violated. But obviously, let he who is without sin cast the first stone: I am by no means a paragon of virtue. So I wonder why it is that I am so fixated by these themes even though I myself am just a random person and just as much a mean hypocrite as anyone else.
To take an example, I recently became fixated on a controversial news story from months ago where someone was murdered and I felt a great injustice had been done by the justice system that nobody seemed to care about. I found myself obsessively arguing with people online for hours over the topic doomscrolling through other people's callous takes justifying or cheering on the person's murder. I have repeated this specific cycle several times for many similar news stories. Another example, I volunteer with a organisation that has a helpline. This helpline gets BIZARRE calls from people abusing the service (often sexualized calls) and I find myself lost in vengeful vigilante fantasies when I receive them. I often think that if these people saying these things online or on the helpline were exposed publicly then all of a sudden they would be so sorry they would be asking everyone for forgiveness they didn't know what they were doing etc etc. And I'm sure these people consider themselves to be good moral people deserving of respect. In fact this is pretty much the case whenever someone receives any punishment for wrongdoing of any kind. I often think everyone is a good person when it's easy to be one, nobody is a good person when it's hard.
How do I just let these things go and calm down? It's a constant cycle and it is ruining my life.

2023.04.02 13:26 apprehensiveshape38 How to build a portfolio as someone clueless about what they want to do past foundation
Hi all! I’ve recently finished my final exams and will be starting foundation in Manchester. Coming from a low income background where no one in my family had been to uni before, the goal was simply to get into medicine and during uni I worked multiple part time jobs to make ends meet. My parents were hell bent on medicine/law/‘a real job’ and while I’ve come to genuinely really enjoy medicine, this was never my first choice so I didn’t engage at all with medical societies and there’s no one speciality I have a burning desire to join.
Now I’m graduating with a decent FP score I’ve realised that I’m a bit at loss as to what happens next. I have no idea how to build my portfolio and outside of intercalating I haven’t done much in terms of extra curricular activities.
I’m also not entirely sure as to what I would like to do (all I know is no surgery or gp) or whether medicine is for me long term. Having slogged through 6 years of uni working min wage jobs the whole way through, starting on 14 quid an hour is a depressing thought and as I don’t have parents to bank roll me I will probably have to leave or at the very least do a couple years locuming if I want to ever build some real savings. Or just fuck off to Australia for a bit lol
Was wondering if I could have ppls opinions/experiences on what I should do going forward. I want to build a strong portfolio more medicine focused so I come across as a strong candidate but I’d also like to keep my options open and explore leaving - I am NOT tied to this profession at all. The only thing about leaving is that I’m clueless as to what jobs are available with salaries that will eventually match consultant levels.

2023.04.02 13:25 IstPit Good story from Amazon (EU)
So in ocean of bad story from Amazon I have actually one good.
Was working in Germany Amazon after month and half I had to go remove appendix. I was one month on sick pay (fully payed) when I come back I had great leads which create me job where I every 20 minutes have to walk for 5 minutes, scan maintance and then can sit and be on phone for next 15 minutes.
Now working in another company and my 2 colleagues were in transfer in US and they said altough its better pay, its strict as fuck, no sitting on work, no phones allowed, no smoke breakes, more hours working etc… We work 9 hours and 4 days in Germany.
In my opinion companies are not blame in US, its worker laws and work culture which give them right to act like that.

2023.04.02 13:24 CalamityBayGames Veil of Dust - Calamity Bay Games - A “Farm Sim for Grown Ups”; A survival/ homesteading game that has a mature tone and is driven by thoughtful, long-form story-telling and real management challenges.
Our husband-and-wife team has just completed our 3 year-project creating our “Farm Sim for Grown Ups” - A farm/ management game with mature long-form story-telling, realistic and dynamic relationships, and real management challenges (with a casual mode, if you need it). We'd be thrilled if you'd support us on our V1 launch day!
Steam Link here.
While we love an occasional good-vibes-only management sim, there are quite a lot of those out there at the moment and we wanted to try something new with the genre. We think actually having to feed yourself lends meaningfulness to producing food on your farm. Similarly, we think part of surviving is forming and participating in meaningful relationships.
But since we all vet games by immediately looking at the reviews, (ours are 100% positive atm), I’ll just let them speak for us:
"Played for almost 5 hours in one sitting, and did not want to put it down. Great take on an adult farming sim that is different from the many others that are out there. Love the survival theme. I can see myself putting a ton of hours into this game." "I think this is a very cute and interesting take on the typical farming sim formula. The story and the characters, especially the siblings, is very good even when it's bad. Siblings, y'know? The undercurrent of magic and danger is also really interesting and the romance for Laan was so sweet and then it destroyed me. [...] " "[...] The dialogue between characters is engaging, and somehow it can handle heavy topics in a light-hearted way without compromising on the seriousness of the subject. " "[...] The character writing and relationships between those characters make for a compelling experience in hand with the story that they go through, from lore to events. I'm enjoying seeing things unfold as we go, as well as making sure these two siblings survive the rough hand they have been dealt." Game Play Montage:

2023.04.02 13:23 KingVoss My lower back (spasm to be exact) is not healing after 6 months.
Greetings Everyone, I am 24M. I had no back related issue till now. But last year , I was standing on my table , suddenly tables left leg broke . So my back titled diagonally along with it like " / " ( suddenly) . I didn't feel anything at that moment. But after 6/7 hours , I felt it's difficult for me to sit. 2/3 days after the incident, every morning after getting up from bed, it was difficult for me to bend forward but if I walk 10/15 minutes ,it goes away . I can bend any direction I want without pain. The only problem I felt is that , I was unable to jump. Jumping causing some kind of shock/spasm in my lower back horizontally (waistline). If I want to run I got same types of shock /spasm/pain (I don't know what it is ).
Fast forwarding 2/3 months. It healed mostly. I can bend , walk. So I have tried running , I feeling mild shock /pain at the beginning but it goes away after running 5 minutes. The problem is next morning I have found out that my lower back difficulties alive again as before. So I have taken rest and such.
Fast forwarding 4 moure months, I have healed almost completely, but not completely. The symptoms I am facing is every morning or after lying in my bed for few hours ,, when I get up , if I want to bend I can bend not feeling any pain . But the problem is , I feeling some kind of pressure in my lower back, but goes away after bending 2/3 times.
But whenever I am lying on the for long time say 1 hour or something, I feel the same pressure during bending.Afterfew moments it goes away completely..
And this is happening constantly. One thing I have found out whenever I try to get up on my right side , I feel tick noise (not loud but faint) at the right side of my lower back. And it makes me feel better. (Afterwards I can bend with less pressure like almost normal). Otherwise I feel slight pressure during bending afterwards. But it goes away within 5 minutes. The more I move I feel more better
I can walk comfortably ( no issues )
I can jump now like from 1/2 stairs. I don't feel that shock. I can run with very slow pacing. Haven't tried faster running or jumping high. But I have felt small pressure on my lower back. So didn't try that due to the fear of making it worse .
Long story sort , I think something is wrong with right lower back side . ( It is side which got the sudden shock mostly during my table incident back September).
It's taking to long too heal with such small injury
I was like this on my table . After the incident my position had become like this . / . Left leg straight and right leg is compressed. So my lower back tilted like that / .
Any suggestions for complete healing? I can't afford to visit doc right now.

2023.04.02 13:22 Recent-Cap-8206 The Real World Impact of GPT4. Strap in, it's sure to be a bumpy ride.
I am an engineer in a non-IT field, and in my work, I collect a lot of data that needs to be analyzed and presented in various ways. There are many tools that help me do this in fairly standardized ways, and they are built in a way that requires software-specific knowledge, not necessarily knowledge of scripting actions in something like Python. In any case, the presentation of data is usually handled by engineers who specialize in that part of the process. My specialty is data collection and hardware, not software.
Currently, we are working on a project where we have collected huge amounts of data and have started working on the documentation. While a lot of it we can do ourselves, some of the batch operations require external resources, such as consultants, to help us write software and interpreters to present data and store it in databases.
Enter GPT-4. I have been playing around with Python in my free time, and I'm at a very basic level. I can solve the first two puzzles of Advent of Code, so I understand loops and data types at a rudimentary level. If I try to work on more advanced code, my brain feels like it's melting. I've been using GPT-4 as a tutor, and I do think it has helped me advance much quicker than what I could do on my own. All in all, I have maybe 20 hours of experience.
One afternoon, I sat down with GPT-4 and started prompting it about my problem. We iterated and bounced the ball back and forth, and after about 4-5 hours of work, I got the script I needed. It's modular and can perform operations on thousands of data points. I no longer need outside consultancy for this job. The projected cost for the consultant was in the ballpark of $10,000 USD. Now multiply this by however many no longer need outside consultancy from experts to finish their projects. Or, flip it and say that a consultant can now increase their productivity by 10X. It's 2023, mind you, not extrapolating what will be possible in 2024.
That's just one field and a narrow application using the general ChatGPT-4 implementation. We haven't even gotten plugins or Copilot X yet. It's not considering where GPT-5 or GPT-6 will take us. I can't stress this enough; it's where the technology is at the moment, and we know for a fact that even if it doesn't continue to accelerate at the current pace, it will get better in the short-term by improving on the current paradigm.
This technology will have massive impacts on our economy in ways no one can predict. Strap in; it's sure to be a bumpy ride.

Demitri can has a can transform into a demon looking thing feely. There are one or two attacks he prefers to use while transformed. There doesn't seem to be any real power amp or any explicit limits to transforming.
