We're moving from just outside of Northside to NCH and need a washedryer. Open to other store locations as well but figure the proximity would be great for any of these.

I am digging through Google and trying to learn about what chemicals trugreen uses... And im having major anxiety as I read. Trugreen just left my neighbor's home after their chemical application, I worry about the close proximity to my property and how it may expose my toddler or myself as I garden (I'm pregnant currently and really would prefer not to expose my baby to pesticides and herbicides). I was given no notice that they would be applying a chemical, so I didn't have time to cover my plants, some of which butt right up to the property line. I really don't care what my neighbors do and I don't want to sound dramatic or cause drama, but there's no way these chemicals will stay on their property line and not somehow drain into our yard.
So please tell me... Am I right for feeling anxious, or is my crunchy anxiety taking over and I just need to chill? Is there anything I can do to prevent exposure to my family without locking ourselves inside all summer? How 'safe' is this stuff anyway if it's made to kill insects and plants? So we know clive has his base moveset kit with normal attacks, lunge, charged attack (which breaks shields and maybe parries some attacks?), we also have the eikonic feats tied to the circle button (teleport to enemy, block, snatch/takedown, etc), as well as magic attacks (i hope each has different properties).
The on top of all of this, each eikon has 3 cooldown moves and 1 ultimate move (and some of the cooldown moves have unique properties like parrying magic attacks etc) + limit break which may or may not evolve through the game
also torgal being a stagger inducer and juggler.
But tbh on top of all of this what I'm most excited for is the enemy variety in this game, someone said this game is a 30hr+ dmc game and that really hits the spot for me (dmcv is amazing but it doesnt have as many enemies as an ff game would have). I hope we get lots of hunts, but even basic enemies seem to cool to fight (I like that middle sized mobs have a two tiered will bar)
So what do you think? Is this enough gameplay variety or do you want more? If so what kind of mechanics or surprises (gameplay wise) you'd like to see ingame?

2023.03.27 15:36 devils-muse AITA for picking a fight with one of my sisters because I think she is after my parents property.
My sister who has married a much older guy it's her second marriage. She always comes to our house and stays with my parents for 2-3 months each year. She has slowly started to take matters in her hand about the property she started making it evident to our neighbours that she is the only one who comes home, sepnds time with parents and helps them. Her husband lately started to come and stay at our house a lot.My father does not like his behaviour but they have somehow impressed my mom into thinking that they ( sister n her husband) love her more than anyone. Sister's husband has no legit income source does "counseling" to rich PPL. IYKWIM. I am scared for two things: being unmarried my parents place is my only safe space, i don't want that taken away from me. Also, my parents safety, as I have a feeling that they can pressurize my parents and cause harm to them.
I know this is a long post but please share thoughts on how I can manage this situation without drama.

The most surprising calm I see is with U.S. consumers, aka the same ones ingesting weeks of banking crisis headlines at the same time still dealing with too high inflation at retail stores.
Just peep recent credit card spending data out of Citi and Bank of America. Aggregate retail spending among Citi cardholders for March is only down slightly compared to this same point in February. Interest rate sensitive sectors such as home improvement and home furnishings continue to see the largest declines in sales. But apparel, food and restaurant spending is holding up very well.
Over at BofA, total card spending fell by only 0.4% year-over-year for the week ending March 18.
Then there are the anecdotal signs of economic calm I have picked up of late.
Ford came out last week and maintained its full year financial guidance. CFO John Lawler told me the guidance reflects what he is currently seeing in the economy — presumably tightening financial conditions from the banking crisis. The next day, Ford CEO Jim Farley (video above) sounded another upbeat note on business trends when we talked (and teased an autonomous pickup truck).
At a dinner of big-time thought leaders I went to last week, one financial services CEO stood up and said there have been no demand trend changes in March compared to the company's last earnings call.
I got the same "everything is ok right now" vibe talking to Petco's CEO Ron Coughlin last week, too.
How long can all of this economic resilience last? No clue, but it's something I plan to put to top retail CEOs while on the ground in Las Vegas to kick off the week at Shoptalk 2023.
I will be sitting down with four executives leading businesses that offer a great snapshot into consumer spending: Foot Locker CEO Mary Dillon, Chewy CEO Sumit Singh, Pinterest CEO Bill Ready and Ulta COO Kecia Steelman.
My interviews will be running throughout Yahoo Finance Live starting at 9am today so tune in for those economic clues.

All good things eventually come to an end, which certainly applies to when the Fed is out there raising interest rates into a banking crisis that many would argue they helped sew the seeds of by keeping rates too low for too long.

At a dinner of big-time thought leaders I went to last week, one financial services CEO stood up and said there have been no demand trend changes in March compared to the company's last earnings call.
I got the same "everything is ok right now" vibe talking to Petco's CEO Ron Coughlin last week, too.
How long can all of this economic resilience last? No clue, but it's something I plan to put to top retail CEOs while on the ground in Las Vegas to kick off the week at Shoptalk 2023.

All good things eventually come to an end, which certainly applies to when the Fed is out there raising interest rates into a banking crisis that many would argue they helped sew the seeds of by keeping rates too low for too long.
