Enterprise Group, Inc (TSX: E OTCQB: ETOLF) Surpasses Analyst Estimates With Robust Earnings
Enterprise Group, Inc (TSX: E OTCQB: ETOLF) (the “Company” or “Enterprise”). Consolidator of energy service (including specialized equipment rental to the energy/resource sector) emphasizes technologies that mitigate, reduce, or eliminate CO2 and Green House Gas (GHG) emissions for small local and Tier One global resource clients.

The Company’s Q4 and 2022 YoY earnings against the equivalent periods of 2021 are nothing short of exceptional. And the Company said that Q1 2023 is also shaping up to be very robust.
Audited numbers don’t lie.
Take a moment and digest these stats. If you own the shares, you should be impressed. If not, consider a second look. Once viewed, take in the Company’s very recent Letter to Shareholders detailing the impressive growth potential of the Canadian Oil and Gas industry. Enterprise is a significant source of on-site infrastructure supply and management that facilitates growth.
Here are the numbers. The comprehensive earnings can be seen in Monday morning’s comprehensive Press Release (March 20/23). The most exciting stat compares the YoY 2021 per share loss of (0.05) cents to the equivalent 2022 gain of 0.05 cents: A 200% movement of an overall 10 cents.
Enterprise shares trade at approximately CDN$0.40. For Investors and Shareholders, the Company keeps its LinkedInpage up to date with articles, videos, and commentary. Consider a Follow.
As well, the Company’s YouTube page is very informative. There will be new videos later this week.

(1) Identified and defined under “Non-IFRS Measures.”
(2) The Canadian Emergency Wage Subsidy and Rent Subsidy Programs ended in October 2021.
To provide further comparability to pre-COVID operations, the Company has presented adjusted gross margin and EBITDA to reflect the results of operations without any subsidy programs.
Enterprise Group Growth Points: FY 2022
· Higher capital spending in the energy industry and increased customer activity levels have resulted in improved results. During the year, Enterprise secured additional supply and services agreements with three of its tier-one clients, contributing to improved operating results.
· The Company believes its stock remains undervalued as the Company’s book value is $0.68 per share. In addition, the Company has available tax losses of $0.17 per share and is developing a consolidated tax plan to utilize those losses. Management will continue to be aggressive in acquiring its shares.
· During the year, Enterprise secured additional supply and services agreements with three of its tier-one clients, contributing to improved operating results.
· During the year ended December 31, 2022, the Company purchased and cancelled 1,799,000 shares at $714,614, or $0.40 per share. These shares had a carrying value of $1.36 per share for $2,445,077, which has been removed from the share capital account. Since initiating the share buyback program, the Company has purchased and cancelled 10,057,500 shares at $2,391,560 or $0.24 per share.
· For the year ended December 31, 2022, the company generated cash flow from operations of $5,910,830 compared to $3,500,869 in the prior year. This change is consistent with the higher activity during the year — equipment fleet to meet customer demands.
· After year end on January 23, 2023, the Company’s common shares began trading on the OTCQB Venture Market under the ticker ETOLF. This listing will help to increase Enterprise’s visibility and accessibility to a growing audience of U.S. investors.
Bottom Line
There is the argument that Enterprise’s numbers are nothing short of extraordinary (use your own adjective). And the coming year, courtesy of increased Oil and Gas Capex spending, stellar management, and new clients with business expansion among existing, including Tier One concerns. As noted in the recent LTS:
Over one year, the Company’s share price rose 40 plus percent, from 26 to 46 cents, a new high. For comparison, S&P lost 19.4%, the Nasdaq gained 8.7%, and the Dow was down almost 9%.

2023.03.20 17:41 tomxtz PC Build 4070 ti + 13600 KF looking for feedback

Hi,
after 6 years I've decided to finally build a new PC (pretty much for gaming) and I am looking for some feedback - this if what I've come up with (I live in EU and my budget is around 2k €)

PCPartPicker Part List
Type Item Price
CPU Intel Core i5-13600KF 3.5 GHz 14-Core Processor €323.90 @ Alza
CPU Cooler Deepcool AK620 ZERO DARK 68.99 CFM CPU Cooler €65.90 @ Alza
Motherboard Gigabyte Z790 GAMING X ATX LGA1700 Motherboard €246.90 @ Alza
Memory Kingston FURY Beast 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 Memory €137.90 @ Alza
Storage Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive €74.90 @ Alza
Video Card Gigabyte EAGLE OC GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12 GB Video Card €962.90 @ Alza
Case Fractal Design Focus 2 ATX Mid Tower Case €82.90 @ Alza
Power Supply EVGA 850 GQ 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply -
Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts
Total €1895.30
Generated by PCPartPicker 2023-03-20 17:43 CET+0100
The plan is to have this PC for the next 4-5 years and by the time I will decide to upgrade again, I will likely have to build a new PC altogether.
My main concern is motherboard and memory - I am not sure whether I should go for 790 + DDR5 or some previous gen (that supports 13600) with DDR4, if I don't really plan to upgrade other components .. the price difference would probably be around 100 €, which is not much, but probably does not offset the performance difference.
I am also open to other suggestions for this build.
Thanks everyone.

2023.03.20 17:36 Carpanoo0 Good build for 1200€?

I wanted to know if this can be a good pc build for 1200€ (i'm in italy)
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x (188,77€) GPU: XFX RX 6750 XT QICK (459€) Cooler: DeepCool AK400 ZERO DARK PLUS (50€) MOBO: ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WiFi II ATX (i've chosed this one becouse is the cheapiest WiFi mobo) (207.52€) RAM: Patriot Viper Steel RGB DDR4 2x16GB 3600Mgz CL18 (98,90€) PSU: NZXT C850/750 (115,58; they have like 10€ of difference between 750 and 850) Storage: SSD Crucial P5 Plus 1TB SSD M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe (98,75€) Case: Oversteel Iridium (69,95€) or NZXT H5 Flow (109,99€)
My only doubt on this build is the case, i don't know what to take, and if something bottleneck. Also excuse me for my bad english. And if is good with ryzen AM4 or Intel 12th gen, becouse with AM4 the only upgrade that i can do in future is the Ryzen 7 5800X3D instead for the AM5 that have everything, but with Intel some MOBO support 12th gen and 13thgen + the i5-12400F support DDR5 so i don't know.

2023.03.20 17:34 DasBauHans Pocketcasts on iPad ‘Failed to sync’?

Just did some housekeeping in Pocketcasts on my iPad Pro (newest version iPadOS, newest version of the Pocketcasts app), I set up folders and cleaned up some old subscription, and stuff like that. When checking on my iPhone (14 Pro, similarly newestversion of iOS and newest version pf the app), the changes wouldn’t sync.
I checked the iPad app again, and it says ‘Sync failed’ at the bottom of my profile page, no matter what I try – tapping ‘Try again’, refreshing, restarting the app, restarting the iPad. Please help: why is the sync failing? Is this a bug? I just subscribed to Pocketcasts Plus or Gold or whatever they call it, and the first thing I encounter is BS like this. 😔

2023.03.20 16:58 thamann17 Inappropriate touching & forcing themselves

Basically this place I stay at has an older man in it (father of landlord). He inappropriately patted my ass 2x even when I said no the 1st time.
Then March 8th he tried to kiss me (failed), followed me into my bedroom almost till I locked it that day then he pissed in the bathroom next door with the door open. I forcefully told him this is inappropriate and he just started hitting his mouth and apologizing.
Now my rent started Jan. 14th and it's month to month.
The daughter when we talked about it was ok with me staying for free till I found a place. I've paid up till March 14th.
I'm moving out March 27th and now she's demanding those days I didn't pay for me to pay her.
I'm thinking what about my inconveniences or short term trying to find a place ? Plus she said I didn't have to. I'm not trying to stay here but actively trying to find a good place to go to.
Well she told me her partner stated I should not be living almost 2 weeks for free, 1/2 a month.
I'm cool with paying. But we concluded - that'd I'd pay starting today March 20th till March 27th when I leave. 7 days x $30 = $210
***** it's just annoying and it seemed calloused on her part. I'm also a Landlord who house hacks and under fair housing act whatnot I could have taken action- I even have a witness. Whatever the case - she seemed bummed she wasn't getting the full 2 weeks and even threatened saying next time she'll ask ppl for security deposits. She didn't for me - bc it was quick.

2023.03.20 16:53 the-keen-one Breaking Down Morning Consult Demographic Survey of Swift Fans

I’m an older fan with plenty of free time, so I decided to dig into the Morning Consult survey (https://morningconsult.com/2023/03/14/taylor-swift-fandom-demographic/) that was conducted recently regarding Taylor Swift fans. The media had their own interpretations and seemed to think Swift’s fan base (which includes self-described Swifties, fans and avid fans) was skewed toward white millennial women in the suburbs. I doubted this was all that interesting, so I decided to dig into the data itself.
In this sub, some were saying the 2,204 people they surveyed don’t comprise a significant number of people compared to the population so the data is wrong. Well, yes and know. With statistics, 500 respondents, you can be 95% confident your results represent the population (with a margin of error of 4.4%, giver or take). A number that rises by 1% with every 500 surveyed and the margin of error decreases.
Remember these numbers the next time you see some study of 17 or 137 people that comes to some conclusion. When the sample size is too small, the data isn’t very reliable. So if someone reports on it, be sure to seek and find the underlying data so you can decide for yourself whether the data is valid or the publisher is pushing an agenda.
After looking more closely at it all, the general USA population loosely parallels the Swift fandom in most areas. Just as fans skews to white people (76%) in the suburbs (55%), so do Swifties. Many media outlets touted “white suburban girls like Taylor” because of this survey. But to me, where the survey data matches population data, you didn’t really learn anything. It just means, in this case, Swift is incredibly popular and her fanbase tracks closely to the general population.
Here are some stories about this survey.

Morning Consult Data
You can look at the actual data here on Morning Consult's site (269-page PDF), if you’re data-curious like me. They asked quite a few interesting questions, some of which I’ll cover below. The (*#) indicates where I got my data.

“Avid Fans”
Another interesting tidbit they didn’t report on too widely is that they also asked respondents if they considered themselves “avid fans” of other artists. This isn’t a question they asked just of Swifties, but of all 2,204 respondents. Below is the percentage of respondents who reported they are “avid fans” of these artists:

Random bits I found interesting:
It seems the Swift-specific questions were asked of a larger group than self-described Swifties. The sample size is 1,235, not 308. I suspect they did this because the sample size was too small for Swifties, but honestly have no idea.

Gender (*1, see faux bibliography below)

Swift: 52% men, 53% womenPop: 49.5% men, 50.5% women
Slightly more females. But I saw that many on this sub were surprised that it didn’t skew more female.

Race (*2)

This one’s interesting because a lot of articles are saying a “whopping” (Rolling Stone) percentage of Swifties are white, but in fact the percentage is slightly lower than that of the population. Also I don’t understand why they collected Hispanic data but didn’t include that data in their results. But they report Asian data that they didn’t seem to collect. See the end of the PDF for that data.
White
Black
Asian (which may also include Pacific Islander, Alaskan)
Other

Age

I don’t understand why they released generation info over age info. But they did collect age info from all respondents. This section was tricky because they only surveyed adults and my numbers were for the total population. So I subtracted the non-adult population to come up with these percentages. Giving me a total US adult population of 258.4 million.
When you run those numbers instead of returning results from a question like “What generation do you identify with?”, the numbers actually track with the population. The only notable difference is in the 45-55 age range, which appears to be slightly less Swiftified than the general population. This group crosses with “true” Generation X (my generation).
18-34 (*5)
35-44
45-54

Generation (*1)

This section assumes they did not talk to anyone who described themselves as children or Silent / Greatest Generation (elderly over 78). Because of that, it skews the population a bit.
It seems they asked respondents what generation they identified with, which is different from age. For instance, I personally know someone who’s technically a Boomer, but identifies as Gen X. It speaks more to your attitude and tastes than your age.
I suspect most artists write music for their own generation, which explains why Beyonce fans (according to some random data I found elsewhere) skew older than Taylor Swift fans. Beyonce is part of a different age group.
GenZ (born between 1997 and 2013) - Ages 10(18)-26
This is such a huge range that includes young adults, so I’m confused as to how this part of the data is relevant. Plus, they didn’t survey kids, so ages 10-17 can be removed, though some may consider themselves GenZ in the total pop(ulation) numbers.
Millennial (born between 1981 and 1996) - Ages 27-42
GenX (born between 1965 and 1980) - Ages 43-57
Boomers (born between 1946 and 1964) - Ages 59-77.

Community (*4)

Again, the apparent self-reporting nature of this survey makes it a little nebulous. There’s no clear-cut definition for urban, sub-urban or rural. Pew Research gives the most reliable definition I found: https://www.pewresearch.org/social-trends/2018/05/22/what-unites-and-divides-urban-suburban-and-rural-communities/, and I used their definition and data to define the population. So I wouldn’t bank on this part of the survey as terribly accurate. Though considering Swift’s country roots and the nature of so-called urban music today, it makes sense that Swift’s music might skew rural over urban.
Urban
Suburban
Rural

Political Party (*6)

I found this one curious. I’m not even sure how they complied this part of the data because they asked so many specific questions like, “How did you vote in certain elections?” And, “Are you liberal, moderate or conservative?” I didn’t want to go into a deep analysis, so I just logged how Morning Consult says Swifts (308 of respondents) responded, how survey respondents answered, and how the population responds per Gallup.

2023.03.20 16:50 One_Sector_1784 Finally figured out how to get 2.5Gbps backhaul to all capable eeros and their satellites without them fighting and crashing.

OKAY SO I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT. Having a modem that is provisioned with speeds higher than gigabit (1.5Gpbs in my case) and getting that speed to ALL your Eero mesh devices without any conflict. In my scenario three Eero Pro 6E’s. I had to do this because like many routers the 6E only has one 2.5Gbps port and only one ethernet port out (and it’s only gigabit). So had I left it like this the eero would have just swallowed up my 1.5 connection and left me with 940Mbps (that’s all I could get out of the other port). In this scenario I’m losing 560Mbps off the bat, which sucks.
So here’s a theoretical way around it, but with one catch. I’m not sure if one of the devices needed to carry the connection exists in a cheaper form. The more expensive overkill form of it would be the Firewalla Gold Plus. But I don’t need a router (although the firewall seems top touch). Anyway essentially a device such as a firewalla or a router with two 2.5Gbps (which literally defeats the purpose of this project kinda lol) that can take in connections up to 2.5, assign them IP’s, and then spit it out again with speeds up to 2.5.
I then take this output and run it into the input of my TRENDnet 5-Port Unmanaged 2.5G Switch. After this I run a line from one of the switches ports to the 2.5 port on eero #1. After this I ran the a second line from my switch to the input of my ScreenBeam 2.5 - 2.5 MoCA adapter and plug it into coax.
I then just use my other 2 ScreenBeam MoCA adapters to power the eero 2 and 3 through the house without wires or cabling, if you have a coax jack you’re good. I simply plug the “satellite” MoCA adapter into coax and then connect it to the my other 2 eero’s 2.5 port. So with this setup you are able to take a modems single 2.5 port and pair it with multiple eeros all getting full speed (up to 2.5) and no conflicts (I tried this so many other ways that always ended in the eeros fighting over who would be the gateway and it was a mess. That’s why this topology took me so long. My proof of concept setup has worked flawlessly with no speed lost after the slow old router I used for the test as the DHCP device.
So after discovering it really is possible to do this despite what many have said I would like to try it. Again the only problem is the device between the modem and switch responsible for DHCP with dual 2.5 ports. Does anyone know of such a device or what it would even be called? Obviously Firewalla is an option but if I could avoid spending $600 that would be really nice. If anyone had any recommendations for a device that would meet the above needs it would be much appreciated. I was thinking maybe it would be possible to do this with an old PC if I installed new 2.5 cards and had a program that would handle DHCP for the network. Maybe I could even get it to run pfsense firewall. Thanks for another long read guys. I put a lot of sleepless nights and work into this so I hope this helps someone else. I would really appreciate recommendations that are cheaper than the Firewalla Gold Plus. Thanks everyone!

2023.03.20 16:43 Ashbin Virginia COVID Case & Hospital Numbers Report for Mar 17-Mar 20, 2023

NEW COVID CASES STATEWIDE REPORT COVERING MAR 17 to MAR 19
Total new cases reported: 910 Fri-Sun (approx. 303 cases per day) Breakout of cases per day on weekends not available until Tuesday's VDH graph
7-day average of new cases: 378.714 (reported 384.286 Friday, -1.45% since Friday)
CURRENT POSITIVITY RATE REPORT State 7-Day Positivity Rate (PCR tests only): 6.1% (no change) Update is sporadic at times
This figure seems to maybe be updated twice a week on average, and I think it is getting two sources. This is why I have been watching it, trying to figure out what is going on. Today it shows at 6.3% but with last Wednesday's date (and no data past that date). But when I looked at it last Wednesday, it said 6.2%. Then it dropped to 6.1% on Friday (with Friday's date on it). Today the data is missing for the end of last week, and last mid-week is altered. But I bet things update within the next few days. This has been some of the weirdness I have been seeing on this graph. At the moment, the latest dated figure that was in the graph was 6.1% dated last Friday, so I am leaving it there for the now.
VIRGINIA HOSPITAL REPORT COVERING MAR 18 to MAR 20, 2023
Confirmed COVID Hospitalizations: 288 patients (was 286 Sun., 277 Sat., -3.36% since Fri) ICU Hospitalizations: 35 patients (was 31 Sun., 33 Sat., +6.06% since Fri) Currently on Ventilator Support: 18 patients (was 16 Sun., 14 on Sat., +38.46% since Fri) Note: Current Vent numbers are no longer supposed to be reported if it is below 11 patients
Seven day patient moving average in Virginia: 299.71 (was 324.86 Friday, -7.74% since Fri)
Hospitalized COVID-19 patients discharged: 92 patients over the weekend (breakout per day not reported)
INTERPRETATION: Cases The dataset auto updated, even with VDH closed. We had 910 cases from Friday to Sunday, so no wild surges.
I was also able to again compute a proper 7-day average, and it shows the case curve dropped about a percent and a half since Friday.
Good case report. Nothing weird to report.
Hospitals Hospitals had another mixed bag. We got down to 277 patients on Saturday, but came back up to 288 by today. It was 298 on Friday so we are still down a bit from the end of last week.
The 7-day hospital case curve fell almost eight percent over the weekend. I've posted a chart that shows this past week.
92 patients were discharged over the weekend. Over the three days, 82 new patients were admitted.
Number of ICUs moved around over the weekend but ended up two higher than the end of last week. Vents just climbed some each day going from 13 reported Friday to 18 today, an increase of five.
ICU bed patient utilization rose from 11.07% to 12.15%, and vent utilization really when up from 4.36% to 6.25%.
Still no signs of a surge patients. We are still low, but increased vents is troubling. I though we were about to drop under 11.
Side Notes I'm as shocked as you are. I expected the VHHA to be closed. I know VDH is, but the dataset they still can't kill, auto updated itself this morning with no one in the VDH offices.
As it is a holiday, news is a bit thin.
EXPLANATION OF FIGURES ABOVE
Total new cases: New confirmed COVID cases for dates listed
7-day average of new cases: movement of cases curve over last 7-days (better indicator if cases are going up or down)
Cases per 100,000 population 7-day average (if known): within 100,000 people, how many were positive for COVID on a rolling 7-day cycle.
Current State 7-Day Positivity Rate (if included): The state average percentage of PCR coronavirus tests performed that are positive. The lower the better.
Confirmed Covid Hospitalizations: The total number of confirmed COVID-19 people in hospital who have positive results.
ICU Hospitalizations: Patients in a COVID-19 ICU bed.
Currently on Ventilator Support: Confirmed COVID-19 patients currently on ventilator support. These would be the most severe COVID cases in hospital.
Seven day patient moving average in Virginia: movement of patients in hospital curve over last 7-days
Number of Hospitalized COVID-19 patients discharged: Self explanatory, but computed from a figure consisting of all patients in this category since the beginning of 2020, and its changes since the last report.
NOTE: All hospital figures are as of 9 am on the date listed. VDH data cut-off is 5 p.m. daily.
Data from VDH, VHHA, CDC, NYT, and other sources.

2023.03.20 16:39 theorico There seems to be only one holder of all Preferred Shares and Warrants, who is exercising them since Feb 28th. Almost exactly the same TSO (shares outstanding) results from this assumption for March 15th! I present a forecast for the future TSO based on various scenarios for the future share price.

There seems to be only one holder of all Preferred Shares and Warrants, who is exercising them since Feb 28th. Almost exactly the same TSO (shares outstanding) results from this assumption for March 15th! I present a forecast for the future TSO based on various scenarios for the future share price.
After having intensively read and discussed the Offering, I finally have a good understanding of the conversion and exercise of the (Preferred Stock Warrants (PSW) into Preferred Shares (PS) and of the PS into Common Shares (CS).
BBBY has provided us a new number for the Total Shares Outstanding (TSO) as of 15.03.2023, 335,404,588 shares.
We know from previous filings that so far in total 14,212 PSW were exercised into PS, which resulted in around $ 135 million as proceeds to the company.
So I decided to define some assumptions for the Conversion of PS into CS to check what TSO I would get, and compare to the newly reported TSO.
My assumptions are the following:

  • There is only one PSW owner. This entity bought all 23,685 PS from the initial offering (paid $ 225 million for that) and by doing so got also all the 84,216 PSW.
  • This entity will execute their PS using the maximum allowed % of 9.99%. This means that after each conversion, this entity will have converted 9.99% of the new final TSO, including the conversion just made.
  • Starting from Feb 28th, the first possible date for PS conversion into CS according to the offering, this entity will issue one Convertion Notice every day, until all its PS (23,685 + 14,212 = 37,897) was executed.
  • Each daily conversion will use the Alternate Conversion Price (ACP) of the day the Conversion Notice (CN) is being issued.
  • After each settlement day, the holder sells the CS to be entitled to another 9.99% conversion.
  • The initial TSO before the conversions is 117,300,000 million CS.

The above are the assumptions. There are also some facts that I will also list below, and are backed up by the Prospectus of this Offer:

  • The holder can issue the Conversion Notice until 16:30 of the day, or adjust the CN until 10:00am of the next trading day.
  • Each Convertion Notice can take up to 2 trading days for the CS resulting from the conversion to settle and become available to the owner.
  • After the April 6th Forced Exercise, all subsequent ones happen after 22 trading days from each other. So all Forced Exercises of the PSW end on October 2023.
  • For convenience, the daily VWAP used in my calculations are listed here, source Market Chameleon.

https://preview.redd.it/f367lwtujwoa1.png?width=1064&format=png&auto=webp&s=342877f03f9f71fb5be6922f837daee8b9d05b85
Here is the result, applying all assumptions and facts above:

https://preview.redd.it/jnkalj9ckwoa1.png?width=2195&format=png&auto=webp&s=0499cd6e4cb83ad697e9379c95c70917625dc99f
The results simply amazed me!
Look at the final TSO of line 10. On March 15th, the final TSO according to this calculation gives 335,961,362 shares, which is very, very close to the officially reported 335,404,588 using the same reference date.
Moreover, when we continue to execute the conversions until all 37,897 PS that the entity had are all converted. we reach an estimated final TSO of 428,613,294 CS for all the PS related to the initial offering plus the 1st March tranche of exercised PSW.
I firmly believe that as of today, March 20th, the real TSO is that number and it was simply was not yet formally reported by BBBY. We may see that number when we receive the final Proxy for the Reverse Split Meeting.
Now that all PS available were converted, we need to wait for the next Forced Exercise of the PSW, that according to the Offering should happen on April 6th. Each upcoming Forced Exercise of the PSW will be done for 10,527 PSW (or $ 100,000,006,500), except for the last one, according to the 3rd ABL Amendment, that will be lower to deduct what was converted in excess in march (aprox $ 35 million), so the last one will be done with only 6,842 PS.
Below you see the results for many different values of estimated VWAP, so you can compare the final TSOs for each different VWAP.

$ 1.0

$ 1.5

$ 3.0

$ 5.0

$ 7.0 ($ 6.15 will apply)

$ 0.5 ($ 0.716 will apply)
You can see that in some cases, the final TSO would be even higher then the authorized share amout (900,000,000)! This is one of the reasons why probably BBBY is proposing the reverse split.
Of course the future VWAP will vary, the tables above are just an exercise to see aproximatelly what would be the final TSO in different scenarios for the VWAP.
Please not that the tables above just consider PS, the Common SHare Warrants (CSW) are not considered in this analysis of the projected final TSO, but they will for sure increase it.

CONCLUSIONS
I really believe that we can indeed have a single owner for all PS and PSW.
This entity seems to have need converting since Feb 28th, as we come up to almost exactly the same TSO as reported by BBBY for March 15th.
If the share price continues to stay low, the projected final TSO will be even higher than the amount of authorized shares. This is one reason for the Reverse Split.
Another reason for the Reverse Split is the 200% reserve as definied in the offer, but in this post I will not address this.

2023.03.20 16:32 Abel_Skyblade "Homebrew" Meele Wizards

Im playing a game called "Solasta Crown of The Magister", with a mod that adds a bunch of really fun subclasses. Im trying to optimize some sort of meele wizard. (Max level is 12 for the main campaign but later on the level cap will be raised to 16.)
This is the "Class guide/Rules" I am using
https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1iqXc3JzT_uKUcnmFoB3Tyddj3Jzj-AXfNtf3vWcWqc0/edit#slide=id.g11ad6e084cd_0_122
Solasta is basically 5E in video game form, I will post some subclasses down here whose features that I think could be good:
Arcane Fighter Wizard
Level 2
Proficiency in all weapons
Adv on concentration checks
Can use INT in place of STDEX for wpn attacks
Level 6
Extra Attack
Level 10
Can cast a spell after defeating an enemy with a weapon attack.
Blade Dancer Wizard
Level 2
Proficiency in light armor & weapons
Blade Dance:
BA 1 minute that gives some self-bonuses.
PB/long rest uses
Cannot use med/heavy armor nor shields
AC = light armor + INT & DEX mods
+2 cell movement
Adv on DEX (acrobatic) checks
Adv & +3 to Constitution checks
Level 6
Extra Attack
Level 10
Dance of Defense
Reaction to spend spell slot to reduce damage by 5x the spell level.
Spell Shield Fighter
Level 3
Subclass Spells (full wizard spell-list)
Can cast spells without a free hand
Level 7
Can replace ONE weapon attack with a cantrip
Can BA attack with main-handed weapon after casting a spell
Level 10
STR or DEX mod is added to your INT mod for spell DC & spell attack rolls – whichever is higher
These 3 are the main choices I am debating on using, The fighter gets a lot of cool stuff and its basically an EK. But the wizards do have access to all the wizards spell list plus more spell slots. Im thinking maybe starting as fighter an taking maybe 2-4 levels on it and then going all in on one of these wizards?
What stat spread would you go for in that case? or what would you recommend in general?
Do take into account that it is a 4 pc party and I can tailor the party to be whatever I want.
