Trying to get message headers of multiple emails, I tried get-messagetrace powershel command but it doesn't give any message header data.

I've (27f) recently moved back to Winnipeg and have been struggling to find a family doctor here, nowhere is accepting new patients. I have a Manitoba health card, and no insurance coverage (work as a contractor)
I'm pretty positive I qualify for ozempic: family history of diabetes (multiple grandparents, my dad, aunts ect, and I am south Asian who are prone to diabetes), underactive thyroid (my brother, and other family members), pcos, and a list of symptoms.
My mom was able to get me an appointment with her family doctor as a walk-in. I told her my concerns and before even ordering the blood work I could tell she wasn't going to hear me out, and was told things like insulin resistance, ozempic, ect are all made-up fads online. Got blood work done but no call from her office. I called and they said there was nothing noted on my file, she wasnt in that day but would ask her to look again and call me back to discuss. Never been called back. It was unfortunately such a dismissive experience...

So basically i have noticed that my moods are very unstable, i get set off by the smallest most irrelevant things or even nothing can set me of into a severe depression for anything up to days or weeks then i randomly snap out of it like it never even happened although i felt so scarily low at the time. I have periods of time where i feel hopeless to the point one time my family thought i was going to do something stupid, then suddenly i snap out of it and will feel very energetic, confident and happy, and when i feel like this i believe anything i was ever sad about wasn’t that serious. this lasts for 1-3 days ish then i can either go back to feeling just normal or severely depressed again it confuses me because i feel like 3 different people in a way, i have such different views on everything in my life during these 3 states.
i have been researching for the past 2 years on what this could be and i have looked into bipolar 2, BPD or cyclothymia. but i meet the criteria in some ways but in other ways i don’t. For example with bipolar i’m not sure if i would describe myself as “hypomanic” i cant recognise fully if my behaviour is abnormal or not as i just see myself as finally being really happy.
reasons i looked into cyclothymia is because my mood cycles are very often i have a depressive phase nearly every week and a really happy phase once or twice a month roughly with normal mood periods in between.
and for borderline i have practically all symptoms but i feel like i always see on TikTok and stuff that everyone on there has bpd and it just doesn’t seem like a possibility for me i’m not sure why i feel like that.
but sometimes i think i might just be dramatic or something and i could be normal but i remember a few times when i have been in a state of depression i impulsively harmed myself and when i came out the other end i was confused on why i did that, it was very out of character for me. it’s hard because i don’t understand myself or my feelings and why i feel this way all the time, but sometimes i feel i’m quite self aware so if i really had something wrong with me why am i aware of it?
i have been offered to go speak to a GP but i’m scared they will say it’s just hormones or thyroid issues but i don’t believe it’s physical because this intensified after i had a argument with my friends where they all left me i was alone for a month, i did make up with them it was silly drama i was like 14 i’m 17 now and i have totally new great friends now but for some reason it still affects me to this day. i have extreme abandonment issues and cannot trust anyone i’m constantly paranoid and always confronting people for things i have no proof of i hate this about myself. there’s so much more i could say about little behaviours and thoughts i have but i won’t get into it.
anyway i am just in need of some advice do you think i’m being dramatic or should i seek out an evaluation for any of these issues? what do you think this could be?

I'll try to explain all of the things that's been happening in here first our own lms site which we access our quiz, exams, vc links. the site is complete garbage literally our school is the so called "TOP IT SCHOOL" but our lms site is literally just a rented web host site which a student can remake the site for real before going further before i enrolled i know the school is a diploma mill one search and you can see that the AMA University has a bad reputation i mean it's not that bad right? right? well it's really that bad
• Virtual Class - so virtual class we still use "ZOOM" basically may time na mag tuturo yung prof nakalagay na zoom link click mo then wait nalang sa prof minsan di naman pumapasok tsaka napaka hirap makipag social interact dito kase mga classmate mo ibat ibang branch davao, visayas, luzon, pasig etc bawat isang subject iba iba and keep note na hindi ni rerecord ang attendance namin sa pag attend sa virtual class why? kase napaka daming estudyante considering na hawak ng isang prof ibat ibang branch tapos considering na bad reputation ama they are understaffed so each subject isa lang talaga prof sa ibat ibang subject na taga ibang branch walang extra prof literally isa lang na prof for the subject and hindi sila nag papagawa ng assignments and projects why? kase di nila kaya ihandle lahat checkan lahat ng taga ibat ibang branch considering sila lang talaga prof for the subject
• Quiz and Exams - everything is online quiz, exams are multiple choices lahat literally and also may attenpts ka to answer those like 3 - 5 attempts kahit exam pa yan wala talagang babagsak and napaka raming source ng quiz and exam sa online ng mga sagot isang search lang ng AMA leaks napaka rami jusko po kaya di ka talaga babagsak and kahit di kapa umattend vc class considering na di naman recorded attendance mo pasado ka kahit sumagot kalang quiz and exam online no assignment, project na kailangan gawin literally quiz and exam na multiple choice lang and grade mo around 95 higher di ka talaga babagsak
• 3LP - now this is where the dumpster fire begins the so called "3LP" so ano bato? it's a 2nd sem subject na inimplement nila kase 1st sem online lang lahat yon no f2f paren kahit ibang school meron na ngayon 2nd sem etong subject lang nato ang kailangan pasukan kase sa lms namin walang modules na nakalagay dun sa subject nato no quiz or exams na gagawin inexplain nila na 3LP is a way to change the traditional learning which is basically just making the students report on the spot that's it but this is where it gets fk up so ayun merong event na hineld ng ama which is the KOI x AMA collab basically it's a seminar na a way to study in europe under KOI school and ayun 2nd year or 3rd year students should come also the 1st year as well which is "MANDATORY" daw like how can a school event na it's just a seminar for their collaboration gets mandatory? like di pede yun sinabi na it's output(grade) for the 3LP subject 2 weeks output daw namin so naturally we're forced to go and keep it in mind na sa makati patong event nato we literally have to travel pa ng malayo para lang dito sa event nato na KOI x AMA na seminar lang na kung sino gusto mag study abroad di naman lahat interested pero I'll say this before hand di nila inexplain samin kung ano yung event nayan sinabi lang na pumunta kami nalaman ko lang motive nila behind that event after that at this point para kaming hinohold at gunpoint kase 3LP output grade e so pumunta kami and what do you know ang ginawa samin pina attend kami ng irl ads ng avon and ayun irita nako after yung segment ads ng avon sa product nila it's time for the KOI x AMA collab seminar na pina akyat kami ng 10th floor using stairs para lang malaman na dapat 2nd year o 3rd year lang daw nandon pina stay nalang kame kasi andun na daw kami e so basically ginawa lang kaming parang props ng ama dun para sa avon na nag sponsor sakanila para di ata sila mapahiya na walang studyanteng pumunta and ayun tapos na ang KOI x AMA event na nag travel pa kami ng makati na napakalayo samin only to be used as props na pilitan kase sinabi "MANDATORY". basically inisip ko lang na 3lp was just added para lang mapilitan kame at masabing may f2f kame pero literally yun lang subj na may f2f kame kase wala namang prof sa branch namin mag tuturo kung may f2f for other subjects 3lp para lang di madali sa ched siguro

The manual also downplayed the possibility of racial profiling, telling drivers not to assume they’d been pulled over because of their race, gender, or religion, because “All officers know that this type of traffic stop violates federal civil rights laws.”
“Traffic stops understandably create a great deal of anxiety among motorists, and while it is important that they understand their responsibilities upon being pulled over by the police, it is just as critical that they be made aware of their legal rights during those encounters,” ACLU of Rhode Island Executive Director Steven Brown said in an emailed statement. “But the DMV manual instead provides drivers with misinformation and dubious advice and, just as troubling, trivializes the legitimate concerns of Black and brown drivers about being racially profiled by police during traffic stops and searches.”
A spokesman for the DMV’s parent agency said Monday that the agency is in the process of reviewing and updating the drivers’ manual, as is done periodically.
“The section questioned by ACLU is being completely stricken,” Paul Grimaldi, of the Department of Revenue, said in an email.

I’ve recently completed my apprenticeship, and I’m a bit disappointed. In the beginning, I was told I’d have a mentor who would be with me most of the time, teaching me all the technical skills I would need to be successful in my career. I was also told, that at the 6-month mark, I would be doing little hands on assignments to “get my hands dirty” in a sense, so I could be familiar with my role. Today, I’ve graduated with 10+ digital learning certificates and 0 actual technical experience.
It was easy to obtain the certificates. All I had to do was complete the required courses associated with the apprenticeship and I received the digital badges. But this is where my aggravation starts to kick in. I completed 200+ hours of learning in the first 3 months of the program. Literally the whole learning plan. I was so motivated and excited, because I thought this meant I could start doing little tasks here and there. And I was eager to apply and practice what I learned. I notified my manager, to which he was surprised and assured me that practice was on the way. Mind you, I have yet to hear from my mentor. We hit the 6 month mark, and still nothing to work on. Every other week, I always had a 1 on 1 with my manager and I constantly asked them for something to do. Even if it was a minute thing that didn’t matter. I just wanted to work and be productive. Still nothing.
It remained like this all the way up to today. I have 0 practical experience in my field. Here and there I’ll sit in a meeting and watch the professionals conduct work and take notes. But when I raise the question to do things myself, I’m not even acknowledged. I understand I’m new, but come on. How am I supposed to be proficient in my role if I can’t get practice? My division had no actual plan for me as an apprentice. They saw that people were retiring, and needed those spots filled. But yet won’t put anything in place for me to replace them. I’ve found myself doing a lot of administrative work for people. Almost like an assistant and it does frustrate me a lot.
I’ve taken time throughout this experience to look into other roles at IBM. I’d love to go into Tech sales. And Ive been networking with multiple sales people to get an idea of what it’s like. My question that I have for everyone is: how long should I wait after my apprenticeship to start moving to a different division?

I was looking around local58 and I came across a fairly new post (4 days ago) which posted a very new ARG there are only a few episodes with many coming soon apparently. It takes place in a school for high achieving studies to according to a student handbook found on a Google drive in one of the episodes description. The main story follows a student news broadcast with a missing persons problem. One of the kids in the news report almost feels brain washed by the principal who seems very idolised. Also at the end of each episodes a message from the principal states that they should not go to the police if they find info about the missing person and should go to the principal instead. Okay, okay—I've only played Agricola once, but The Godfather: Corleone's Empire matches mechanic to theme like no other worker's placement (WP) game I've played.
I love a beige euro as much as the next guy, but I don't love it when a mechanic doesn't make sense in a game or have an obvious connection to what I'm doing. Games only work because of constraint, but when there isn't a clear reason why I'm being constrained, it takes me out of the game/magic circle just a little bit.
Take deckbuilding for example. I need to have at least a plausible reason why I can't do the thing that I just did last turn. I just moved 2 spaces/fired a rocket/crossed a river last turn, why can't I do it now? Did I suddenly lose my legs/spaceship/canoe? Sure, one can make an argument about resources getting exhausted but it sometimes feels like a stretch. Deckbuilding *does* make sense to me in games like Friday and Fort. In the former, I am kind of dumb and useless, but as I accomplish objectives, I'm slowly learning skills. In Fort, I've got a bunch of friends, but they are only going to want to hang out with me if I'm playing with them, otherwise they might go hang out with someone else.
So with WP games, I'm often left to wonder: why can only one of us gather berries/research technology/reproduce? In Godfather, the question is "why can't my thug go shake down that business?" And there's a succinct answer—well, because there's an opposing mobster with a gun already standing there.
But even then, you're still not stuck! If you've managed to accumulate the right combination of weaponry and jobs, you can take out that opposing mobster and make their (now former) spot available again. When all is said and done, you take control of the neighbourhoods that you've committed more of your thugs and family members to, earning a cut of whatever happens in those neighbourhoods in the next round.
As you can guess, if you're not into games with negative player interaction, this one might not be for you. But as is the case with games with well thought out interaction, because these actions are not once-per-game take that moments, it feels a bit less mean when everyone's doing it—it's nothing personal, just the way the game is played. On top of that, any deceased thugs still received the benefit of the WP spot they were on. And because the game is well balanced, it means that taking offensive actions can come at the expense of other useful actions.
Lastly, because you are out of the round as soon as you place your last worker, it leads to some very interesting timing considerations: do I get out in front and assert my area control, getting resources and abilities that are more lucrative, or do I wait until someone else has established control so I can take them out?
I played Godfather last night for the second time and felt compelled to rave about it. I was victorious despite being targeted with extortion twice (it seems there is murmuring about whether those cards are overpowered, I'm still unsure). While I don't really care for nor have any attachment to the movie series, and am generally repulsed by gun violence, it made for an immersive, fun, and thinky time.

After many hours, I managed to boot into my stick, but the keyboard and mouse are not detected. There is an animation on my screen, pointing to turn on the mac mouse from under.

Don’t get me wrong, the sex is amazing and we absolutely love being together but I’m worried about long term issues. She (34F) insists I keep going as long as possible, easily over 30 minutes of continuous penetration each time we are together. Sometimes multiple times a day. It’s not always rough but I’m always deep in her. I’m (44M) a little on the large size making her gape/stretch the entire time. Should I stop the worrying and enjoy? This has been going on now for over 8 months.

He (m25 / Egyptian arab) and I (f23 / african and arab) have been talking for almost 2 months now. We have hung out multiple times on dates, he pays for everything, He buys me gifts, he comes over and i cook for him. He calls me habibi, babe, sweetie, etc! He's showed me pictures of his family, his parents, he's talked to him mom in front of me (even though i had to stay 100% silent lol). [just... i dont know! I have had a REALLY bad past with Arab guys (they're my type LOL). And i dont know if I'm just projecting my past onto him, but i also have this "too good to be true" feeling. He hasnt done ANYTHING to warrant red flags. But….. What should i look out for? And what something, if anything, should i know about dating Egyptian men (both good and bad)?

My wife (26) and I (27) are saving to buy a home. We each currently have a 6 month emergency fund, saving ~20% for retirement (including match with goal to retire a little early) and HHI is $160k.
We live in. HCOL area (greater Boston) and starter homes are minimum ~$450k where we are. (We’re hell bent on s specific town so leaving to a lower cost town isn’t something we’re willing to do)
Current home savings is ~$50k.
Each month, we’re putting $1400 to our home savings in cash, and $1000 to our brokerage account for a longer term savings goal (second home by 40) but obviously want our money working for us in the market.
The issue: 1.) Debating whether or not to reduce brokerage savings in order to save cash faster for our down payment, or if we should keep on our current track and just wait a bit longer 2.) Thoughts on making sure we have 20% to avoid PMI vs. just paying PMI? (annual raises (10%) / bonuses (10-15%) are essentially guaranteed if we stay at current jobs.

Thank you for reading this. This marks the end of the last two days, that is when I chose to go back home after a year and a half of not seeing them, after the crazy shit that went down last year. My likely naive hope was to set the roots on my end for a healthy familial relationship (not that I had much of a taste for it right now, but to throw a bone and scout the waters). The more I was away, the more they pushed with my whole folks and it's holding my progress forward back.
I'm a 25M, only child of immigrant parents of the old-fashioned traditional variety from Eastern Europe. I grew up most all of my life in Ireland. I have ADHD and ASD (also heightened anxiety and depression) that I've inherited genetically and childhood trauma (from infant abandonment temporarily to overly strict disciplinary action at my mother's hand - her OCD and self-image driven perfectionism, being her emotional toilet, project and punching bag. This continued in force till the present day).
I grew up only with the bare necessities as they saved everything with greater costs afforded to education and good clothes so I wouldn't shame her (mostly so with how controlling she was). I had my books for company and comfort for a long time. I was forced to work under her wing at 15 alongside school.
Long before the 3rd of Jan 2021, I was feeling very sick and disillusioned with my home situation and the state of my life and future, especially as I had to live in their house during COVID. Mum did whatever she wanted and used all the typical covert tactics when I later tried to state my needs, or my dad tried to approach her, to get us both in a position to make her "happy." Yesterday she even freely said that she agreed with her therapist that she used me as a surrogate husband, yet with no real remorse. Still, with the help of a uni friend (someone with good experience of maternal abuse) helped me plan my escape and I left with a long letter of explanation on the table.
The reaction in the first two months of '22 was crazy. Trying to force the police to bring me back, then disclose my address, she threatened suicide multiple times, guilt-tripping, love bombing, trying to buy my return, empty promises. In February I dealt with actual physical violence and death threats from my dad and the above. I was being double teamed with my mum on the phone. They called it an "emotional" moment yesterday. When no contact started, they moved to coercion through my extended family and their guilt-tripping and subtle threats, then eventually hiring a private investigator to find my new address, something they freely admitted to the other day, which they saw no issues with. When I told her I'm going no contact, she jumped to "I'm going to have to adopt a child now, I always wanted another child." She didn't.
I broke no contact only at Christmas and New years and that contributed to the loss of my relationship as well as eventual night terrors due to both things and my delressio . So I saw them again for the first time last Saturday! Mum insisted on meeting 1-1 first. A complete denial, lies and lack of understanding about anything on her part, and the moment I questioned her about the PI she went hysterical in the car (basically anything she perceives as an accusation makes her go mental, then she goes into a panic attack). She then began having a panic attack driving on a motorway, where I had to try and calm her. For 15 minutes, I wasn't sure if I was going to die. It was horrendous.
About that, with our short dinner yesterday, she says she does it all the time (which now makes me question if her "anxiety attacks" are fully involuntary). She barely acknowledged my feelings in it when I shoved it in her face. She's so wrapped in herself that she doesn't give a shit about me or even my empathy for her and the both of them. She might technically have a personality disorder, it's possible, but I still want to be more secure and confident in my movement forward. It's her I'm more wary of. She's the director, my dad is just the tool and enforcer though they both don't consciously realise it.
So my dad wants there to be an "understanding" between us and a "normal" relationship. He only got teary when it came to admitting his guilt through gritted teeth, but he said himself it was for his own catharsis. He said mum's health is important at the start, and he gave me his word (which I recorded) to my exact terms that he would never break my privacy again (he personally often did in the past, not so much her) or make me feel unsafe. He seems to agree to the conditions I set to him. She was asking multiple questions throughout as if she didn't understand (I really don't think she did, to her she saw blame and accusations in everything). My dad enjoys coddling her, so I know she won't stop using him. She said in the car she's afraid of being alone and that I need to help her. And she did say she didn't trust anyone. There's so much more to it, which I can expand on. ~~~ I don't trust them of course, but to someone who's given folks that second chance after a narcissistic reaction following your first real show of independence, what can I expect? What happened to you and what advice would you give to a first-timer like me? Also with how to deal with the serial flying monkeys this time (the grandparents) and the more reluctant ones (my aunt).
