2023.06.08 18:08 cricketerest Why can't I consistently meal plan??
I dont even know if this is an adhd thing or just my own laziness or thoughtlessness. I can not for the life of me think about meals in advance. I have 2 kids and even still we will eat at random times as hunger strikes with no real rhyme or reason.
My boyfriend of 3.5 years is driven insane by this. He is a scheduled eater who plans meals and is always thinking about what to plan next. He would love for me to take a more active part in that. Sometimes I can for a while. Then it stops. I promise to try harder. I do for a bit and then it stops. I am content to either snack on whatever or not eat at all. For my kids, they've always been fed. But, to come up with a meal plan or know what I want to make for supper. Nope. Im nearly 40 and I just can not re train my brain to prioritize meals for myself, my kids or anyone else.

2023.06.08 17:39 doulegun Family cat keeps scratching my mother
We adopted the cat two years ago. She was extremely shy and anxious when she arrived to our house and spent the first week hiding under furniture, only coming out to eat. She, eventually, got used to us, but the first person she got used to was my mother. Mom was the first person to pet her, to sleep with her and she was the first person the hear our cat purr. However, at some point, she started to attack her, for no rhyme or reason, and most of the times she draws blood. What's wierder is that the cat still allows my mom to pet her, etc. She randomly scratches her, and no one else.
Is there a reason for this behaviour? Should we bring her to the vet or is it a problem of discipline?

2023.06.08 17:34 GoStockGo Predictmedix Inc. (CSE: PMED, OTCQB: PMEDF) Special Report
| Predictmedix – a great way to surf the Artificial Intelligence wave. https://preview.redd.it/0dbxwl6hct4b1.jpg?width=741&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c89a7c16f1c0b16945c4267a8a4fe5b3ad44257d There is a saying attributed to Mark Twain that goes, “History doesn’t repeat itself, but if often rhymes.” This means circumstances might be different but similar events often recur. This is good because securities regulators demand that you make it clear that in the financial markets, “Past performance is no guarantee of future results.” However, investment analysts continue to use rhymes and here’s one that could help you see sizeable investment returns from Predictmedix Inc. (CSE: PMED, OTCQB: PMEDF). This is how the rhyme comes together: A. The 1990s technology boom: The parallel I see is between the current Artificial Intelligence cycle and the dot-com stock market cycle of ≈1990 to ≈ 2002. As background, the 1990s either developed or laid the groundwork for changes that completely transformed the world we live in. Out of that time came many new technologies and related developments and each was highly disruptive. Here is a very brief list of some of those developments: (1) Nokia was the first mass-produced cellphone offered in 1992 with the ability to send and receive phone calls as well as store data (e.g. phone numbers). (2) The World Wide Web, a.k.a. the Web browser was proposed in 1990 and debuted in 1991. This was the start of the Internet, Websites, e-mails and a massive amount of information that would become available to everyone. (3) With the explosion of data available, finding it became a challenge. Mosaic started as the first search engine in 1993 followed by Yahoo in 1994 and Google in 1998. Today, Google has risen to the top and become synonymous with an Internet search. Google it. (4) Other important developments of that time included the growth in the capacity of microprocessors, Photoshop, texting, rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, realistic videogames for a more adult market, collecting and using DNA, the start of e-tailing and more. (5) Finally, we have the stock market. Cisco, Dell, Intel and Microsoft are sometimes referred to as the four horsemen of the 1990s tech boom. But we can’t ignore Apple and Google and there were many more that benefited. The smaller, new, Initial Public Offering companies came to the fore with incredibly high returns in the second half of the 1990s. The chart to the right shows how stock markets performed during the 1990’s high-tech boom. A few things are worth noting: (1) The Dot.Com stock market cycle lasted a long t time. Essentially, more than the decade of the 1990s. It’s length reflected the importance of the fundamental changes taking place. (2) There was an important development regarding the stock market that has become part of the stock market legend. On December 5, 1996, Federal Reserve Board Chairman Alan Greenspan in a televised speech used the term “irrational exuberance” to describe a stock market that he thought was highly speculative and overvalued. His comment was intended as a warning from the Fed that the stock market, driven by the high-tech developments described above, was overvalued. His timing was five years early which is a lifetime in the stock market. (3) The five years after Greenspan’s “irrational exuberance” statement was the most profitable for investors of the entire ten years plus of the stock market cycle. As you sit reading this brief, imagine your life without a cell phone, the Internet, e-mail and text messages. How different would your life be without just these four products that emerged from the 1990s. A more relevant question might be how different would your life be if you had purchased shares in Apple or Cisco or Dell or Google or Microsoft back then? B. The Artificial Intelligence Boom (AI): The term Artificial Intelligence was created in 1955. The idea was to have a machine that could take data, and find patterns that would enable it to make predictions and reach conclusions (make decisions). The Oxford Dictionary defines AI as “The theory and development of computer systems able to perform tasks that normally require human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and translation between languages.” It was Moore’s Law in 1975 that stated the capacity of semiconductors would continue to double every two years which enabled computers to be able to put into practice the AI Boom that is taking place today. Current forecasts say the AI industry will grow to $900 billion by 2026 and $15.7 trillion by 2030. AI growth in the 1920s could dwarf anything high-tech was able to accomplish in the 1990s. (1) There is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) boom going on and many people don’t yet realize it is even happening. AI is used in: i. Self-driving and parking cars. AI is used by Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, Toyota and Volvo. ii. Maps and navigation. Enter where you are and where you want to go by car and Google Maps, for example, will give you a choice of routes, the time optimal route taking into account construction and traffic. iii. Facial detection or recognition. Facial detection identifies a human face or facial recognition that identifies a specific face that can be used for surveillance and security. iv. Digital assistants such as Amazon’s Alexa, Apple’s Siri, Google’s Now and Microsoft’s Cortana. When combined with search and recommendation AI, Alexa or Siri is able to learn your preferences and recommend things you are interested in. v. Customer service chatbots that answer frequently asked questions, track orders or direct calls. Often people will be unaware they are dealing with a machine. vi. Vehicle recognition use computer vision and deep learning to find a specific car on a surveillance video. vii. Robot vacuums can scan a living area, look for and remember objects in the way, remember the best route for cleaning the area and decide how many times it should repeat cleaning a specific area. It is estimated that by 2030, between 400 and 800 million jobs will be displaced by Artificial Intelligence and 375 million people will have to change to a totally different type of work. It is also forecast that it is not just lower-paying, blue-collar jobs that will be replaced by AI. Jobs such as accountants, lawyers, doctors, investment advisors and portfolio managers might all be substantially eliminated. AI will impact all industries and the rate of change will be exponential, that is, the rate of change will accelerate. For example, what does a doctor do? In general, a doctor gathers new information, refers to a patient’s medical history, refers to a medical book or today’s Internet, makes a diagnosis and provides s treatment. This is also what a lawyer does. AI might reach the point where it can do it faster and better than a human.. AI does present threats to human existence. As AI is changing exponentially, it will happen faster than the technology boom of the 1990s. It took technology 20 years to produce the changes we discussed above. AI could produce equivalent changes in 10 or 15 years. For example, ChatGPT, an AI product went from zero to 100 million users within months making it the fastest-growing consumer software product in history. There will be others. (2) The AI shift could drive economic change and a stock market cycle at least as significant as the last “dot.com” cycle. The “go-to” companies today for participation in AI are the likes of Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOGL), Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN), Meta (NASDAQ: META), Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) and Oracle (NYSE: ORCL). These are very large companies. GOOGL has a market cap of $1.6 trillion, AMZN has a market cap of $1.2 trillion, META has a market cap of $$648 billion, MSFT has a market cap of $2.4 trillion, NCDA has a market cap of $963 billion and ORCL has a market cap of $282 billion. (3) While these are excellent businesses, they are also amongst the world’s largest companies. In 2022, GOOGL, META and MSFT purchased 2 out of every 3 AI chips. In my opinion, it is almost unthinkable that GOOGL can be a ten-bagger from a base market cap of $1.6 trillion or AMZN from $1.2 trillion. But it is clear these stocks now have a major component of their value derived from involvement in Artificial Intelligence and it is not surprising that early adopters would choose a lower risk/lower return approach to gain exposure to an emerging Artificial Intelligence industry. (4) The changes created by AI also carry some risks. The speed of change will be challenging to human beings. There are forecasts that say one in four workers globally will see their jobs disappear and one in eight workers will have to be retrained in a totally unrelated field. During the industrial revolution and the tech boom, there was always the promise of more and better jobs. With AI we may have reached the point where machines actually do replace workers. (5) Cathie Wood is a well-known and widely followed money manager with a reputation for expertise in the Artificial Intelligence sector. Wood manages a range of portfolios including the ARK Innovation Exchange Traded Fund (ARKK) and since its founding in 2014, Bloomberg estimates NDVA has contributed 13% of the fund’s 112% total return only behind Grayscale Bitcoin Trust, Invitae Corp and Tesla. That is all positive but Wood sold the ARKK holding in NVDA in January 2023 just before it rallied strongly adding some $560 billion to its market cap with $200 billion coming on one day after reporting earnings. Wood’s investors have basically missed the huge rally in the stock and the sector in 2023. (6) But there is another phase I would look for and that is the participation of smaller, retail investors. Whether it was in the tech cycle I discussed above, the “meme” stocks or commodity exploration and development cycles in the past, the retail investor buys in before the bull market ends. Market pundits such as Citi global asset allocation and Vanda Research make the same observation: where is the retail investor? We know the institutional investors have been getting in. So far in 2023 according to Bloomberg, the top 4% of stocks in the S&P 500 have contributed 94% of the index return and 8 of the top 20 include Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Alphabet Class A, NVIDIA, Alphabet Class C, Tesla and Meta. In other words, the top 2% of the stocks in the S&P 500 contributed 94% of the return. Through mid-May, if the AI stocks are omitted, the S&P Index would be down -1.4% instead of up +8.3%. All of these stocks are AI leaders and each of them is an institutional stock. Yet, I believe the retail investor will come into the market and when they do, it is stocks like PMED for which they have always had an appetite. C. I think investors will get more bang for their buck by investing in a small company like Predictmedix Inc. (CSE: PMED, OTCQB: PMEDF) with a total commitment to AI. From a base market cap of $16.6 million and, as I have pointed out in recent reports, many different business verticals to get them higher, I see PMED as a unique opportunity for aggressive growth investors. It is hard to imagine any decade having more of an impact on the ensuring socio-economic decades than the 1990s. Imagine your activities today without your cellphone, Internet, email and texting. I expect the cycle driven by AI to be a long one, similar to the dot-com cycle that lasted longer than the decade of the 1990s. To the right is a chart published by Luke Lango’s Hypergrowth Investing. It shows the stock market in the 1990s and overlays current results. The parallels Lango sees include: • Federal Reserve’s tight money policy slowed economic growth in 1990 as it is doing currently. • In 1990, the markets were down around 20% and in 2022 stocks dropped around 25%. • In late 1990, the Fed started reducing interest rates and the markets rebounded. • In late 2022, the Fed has turned less hawkish and into 2023 has slowed the pace of interest rate increases. The markets have been recovering. • In the early 1990’s, the dot-com stock market rally began and the market would advance generally higher for the rest of the decade and into the new millennium. • Today, it is Artificial Intelligence that is pushing stocks higher and given my expectations for AI, it could stock prices higher until at least 2030. Conclusion: I believe Predictmedix Inc. (CSE: PMED, OTCQB: PMEDF) is exceptionally well positioned to participate in the upcoming boom in Artificial Intelligence. There are many different ways to describe market cycles that evolve around such drivers. Here is mine: - Accumulation: the earliest buyers tend to be larger institutions that gain the information necessary to be early adopter. I have given several statistics to show this has been happening.
- Retail Participation/Speculation: as the story gains acceptance, less experienced investors enter the market and prices begin to rise more quickly. After two to three years of combined buying by large and small investors, it is possible to identify speculative activities such as very rapid increases in a stock price or underwritings of companies based on questionable valuations. This is the next phase I see ahead for the current AI cycle.
- Distribution/Sale: At some point, toward the end of the Retail Participation/Speculation phase, some investors will begin to sell. It is popular to believe that institutional investors or “smart money” sell at this stage. During the many years, I have spent in the investment business, this is not true. Institutions can hold on to their AI stocks for far too long and end up seeing their portfolios incinerated. This is still many years away. The challenge today with a stock like PMED is not getting out; it is getting in.
- Bear Market: eventually there will be a broad sell-off of AI stocks. Some institutions will sell without regard for their impact on the market. Margin buyers will get margin calls and may be forced to sell again without regard to price. At this time, over half of the AI companies trading at that time will simply disappear. Some will be successful but remain smaller. Some will merge with another AI company. Some will be acquired. Very few will survive and become leaders in the industries. They will become the Alphabets, Amazons, Metas, Microsofts, Nvidias, and Oracles of the 2040s and 2050s.
I started out with the quote “History doesn’t repeat itself, but it often rhymes.” So I don’t think the AI cycle of the 2020s will be the same as the high-tech cycle of the 1990s but I think it will be similar. If you agree, Predictmedix Inc. (CSE: PMED, OTCQB: PMEDF) is a stock to buy for your portfolio. submitted by GoStockGo to Wealthsimple_Penny [link] [comments] |

(CSE: PMED, OTCQB: PMEDF) is a stock to buy for your portfolio. submitted by GoStockGo to pennystocks [link] [comments] |
2023.06.08 17:25 MonsterH_96 I'm more toxic than nuclear waste
I know this might be an over-dramtisation, but this is genuinely how I've feel. some background info: I'm from Syria, I'm a Muslim. I'm the oldest of my brother and sister
My mom got pregnant with me just a month after her marriage. She and my dad always fought and mostly hated each other, but the only reason they stayed together was because of my existence, they ended up getting a very very messy divorce 17 years later when my dad married another woman in secret after years of cheating on my mom with her knowing of that and staying in the house just for our sake.
I've always felt my dad hated me for stealing his "youth", as he became a dad at the age of 24.
As a child I was your typical nerd, a snitch, and a very socially awkward kid. Most other kids hated me.
So, I became terminally online, with my closest friends being people I met on online forums. I let them into my life too deep. Most of them were weirdos too. One of them even became friends with my brother. anyway long story short, through the years I became more religious, meanwhile this friend became atheist and decided to cut me off due to this. However, he stayed in touch with my brother indoctrinating him to become an athiest himself... which is my fault for bringing him into my family.
I got married to a girl I met in Uni after we graduated. I think that was the biggest mistake she has ever done. We've been married for 2 and a half years now. She has become depressed most of the time after she was a cheerful young lady. She's being hurt a lot by the toxicity of my family. She still loves which makes me feel more guilty than ever.
I wish I could dissappear and be forgotten like I had never existed.

2023.06.08 17:04 Alive-Hawk8671 Navigating betrayal in relationships and career
Hey guys!
I have just published a book I have been writing for 1.5 years. The initial draft was 230 pages long but I have summarized everything to make it a quick read within 80 pages.
Researching for analogies, references and writing about my experiences was a lot harder than I initially hoped for.
My book is titled "Mind the Snitch"
"Mind the Snitch" is a captivating journey into the shadowy realms of workplace dynamics, where manipulation and backstabbing are often hidden beneath a veneer of professionalism. It's a deep dive into the undercurrents of power plays and concealed agendas that shape our professional relationships.
The book uncovers the strategies employed by those wielding power to manipulate situations to their advantage. Drawing from real-life scenarios and personal experiences, it offers a behind-the-scenes look into the world of organizational power plays. It exposes how managers and supervisors can exploit their positions to manipulate office dynamics, cut corners, and unjustly claim credit for others' work.
However, "Mind the Snitch" is not just about unveiling the darker aspects of professional relationships. It also illuminates the subtle signs of hidden animosity and insincere gestures that often go unnoticed. It serves as a masterclass in discerning the unspoken, equipping readers with the tools to understand the true intentions of those around them.
The book further delves into the profound influence of our memory bank on our identity and experiences. It encourages readers to release grudges and past failures, highlighting how these negative elements can cloud our conscious awareness and negatively impact our life experiences. It's a clarion call for personal growth, emotional intelligence, and the cultivation of a healthier mental landscape.
Packed with practical tips, "Mind the Snitch" provides strategies for dealing with backstabbers and enhancing intuitive skills. It's akin to a survival guide for the modern workplace, arming readers with the knowledge to protect their careers and personal lives from potential harm.
In conclusion, "Mind the Snitch" is an essential read for anyone seeking to navigate the intricate dynamics of professional relationships with confidence and integrity.
It's more than just a book; it's a comprehensive roadmap to a more conscious, empowered professional life.
If you vibrate with the above thought process and are interested to gain knowledge in this area, you can go to amazon kindle and grab the e-book or paperback version. The book is available across the world.
I hope I can help some people looking for such kind of information.
Please upvote and share this post if you like what I am preaching above.

2023.06.08 16:43 dresoccer4 Xbox Game Bar Screenshot Naming Issue
Simple issue here: when taking a screenshot of a game with the XBOX Game Bar, the filename it creates is inconsistent. As you can see in the screenshot, all of those screenshots were taken just a few minutes apart in the same game. However some are correctly named ("A Plague Tale_ Requiem_*") but some are simply called "Captures_*", while others are called "Photos_*". Sometimes they are named something else.
I can't find rhyme or reason for this. Has this happened to anyone else? What is the XBOX Game Bar naming conventions? Is there a way to fix this? Cheers!

2023.06.08 16:21 Critical-Squirrel-29 IPPE Experience - When To Say Something?
I am a P1 student who is on their IPPE rotation. I have not had the greatest experience and feel like I am not learning as much as I should be. I came into rotations with no pharmacy experience whatsoever and let my preceptor know prior. My school sends a list of things to our preceptor that they want our preceptors to go through with us and my preceptor has only gone through 2 things out of that list and I am more than half way into this IPPE rotation. My preceptor is only at my site a few times a week and comes in later in the day (I am there from 9-5). The other pharmacists who work there have said they don't feel comfortable working with interns or assigning them tasks so the techs usually give me things to do. When my preceptor is there, my pharmacy is always so busy so they are not able to teach me stuff or go through anything which is understandable, but I feel like I have spent more time doing "busy work," than learning things on the list my school sent out to all the preceptors (ie. billing issues, vaccinations, consult, etc). All I have done is called patients to see if they need refills, stocked inventory, filled, and typed. I also feel like the techs at my site have been very passive aggressive towards me. Anytime I ask questions they get annoyed. I feel bad for asking, but I have no pharmacy experience so I am doing my best. I even keep a notebook and write down how to navigate their computer system/program so I don't have to keep asking. Last week I overheard the tech and my preceptor making fun of me and it made me feel really shitty. There have been multiple instances where I have seen unprofessionalism in that regard. I also got yelled at for not answering the phone this week. I apologized and said I will do better, but I was not told what I am allowed to do and not allowed to do. I don't want to answer a phone call and say something wrong incase its another pharmacy or a doctor's office calling. I don't want to disrupt the work flow since it is so busy at my site. Furthermore, our preceptors are supposed to go through some of our assignments with us and mine never does. I am supposed to be off at 5, but always end up staying an extra 35, 40, 45 mins because I am assigned some sort of busy work 20 minutes before I have to leave and I don't want to be rude and say no (since the techs report to my preceptor and let them know what I did, when I left, etc.). I am not trying to sit here and bash on anyone, but is it okay to tell my IPPE facilitator that I am not learning as much as I should be and my preceptor has not spent much time teaching me? I know pharmacies are busy and a preceptor may not be able to teach you everything, but if you sign up to be a preceptor you should at least be aware of what is expected of you from a school. I am 80% of the way done with this IPPE so I know I cannot switch sites and it probably is not worth it either so I am going to stick it through, but what is the best way to go about telling my facilitator about my experience? I don't want to seem like I am a snitch or telling on them, but I feel like my school should be aware of how the staff treats the rotation students.

2023.06.08 16:20 LRGLRB Anya, will she be made fun of?
Husband and I have pretty much decided on Anya as our November baby's name. We were toying around with Nora for a bit but found that when talking about her we say Anya more and now it really just feels like her name. Elise is a family name, and feels like it flows well.
For the past 2 months though when discussing it with friends we would say either Anya OR Nora, and 90% of the time the person would say 'oh I love Nora!' so that is in my head a bit. I know if you're sensitive it's best not to tell people, but we have very supportive friends, and my husband's side of the family as well so I figured it'd be OK. I definitely didn't think about how saying 2 names, people will naturally say which they like better.
When I told my parents (who are hit or miss with support, so really my mistake thinking they'd be cool) my dad immediately shit all over Anya, exclaiming ONYA, ONYA? That's not a name! He's 78 for reference, so I have no idea how he's lived that long and never heard the name. When he saw I was upset, he tried to pivot to be funny then said 'like ONYA marks get set go?!' My mom sat quietly and didn't make him stop then said she thought I'd pick something like McKinsley. Yeah, no.
So! Went no contact with them for a bit, they profusely apologized and now they are on an information diet. Anyways, is my dad onto something? Will she be made fun of? Will people think she is a Russian exchange student? I know there is Anya Taylor-Joy as a celebrity reference, but she pronounces the A as ANya, rhymes with and. We naturally say ONya when using it, which I think is the more common way?
Is anyone here named Anya? Do you like your name?
Basically I'm looking for support that I'm not irreparably damaging my daughter by giving her a rare-ish name. She will most likely have light colored eyes and either brown or blonde hair. She will be a mix of German/English/Irish/Scottish and grow up in a very diverse major city in Texas, if that helps paint a picture.

2023.06.08 15:51 AriaCalda I don’t know how I feel about this
Growing up, I’ve always told my mom that I felt weird about myself, that there’s something different about me than the other kids. I figured there might had been something up in my brain that made me feel different. I asked for check up several times. Basically what she always responded was: ”You’re not weird, you’re just dumb.” “I was never like this when I was a kid” “how did I make a kid like you?” “Other kids are way lovelier than you” “You just need to be smarter and lovelier” etc. You get the idea.
Whenever I had trouble socializing, my mom would point it out and make an emphasis on it, and befriend the other kid, then laugh at me together with them. She always told me how much she loved my cousin, her friends’ daughter, any random stranger kid who appears to be extroverted. She’d make up some rhymes to make fun of my autistic traits at home.
In all those years, I’ve heard so many kids told me that they envy me for having such a “fun mom”, who would joke around with them and who looks young and pretty. I could never understand.
Fast forward 20+yrs. I told my mom that I am autistic. She then told me that when I was 3-4, she found out that my behaviors check up with ALL the points from a list she found in a book “Is your child a genius?- an Asperger's Syndrome’s guide” (roughly translated). Then she said how lucky she was that she wanted a genius child and i happened to be one.
Now my dad told me she is bragging about my intelligence to strangers on her livestream.
I really don’t know what to make out of this.
Some more background: I live far away from my family now, so I don’t have to worry about needing to interact with them.

2023.06.08 15:46 genealojist Tip culture has turned into shaming culture
I went to a coffee chain that rhymes with Scarpucks this morning to get a breakfast sandwich. Once I had ordered, the barista told me that I would have to use the arrow key on the payment pad to choose my tip before paying. I arrowed down and selected no tip. I tried to pay by tapping. The machine made a fairly loud ‘ding’ sound and BAD TIP flashed across the screen. I tried it again, and again, a ‘ding’ sound followed by BAD TIP on the screen. I began feeling very uncomfortable and tried to figure out how to leave the lowest tip possible to get rid of this screen. I must have tapped again while I was fiddling with the screen, because the payment finally went through. Has anyone else had such a blatant shaming tactic used when trying to pay without leaving a tip??!
Edit: it has come to my attention that I may have been seeing BAD TAP instead of BAD TIP, and I may have been imparting nefarious intent to the above coffee location where there was none. However, my reaction definitely says something about how pervasive the anger is at the out of control tipping culture is in the U.S.

2023.06.08 15:25 Strangbean98 DAE use a lot of rhymes in their verbal stims??
I’ve realized that about 50% of what comes out of my mouth is a stim. I’m often either engaging is delayed ecolalia by repeating verses of songs over and over (and changing the words to be about my cat) or about every month or so I get a new phrase (usually to do with my cat as well) but it often involves rhymes!!
Like I’ve probably created 30 nicknames for my cat and each one stems from another and usually rhymes such as “stoney baloney” which came from “stonna donna” which can from just “donna” (Italian word for lady not the name).
I just find there to be something about rhymes. I’ll make up songs to the tune of a catchy song I’ve heard and then just blurt out all her nicknames to the tune of it like (to the tune of the Indiana jones theme song) “Stonna Donna Stonna don Stonna dooonaaaaa Stonna don don don” I have many examples of this.
Anyone else??

2023.06.08 15:21 MysterySchoolDropout What if d r u g s or human trafficking were involved? Video link
Here is a video where Gov. Little and ISP speak about the fentanyl and drugs coming across the US at the southern borders, and then into Idaho. Its important for those that are not aware how pervasive it is, even in Idaho.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IIVVw4GkZGQ This is why I speculate there could be involvement with a drug ring or cartel, besides the brutal nature of the murders and how similar it's to ways cartels send a message to snitches. (Speculation and theory of course.)
Edit: Also, you can check the
dea.gov website and US Justice Department websites for information on the arrests and cartels in the Idaho area. I'm not making this up.
I get downvoted all the time for even speculating that a drug ring or cartel could have been involved with the murders, even though Xana's mom and Maddie's stepmom were both arrested for drugs. And it's a college town. And so many people that live in the area comment that it was a known party house. And the sneakers up on the phone line. And cruel nature of a crime like this with knives is similar to the way cartels use machetes to butcher snitches. And the numerous comments on videos, forums, and discussion groups that there are drugs in the area...
All allegedly, speculation, theory.
Here's your receipt.

2023.06.08 14:48 hungrythalassocnus93 I remember my perception of elementary school (early to late 2000s) being a mangled clusterfuck with a weird curriculum, and arbitrary rules that made no sense being implemented and taken away often. How many of you are at least 80% happy with the curriculum and swing of things today?
I was talking to an older man (boomer, maybe early gen X) the other night, and the topic came up about how different kids these days are. I brought up stuff about my school experience and asked him about how his was different.
He rambled, but painted this picture of a place with more regimentation and order. Where he'd actually have to develop healthy work habits and retain the things he learned. I'm sure he has rose tinted glasses about the past to an extent. The general school curriculum in North America back then wasn't perfect, and neither were boomers. But it's for certain that kids back then were at least more confident and self assured in what they knew. And the whole system (while flawed) wasn't just gobbledy-gook. The way modern school appears to me at least.
My own boomer parents couldn't help me with things like the new wave of math problems especially. And I'd classify them as above average intelligent people. They too thought everything I was doing was nonsense. Am I just being an edgelord who agrees with older people? Or do you also feel like there's little rhyme or reason to the way things are handled? That you unfortunately picked a profession where everything's decided by out of touch idiots who don't even try their best?

2023.06.08 14:32 Glacial_Shield_W Love Tap
Author's Note: I do have people in mind when I write things like this. However, in this case, it mostly morphed into playing with words and phonics. So, please don't look too deeply for any true opinions or expressions of self in this. I left this as a wall of text, because that is what it felt like in my head and how I wrote it.
Caution: Foul language throughout.
Love Tap.
He's represented by a snow flake, so fake. So full of hot takes. He hides behind the rhymes he makes. The tides come from my throat, I can't help but make you all see what I am all about. Call it a gutteral growl, a shot to the gut or i'll just snipe them with a vowel. Rebrandish, re-arm, what you fuckers are missing, is sometimes I aim to do harm. Maim when i speak, until pity is something that you are forced to seek. Reframe your state of mind, because you couldn't even see it when i kicked your behind. I never need to recalibrate, you are just lost in your hate, and a simple point of reference is your going rate, so how could I expect you to gave respect, let alone reverence. Don't worry, I'll help you atone, through my resonance. Give hearing to the deaf, because this isn't a court hearing and to make you take this ball, I don't need a ref. You won't see me resort to taking you out in a cheap fashion. I don't want to hear a peep from you after this bashin', I want to see you beggin' just to get a ration. Eyes saggin', heels a draggin', looking for someone else upon which to hitch your wagon. Because it won't be my coat tails another time, brother, I am so sick of you not getting my rhyme. If I use two syllables, your thoughts go off the rails, and you can't see any deeper to catch what my opinion entails. Because I spill my guts, and you aren't able to read the entrails. I don't need a disciple, I need someone to head this tripe and warn the people. I'm in town, and that's a sin, because I want the crown. All forty leagues, and the glory of the iron throne. The siren is already going off, I can't change my tone. My hands are already gory, things are about to get worse, son. Get it? Worse son? Iron? No, you run, whore son. Before I paint the walls crimson, you would be best served heading for the setting sun. Better blinding red than dead, and I am coming for your head. You never deserved the golden tiara, you should have swerved before I came to end your era. An axe to grind, through wax, to tan your smooth behind. Not a groove, just like your brain, why go up against somebody you know is insane, egocentric and vain? Where he go, you don't know, so please enjoy the show. He so busy barrin', he don't notice the place is now barren and nothing will grow. Why is it this swill that he must throw the caustic causin' rust on our bust, and he keeps it up, like he must. Trust, he is always a jerk. Doesn't he ever have to work? Yes, but he also likes to make your ass twerk. So crass, he cussed just to set off the sensitive, for goodness sake. Not everything he says should be a hot take, he's got to consider the reader when he calls everyone fake. Threatens to deag rhem our and leave them by the lake. Heave ho, after the difficult row, and into the pond you go. He fawned over the obscenity of it all, the obesity from his head should be enough to bring his fall. Well, tough, I haven't even begun to stall. My sights are clear, like a gun aimed down the hall. I'd warn you that you are done, but than again, where would be the fun in an advisory call? I want blood on the ivory, mud on the guys I see. No disguise can save you from me. You are going to be impaled on a tusk, when I exaled, your career went bust. Don't bother to leer or jeer, I just want to make your fate clear; you are going out, without a cheer. It isn't very adult to pout, or to complain about the result after you decided to tote that you knew what I was all about. Cuz, you weren't right and you shouldn't have stepped into this ring for a fight. He, he, he be smarter than me. The fire starter, ready to dry out the sea. Why even try to beat me, guy? I'm just gonna make you cry. And then that shit will just evaporate too. Invisivle tears, learn to face your fears, like mace hitting you, more than just a trace, it's like being struck from grace. I go high, you go low, dow see dow. This isn't a tap, it's a fatal blow. You ain't just getting struck by my car though. And the blinding lights aren't my head lights, I've just got you dead to rights. On heaven's door. Knock knock knockin on heaven's door, like a cock cock cock tappin' your back door. I've gone deeper than you care to explore. Like some kid who took the dare, then wound up possessed on the floor. You can't detest what you can't detect, anymore. Triviality has always been my specialty, so maybe think of that, Has Been, before you start a rivalry. I may be petty, because I don't do pity, but I plan to run this city. And there will be a toll, if you want to take a stroll. But it's best to stay out of my park, after dark, cause my damn mind is about to burst, and it will leave you all running for the Ark. Anyone left behind is gonna feel like the are cursed, body bagged and hearsed. Carried off in the river to hell, by the giver of that swell, and who will find their way back? Only time will tell. The rest of you just got encased, by me only making my case, in case you all believed you stood at the top. This is your food for thought, i'm too much of a prude to be caught off guard and it's a mistake if you believe this is me going hard. I'm just a hack, tryin'to bring justice through my act. 'Cause I may have murdered the game, but you butchered it and I just sutured it. Seal it tight and stopped your flow. Stole your rights to the show. Locked the door, and told you it's time to go. Act right, wander off into the night. You squandered yourself like a moth drawn to the light. Wandered into my line of sight, called your bluff, ignored your huff and puff, and now there is nothing left to say but good night.
