My husband and daughter and I flew to Europe. Before we left, I got my nails painted, something I hardly ever do. While on the flight, my husband and I watched a movie, we looked over and seen my daughter passed out in her seat, we laughed because she had said she was going to stay up the whole flight, typical teenager. We finished our movie and we fell asleep, I don’t know for how long, but I woke up and I looked at my husband and he woke up and looked at me. I smiled and I looked down at my nails and I noticed a scratch across my thumb nail where the paint had been removed, it was scratched from left to right. I looked at him and I told him “look at my nail!” He said “what did you do!” I said “I don’t know, maybe it was getting the luggage up?” He said “ you should have just let me do it” I said “ya” and put my hand down. We ended up falling back to sleep. We woke up when we were about to land. I looked at my nail in disappointment, and the nail polish was back. I looked at my husband in total confusion and held my hand up to him to show him my thumb. He looked shocked and grabbed my hand and twisted my thumb to see if it had been by accident we seen it scratched, but no, it was perfect. I said “ok, so you remember me showing you my polish scratched off right?” He said “ya!” I said which way was it scratched and he drew on my thumb nail left to right… I was in shock. My daughter asked “what’s wrong?” I said “while you were sleeping I noticed my nail polish was scratched off, but when I just woke up it’s back on, your dad and I both seen it off!” She said “I was awake the whole trip, I didn’t see you talking, you were sleeping the whole trip!” I looked at my husband and he said “No you were the one sleeping!”. We have never understood what happened, I think it’s either alternate/parallel dimensions or aliens lol. Thought I would share this.

What is the difference between the two? Isnt Prachanda trying to do the same thing? Lipulekh was almost unanimously (except Ms. Giri) approved by the parliament of Nepal, and now his shitface with what like 15-20 seats is trying to sell the sovereignty of Nepal for his own political gain.
And what do we get? A road link to Bangladesh? No way India will give its choke point. Prachanda is trying to give an entire chunk of a country (even though it is technicall not controlled) and gain a road access, which easily can be reverted if Rahul Gandhi forms the government and nullify the deal.
Like how is Prachanda still relevant?

Hey folks! I'll give you a little bit of a backstory to set things up. I'm 39 years old, and at the end of last year finally finished paying off my student loans 18 years after graduating. I live in a rural town and my income (48K, increasing to $52K when a raise kicks in three months from now) qualifies me as "low income" by USDA Rural Development guidelines set for my county.
This means I qualify for a USDA Rural Development 502 Direct home loan with some pretty amazing terms. It's $0 down payment, 4.125% interest, and no PMI on a standard 33y payment term. You can almost move into a home with no money out of pocket. You can roll your closing costs into the mortgage so long as the house appraises above the sale price. Even out of pocket costs like inspection fees are refunded at closing.
I filled out the application last week, and late this afternoon, I got a call from the underwriter informing me that I'm approved for $293K (I'll be buying in the $150K range because I want PITI to top out around $1,000/mo) and I'll be getting my certificate of eligibility (like a prequalification letter basically) on Monday.
On the call, the underwriter mentioned that I qualify for payment assistance as well. Basically this would take that 4.125% standard interest rate and further reduce it as long as my income is below certain government thresholds. The only caveat is that the subsidy is subject to recapture at the end of the loan when you pay it off or sell the house.
While I can opt out of payment assistance, my gut still says this is worth doing, considering the time-value of money. Better for me to save those dollars now and pay them back in 10 or 20 years when I sell, right?
Am I thinking about this correctly?

I feel like WOM is gonna be good for Transformers and the flash when it comes out ngl. Seen both btw.
Transformers is decent, not amazing, but it's ranked number 2 for me. It has good action and unlike the bay films I didn't feel like I was losing my mind watching it and getting dumber by the second. The characters were also more likeable. It def will be a surprise for people in the audiences, and the ending is very interesting >! is GI Joe still a popular IP? Like I think it goes hard, but no one knows who these guys are anymore. !< I think it'll satisfy fans and audiences. I think it'll probably do better than the flash due to worldwide sales and appeal.
Flash is good yet pretty flawed. First two acts are good, third act is ok. The movie itself also pretty creative, and you tell the director was trying to do interesting things visually, but the cgi looks like hot ass sometimes oh my god, they should've let this cook more since it striaght up looks likea ps3 game at times in the third act. >! the CGI camoes go into uncanny valley territory, especially with the supermen and helen supergirl. Idk who okayed this !< It has fan service, but more solid than something like MOM, so it probably will have good wom well from audiences since it's at least above most of the superhero content we've gotten for a bit from marvel and DC. It's no GOTG3, but it def will probably received as least as good as something like BP2, but probably not do quite as well.
