18 min timer

Pues eso, que hace un par de semanas arranqué en un super donde hago de cajero, repositor, fiambrero y limpieza. El tema es que no estoy acostumbrado al esfuerzo físico ya que siempre tuve suerte de mantener laburos de recepcionista o cajero unicamente en el pasado, y eso de andar a las chapas de aca para alla, cargar mercaderia, acomodarla, cortar fiambre, reponer me cuesta porque no lo hago rapido como quieren y como estoy aprendiendo algunas cosas no las termino de aprender del todo. Mis horarios hay dias que son de la mañana a la tarde (8.30 a 17.00), de medio dia a la noche (12.30 a 21.00) y cortado (8.30 a 13.30 y de 17.00 a 21.00), me queda a 1 hr de mi casa y 18 mins en bici, y está en blanco "a medias" (no está blanqueado en su totalidad) y creo que cobro 150 o 160 (aún no cobre el mes entero, solo cobre la semana que hice cuando empecé y me dieron 41), un franco por semana. Estoy tratando de hacer las cosas bien porque posta que necesito el laburo y no quiero renunciar, estoy estirando hasta encontrar algo mas acorde a mis habilidades o estudios, pero nunca me sale nada, sigo tirando cv y mando por linkedin y siempre me rebotan, y la verdad que no quiero llegar a los 40 años y seguir en la misma situación. No pido un trabajo de 300 lucas 4 hrs 5 dias la semana, pero si me gustaría un trabajo en el que no me sienta un pelotudo ni que me termine pasando factura el cuerpo.
¿Qué puedo hacer? ¿Cómo puedo mejorar mi situación? ¿Tienen alguna recomendación?

Hi all
I have 1 zone that is having a weird pressure issue If I open the bleeder screw the zone operates at full pressure. If I turn the solenoid, it runs at maybe half pressure. Same if I run it from the timer
Initially it was a 3/4” dv valve, I replaced the top end and the problem persisted. Checked voltage, tried a different terminal, tried different wires etc. voltage was good
I swapped out the entire valve for a dvf100 valve. Exactly the same problem. Full pressure when I open the bleed screw, if I open via solenoid I’m back at half pressure. The rest of the system runs fine 18 zones off a well . Am I missing something? Any advice would be great

Hey everyone. So this may be an odd post, as the answer to these "I'm worried about my kid" threads is usually talk to your pediatrician and see if early intervention is necessary.
Thing is, my 16 month old son has already been in early intervention for almost half a year. He was born 6 weeks premature (age adjusted he'd be a 15 month old) and I also have family history of autism (my sibling and a cousin have level 3 ASD). Also when he was around 11 months old we had some concern areas, such as lack of response to name and no gesturing.
Since he hit around 13 months though, we thought he really had flourished:

• He points to everything and anything now, including us when he wants us to pick him up (and he will say "up" right to us).
• He turns and looks when you say his name fairly well now (if you preface it with "Hey ____").
• He shows and hands us things all the time, especially when it's a toy or something he wants us to turn on or do something with.
• His vocabulary is great, he tries to say tons of words, we've counted around 40.
• He's very willing to repeat things we say if they catch his interest or he's in the mood.
• He looks at us for reactions when he sees something that interests him or he thinks is funny.
• He smiles at you if you make a silly sound or action he likes.
• He says and waves "bye bye" (but only when he feels like it, and not always with eye contact). He will do it most frequently when he's upset that I am leaving, and he will do it without prompting.
• He properly sings and says lyrics from his songs very frequently.

His EI therapist thinks he is doing good, however, early intervention is only one hour a week and due to scheduling we've missed a decent amount of appointments too. Generally, he is doing much better in the areas we were concerned with, but last night as his session she did the ASQ for an 18 month old on him and it definitely raised some concerns for me again that there may be something wrong, and maybe I was just being optimistic for a few months.
So until we do an mchat at his next pediatrician appointment, I wanted to see what you guys thought. Here are some of the things that concern me about him:

• Busy. Busy is the word I would use to describe him. Overly busy, even. He always has to be tinkering with, looking at things, exploring, watching, walking around, etc. If he's even slightly bored, he will let you know and complain until you pick him up and take him somewhere else. This wouldn't bother me if not for the fact that I see other people's toddlers at his age who are able to perfectly sit still and be comfortable on their parents' lap for long periods of time. This has never been the case with our son. He will sit and watch TV with you for a bit, let you read books to him for 10 mins tops, and he loves to be carried around, but simply sitting down socializing or just cuddling? Forget it.
• Sometimes he notices and cares when people come in the house/room, but other times someone could be standing right behind him talking and he won't care one bit.
• He sometimes seems far more interested in objects and environment than he is in people. This was totally evidenced recently at a backyard party, there were tons of kids and people there and he was more interested in running up to a bubble machine and a big fan.
• Mirrors. He never had much interest in mirrors or seeing himself. Might seem like nothing but it's listed on the ASQ.
• I can direct his attention to things with pointing and words very easily, but it's very rare that I can get him to follow my gaze (not impossible, but rare).
• He will do some good, responsive things for a few days and then randomly stop completely. Example: for a few days he was saying "go!" right after we said "ready..set...", and he goes through phases where he will touch or point out body parts when you ask him, and then you ask him again and he won't do it for weeks.

Just wanted to see what some of you all think. I appreciate any feedback.

TLDR: My current employer didn't want to confirm my employment and had put me on PIP for more than 4 months because of job insecurity I found a better offer and resigned from the company today only. Now my seniors are thinking to match my offer and keep me? So will revoking my resignation can impact my impression in my current organization?
So I joined this company in September and was told my intern/trainee will be over in 3-6 months but then in 3 months they changed the poilcy that I will be intern/trainee for 18 months (which means no perks, not better salary, no salary slip) but I waited for 6 months and just a day after I completed my 6 months the company out of blue terminated me and another trainee. Since was exceptional at my job and every colleague around me knew how good I was at my job they stood for me against executives and helped me to get my job back but since march I am still in PIP and whenever I ask HR for confirmation I only get unsatisfactory answers. Cut to 2 days ago I got an offer from another company and upon advice of some close one of mine, I immediately accepted the offer and today I asked my manager that I am resigning, so he asked for my counter and I only asked for two things 1. Full time designation, 2. Salary match and he assured me that he will talk and asked me to hold my resignation till tomorrow upon evening one senior calls me in his office and we had chat for good 15-20 mins He was just disrespectful to my ask and my job he was bargaining and saying 'chalo tumhe senior designation dedeta hu ky karloge phir?' I somehow respectfully ended the conversation thinking there's no chance they will match so, before they terminate me, I should resign first and I resigned anyhow. Now one of my closest colleague (more like mentor) who always stood up for me called me tonight and said most of the team members didn't want you to leave and you shouldn't have resigned, he (my PMP) is going to match your offer.
So now I am confused should I revoke my offer and will that impact my impression in my company specially with the guy I really like to work with, will he still treat me with same diligence like he used to. Though I am going to be very honest apart from shity policy the organisation's work culture and environment is very good and I didn't want to leave if it wasn't my job security.
Now how should I proceed. btw It's been only 10 months since I've been into corporate lmfao.

Jeg er 34 år og fremstår for det meste som et kompetent og ansvarligt voksent menneske, men har nogen forskellige udfordringer som efterhånden har ledt mig frem til at jeg nok har ADHD. Sidder her måske andre kvinder der har fået diagnosen som voksne, som vil dele deres erfaringer? Er lidt nervøs for at snakke med egen læge og min familie omkring det. Nok fordi jeg er bange for at blive affejet og dømt for at have hoppet med på "alle vil have en diagnose" bølgen og fordi jeg ikke passer ned i ADHD stereotypen. Jeg har ikke nogen ydre tegn på hyperaktivitet og har altid klaret mig godt i skolen og har en god karriere inden for mit fag.
Har tænkt over det i et par måneder, men har lige lavet den der screening for bonger ud på 12 af 18 spørgsmål. Og har nok en del følelser omkring, uden at jeg egentlig helt lige kan formulere det mere præcist.
