Reliq Health Technologies Inc. has signed six new contracts with physician practices in California, Florida and Nevada. These new contracts are expected to add over 3,000 new patients to Reliq's iUGO Care platform by the end of Q1 calendar year 2024, at an average revenue of $65 per patient per month.
"We are very pleased with our continued traction in California, Florida and Nevada," said Dr. Lisa Crossley, chief executive officer at Reliq Health Technologies. "The southern U.S. states are a particularly attractive market segment for Reliq due to demographics. With many older Americans choosing to move south in retirement, there is a very large population of Medicare-covered patients in these states who are eligible for Reliq's services. The three states where we have the largest number of patients -- California, Florida and Texas -- make up over 25 per cent of the total U.S. population, with over 90 million residents. The new clients will be using the iUGO Care remote patient monitoring (RPM), chronic care management (CCM) and behavioural health integration (BHI) modules to improve health outcomes and reduce the cost of care for their chronic disease patients. We expect to add over 3,000 patients to the iUGO Care platform by the end of March, 2024, through these contracts, at an average of $65 per patient per month with an expected 75-per-cent gross margin.   Our main guideline to leave the "meta" of pure Vanilla survival as unaltered as possible (for a public server).
  The only 3 plugins that interfere with this are:
  GriefPrevention, a sleep voting plugin, and player item shops for trading. That means as many features from other plugins you know from other servers are absent by design and won't be added. There are two ranks "new" and "player", they do not give any benefits. You can not buy "power" for real money here and we have no adminshops. Everything on the map was build and farmed in survival.

• Community

  What you have read so far sounds like your cup of tea? Well then you may fit right in. Laid back rules, a close knit community, having some events from time to time, and there is always something you can help with. Staff and ohter players are usually available to help you. Need help digging? Just died far away? Raid an Ocean Monument? No problem! We also have a Hermitcraft-like shop area for players using a trade shop plugin.
  

• Gameplay

  This is supposed to feel like a vanilla server. The default currency is diamonds. This is not enforced its just what everyone uses. No warps, you have to walk, fly by Elytra, or set up infrastructure such as piston bolts or blue ice highways. You can focus on long term projects, take your time, because we NEVER RESET the map. Megabases welcome. Leave for months, pick right up where you left. In +7 years time we built a lot of farms and infrastructure. This makes it a lot easier to get going early in the game, especially for endgame players. But fear not, there is always need for expanding upon whats already there.
  The spawn city is protected. Areas there are released for community builds. Outside the city you can build your own base(s). You will get more claimblocks during play.
  

• Specs & Plugins

  Hosted in Germany with 128GB Ram, a Intel i9-9900k, and 1TB NVMe SSD; the server runs on Paper. Regarding updates we don't always run the latest version but we plan to update to every major release eventually. In case an update brings a big change in world generation (e.g. 1.18) we delete chunks that have been loaded less than 5 minutes. Meaning someone likely just passed by while exploring.
  For land claiming we use GriefPrevention, which lets you protect areas you selected with a golden shovel. You can allow certain or all players to build and or access chests/buttons, on your claim. It also protects your claims and the worlds surface from creepers. Then there is also a chest shop plugin. You can use iron nuggets to create villager-like trades. You can do this anywhere, but its recommended to do this in the shopping area or your claim. Harbor is a plugin which skips the night, if 20% or more players are in bed. Lastly there is one that lets you rotate Glazed Terracotta.
  Additionally we have some datapacks and tweaks: Ghasts don't break blocks. You can silent mobs by naming them "silent" (undo with "unsilent"). Your 1st kill of the Enderdragon gets you an Elytra. Craftable Enchanted Golden Apples. Hermitcraft posable Armorstands. Some recipes have been tweaked (bone blocks directly from bones, recolor glass,... )
  

Newbie here just looking to see if my research for that interview question stacks up with what people farther into their career think.

Currently offered 1 year non-redeemable GIC @ 5.45% & 1 year cashable GIC @ 4.5%.
Weighing my options between liquidity and risk, can a 1-2 year short term bond yield more minus management fees given it gives me liquidity (real estate opportunities/ business opportunities) but can have risks if rates increase in the next few announcements or play it safe and lock in 5.45% for a full year. Also need to consider tax where the interest from the GICs are fully taxable income vs bonds where its only capital gains of 50%.
Could split allocation of 80% NR GIC + 20% Cashable? 20% of the funds will be invested through a RRSP + TFSA

Macbook pro 16 inch m1 pro 16gb vs 32gb memory
Hey all, I can either buy the 16gb variant of the 16 inch m1 pro or the 32gb variant. I’m an engineering student who does a lot of software development and more specifically embedded software development. Other than that I’m going to be using the laptop for basic tasks as well like youtube, music, word processing, etc. I don’t do any video or photo editing too much but when I have I’ve just been able to remotely access my beefy desktop computer and do it there, I have no problem doing the same when required with my new 16 inch. I prefer the 16 inch model over the 14 inch as i prefer having more screen real estate. My previous windows laptops have gotten slow on me within a year or two and I really want to avoid that happening again with this new macbook.
Ideally, I want to keep this laptop for 6-7 years at minimum, and I don’t know what I will be doing after graduation from college or if I will need a powerful laptop or not, so the longevity of the laptop is a huge priority for me. However, I’d rather not spend the extra $400 for the upgrade if it’s not required or going to benefit me in any way. With this in mind, what are the thoughts on the 16gb vs 32gb variants of the 16 inch based on my use cases I mentioned above.

I'm very disappointed in myself and Apple Notes. I don't know if it was me, or the app that lost my note data somehow, but this is the second time it happened, and the worse loss, so I need to find another note taking solution.
The first time, I had been working in a note, and somehow I highlighted the entire thing, in a hurry, not paying attention, deleted it. Could not find a way to get it back. It wasn't a big problem, but scared me to find out there wasn't a way to get a backup version of the note. So, I reminded myself to be more careful.
Recently, I had been taking a note related to a real estate transaction, closing day I was in and out of the note all day. I granted my wife access because I wanted her to be able to access the information. I always make a habit of clicking the done button whenever I finish writing a note to save it, and then close the app, and I always click the button on side of phone so the screen is locked before I put it in my pocket just to make sure nothing is accidently done.
I opened my phone at dinner, and went to open the note, and it wasn't there! I quickly realized that at the top of the list was an empty "New Note" that was shared with my wife. I asked her about it, thinking maybe she deleted it somehow, she said she hadn't even opened it up as she did not know that I had shared it with her. I went to my iPad to see if I could capture it, I opened the note, and the data immediately disappeared when it automatically synced. I didn't even have time to take a screenshot. I could not find any way to find any versioning of previous notes so at least I could find stuff saved previously. Nothing. All gone. I was crushed.
So, now I'm on the hunt for a new Notes app. One that I can use across my windows PCs and Apple products that has the ability to backup previous versions. I will cruise this sub and see what people have previously suggested to try and catch up with what's being recommended.
