A little while ago I sold a trailer and the buyer tried to scam me. I took advice here and cut contact with them. They have now found my Facebook account online and are asking for a receipt as it has been stolen and they need it for the police( I didn't think the police needed recipts) do i have any duty to provide one? Can I just continue to Ignore them? I'm worried it's the start of another scam.

This was delivered to my house last Thursday, bought it from Mercari. I had one of these new when I was a kid, It was a Christmas gift given to me by my dad. It was one of the first die-cast vehicles I can remember being made at the time. I loved the feel and weight of it compared to the larger all-plastic toys of the late 70's & early 80's. I had a lot of Star Wars toys as a kid, as did so many of us that were young in the 70's. I don't know when it was lost, probably when I left home and my mom decluttered or during one of our many moves. But this toy is one that I always wished I'd kept.
I started thinking about it again recently when my dad passed away this past December. There were things about my dad that remind of Harrison Ford. They had similar builds. They both had similar laughs. They were both excellent carpenters. Maybe that's why Han Solo was my favorite character for so long.
All of that and this toy having been a gift from him made me miss it and him even more. So I decided to replace it. Not with the new version, which is quite lovely and a great piece. It's technically a better casting and more accurate than the vintage model. I wanted the old one, just like the one Dad gave me. Now it sits right in my game room next to my TV. I see it every time I go in to play games with my son and my friends. It's not the original, that is gone but this one makes me smile nonetheless. Miss you Dad.

We do have three Select Mach-Es. However, the Select does not come with Heated Seats or Steering Wheel. We can add heated seats (Front) after the fact for $699.00. There is no aftermarket heated Steering wheel addition, currently available.
At the end of the complimentary trial period for the Blue cruise and 360 degree camera, you can purchase a three year subscription for $600. The vehicle must be equipped with the Ford Co Pilot 360 2.0 which is also a 90 day trial. The cost of continuing that is not yet available.

My accountant says I must use accrual for Inventory, Sales, and Expenses, and that only short term liabilities can be cash basis. Under $1M sales. I know some businesses are expensing inventory immediately but I need to remain accrual for inventory i.e. have COGS (cost of goods sold) to spread that expense out over different years. Pub 538 is somewhat ambiguous. She also stated that within a few years the irs plan is to have every return inspected by a human, not just computer, and that not using the right accounting method will be an audit trigger. I read Pub 538 as saying "as long as I use accrual for sales and inventory, I can use cash for expenses. " It also sounds like if you claim "hybrid method" that leaves the doors open to interpretation somewhat as long as you are consistent. My main concern is getting confused using accrual method. But I have almost zero end of year carry over of expenses, receipts, sales, or anything. I intentionally don't have orders or expenses spanning the beginning of year. Is accrual the best way and not complicated for my business? Thanks.
