FALLOUT 5
Fallout 5 will take place in the Dixie Wasteland, in the ruins of Charleston, South Carolina in 2322. It will be the first fallout to take place in the South. The only nuke to hit the region was a defective US nuke that detonated as soon as it was launched.
Character Building:
You start with 35 special points, making it so you have a more specialized build or a jack of all trades. The old skill system makes a return, with you choosing a perk every 3 level ups. Skill checks are frequent, and can vary from Special stats to perks. You get to choose a special perk when you start the story, like Small Frame or Kamikaze. Karma has three tiers: Evil, Neutral, and Good.
Mutations and Radiation: Mutations will occur like in 76, but you can become a super mutant if you dip yourself in a vat of FEV. Your strength and endurance will increase dramatically, but many factions and cities won’t let you in without a huge hassle. Radiation makes you mutate more, but if your mutation level is too high you will turn into a mindless Behemoth. Too much radiation will turn you into a ghoul, which makes you immune to radiation and raises your endurance. If you get too many rads while ghoulified, you become feral.
Weapons & V.A.T.S:
Makeshift weapons are far more prevalent in this game, but they are more diverse and realistic than those in Fallout 4. Normal weapons are more powerful and rarer, selling for more at stores. More real guns will be added alongside the retro-futuristic fallout guns, including the 9 round and 1 shotgun shell LeMat revolver. Weapon customization exists alongside a wider variety than of weapons. Dual wielding makes its first entry to the series, allowing for dual wielding of small melee weapons, pistols, and smgs.
Higher Agility levels makes dual wielding more accurate. V.A.T.S will return to freezing the game instead of the slowed down time in Fallout 4
Settlements:
There will be 3 buildable settlement locations that you discover on your own, and 5 customizable player home locations.
World: The Dixie Wasteland is a mix of civilized and Wild. The Western section of the map is the most dangerous, full of raiders and animals, despite that the town of Magnolia is in the west. The Northeast is the city of Charleston, the city of Civitas Ferro is set up within eastern Charleston. The South of the map is controlled by the Brotherhood of Steel as well. The middle of the map is a bunch of small towns mixed with the wildness of the west. The eastern side of the map is swamps, and the west is forested hills. A large lifeless crater exists in the in the middle of the map, simply known as the Hole.
Enemies: Some animals return, such as bloodbugs, deathclaws, ferals, bloatflies, and Yao Guais, Mirelurks, and Gatorclaws. New animals include Raddlesnakes, Giraffe Dogs (coyotes with long necks), Snappers (huge turtles), and Prowlers (mutated bobcats). Raiders are in named groups again, with three main bands terrorizing Dixie. The tribe known as the Confederates who enslave and sell rather than pillage, the Beastmasters who tame mutated animals and attack with them, and the Vaulties who were former vault dwellers. Generic raiders can also be found. Super Mutant bands have moved south from the Capital Wasteland, and continue their sackings in Dixie. Enemy robots are occasionally found, especially from the RobCo factory in the city. The last kind of enemy is the main factions if you piss them off, as they send death squads out to gank you if you have a bad reputation.

They pillaged, plundered, and took control of the east coast and the capital of the Carolinians. Their despotic rule has causes several factions in the wasteland grow rebellious, and tensions are reaching a high in 2322.
Themes: The game has a southern theme, with the radios playing country and bluegrass music. Characters have southern accents, as do the robots.
Radio Stations:
Magnolia Radio - Swing and Jazz hosted by a charismatic ghoul named Darren Dixie. Darren will comment on the events that occur throughout the wasteland.
Hoedown Capital - A country and bluegrass station hosted by Mr. Hillbilly, a DJ Mr.
Handy. He still believes the year is 2077, and only tells news relating to events that happened leading up to the Great War.
Brotherhood Military Channel - Updates troops about tech locations and orders patrols around.
There are plenty of side quests and random events, including side quests for each faction.
Factions:
There are 5 factions in Fallout 5, and you have to side with one of them to complete the story. The Tribal ending is the wild card ending. The reputation system makes a return, with the New Vegas pictures.
Brotherhood of Steel: The Brotherhood of Steel has turned into nothing short of a jingoistic military dictatorship, developed by Elder William Garrick. The Brotherhood abandoned Maxson in the commonwealth, as Garrick lead a silent coup in the Capital wasteland. The Brotherhood has grown colossally in size, and now spans the East Coast unchecked in power. Not only do they seize military technology now, they also seize stuff like pre-war small arms, Auto-docs, pip-boys, robots, terminals etc. They’ve ruled over Atlanta for the past 2 years with an iron fist, forcing settlers into giving up their crops and crippling the wasteland and infrastructure of the Dixie Wasteland. They control a large city inside Atlanta called Civitas Ferro, with their headquarters in the center. Despite your hatred for them initially, you can join them and defeat all the rebels.
Carolinian Revolutionary Army- The Carolinians are the remnants of the former largest nation in the Dixie Wasteland called the Free Federation of Charleston. It was a democratic civilization based on the old state of South Carolina, with elections and rights for any human or quasi-human. Although it was weak and corrupt, it was better than the alternatives. When the Brotherhood rolled in, the Carolinians resisted their raids, so the Brotherhood overthrew them in a scorched Earth campaign. The Carolinians are the remnants of their military, dedicated to rebelling against the Brotherhood’s tyranny, and have the endgame goal of bringing Democracy back to Dixie. They grow steadily by the day, but they suffer from bureaucratic issues and corruption. You can join the Carolinians as an agent, and you help them lead a rebellion against the Brotherhood.
Greylock’s Hand: Greylock’s Hand are a band of violent raiders and mercenaries, who likewise want the Brotherhood of Steel gone, but instead desire an anarchic survival of the fittest wasteland. They are lead by a profane, wild ghoul named Greylock. They are basically terrorists, but their raids and ambushes against the Brotherhood are effective. They reside in a secret underground missile launch site, completed two days before the war. Even the Brotherhood knows nothing about it aside from rumors. The missiles, however, are not finished. You can join Greylocks Hand after getting kidnapped by them, and after you help them build part of the missiles.
Magnolia: The last joinable faction is Magnolia, a large settlement in and around the former plantation home. The city is ruled by a group of Mister Handys who escaped from a crashed truck driving to Charleston the day of the Great War. They saw the magnolia plantation and went their to clean, doing so and repairing it for 150 years, eventually realizing what was happening in the world around them.Their newfound “sentience” allowed them to create a settlement, inviting wastelanders and tribals to live and trade under their protection. Their elected leader is a specialized Mr Handy that has economic programming. The robots have defended themselves from several Brotherhood attacks, and after some convincing they allow you to become an honorary robot and join their faction.
Tribal: Instead of choosing any of the four main factions, you can instead unite the smaller settlements, tribes, and factions into New Dixie. You are assisted by an intelligent Supermutant from the Capital Wasteland named Spider, acting as your loyal second in command.
Minor factions:
The Network: A secret underground trading organization that sells and trades equipment that would normally be confiscated by the BoS. You can rat them out to the BoS, or you can join them.
Wasteland Marshalls: A paramilitary organization that patrols highways and hunts raiders, based on the US Marshals of the past. You can join them or convince them to join the brotherhood.
Catawbas: The descendants of the old native tribe from South Carolina, they specialize in the creation of makeshift weaponry to sell to wastelanders. You can convince them to join the rebellion, or you can convince them to join the Brotherhood.
Abolitionists: A militia of borderline terroristic anti-slavers, based on the conquests of the radical abolitionist John Brown. You can join them or eliminate them.
Plot:
South Carolina: 2322. War, war never changes.
The main character is a tribal living southeast of Charleston. The tribe has to pay a toll to local raiders, and it’s left their tribe starving. In the first part of the game, the Tribal, their sibling and their friend are searching for food for their tribe, when they stumble across an old sunken West-Tek storage depot. In it is a prototype suit of power armor called the AX-01, which is a large tank-suit with back missiles and two hand laser rifles, built for ease of use. You learn how to pilot it from a terminal, and you take it back to the tribe; the raiders and their leader are there demanding their payment. You kill the raiders with the power armor, and the tribe is free from their subjugation. Weeks later, 4 Brotherhood of Steel paladins arrive at the village. After the tribals refuse to give up their power armor, the BoS execute everyone in the village and burn it to the ground (including your sibling), seizing the suit and flying away on a vertibird. Only the Tribal remains.
Act 1: The Tribal picks up a broken pip-boy as soon as they leave the town, and they hunt down the paladins North to Charleston, you kill all 4 of them while adventuring across the map. By the end of the first act, the Brotherhood declares you an enemy of the Brotherhood.
Act 2: Due to the deaths of several Paladins and the constant rebellion from the region, a Brotherhood blimp appears. The brotherhood frequency states that if the Tribal visits the ship, they will be absolved of their crimes. The Tribal is also invited to secret meeting of between Carolinians and robots from Magnolia. You also get kidnapped by the Greylocks 2 days after this meeting. From there you can choose between the rebels or the Brotherhood, and do their specific quest lines. For the Greylocks, you have to find parts to build their rockets. Whereas for the other groups you have to find a way into their base.
Act 3: All questlines end in the ultimate battle and raid on the Greylock base. If you side with the Greylocks you repel the attackers. The end of the story is where you fire the missile array at the Brotherhood’s home base and their airship, chasing them out of Dixie. If you side with the Brotherhood you secure the missile array and fire the rockets at the fleeing rebels, crushing their numbers.
Each ending depends on your karma and what side you chose, potentially turning a “good” faction evil or an “evil” faction good.
Your actions have consequences throughout the story, and no character is essential except for potential companions.

The tribal is the name of the 28 year old protagonist, and you can choose between you or your friend to be your character. One is male, the other is female. The protagonist is silent, but the character you don’t choose has voiced dialogue. Their default names are Sammy and Cora, but you can change them. Speech is back to the chart with full responses. Their personality is determined by the player, allowing for better roleplaying opportunities.
Companions:
There are 10 companions, 3 non human and 7 human. The affinity system returns, and each companion has a personal quest. They also have comments for the main quest and other miscellaneous events. Companions have specific likes and dislikes, and have different karmas. You can recruit companions outside of your karma if you pass a speech check. Any positive affinity progression while not in their karma has a 1.25 multiplier. Companions are romanceable regardless of gender.
The Tribals Friend (Sammy/Cora):
The friend you don’t choose is available to become your companion. They know your name, and revert to their original appearance and name once you choose your character. Cora is originally white with blonde hair and blue eyes, and Sammy is originally a latino with curly black hair. have good karma, and hates the BoS, but are okay with the other factions. They are 28 years old, the same age as the tribal. They wear a tribal cloak and uses a makeshift bolt action rifle. They are Romanceable.
Benjamina Pavlova - A hired gun and part time technician working for the Network, you can recruit her whenever you hire her at the Network. She has good karma, and hates the BoS and the Carolinians, but likes Greylocks hand and the Magnolia Robots (hired guns were illegal in the FFC). She is white, and has curly black hair and green eyes. She is 29 years old. She wears a confederate cavalry hat and her combat armor with road leathers, she uses a .44 trail carbine. She is romanceable.
Captain Baker Springfield - A soldier for the Carolinian Revolutionary Army, you can recruit him if you save his platoon from a super mutant attack. He has good karma, and hates the BoS and Greylock’s hand, but loves the Carolinians. He is 32 years old. He is white, has brown hair and stubble, and wears a Carolinian soldier outfit; he uses a .308 Combat rifle.
Dina Qian A vault dweller from Vault 52, you have to free the vault from a band of raiders who have cracked into the vault to recruit her. Dina is asian and has black hair in a ponytail. She has neutral karma, and hates all raider groups, including Greylock’s Hand, she is indifferent to the other groups. Dina is 25 years old. She uses two 10mm pistols and wears an armored vault suit. She is Romanceable.
Louie - Louie is a ranch hand at a farm outside of the Hole, you can recruit him if you get his family’s brahmin back from the Beastmasters. He has neutral karma, and hates Greylock’s hand, but likes The BoS due to their law bringing policies. He is 36 years Louie is white, and has a buzzcut with a mustache. He wears a ranch hand outfit and a stetson hat with leather armor, he uses a makeshift pump action shotgun.
General Ulysses Grant: A securitron made specially for the RobCo factory owner, a civil war buff. You have to repair him after clearing the RobCo factory to recruit him. His karma is dependent on how you program him, and he hates the brotherhood but loves the magnolia robots. He is a deep blue and gold securitron with General grant on the tv screen. He is a pre-war robot. He uses the 9mm smg, laser rifle, and rockets depending on what you tell him to use. He is not romanceable.
Uriah Lincoln - A respected raider within Greylock’s hand, you can recruit him whenever you join Greylock’s hand. He has evil karma, loves Greylock’s hand, and hates the Brotherhood and the Carolinians. You can change his karma in his personal quest. Uriah is 23 years old. He is black and is bald, with a bandana covering on of his eyes. He wears Greylock makeshift power armor and carries a plasma rifle. He is romanceable
Senior Scribe Weatherby - A former scribe turned ghoul by radiation, you can recruit her from the BoS after she is kicked out. She has evil karma, hates the BoS and the other factions. After her personal quest she can either rejoin the brotherhood or be open to other factions. She is 39 years old. She is a ghoul and has wears red hair wig. She wears a scribe outfit and uses a laser rifle. She is romanceable.
Belle - A Mrs Nanny built by the robots at Magnolia, you can recruit her after joining the Magnolia robots. She has neutral karma, and likes Greylock’s Hand and the Magnetic robots. Belle is 60 years old. She wears a straw hat with a flower on it, and has a light purple chassis; she uses a minigun and a sawblade. She is not romanceable.
Hambone - A golden retriever with one blue eye and one brown eye. He doesn’t care about what you do, he’s a good boy. You can have him alongside any other companion.

He has good karma, and hates the BoS and Greylock’s hand, but loves the Carolinians. He is 32 years old. He is white, has brown hair and stubble, and wears a Carolinian soldier outfit; he uses a .308 Combat rifle.
Dina Qian A vault dweller from Vault 52, you have to free the vault from a band of raiders who have cracked into the vault to recruit her. Dina is asian and has black hair in a ponytail. She has neutral karma, and hates all raider groups, including Greylock’s Hand, she is indifferent to the other groups. Dina is 25 years old. She uses two 10mm pistols and wears an armored vault suit. She is Romanceable.
Louie - Louie is a ranch hand at a farm outside of the Hole, you can recruit him if you get his family’s brahmin back from the Beastmasters. He has neutral karma, and hates Greylock’s hand, but likes The BoS due to their law bringing policies. He is 36 years Louie is white, and has a buzzcut with a mustache. He wears a ranch hand outfit and a stetson hat with leather armor, he uses a makeshift pump action shotgun.
General Ulysses Grant: A securitron made specially for the RobCo factory owner, a civil war buff. You have to repair him after clearing the RobCo factory to recruit him. His karma is dependent on how you program him, and he hates the brotherhood but loves the magnolia robots. He is a deep blue and gold securitron with General grant on the tv screen. He is a pre-war robot. He uses the 9mm smg, laser rifle, and rockets depending on what you tell him to use. He is not romanceable.
Uriah Lincoln - A respected raider within Greylock’s hand, you can recruit him whenever you join Greylock’s hand. He has evil karma, loves Greylock’s hand, and hates the Brotherhood and the Carolinians. You can change his karma in his personal quest. Uriah is 23 years old. He is black and is bald, with a bandana covering on of his eyes. He wears Greylock makeshift power armor and carries a plasma rifle. He is romanceable
Senior Scribe Weatherby - A former scribe turned ghoul by radiation, you can recruit her from the BoS after she is kicked out. She has evil karma, hates the BoS and the other factions. After her personal quest she can either rejoin the brotherhood or be open to other factions. She is 39 years old. She is a ghoul and has wears red hair wig. She wears a scribe outfit and uses a laser rifle. She is romanceable.
Belle - A Mrs Nanny built by the robots at Magnolia, you can recruit her after joining the Magnolia robots. She has neutral karma, and likes Greylock’s Hand and the Magnetic robots. Belle is 60 years old. She wears a straw hat with a flower on it, and has a light purple chassis; she uses a minigun and a sawblade. She is not romanceable.
Hambone - A golden retriever with one blue eye and one brown eye. He doesn’t care about what you do, he’s a good boy. You can have him alongside any other companion.

(First of all Ik it's maybe not possible but it's my fantasy)
I would've done that, in the climax, after failing every try to save Keaton Batman and Supergirl from being killed by Zod and his army, The Flash finally decides to do one last attempt by going back in time to before Superman was killed by Zod as a child and saves him. Have Flash then take the kid 'Kal El' and take him to the Kent's and they adopt him.
He then returns to present and we have Superman (Henry Cavill most preferably or maybe even Brandon Routh) alive and he returns and helps in the battle along with reuniting with Supergirl (No one knew about Superman existing in the world since The Flash asked the Kent's to hide Clark's superpowers until the Zod attack)!
Like just imagine as Zod is about to stab and kill Supergirl, Cavill appears and stops Zod's hand with the Hanz Zimmer music, and says "You're not killing my family again" and then attacks Zod while Supergirl fights Faora!!!
Meanwhile BatKeaton and The Flashes beat the rest of the Zod army. The movie ends with Superman beating but not killing Zod and stopping Supergirl from killing Faora as well (make him more like the comics since The Flash actually told The Kents about what happens in the future and they do a better upbringing of Clark based on that so he doesn't become a controversial or introvert figure, or is doubtful about his powers but instead embraces them with grace to help the world for good). Superman instead sends them both back to the Phantom Zone. It ends with an emotional reunion of Superman and Supergirl.
You can then also have one more scene with The Flash travelling back and reaching to the original timeline successfully, with the movie ending with a heartful and fun moment with all members of the League.

This is a case I'd come across on NamUs a while back before it was added to Doe Network in April last year and it hasn't gotten a lot of attention.
On March 15, 1975, the badly beaten and dismembered bodies of a man and a woman were found in the bushes 400 feet from Loop Road, officially County Road 94, 5 miles south of the Tamiami Trail in the Big Cypress Swamp of Monroe County, Florida. Both had been fatally beaten with a blunt object, cut in half, placed into 4 green garbage bags, and then the garbage bags were put into 4 unmarked canvas duffel bags. Their hands were missing, likely to prevent fingerprinting. The man was bound with a cord, and the woman was handcuffed (they were cheap Japanese-made handcuffs), both then being murdered "execution style". Both had been dead for 4 weeks by the time of discovery.
The man was white, 40-50 years old, 5'10" (estimated), 145-150 lbs. (145 lbs. estimated per NamUs), with reddish brown hair and possibly a beard. His eye color could not be determined. The woman was also white, 30-40 years old, 5'4" (estimated), 120-130 lbs. (125 lbs. estimated per NamUs), with light brown or blond hair. Her eye color was also undetermined. Neither had any distinguishing marks or features; the man was edentulous with healed-over gums, and the woman's teeth showed a lack of care in later years although she had extensive dental work done prior.
The man was wearing a white "Catalina" size M knit shirt and size 32 khaki or green L.L. Bean shorts with another label (store label per Doe Network) "Yodel Britches". The woman was wearing a white "Dunofold, Inc." v-neck athletic shirt with a red, white, and blue ribbed collar, a small black and gold eagle embossed on the left front, and a store label for Stan Smith in Mohawk, NY, size medium baggy white muslin calf-length pants, and red knee-high socks. Neither had any underwear or shoes.
The status of their DNA is unknown, and their fingerprints are not available due to their hands having been removed.
Investigators believe the couple were originally from the Northeast based on their clothes and possibly hippies due to their lack of underwear. The clothes definitely seem definitely northeastern to me but the lack of underwear alone doesn't point me towards them having been hippies.
As with many cases found in the Everglades and Big Cypress, there's a good chance they were killed in the urban areas along the East Coast (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, etc.) and then driven inland to hide their bodies although the West Coast (Naples, Fort Myers, etc.) shouldn't be ruled out either. (This isn't explicitly stated anywhere I've seen, but based on similar cases this is likely what I think happened.) Loop Road itself goes through the southern end of Big Cypress National Preserve and, to my understanding, doesn't see a lot of traffic apart from park visitors and hikers going to the Florida Trail, the southern end of which is directly on the road. Loop Road is also unpaved and some areas can get difficult to drive through with weather.
There are no exclusions for the man, but 2 for the woman: Pamela Nater (1966) and Brenda Lefler (1974).

I’ve posted before and me and my friends do a 2 v 2 and I can’t seem to win. This is my first RTS and I’m gonna need a hand so let me paint the picture.
I focus on defence and I have 3 of the power towers with a load of archer towers and 3-4 layers of walls. My 2 enemy’s are constantly attacking with creepers and firsts of stone and I’m trying to hold the base together. They originally target the power towers but after seeing the holes in the base decide to go for a push and end up winning the game.
We lost because my teammate decided to go for an attack on their small base. He took half the army while the rest was up against their numerous archer towers and troops. Most of you know trying to collect troops in front of archer towers and firsts of stone is almost certain death. He asked me not to recall the troops and I hoped he would be able to get through their base while I struggled to defend with no troops.
He blamed me saying we could have attacked before and easily would have won. I don’t doubt this but many have told me it’s better to focus on defence. I blamed him as to why we lost saying that taking more then half the army is obviously going to encourage them to attack and he can’t seem to understand that. He resorts back to his original point with how we should’ve attacked before which as I said I agree with.
I’d like to know if you guys understand my point and at least realise that we lost because of his decision and hopefully can give me some tips on easily overcoming them.

After arguing with someone on the forums I thought more about what the prophecy could actually mean.
I saw my corpse, and from my mouth crawled Hatred
This is obviously referencing Inarius killing him after Mephisto “refined” the hatred that Inarius had while he was confined. Also sowing hatred between Lilith and Inarius.
A father burned his children on a pyre and a mother molded a new age from the ashes
I think rather than the church/religion burning other people in Inarius’ name, I think this is about Inarius bringing his army to the Burning Hells to die.
As for Lilith’s part of this line, I think it’s her death rather than an action she had while alive. When she died she turned to ash. I am unsure if her death will be the cause of the new age or if she will speak to us while she is “dead” due to our connection to her and maybe prove that she actually has the mortals best interests at heart.

However, we saw Neyrelle crossing the snowy fractured peaks and the Desert in Kehjistan before crossing the Sea/Ocean. It is possible this will actually be happening in the expansion in Lut Gholein which is called the “Jewel of the Desert” in Aranoch.

I believe this might be Tyrael in the expansion. They said that he left while looking worried and it’s possible that he had the same idea about the Jewel of the desert and went to investigate Lut Gholein to look for signs of the Lord of Hatred OR he may have found something about this spear of light that might be able to kill the Lord of Hatred for good. Likely something to do with Anu if this is the case.
And he who was bound in chains was set free.
Continuing on with the assumption of this being chronological, the Lord of Hatred’s heart being pierced by a spear of light will free someone who is bound by chains. This is where I am completely unsure of what will happen. Is it referring to Diablo who might be chained up after his little plan of trying to consume all 6 of the other Evils? Is this something from the void being summoned after a Prime Evil has been truly killed? Is it maybe Trag’Oul who vanished after after setting necromancers on their path?
This last bit is the only part I am unsure about
Anyone else have any thoughts on this? Do you think I'm reading too much into this and the prohecy really was only about the even of the base game and don't involve the expansions?

Here are the Facts -
Snuffed + Big AB fielded a fleet of around 210.
3 Titans to hit the Fortizar. 162 Carriers, 20 Supers. Fax on field and obviously more incase shit got spicy.

Now, sure, it looks like we were barely outformed when you look at a battle report like that. 207 vs 372 doesnt look that staggering. Here is where the issue begins.
The defenders didnt kill anything but fighters... So you dont get to see every single defender, because they barely killed anything at all. The fortizar was Anti Cap fit, so the logical thing to do was hit it from range. Snuff cannot field 200 Subcaps with a couple fax and take on defenders, which numbered around 700.
Now you might be asking, "Wally, what do you mean 700, thats spin youre dumb."

The defenders, with a pretty sizeable fleet of subs, decided to batphone. That is fine, we know that people will batphone for help, that is what you do in eve. Goons and Init came (Not blue but friends?)
Frat came in bombers (lol idiots)
Brave came and barely outformed by Shadow Cartel (LMAO SUNESIS ARMY)
So here is what is sad. The fight took place with whoever the braindead FC of the TFI's. He decided the play was to warp to 160 carriers at 20, and shoot.... an archon? We bait tanked the archon to keep them on grid but that wasnt enough. They fed a handful of TFI and warped off.
What they should have done was wait for their batphones to arrive so they can coordinate and take out tagets togther. They didnt do that. The defenders wasted the time of 100 goons, 75 init, a bunch of brave and frat, and just.... left.
They left and i guess hoped some shit fit Nagas and KiKis could take on a carrier blob.
The defenders HAVE dreads, they have the capability of throwing down. They didnt do that. They just... left.
So while the TFI's warped off and docked or tethered, who knows, the Batphones decided "fuck this, we are going to try" and warped down to Carriers at 20. This obviously not the best idea, but we feel their frustration, so Tau AD decided to make their fleet quick and dropped SB carriers on them at zero and expedite their return trip. A bunch of kikis, who should have been there at the same time as TFI's, defanging carriers, decided to come in super late and land near the Nagas that were being SBd, luckily they warped off before AVDOT was able to get on top of them.
The fort died, all caps aligned to friendly citadel. We got off with ZERO issues, noone even tried to kill a straggler. That was it.
Im not sure what the Coalition of inbreds that defended the structure are called, but they should be called Test Coalition [VILY] because of how fast they failed.

Now, sure, it looks like we were barely outformed when you look at a battle report like that. 207 vs 372 doesnt look that staggering. Here is where the issue begins.
The defenders didnt kill anything but fighters... So you dont get to see every single defender, because they barely killed anything at all. The fortizar was Anti Cap fit, so the logical thing to do was hit it from range. Snuff cannot field 200 Subcaps with a couple fax and take on defenders, which numbered around 700.
Now you might be asking, "Wally, what do you mean 700, thats spin youre dumb."

The defenders, with a pretty sizeable fleet of subs, decided to batphone. That is fine, we know that people will batphone for help, that is what you do in eve. Goons and Init came (Not blue but friends?)

So here is what is sad. The fight took place with whoever the braindead FC of the TFI's. He decided the play was to warp to 160 carriers at 20, and shoot.... an archon? We bait tanked the archon to keep them on grid but that wasnt enough. They fed a handful of TFI and warped off.
What they should have done was wait for their batphones to arrive so they can coordinate and take out tagets togther. They didnt do that. The defenders wasted the time of 100 goons, 75 init, a bunch of brave and frat, and just.... left.
They left and i guess hoped some shit fit Nagas and KiKis could take on a carrier blob.
The defenders HAVE dreads, they have the capability of throwing down. They didnt do that. They just... left.
So while the TFI's warped off and docked or tethered, who knows, the Batphones decided "fuck this, we are going to try" and warped down to Carriers at 20. This obviously not the best idea, but we feel their frustration, so Tau AD decided to make their fleet quick and dropped SB carriers on them at zero and expedite their return trip. A bunch of kikis, who should have been there at the same time as TFI's, defanging carriers, decided to come in super late and land near the Nagas that were being SBd, luckily they warped off before AVDOT was able to get on top of them.
The fort died, all caps aligned to friendly citadel. We got off with ZERO issues, noone even tried to kill a straggler. That was it.
Im not sure what the Coalition of inbreds that defended the structure are called, but they should be called Test Coalition [VILY] because of how fast they failed.

Unfortunately, my base agencies don’t like to answereturn phone calls or respond to emails so I have to come here. Is anyone aware of any enlistment/re-enlistment/contract extension incentives other than the monetary bonuses? Online research has given me nothing but information on the Army. For example, I know the Army allows individuals to be slotted for schools such as air assault, airborne, and pathfinder if they agree to re-enlist. Any information or guidance would certainly be appreciated!

 | Preface: I wrote most of this post before I learned that the user The_Dawn_Will_Come reached the same primary conclusion a while ago. However it contained some other interesting ideas I wanted to share, and more recently I added some ideas to it that I think are very important. submitted by Dryadversity to Eldenring [link] [comments] The quatrefoil as a depiction of the Elden Ring A fairly common pattern seen throughout the game's architecture is the quatrefoil, which some have alternatively described as a clover. Sinister Stromboli has catalogued a number of locations it's found in, including Liurnia and Raya Lucaria, Stormveil, and Farum Azula. It is also found in Elphael, and in many of the larger undestroyed churches, including the Church of the Eclipse and the Redmane Castle church. Finally, it's also present in Liurnia's Temple Quarter. quatrefoil symbol on the stained glass window, and above the statue's head After seeing a post that referred to the core structure of the Farum Azula Elden Ring as a clover shape, I realized the two patterns were the same. I'd recently been thinking more about this core structure, but it was the word 'clover' that more immediately stood out to me and helped me understand the congruence of the two shapes. Farum Azula's Elden Ring If the quatrefoil is the earlier version of the Elden Ring, it makes sense that we'd see it in Farum Azula, which contains the older Elden Ring depiction. This is some of the strongest evidence that the two symbols are meant to be associated. It's also not surprising that we find it in Stormveil, which took a number of motifs and ideas from Farum Azula. The presence of the symbol in Raya Lucaria probably has to do with the Four Belfries, but I think the symbolism of the Four Belfries could in turn be descended from Farum Azula. All of the locations accessed by the Belfries' waygates can be narratively connected to the Crucible in some way. Farum Azula of course has the Farum Azula Elden Ring, which has been theorized to be the Elden Ring of the Crucible age. The Precipice of Anticipation is linked to the Crucible through the Golden Lineage and Godfrey, who led the Crucible Knights. And we find one of these Crucible Knights on the other end of the last waygate, to Nokron. There are more connections to the Crucible. The four torches at each belfry are the same kind used before the Grand Lift of Rold, which is guarded by a Black Blade Kindred and leads to the Forge of the Giants (a crucible) and Farum Azula. (These torches are also the bottom portion of the post caps in upper Leyndell, which I have written about elsewhere.) Moreover, the belfries have reliefs of the ancient dynast on them, who was probably a prophet of the Crucible. Surrounding the dynast are roots/branches, which in addition to the dynast's statues, are also found in the Farum Azula Elden Ring. ancient dynast in one of the four belfries Nameless Singer referred to the central structure of Farum Azula's Elden Ring as a diamond, and noticed an identical arrangement of rings on the tiles of the main connecting road in the Lands Between, which they called the Goldroad. This road has the same purpose as the Four Belfries: to connect the rest of the world to the Lands Between, and unify them. The word 'diamond' is also fitting, because the Four Belfries connect the "four corners of the Earth", and a diamond has four corners. In some versions of the quatrefoil, like this one in Raya Lucaria, the quatrefoil is surrounded by an actual diamond. There are some other interesting parallels between Liurnia and Farum Azula. Both are "castles in the sky": Farum Azula is literally a floating castle, and Raya Lucaria looks like one with the reduction in the water level. Both have something to do with the color blue: Liurnia has water, and Farum Azula is in the sky (Azula). Both locations are linked with the elevation of consciousness: Raya Lucaria with education and study, and Farum Azula with the evolution from beast to man. Next, if you look on the map, the bridge to Ranni's divine tower seems to point to Farum Azula. This is also true for Stormveil's divine bridge—and Stormveil of course is linked to Farum Azula in many ways. Finally, both Farum Azula and Raya Lucaria are associated with light: Farum Azula is the seat of the sun, and 'Lucaria' could be interpreted as meaning "light". [Tangent: the ancient dynast arguably represents both causality and regression. The Four Belfries expanded the scope of the Crucible civilization through the waygates, but also probably through the infiltration of the Crucible's roots throughout the Lands Between. Expansion and growth are manifestations of Causality, as demonstrated in the Law of Causality incantation. Yet the dynast also symbolizes regression, since he is "returning to the roots". Thus, it could be said that the Crucible had the same principles as Golden Order Fundamentalism, and that it was not a purely regressive force.] The quatrefoil's presence in Castle Sol can be explained by the culture's strong ties to Stormveil, and I think the same is true of Redmane Castle. The Redmanes imitated Godfrey in various ways, including in the architecture and symbols they used. I don't think Fort Gael would be named such (or contain lions) were it not for Stormveil's influence. As proof the castle is taking inspiration from Stormveil, you can find a stormhawk depicted on Jerren's chair, and the chair found beside the lift leading to Radahn. chair by the lift to Radahn All of the churches mentioned share the same stained glass windows. At the top of each window is the quatrefoil symbol which is not part of the glass, but is sitting atop and in front of it. Its placement at the top of the windows would suggest it's of great religious importance. Edit: the fact that a very similar overlay is found in Raya Lucaria's stained glass, which has different designs in the glass itself, is counterevidence for the interpretation above. If the quatrefoil isn't surrounding a unique shape, it might not have a unique meaning. I'll include pictures of the Raya Lucaria stained glass toward the bottom of this post. This is from the Redmane church. The stained glass integrates a number of aesthetics important in Elden Ring: the \"stain\" is color, and the colors are illuminated by light, which is associated with the Elden Ring, the Greater Will, etc. Below the symbol on the left and right are two similar shapes which look more like the modern Elden Ring. Altogether this could represent how the modern Elden Ring is descended from the original, like in a family tree. Or it could be showing how the original ring is superior, since it's sort of propped up by the other two. Another idea is that it's showing the original Elden Ring as the pinnacle and yet a component of the modern ring, since the three patterns create a triangular shape, similar to the shape of the current Elden Ring itself. Even more interesting, in my opinion, is the stained glass design framed by the quatrefoil: in the windows of the Stormveil churches, Church of the Eclipse, and Redmane Castle church, the quatrefoil surrounds a depiction of the sun. This is strong evidence that the symbol is indeed linked to the Farum Azula Elden Ring, because again, Farum Azula is the seat of the sun. I've also speculated the quatrefoil could explain the non-aggression symbol found in these churches (on the left side of the screen) and in a few other locations, and that this symbol could also be a representation of the sun. While I don't remember every location this symbol appears in, all the examples I can think of could be linked to Stormveil or Stormveil-adjacent imagery. For example, the Roundtable Hold is based on the Fortified Manor, which uses Stormveil architecture. Another example is Pidia's church, which does not have the stained glass windows but nonetheless has the quatrefoil on the sides of the pews, and a bisected version of it on the walls Curiously, this room also has the same ceiling pendants as the Roundtable Hold. Note: these bisected quatrefoils are also present in all of the rises/sorcerer towers. Another location the quatrefoil is found in is Elphael. To put it succintly, I think the symbol is present here because the Haligtree is in many ways a return to the Crucible. Elphael The Meaning of Asset Reuse The quatrefoil was used in previous FromSoft titles, namely Dark Souls III and Bloodborne. In these games the pattern was also used on churches. It wasn't just this symbol either; the surrounding designs on the church doors were reused as well. However, I don't think this entails that the symbol has no unique meaning in Elden Ring. I don't believe the developers would use a symbol that matches the game's namesake (especially when the game is about symbols) unintentionally, or in contradiction. It's possible, for example, that the Farum Azula Elden Ring was based on the preeexisting quatrefoil texture. identical symbols on the church architecture in Bloodborne In the picture above you can see the same pattern as in Elden Ring, with the trifoil on the lower left and right, and the quatrefoil above and between them. What I said about the quatrefoil not being used carelessly is probably even truer in the case of the trifoil, since the trifoil resembles the current Elden Ring, and is thus an even more important symbol than the Farum Azula version. The fact that both these patterns weren't just copied, but iterated in architecturally novel ways (like in the picture below) would suggest there's not only meaning behind the trifoil and quatrefoil, but their placement and positioning to each other, as well. quatrefoil and trifoils in Farum Azula, right outside Maliketh's room After thinking some more about it, I realized how interesting it would be if the Elden Ring was based on the preexisting quatrefoils. For one, it would mean FromSoft took religious inspiration from their own creations. It would also mean that the Elden Ring, the holiest and most important symbol in the game, is, in a sense, a reused asset. This could tie into the user miirshroom's idea that the game Elden Ring is a crucible containing elements from FromSoft's previous works. If Elden Ring is about taking things from the past and putting them together, and the emergence of the present and future from the past, it would be perfectly in keeping with this for the developers to look at their earlier works for symbols, and use those symbols as the template on which to grow (or graft) Elden Ring. So I think that not only was the reuse of assets intentional when designing the Elden Ring, it's arguably a demonstration of the game's core idea. If the Elden Ring itself is a reused asset, this would suggest symbolically that the game Elden Ring is on some level about the reuse and reintegration of things from the past. The same point could be made for every other reused asset in the game. Every reused animation could be justified as relating back to the game's themes of emergence and convergence, change, mixture, combination, and so on. It's interesting to look back at Elden Ring's earlier days and even before this, when many were complaining about the fact that it reused so many elements from FromSoft's previous games. What they seemed to be missing, and couldn't know yet, was that the reused assets were the point. Below are the Raya Lucaria windows I mentioned earlier. in the elevator entrance to Raya Lucaria For the above screenshot, I'd like to point out that the quatrefoil contains blue and gold, which are two colors associated with Farum Azula. This pairing can be seen in the Bestial Sanctum, and on the beastmen. Perhaps these colors also symbolize the marriage of Radagon (gold) and Rennala (blue). The blue and gold triangles together form a larger triangle, so they could be described as "two halves making a whole". I have no explanation for this one (the screenshot above).in the Church of the Cuckoo On the above window: the design at the top should logically have something to do with the Primeval Current, since as I've recently written about, the Church of the Cuckoo is used to show devotion to it (credit to Lutana). Maybe the symbol could be a depicting a graven mass? The pattern kind of looks like four simplistic humanoid figures (just their head and torso) pointing up, right, left and down, like a bunch of sorcerers grafted together. Endnotes on related symbols I'm thinking that the symbol below could be a representation of the six equally sized great runes in the current Elden Ring—so excluding the Great Rune of the Unborn. I guess that doesn't make a lot of sense for Raya Lucaria, since this is where we obtain the Great Rune of the Unborn, but then again, Rennala probably received the amber egg long after Raya Lucaria was built. Another possibility is that the pattern symbolizes the six divine towers. from the elevator entrance to Raya Lucaria This pattern can be found in the outdoor sections within Raya Lucaria. Likewise, the symbol in the picture above could potentially be a representation of all eight usable great runes. If you continue the pattern all the way around the missing half of the circle, I believe you'd end up with an octofoil. However, I should note this same pattern is found in Elphael, which might be counterevidence for this view. I say this because Miquella clearly wants a change to the current order; so if the current order has eight usable great runes, it wouldn't make sense for him to depict these in Elphael. For the sake of comprehensiveness, I've included a picture from inside the church at the Night's Sacred Ground in Nokron.
