TL;DR - They want all meds only in quantities needed for during the concert and to be in sealed, original bottles that are labeled with the prescription info, plus a written prescription from the physician, and can request photo ID to verify all of this.
(Not sure how much this matters but I’m in the US). Also, just as a quick side note, I technically don’t think it’s the venue’s policy but rather the company (promowest productions) who is putting on the show, but here is the wording from their website:

We recommend that if a prescription medication is necessary you only bring the medication in a quantity appropriate to the amount of time you will be visiting. Please bring it in a sealed package with the printed prescription label. If at all possible, please bring a copy of the written prescription. Be aware that photo identification may be requested by security or authorities upon entry.
Uh, TSA isn’t even that strict? And I have significant health issues (purchased ADA seating for this show so will be in my manual wheelchair) and take 23 different medications on a scheduled basis (but will need to take about 5 of those during the time that we are there) as well as will bring and likely need several as needed meds - again all prescribed. I can’t carry that many original bottles with me for a multitude of reasons.
1) Only bring as much as you need for while you’re there: Okay - cool - where do you expect me to store the rest of my 90 day supply of each of those meds since you only want me to bring that one pill BUT yet still in the original container that has the rx label on it. That’s up to 80 some pills times 5 that you want me to store in my home in unlabeled containers in what, ziplock baggies? Tupperware? Talk about not safe! Also - 2 of my meds are liquid - again where would you like me to squirt the rest of my remaining 900mL of liquid oxycodone so that it can be in the original bottle. And then how do I go about getting it back in? It’s not a traditional opening. It has a valve that only allows a special syringe about the width of a pen to be inserted to suck out the liquid in small amounts since it’s so concentrated. When I travel on planes and go through TSA everything is just in my daily pill boxes for the week with nothing labeled except the liquid oxycodone for obvious reasons. When not traveling, I have a very tiny bottle I keep it in since 900mL is ridiculous to carry around but it doesn’t have a prescription label so I’d literally only have 60mL in a 900mL bottle. Also - I literally will not be home till the next day so would need larger quantities than just what’s needed during the show, plus my night time and morning pill boxes. Again, taking public transportation so no car to store it in. Had I read this policy before 10pm tonight - the night before the concert - I could have dropped the AM & PM pill boxes off at my parents where I’ll be staying but it never occurred to me to check for a medication policy. I only stumbled upon it when looking up the bag size/type policy.
2) It’s a downtown venue in an inner city at night. All bags must be clear according to their policy. And I am taking public transportation. I am already in a wheelchair so am vulnerable to being mugged anyway. Especially if they see a bunch of pill bottles and such in my bag. People have been shot for way less. Recently read an article on a random sub here that a convenience store robber shot and killed the worker over having to pay $4 and change for something he didn’t feel he should. My meds are worth far more than that and I’d prefer to make it there and back without fear of being shot.
3) What does a “sealed” package of meds mean? I think of sealed meaning like the plastic wrap is still around the lid of a drink.
4) Can they legally ask to see a paper written prescription from my doctor since it has diagnostic information on it? Isn’t that a HIPPA violation?
5) And again - I feel like asking to see my ID and matching it is both a HIPPA and a safety violation. Now the checker has my address and would know where to go to get 90 days worth of meds that have high street value.
The whole thing just feels ableist, wrong, and a violation of my health privacy rights but is it still legal anyway?

How different would things be if the Heat had focused on attacking the basket when they got into the penalty early in the quarter ? Just another night of too many jump shots for this team and not enough attacking . I think in two quarters of this game the heat were in the penalty with a significant amount of time to play in the quarter but they chose to take the easy way out and settle for jumpers. Can’t keep happening .

This is my very first Reddit post so bare with me.
I (22m) have always done my best to be a good son and brother. For context I live with my dad (56) and my younger brother (20m), for storytelling sake I will call my brother Gabe and my father Paul.
I will be the first to admit that I’m not perfect, and I have done my fair share of being hurtful and spiteful to both Paul and Gabe when I was a kid up until I was a teenager. Since growing and working on myself, I’ve recognized that I’ve done wrong and have apologized to the both of them back when I was 19 and done my best to show them I’ve changed. On the other hand, my parents got divorced when I was in 3rd grade and Paul took the divorce pretty hard, so much so that he took his anger out on me by verbally and emotionally abusing me, so I’ve always had a bit of a chip on my shoulder.
I moved out when I was 18 due to Paul and I butting heads on a regular basis. For example; Paul would down play any accomplishments I made such as graduating with honors and finding a lifelong partner at the time, or constantly blame me for things not being right in the house or not doing enough. Whenever we would get into arguments I would always try to work towards a solution and apologize if I was at fault, but Paul would always tell me it’s my fault, completely invalidate my feeling, put the blame back on me, and attempt to put words in my mouth that I never said or try and spin the story in his favor.
Whenever Paul talks about me to any family or friends, he always makes me sound like a lazy, manipulative, and selfish individual. When in reality I’m constantly trying to accommodate Paul’s feelings. I’m emotionally exhausted from just rolling over and taking whatever Paul berates me with.
As for Gabe, I’ve always done my best to protect I him and pass along any wisdom I’ve picked up. I even went so far as to writing his college essay for him him to get into a great university. Additionally, I prow texted him from our former step dad who was emotionally and physically abusive to myself and my mom. Trying to be a good big brother also means sometimes supplying him and his friends “drinks” and “herb” for parties, I don’t even think about telling Paul about Gabe’s party habits because gave us just young and wants to have fun, I was there at one point myself.
What made me realize Gabe is a two faced back stabbed is he tells Paul even when I’ve done something remotely “out of line according to Paul “ something as simple as accidentally forgetting to put the laundry basket back.
Here’s what really made me lose all hope; I have a gf (32f) and we rarely get to spend quality time together due to her having roommates and me living at home still, so on weekdays I invite her over when it’s just my brother and I home because I’m the past my brother had always been cool whenever I have a friend over or a significant other. I was in bed winding down and getting ready to fall asleep when I overheard my brother tell Paul that my gf was over. Paul doesn’t like her just by the fact that she’s older than me and is “too nice” (she’s from the Midwest).
Paul has always favored Gabe more by being more patient and understanding of him during his time of need. Gabe even failed out of college and Paul was forgiving. Whereas if I get anything less than a 4.0 then all hell breaks loose.
I’m tired of feeling so alone and never actually seen or listened to. I can’t point out to Paul how he makes me feel because he immediately turns the conversation into how that’s my fault and I’m being ungrateful. Paul has never told me that he’s proud of me or Higgs me anymore.

I have 5100s on all 4 wheels with a 1" lift in the front. I've had them since Oct. 2021. They're pretty good shocks. I'd say it was worth it. Overall I'd give it a B+ grade. One small complaint I do have is a slight death wobble. Its not like those old jeeps, no those were flat out unsafe. Mine is minor. If I hit a good bump my steering will sway a slight amount. It usually feels fine most of the time. Its just every now and then its noticeable. The front control and I believe everything is nissan oem. And I replaced the front upper and lower control arms and tie rod ends by a good mechanic just a year ago. And just got new cooper all terrains less than a year ago. The truck is a 2015 with 112K and its not badly rusted. Nothing is leaking, all the components look good, seals, etc. Shocks still seem to be in good shape. I haven't seen much posted about this. Obviously I'm sure the reason is 1. height increase 2. cheap quality nissan control arms. But overall no complaints. God I also get this rattle when I accelerate and I can't find where its at. All the rear exhaust/cat components are clamped and solid and everything in the front is so concealed and difficult to get to. Like the up the sides of the engine. How the hell do you diagnose a heat shield rattle? I hope its not the transmission, I dont think its the transmission. Transmission coolant looks good when wiped with a rag. I know some transmission cars can get like a basket rattle. But It reponds decently I believe. Suspension does well overall. Everything is kept up. Overall its a good truck, just these couple Id say issues I mention with the lift and the mild high frequency rattle. Thoughts?

On my latest trip to Barnes and Nobel I saw they already had Agustina Bazterrica’s short story collection out. I think it was supposed to be released on the 20th.
Tender is the Flesh was interesting. There was something underbaked about it, but it kept my attention with the odd scenarios it painted. It was also very terse and dry in its writing, which was interesting given the subject matter.
I was hoping her stories would follow in a similar path, but I’m struggling to connect to any of them. Outside of “Roberto” the entries feel like first draft ideas.
Alissa Nutting is pretty cut and short in her works, but at least there’s typically some climatic element to her super short offerings. Bazterrica’s feel so underwhelming, and I couldn’t not be more disappointed.
Has anyone read the collection? What are your thoughts?

Started looking at sofas, stumbled into Joybird store in center city Philly and was actually impressed by the options. Came home and saw some nightmare situations on here and other pages about terrible build quality and customer service from 24-18 months ago.
Moved on to CB2, Pottery Barn, C&B, Article, Casterly, etc and they all have terrible reviews on here from the same timeframe. Very similar complaints to Joybird all in the late 2021 to 2022 period. That said, I haven't seen any chatter about them recently, like not much negative or positive. All the negative reviews seem to end with the buyer getting a full refund so I am tempted to give them a chance.
Therefore my question to you all, is Joybird actually that awful, or were they struggling to complete orders in 2021-2022? Have they turned around their issues at all? Anyone have a recent experience or an update on their Joybird purchase?

×Sometimes you don't need crab when you have a nearly full ink tank!
×Dont triple inkstrike/booyah bomb the first few bosses, especially fishsticks (people do this, don't be one of them)
But don't be too scared to use specials, if the basket is super crowded, or you think you need it use it!
!!Bosses!!
×lead bosses to the basket when you can! Especially scrappers and maws
×dont leave somebody alone at bigshot canons! That gets hairy, watch each other's backs :)
×If you kill everything at the shore, it takes longer to get them to the basket
No matter how good you are, you may mess up! The buddy system helps.
!!Help!!
×Do not spam help when you can't be revived! Its distracting to your teammates!!
×Walk towards help! Sometimes your help is too far, you can make their lives easier by going toward them :D
!!This way!!
× Do not this way every single boss!
× Instead this way, big shots, stingers, fly fish, and if you need support!

12:00am December 13th it was a cold winter night the boy was sitting in a chair from his back yard. He placed it in front of his pool facing towards the mountains with all the copious amount of houses built across the mountain meant for the wealthy and only the wealthy. To the far left is a house, her house, the one he was never allowed to go into unless her parents weren’t there. He looked in the direction of the house hoping that she was in there safe and sound asleep. All the boy wanted was her to hold him, tell him everything was going to be fine and that she loved him while in her warm and safe embrace as she had before. She was the only escape from his prison that he called home, she knew how to calm him down and knew exactly what to say she was the boys safe place, his home, his strength…his everything. He thought about her, he let out a silent, painful cry not because she left him but because they were eachothers best friends because they knew everything about eachother but they couldnt be together soley because of the future, everyday the boy would blame himself for it, only if he were smarter, had the money to go with her. But he couldnt all he could do was hope, hope that they would meet again in near future. The boy whispered “I love you” hoping for a response back…nothing he said it again this time louder…no response, he stood up, with his throat tight, his eyes full of tears, heart getting smaller and smaller by the second, he closed his eyes and screamed “I LOVE YOU”. All of a sudden in the darkness of his eye lids he heard a soft angelic voice “I love you” he opened his eyes there she was standing in front of him lighter dark brown wavey hair, big beautiful brown eyes almost like meteors and the face the boy knew so well she was in a beautiful white dress. The boy looked down, he was wearing a black suit with a white dress shirt and black tie with a flower pinned to his shirt, he looked down at his left hand there was a ring on one of his fingers, not his index, not his middle, on his digit finger… his ring finger. He looked around they were in the center of a banquet hall, all of her family and his family looking at the two. She took his hand and put one around her waist and the other interlocked with hers, then the song started playing. They proceeded to have their first dance mean while everything was silent but her voice and the song that she wanted to play for this moment. The boy looked into her eyes as she smiled, a smile that could light up a whole room teeth like stars, he started speaking “ I missed you so much” she gazed at him and responded with “i missed you” they continued to dance. The blared “When you're cold and all alone,You can build you a city, And call it home” the boy spoke again with a strained voice “I Love You” the girl responed back “I Love You” she put her head on his chest and closed her eyes the boy kissed her head and put his head on her head and closed his eyes. Then the music started to fade, the feeling of her and her presence fading, he opened his eyes, he was back in his back yard looking at the mountains, he looked down she was no longer there just concrete floor. The boy fell to his knees and started to sob a quiet sob, a hole in the middle of his chest. He looked up at the mountains and looked to the far left, he started to scream with everything he had left in himself …“I Love You”

I know “self esteem” says I’m not supposed to care, but this has always happened and I have no idea why.
At work, I’ll talk to people and be outgoing. However, they usually just laugh and walk away. Maybe give a sentence long response. When they go, they end up having full and enthusiastic conversations with someone else.
It’s annoying because another girl I know does the same thing but everyone talks to her. She’s a week newer than me too so it’s not a “new girl” thing. Some people also rebuff me.
I don’t understand why this happens and I don’t understand why they don’t like me when the other girl is basically the same, with the addition of complaining/freaking out all the time.
This is so frustrating. I’m myself, I get rejected. Im quiet, I’m treated like some anxious basket case. I have no idea what to do anymore.

Has anyone ever had an issue with any cup leaking from the top? I guess i have it filled pretty full, but at random times i pick it up and a bunch will just land on me. When I shook it it was fine, the lid is on tightly and securely. I just want to know if anyone else has issues or if my skill is just too low

I've got no idea what's going on. Same incubator I've used for years. Holding temp and humidity properly. I've done three batches of eggs now in the last few months and if I get 5% hatch rate I'm lucky. All are fresh eggs. Most are from my own stock. 2 males and ten females. Proven breeders.
Day 15 I removed my turner, some of the eggs were already rocking around on their own.
Day 18 no activity, no pips, no noise, nothing. (Looking through the lid. I'm in lockdown)
Previously I have left quail in up to day 20 just in case, with no luck.
Here's the thing that gets me. When I throw out the eggs after the fact more than half of them look fully developed. What am I doing wrong?

20F. I made steak burrito bowls at home today. It took over 3 hours. I noticed that our sink was clogged. Told my mom that. She was like "did you take the filter out?" and I said yes because I was washing the meat and didn't want to filter that. I was not really washing anything else that would have big particles in it. She started screaming that I should never do that and she can never leave the house because of stuff like this. She kept going and screaming about this, she just would not stop. Turns out the lid of the can of beans I had opened had gotten stuck in the sink. I would have absolutely figured that out on my own, but because I had merely told her what was happening I could not get her away from the damn sink. She kept going and shouting and saying "what have you done" and I started to get angry and I was saying that because I made one mistake suddenly I can't do anything. I don't really remember what led to this but then I threw back and I said that she doesn't fill her own gas and doesn't clean her own toilet so she shouldn't tell me that I can't do shit alone. She was extremely offended by this and then proceeded to say I was disgusting and it's good to know what I really think. It was a really low blow on my end, and I can't even remember what she said now. This happens every time I make a mistake, for example accidentally pulling a drawer out of a shelf or leaving my towel on her bed. There's so much in the past that I can't explain here. When she makes mistakes I am so calm and I take action to clean up or whatever it may be. I assure her that it's okay. I feel so guilty and I feel guilty because I believe it was justified. She doesn't even know about the amount of disasters I've dealt with alone, I was just really irked.
