Hi all, I bough a CPU i5 12400F, 16gb Kingston Ram and a Gigabyte Motherboard B760M DS3H DDR4 to upgrade my system.
What happens its that many times (every day) the CPU usage is huge - very above normal - even not using heavy programs that justifies that. Many times, I check task manager, and the CPU usage, is very high, when I was just on Windows folders, and browsing - nothing more. It reaches easily 60/70% CPU usage, and sometimes even 80/90/100% with no reason. Different task's, makes the CPU reaches almost the limit - check the pics. Even "Windows explorer" task, sometimes reaches 50-60% CPU usage, I’ve check that many times on Task manager. This happen with no apparent reason, I do not use heavy software. And with the exact same kind of usage, with my last PC which were half powerful and with half ram ( a 9400F with 8Gb Ram) Never had this issues, neither, a so high CPU usage. Since this CPU is double powerful in all aspects, wasn't expectable that the CPU, on the same kind of use, works with less effort and have less CPU usage?! Even the Windows Restart's/Boot, were more quick with my oldest Setup than on this Setup ( and I’ve already activate the Fast Boot on Bios). The only difference were, that my previous motherboard was an MSI ( a very low end H310M PRO-M2 PLUS model), and this actual one its a "new" Gigabyte B760M DS3H DDR4 model. Could the motherboard model/Brand are making all of this underperformance and issues ? At normal use, i can say, that i can't notice any kind of performance improvement with this new Setup ( that is twice powerful) I only do feel a better performance on games, but I’m a casual gamer, and i almost play CS:GO, and less more. The real difference is that with this Cup/mobo, anything I do reaches high CPU and energy usage very easily.
I have Windows Fresh install, no Virus, Adware. Bios Updated to last firmware. No background running programs. Just Windows 10 64bit with the essential's.
Other problem is the High CPU FAN RPM's ( and noise, obviously ). I know that the Stock Fans were not the most quiet, but for many years, i never bought an aftermarket Cooler, since I don't use heavy software, and even gaming I don’t play heavy CPU games, so the stock cooler is more than enough for the needs, and I’ve checked a review/noise test comparison on YouTube, and my Fan doesn't perform near close to that: https://youtu.be/yhKBABCfmpk?t=240 , and note, the CPU and cooler its the same. I wish, my Fan run so smoothly and constant, and specially so quiet like the one on the video.
This video show's a "little" of the random RPM's i am talking about, with windows idle, closed programs, just opening/switching between folder's, but I can say that usually is worst than the video, and phone mic it not capture the best sound, personally the FAN noise is much more aggressive, and usually the RPM'S are worst, (VERY) annoying and uncomfortable, Specially at night : https://streamable.com/523h6e
The CooleFan just ramp up quickly to High RPM's, by no reason and completely randomly, like if i were using the CPU with really heavy programs. Sometimes by just opening a Browser tab or a Folder is enough to listen the Fan ramping up Hard - what its not normal. And the most weird, is that the Fan randomly changes RPM's frequently. By itself, the CPU CooleFan is not quiet, but actually is running very above normal and making a lot of noise - much above the usual. The Fan could be working at 1500RPM'S, but by no reason, changes to 2000/2200RPM'S, sometimes 3000RPM'S - while using Windows - once again; no heavy programs, just windows, folders, and browsing. Fan randomly and constantly changes RPM'S , never stays idle, like the CPU are. At night, is almost impossible, stay with the PC turned ON.
Its not the 1st time, that i have the PC turned on, but I’m not using it. I sit on my bedroom, at some PC distance, and I listen the FAN ramping up Hard... like !?!? I'm not even using the PC lol its on idle, there are no programs running. How the Fan ramp up like if i was using the CPU heavily ? PS: I have my PC Case well good refrigerated ( tbh, due to this problem, and to test, the PC Case is opened - No differences ).
PS: I configured and tested FAN Profiles on Bios, and its on a Silent/Manual smooth Fan curve, even so the result, is what I’ve explained. Since, if I let the default Profile "Normal Fan", the problem is even worst, and the noise its impossible to stay near the PC, it's almost an airplane noise. But even with a very smooth Fan curve, I can hear the fan a LOT . But the Random RPM's ramp up's and down, even with a manual smooth Fan curve remains exactly the same. The Fan constantly changes RPM's (hardly), looks like and F1 car motor on a race lol.
I spend lot of hours testing ( I have some IT experience ), searching, reading, and I cannot find any solution, neither what could be the problem root. To me, should be a faulty motherboard, or CPU, but I make tests to the CPU, and on all of them everything seems ok, so, i think that the problem could be the motherboard. I've contacted Intel and nothing were detected. I've contacted Gigabyte and they just simple ignore the questions, they just told me to take the board to warranty – No troubleshooting, no help, nothing !
The questions is to, trying to know the cause of this issues, since I still have the chance to return mobo and CPU, and change for a better and stable hardware choices. But firstly I need to know and understand which device is causing troubles, if the CPU, if the Board. And my budget it's not very high, so, I would like to replace the part that is causing issues.
Do you consider Gigabyte a good motherboard brand for low/mid end range? It's the 1st time i give a chance to Gigabyte, usually i buy MSI, and honestly i was happy with motherboard's, and with the UEFI BIOS . But honestly i doesn't like the BIOS at all, and with this issues, makes me very sceptical to Gigabyte, at the same time I also feel like this motherboard doesn't have much stability ( i could be wrong). I bought this Gigabyte Mobo due to the price point, and they bring heatsink on (half) VRM and a heatsink to the SSD M.2 Nvme... Maybe i was caught by the Brand marketing. I have a Gigabyte Graphic Card and no issues, runs well. But for low/mid end motherboards, Gigabyte could not be the best option. I'm thinking to return this motherboard since i have 2more days to do it, and buy an MSI again or a Asus. But the last MSI I have was 3years ago, don't know how are they now. My last MSI was an H310M PRO-M2 PLUS, a super entry level motherboard, but always worked Flawlessly with a great performance and stability, and with a very Good UEFI BIOS and configuration options !
Is it from Windows ? Motherboard issues ? the CPU ?
If anyone got ideas, from what can be, I would appreciate. Since I search and tested everything and don't find nothing that tells me the cause.

I have more than half rare relics locked, 26 to be exact. Apparantly we can gather some relics more than once. I kid you not, I'm not exaregating, I have like 10 in a row where the game registers duplicate whenever I open rare relic box. What is going on here?

i’m playing with world adventures and the tomb exploration and i had my sim accept an adventure from the adventure board that told her to go to the temple of heaven after receiving one of the keystones that opens a door in the tomb. while i was exploring, i ended up stumbling on a glitch and lets just say after i tried to fix it with testing cheats and nraas, i made it worse and now i cannot progress into the tomb beyond this point. is there a way to reset the tomb or something? i want to continue the adventure but i don’t think i’ll be able to if i can’t figure out how to continue past the point i’m at.

This is probably gonna be lengthy because it’s been going on for awhile.
My (30F) husband (35M) has a relationship with a coworker that just makes my spidey-sense tingle.
For context, we've been together for almost 5 years and got in engaged in February 2020, right before Covid hit. And my husband started the job he is at now back in September 2020. He instantly clicked with one of the girls (he’s the only man in the office), let’s call her Molly, and couldn’t stand anyone else. At first, I had no issues towards her, not even when she mentioned to him that she was gonna “creep” my facebook. Or when she would just always compliment my eyebrows, only my eyebrows, asking whether I got them done, or I do them myself.
Flash forward to May 2021, and we were on vacation with my sister and her fiancé, starting to plan our destination wedding. The whole time we were out planning, he would be snap chatting her, and at one point he snapped a picture of my sister (we look nothing alike), and she asked him if it was his fiancé or her sister, which I thought was kinda weird for someone who said they were gonna creep someone’s social media, or just for the fact that I knew he showed her a picture of me before (our engagement photos) But it wasn’t weird enough I really thought anything of it.
In August 2021, I found out I was unexpectedly pregnant, so we decided to have our wedding a whole year early. In September 2021, I was hospitalized for 4 days, with an infection that if the antibiotics didn’t work and I ended up needing surgery, I would have lost the pregnancy. 4 days I sat in the hospital by myself, even though he was off of work. My husband (then fiancé) only came to visit one of the days I was there, for a couple of hours, and the whole time he snap chatted Molly, and was asking me about my eyebrows, again. Didn’t even try to comfort me about the fact I had to turn my phone off because my family was bombarding me with messages of my dad’s infidelity.
We got married in October 2021, and it was a beautiful, last minute ceremony (I planned it all by myself without any input from him), that he really wanted to do before the baby came. Toward the end of October, we went to see a professional hockey game since my boss offered us tickets right on the ice by the team. As we were there, he was telling me one of his friends was also there, and he showed me a Snapchat his friend sent him. Once that Snapchat finished, it went back to his inbox of messages and I seen his coworker wrote him. He didn’t open it while I was looking, and I as turned my attention back to the game, out of the corner of my eye I seen him turn his phone away from my view and start typing. I didn’t say anything until a couple days later and I asked if this was something I should worry about and he assured me it was nothing, and that she was even trying to convince her boyfriend to have a baby so I literally had nothing to worry about. I expressed it was weird that she was had to “convince” her long time boyfriend to have a baby, especially at the time I was pregnant. But, I let it go thinking it was just my hormones.
After this, I noticed he would be texting her or snapping her, even more outside of work. He gets out at 4:30, and would sometimes be texting her until 8:30-9:30pm. Eventually in late November, we traveled to see his favorite football team. I got him super good seats, that were expensive, for his birthday, booked a hotel, and we made a weekend of it. This time when I seen his Snapchat, I noticed they were best friends on there. And that was just a huge red flag for me.
The following night, after we got home, I asked him about her being his best friend on Snapchat and expressed how uncomfortable it made me, and expressed that I’ve had this feeling in the past and brushed it off and I was actually right about the situation. He told me I couldn’t take my past out on him. That he would never cheat on me. I asked him to delete her off Snapchat and only converse with her where the messages could be recorded (text message and g-chat at work). He said he would just delete his whole Snapchat account. Now, my husband is super outgoing and really likes his social media so this felt weird to me, and I told him it was strange he’d to go to such an extent for a coworker. I also told him I didn’t want him bringing her up to me at any time (he talked about her a lot). He also posted a picture of me to social media that weekend with a cowboy filter, mentioning “sometimes I’m his wife, sometimes a cowboy, but I’ll always be his baby mama”. Molly commented on the post and emphasized “always be your baby mama” with laughing emojis, which my husband reacted with a laughing emoji too. Even though I expressed in the past how I felt about being called his baby mama (I don’t like it), and one of the reasons he pushed to get married before the baby was born was because he promised his grandma he wouldn’t have a kid before marriage. I’m not only the mother of his child, but his wife, and by calling me his baby mama, I feel like he’s down playing my role in his life.
We got into an argument about it all and didnt talk for a few days. We work opposite schedules, so instead of going to stay with my parents and having to answer questions, I would avoid the times we would be at home together because I needed some space. Eventually he texted me to apologize, and said that I need to trust him. That he would never cheat on me. I told him no one thinks they’re gonna cheat, and he don’t know how he would react when put into that situation, but I would like him to avoid even being put into that situation where it’s a possibility since our bodies do have physiological reactions, and I have experienced that before personally. He told me he would delete her off Snapchat and only talk to her through text or g-chat so if I wanted to read the messages I could. That he never meant to make me feel like he was prioritizing her, and didn’t stop to think how he’d feel if the roles were reversed.
I never asked if he deleted her off Snapchat, I figured I should at least trust him to do what he says. But I have gone through his messages with her and most of it is innocent. There was one message where she took a screenshot of her conversation with one of the techs where she asked him to take her for a ride in his corvette, and she sent it to my husband and said “look who asked me out”. My husband asked her “isn’t he married”, and she responded “don’t tell anyone though”.
My husband knows I have gone through his phone, like he told me I could, but has made indirect comments about how nobody should go through their SO phone. Relationships are all about trust, etc. he also snap chatted me a picture of all the conversations he had going with the office girls on g-chat, and I noticed Molly’s history was turned off. I asked him if he knew this and he said “lol yeah”. After a few months of not bringing her up, and sneaking away to text her back instead of doing it in front me (like going to the bathroom, or stopping in the middle of walking to type), then he started to casually bring her back into our conversations again.
In April 2022 I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. I had to have an emergency c-section, so once the baby came out, I told my husband to go with her and the nurses. A couple of weeks after, my gut told me to check his messages. I did and I seen he sent a picture of my baby to Molly 10 minutes after she was born, after he sent it in a group chat to his parents and sister. She got a picture before my parents and siblings. She got a picture while I was still cut open on the table and I didn’t even get to see my until 5 minutes after he sent Molly the picture. When I asked why he sent her a picture 10 minutes after she was born, he said “because she asked for one”. My baby was also born late at night. This was the hardest part to swallow. He only knew this girl for a year and half, and she was so important that she got pictures immediately? After the most important people of in his life? He didn’t even send pictures to his best friend that he’s been friends with for over 20 years, until late the next morning.
While I was on maternity leave, his manager asked him to work a half hour later to close on the days his “bff” (what his manager called Molly) had to close. I told him this made me uncomfortable, them being alone for a half hour, and that his manager knew he wouldn’t say no to closing just because it was with her. This entire 1st year of postpartum, I definitely feel like we’ve grown apart in our relationship. Of course we’re navigating being new to parenthood, but it just seems like he’s always angry with me. Making snide remarks. Giving me dirty looks. And still just coming home talking about Molly.
I finally got to meet Molly at his work holiday party, and it was completely awkward. Not only did she barely say hi to me, she almost didn’t even shake my hand i had extended out to her, but her boyfriend treated my husband coldly (he normally makes friend with everyone, anywhere he goes). We put our jackets to sit by them, and went around to mingle some more, and she let someone move them so we couldn’t sit by them, and then they ended up leaving extra early. The vibes were just totally off.
The most recent incidence was he was talking to our daughter, and I was listening and made a comment about something he said and he told my daughter that I’m always eavesdropping and reading. I asked what he meant, and he said “you know, since you read through my messages”, and I told him to ask me the last time I went through his messages, so he did, and I told him that I haven’t since a couple weeks after my baby was born. He said this was shocking and he didn’t know if it was a good thing or not that I trust him.
This also isn’t the first issue we’ve had over a coworker. At his previous job, I seen him messaging a coworker talking stuff about me and how he didn’t think I would be helpful after construction was done in our house. When I confronted him, he cried and begged me not to leave him. He even stopped talking to her. Which makes his reaction with this situation regarding Molly more suspicious to me.
I can’t tell if I’m going crazy, or if my husband has feelings for Molly. He’s also had conversations with her mom (says she calls the office). Writes on her Facebook wall about random things teasing her (which is his love language). I feel like he treats her the way he treats me and he shouldn’t be treating anyone else like he treats me. He even talks to her more than me. And most times we talk, it’s about the care for our daughter. Even when we’re intimate, he seems different than he did before meeting her. I feel like I’ve been going outta my mind the last year trying to make sense of this, holding resentment. I do not have any reason to have been sued that I know of. I do not even live in Florida. I googled the address it was from, and it just showed a bank.
Is this spam? I had not been at the place I usually receive my mail for a while, and I just now opened this. I cannot tell if it is a scam.

I was served a petition on May 25th, 2023. This case is taking place in Texas.
The petition states that I am being sued for full custody of my son, and for child support. The petitioner is my son's paternal aunt. I am his paternal father. My son is 5.
My son's mother passed away on April of 2023. I was not notified of her death, until I was served May 2023.
When my son was born, I signed his birth certificate, and a seperate form acknowledging that I am his father. I am not sure what this form is called exactly, but I do have a physical copy.
What the petitioner is alleging:
• Petitioner alleges I have not seen my son in over 4 years.

• I've had a relationship with my son and was with him almost everyday until I had a falling out with my son's mothers family (4 Years Ago). After this falling out, they threatened me physically & made it clear that if I were to come around to see my son, they would find ways to have me put in jail. Not knowing my rights as a parent or laws, I let them scare me into thinking I could never see my son again.

• Petitioner alleges she feels I'm a violent person, and my son will not be safe around me.

• This is far from the truth. My son lived with his mother & her immediate family at her home. When I would spend time with my son & his mother, it was ALWAYS in the company of her family, at her home. Not once did I ever get physically violent with the mother of my son, or my child. We did have verbal disagreements, but they were never physical or violent. Her family would often step in during our verbal disagreements, and try to turn them physical against me, but I was always smart enough to leave their home before it escalated.

• Petitioner is alleging that before my son was born, I had asked the mother of my child for an abortion, which she feels means that I did not want my son.

• For context, when I met my sons mother she was on dialysis, and had began entering stage 4 of kidney failure, due to Lupus. She was told she would never have children, and her chances of survival due to lupus were low. Her doctors made it CLEAR it was a miracle she was still alive. I did ask for an abortion, but it was due to me being afraid of my sons mother's health condition, and how healthy our child would be after being born. It was NOT because I didn't want to be a father. My son is a GIFT I am proud of, and love more than anything.

• Peitioner is alleging that my son does not know who I am, and that I should not have custody or even visitation rights.

• My son knows who I am, he knows I am his father. I have plenty of pictures with my son, his mother, and I celebrating moments. Going out to stores, dinners, buying him gifts. I was financially taking care of my son, until his mother stopped accepting anything I bought or tried to send to my son. I was forced out of his life. IF my son no longer recognizes me as his father, it is because he was taught so.

My son's mother was told she would never have children. She made it clear to me, that if our personal relationship did not work out, she would not want me in my son's life at all. Prior to meeting me, she was looking to start IVF treatments to give her family a child before she passed away, which she knew was was inevitable. She had passed away once before, and was resuscitated after my son was born. After that incident, conversations with her only became more clear that she no longer wanted me around. I felt I was only used to conceive a child with her.
Notes I feel are of importance:
• The petition states that my son remain ONLY at her families home address named in this case. She claims to have moved back to said family home to take care of my son, which is 3 minutes from my home, however I suspect she has taken him to her actual and main residence in another city, with her boyfriend. I had a welfare check done at family home where my son should reside and police were not able to locate him. I do not have proof of this as I can't hire a PI.
• In 2018, a protective order was placed against me by my son's paternal grandmother, because I spat at her after a verbal altercation where she promised I would never see my son again. This has since been lifted years ago, and no other restraining / protective orders have been placed against me.
• After I received the petition, I had my brother type a short heart-felt letter offering my family & I's condolences, and explaining I would like to see my son via facetime or an in-person meeting to ensure his wellbeing. This note was left on the family home's door by my brother. I did not ask to take my son, just to see or speak with him. I've since found out she has filed for a temporary restraining order against me and used this letter as evidence. Her attorney states that "While this letter is not inherently threatening, we feel that My name does not need to see My sons name as this is a senstive time for him."
• I am financially stable, have stable housing under my name. • I want full custody & want to include visitation rights to his mothers side of family as he has created a bond with them. • I have since filed an answer & counter sued.
I am still actively looking for an attorney.

Greetings everyone!
tl;dr: this subreddit will be participating in the reddit protest for 48 hours from 12th June as a result of the upcoming API changes by going private.
As many of you are already aware, reddit has announced significant upcoming changes to their API that will have a serious impact to many users. There is currently a planned protest across hundreds of subreddits to black out on June 12th for 48 hours.

• Third Party reddit apps (such as Apollo, Reddit is Fun and others) have been told that they will be charged for accessing the API. Put simply, each request to reddit within these mobile apps will cost the developer money. No one is against paying a fair amount, but the amount quoted is comparable to what Twitter charges (which has been ridiculed by many for being extortionate). The developer of Apollo was quoted around $2 million per month for the current rate of usage and given 30 days notice of this change, which was too little notice to implement anything before incurring significant costs that they would be unlikely to recoup from users. Sadly, Apollo and RIF and others have announced they will be closing on 30/06/2023 as a result of this change. It is likely that other apps will follow. If they do remain open you will have to pay a monthly fee to cover your API usage.
• Many users with visual impairments rely on 3rd-party applications in order to more easily interface with reddit, as the official reddit mobile app does not have robust support for visually-impaired users. This means that a great deal of visually-impaired redditors will no longer be able to access the site in the assisted fashion they’re used to.
• NSFW Content is no longer going to be available in the API. This means that, even if 3rd party apps continue to survive, or even if you pay a fee to use a 3rd party app, you will not be able to access NSFW content on it. You will only be able to access it on the official reddit app. Additionally, some service bots (such as video downloaders or maybe remindme bots) will not be able to access anything NSFW. In more major cases, it may become harder for moderators of NSFW subreddits to combat serious violations such as CSAM due to certain mod tools being restricted from accessing NSFW content.

Im about a week and a half post op since breaking my tibia and fibula and getting a plate put in. I have a splint on and I feel like I’ve been getting better with less pressure when my leg is down however I just peaked at my foot through the opening at the bottom of the cast for the first time and saw that the top of my foot still looks really swollen. Does this sound normal? Any advice? Also attached a pic of my x-ray in case that helps at all.

Hi all, I bough a CPU i5 12400F, 16gb Kingston Ram and a Gigabyte Motherboard B760M DS3H DDR4 to upgrade my system.
What happens its that many times (every day) the CPU usage is huge - very above normal - even not using heavy programs that justifies that. Many times, I check task manager, and the CPU usage, is very high, when I was just on Windows folders, and browsing - nothing more. It reaches easily 60/70% CPU usage, and sometimes even 80/90/100% with no reason. Different task's, makes the CPU reaches almost the limit - check the pics. Even "Windows explorer" task, sometimes reaches 50-60% CPU usage, I’ve check that many times on Task manager. This happen with no apparent reason, I do not use heavy software. And with the exact same kind of usage, with my last PC which were half powerful and with half ram ( a 9400F with 8Gb Ram) Never had this issues, neither, a so high CPU usage. Since this CPU is double powerful in all aspects, wasn't expectable that the CPU, on the same kind of use, works with less effort and have less CPU usage?! Even the Windows Restart's/Boot, were more quick with my oldest Setup than on this Setup ( and I’ve already activate the Fast Boot on Bios). The only difference were, that my previous motherboard was an MSI ( a very low end H310M PRO-M2 PLUS model), and this actual one its a "new" Gigabyte B760M DS3H DDR4 model. Could the motherboard model/Brand are making all of this underperformance and issues ? At normal use, i can say, that i can't notice any kind of performance improvement with this new Setup ( that is twice powerful) I only do feel a better performance on games, but I’m a casual gamer, and i almost play CS:GO, and less more. The real difference is that with this Cup/mobo, anything I do reaches high CPU and energy usage very easily.
I have Windows Fresh install, no Virus, Adware. Bios Updated to last firmware. No background running programs. Just Windows 10 64bit with the essential's.
Other problem is the High CPU FAN RPM's ( and noise, obviously ). I know that the Stock Fans were not the most quiet, but for many years, i never bought an aftermarket Cooler, since I don't use heavy software, and even gaming I don’t play heavy CPU games, so the stock cooler is more than enough for the needs, and I’ve checked a review/noise test comparison on YouTube, and my Fan doesn't perform near close to that: https://youtu.be/yhKBABCfmpk?t=240 , and note, the CPU and cooler its the same. I wish, my Fan run so smoothly and constant, and specially so quiet like the one on the video.
This video show's a "little" of the random RPM's i am talking about, with windows idle, closed programs, just opening/switching between folder's, but I can say that usually is worst than the video, and phone mic it not capture the best sound, personally the FAN noise is much more aggressive, and usually the RPM'S are worst, (VERY) annoying and uncomfortable, Specially at night : https://streamable.com/523h6e
The CooleFan just ramp up quickly to High RPM's, by no reason and completely randomly, like if i were using the CPU with really heavy programs. Sometimes by just opening a Browser tab or a Folder is enough to listen the Fan ramping up Hard - what its not normal. And the most weird, is that the Fan randomly changes RPM's frequently. By itself, the CPU CooleFan is not quiet, but actually is running very above normal and making a lot of noise - much above the usual. The Fan could be working at 1500RPM'S, but by no reason, changes to 2000/2200RPM'S, sometimes 3000RPM'S - while using Windows - once again; no heavy programs, just windows, folders, and browsing. Fan randomly and constantly changes RPM'S , never stays idle, like the CPU are. At night, is almost impossible, stay with the PC turned ON.
Its not the 1st time, that i have the PC turned on, but I’m not using it. I sit on my bedroom, at some PC distance, and I listen the FAN ramping up Hard... like !?!? I'm not even using the PC lol its on idle, there are no programs running. How the Fan ramp up like if i was using the CPU heavily ? PS: I have my PC Case well good refrigerated ( tbh, due to this problem, and to test, the PC Case is opened - No differences ).
PS: I configured and tested FAN Profiles on Bios, and its on a Silent/Manual smooth Fan curve, even so the result, is what I’ve explained. Since, if I let the default Profile "Normal Fan", the problem is even worst, and the noise its impossible to stay near the PC, it's almost an airplane noise. But even with a very smooth Fan curve, I can hear the fan a LOT . But the Random RPM's ramp up's and down, even with a manual smooth Fan curve remains exactly the same. The Fan constantly changes RPM's (hardly), looks like and F1 car motor on a race lol.
I spend lot of hours testing ( I have some IT experience ), searching, reading, and I cannot find any solution, neither what could be the problem root. To me, should be a faulty motherboard, or CPU, but I make tests to the CPU, and on all of them everything seems ok, so, i think that the problem could be the motherboard. I've contacted Intel and nothing were detected. I've contacted Gigabyte and they just simple ignore the questions, they just told me to take the board to warranty – No troubleshooting, no help, nothing !
The questions is to, trying to know the cause of this issues, since I still have the chance to return mobo and CPU, and change for a better and stable hardware choices. But firstly I need to know and understand which device is causing troubles, if the CPU, if the Board. And my budget it's not very high, so, I would like to replace the part that is causing issues.
Do you consider Gigabyte a good motherboard brand for low/mid end range? It's the 1st time i give a chance to Gigabyte, usually i buy MSI, and honestly i was happy with motherboard's, and with the UEFI BIOS . But honestly i doesn't like the BIOS at all, and with this issues, makes me very sceptical to Gigabyte, at the same time I also feel like this motherboard doesn't have much stability ( i could be wrong). I bought this Gigabyte Mobo due to the price point, and they bring heatsink on (half) VRM and a heatsink to the SSD M.2 Nvme... Maybe i was caught by the Brand marketing. I have a Gigabyte Graphic Card and no issues, runs well. But for low/mid end motherboards, Gigabyte could not be the best option. I'm thinking to return this motherboard since i have 2more days to do it, and buy an MSI again or a Asus. But the last MSI I have was 3years ago, don't know how are they now. My last MSI was an H310M PRO-M2 PLUS, a super entry level motherboard, but always worked Flawlessly with a great performance and stability, and with a very Good UEFI BIOS and configuration options !
Is it from Windows ? Motherboard issues ? the CPU ?
If anyone got ideas, from what can be, I would appreciate. Since I search and tested everything and don't find nothing that tells me the cause.

Basically it’s a dude who throws piss at everyone. Extreme amounts of piss, massive amounts of piss, diabolical amounts of piss locally sourced from bombastine himself. The frame in question is named piss-ass (piss-ass) and he is just a random orokin dude who’s buttnaked and throws piss. He actually isn’t even frame you can’t even control him. You wanna know why? You can’t tame his piss, extreme amounts of piss, massive amounts of piss, diabolical amounts of piss, he would instantly climb the ranks and become the best S tier warframe because of his piss status effect. Which makes enemies start licking themselves like a feline and or your mother. This opens up amazing times to strike and deliver more piss, extreme amounts of piss, massive amounts of piss, diabolical amounts of piss. His first ability would make enemies piss themselves of fear of the buff naked blue man before them. His second ability would make enemies start frantically dancing around to an assortment of songs including “Luxury” by Azelia banks. And a random assortment of cocomelon songs. Not to mention his third ability in which he summons a homeless Cetus man to go around pissing on enemies and dealing heavy amounts of PISS damage. His fourth ability would summon Bombastine who then precedes to clap his ass so hard it creates a shockwave of ass just decimating any enemy that comes close to his asstastic booty flow. His passive? Well the man punches people with his piss fingers debuffing them with PISS. And finally his exclusive guns. The pisser, which shoots balls of piss and lasers of piss, the pee. Which does the exact same thing but it grants the ability of pissing to the unpissed. Hopefully he gets added in next update with his, extreme amounts of piss, massive amounts of piss, DIABOLICAL AMOUNTS OF PISS!!!!!!!!
