so a while back probably around 2017-2018 i played a zombie shoot em up roguelike type of game and at the same time played a game where you were Earth rotating in the middle of ur screen and u could buy upgrades to defend from i think were asteroids

When I load some games the screen edges are cut off making it impossible to see the UI and HUD display, sometimes I can go in settings and fix it but normally I can't figure it out. Right now I'm trying to play mount and blade 2 but I can't see the bottom row of stuff. It does this no matter what format my TV is on, any help is appreciated...

Just recently, I have noticed Waxe keeps resetting navigation when I put one in.
For example, if I choose work as my destination, it will plot the directions and show everything as normal for the first 10 seconds. Then about 10 seconds later, it drops what I just put in and acts as if I don't have any destination set.
Have tried clearing cache, have rebooted phone, have not tried removing Waze yet, as I was curious if anyone has seen this behavior before.

Waze works fine on the phone, just when using Android Auto, does it have this problem.

Alright here is my story, im a 17 year old male and I feel like this is the most comfortable place to say this. Pretty much years ago when I was 10 I got into pornography my friend in 5th grade showed me, that’s where it all went downhill… pretty much addicted to porn and I watched several times a day as a teenager who did homeschool. It got to the point where it just became habit and I was just doing it because it felt good. Then I got on a teen dating app about a year and a half ago that’s where it got worse, I then started getting into nudes and sending and all this stuff well my karma got to me and I got in a bit of trouble that no one knows about, I got my nude pic saved and threatened on me for money, they were saying like if you don’t give me 500$ I’ll send this to everyone you know and all this stuff, now this is where the anxiety and stresses kicked in, because I’ve been hiding this, acting like a perfect soul and a perfect kid so if they saw this I would be absolutely looked down upon and looked upon with disgust. this happened for months the threats the stress and anxiety not knowing what to do who to tell just keeping it all to myself and just sinking deep into the hole of stress and anxiety attacks of this and I honestly looked at it as my karma and what I deserve for all the stuff I did so I kinda just accepted it and accepted all the feeling of depression,anxiety sadness, stopped doing school couldn’t hangout with friends I was just absolutely crushed. Then the threats stopped I didn’t get leaked and I thought it was going to be uphill from there obviously more porn addiction got worse through that time because it started to become a coping mechanism, I tried to quit multiple times and I couldn’t. Then it got so bad that I sometimes started watching trans and gay porn because I was just so bored of watching straight porn I just kinda became numb too it. Then that’s where the anxiety, overthinking, depression got even worse I then started to ask myself if I was Bi or gay or like question my sexuality even tho I knew I was straight, it’s like I’ve just been digging deeper down the rabbit hole. I just now wanna end my life I keep on thinking I’m gay because of what I watched or bi and I know there is no way that’s true because I’ve never ever see myself in a gay relationship ever it kinda disgusts me that I’m thinking about actually being with a man it’s like my mind is so fried it’s trying to play tricks on me and idk what to do about it anymore I also like look at men and women and see how I react to some and it’s like I’m loosing my capability to be attracted to anyone anymore it’s like I’m just losing myself, I’ve been thinking about church and how these people seem so happy and all this stuff and they seem so genuine and they help each other and lift each other up. I kinda want that but I feel like I don’t deserve it and honestly it’s been rough, I sleep horrible at night I can’t even look at my parents anymore they have no idea how I really am and I’m just a piece of crap that can’t control himself and overthinks everything. I just wanted to say it in here because I felt like I was safer in here to tell my story in here. So yea that’s where I am at in life rn depressed,sad,anxiety, stressful and overthinking life that’s me smh, idk if anyone wants to help me or try and give me tips or advice on this issue I’m kinda at my breaking point, I’m asking for help from anyone, thank you for reading all the way have a good rest of your day.

Currently have an HP Omen 870 (i7-7700, GTX 1070, 32GB, 1TB 970 EVO m.2 upgrade). It's been having issues, so looking at building. Use mainly for work/games, but video editing projects are a possibility soon. Current monitor is ultrawide 1080P 75hz, but wanting to upgrade to ultrawide 1440P 144hz and play some newer games.

We were raised with a catholic education in private schools. This is $5k for every year prek-7, and $8.5k for every year 8-12.
That’s 92.5k per kid, 370k for all of us.
Now public schools in my area are not poorly rated by any means; the one we would have attended is a B+ school.
Additionally, she gives $100 to the church weekly. These numbers I put up do not include catholic summer camps or additional confirmation programs we were sent to.
This number surpasses 400k. It may even have hit half a million. We will never be sure.
My siblings were forced to work the Catholic summer camps for minimum wage up until 2020 when covid shut it down. My sister was 21 in 2019 making $7.25 an hour, what a waste of labor, life, and time.
We live very frugally and always have growing up.
That money would have been lifechanging growing up. We could have all had cars at 16. We could have all had our college paid for, but instead we are on our own. We could have gone on vacations that we never went on, and we could have grown up with an actual air conditioned house rather than it being set on 80° (27° C). And then we’d still have money left over.
We gave all of that up to have a bunch of fucking bible classes. And to this day, my mom sees no wrong and is proud of what she did.
The only difference between me and my peers who went to public school is I know way too much about the bible, and they don’t care and aren’t stressing about possibly going to hell. We are all working the same jobs, are going to the same colleges, and are getting the same scholarships.

We've done a lot of research for what smart watch to get our 10yr old so we can stay in contact without them having a phone, and we've tried the gizmo and gab watches. The apple watch appears to be the only one we can get a stand alone phone number for on Verizon and also is the most functional option. Only problem is wife and I are android users. Is it possible to set up the watch using a random phone (like my sister's, a not-in-use old iPhone, or some other one time use phone) and still be able to use it? I would be willing to buy an old used iPhone without service just to set it up and maintain if that would work over wifi. TIA

On power on, the MoBo and RAM sticks light up but nothing else.
Now, I have the 3 way 3pin ARGB splitter plugged into the only 3 pin ARGB header. Nothing lights up.
All of the firmware is up to date.
I have Armory Crate installed but it doesnt detect anything connected to the MoBo. I have un/re/installed it multiple times.
I have tried with an ARGB hub (deep cool sc790) and still nothing.
My only other experience is with Corsair iCue and the Core XT which is completely plug-n-play.
I figured since these were all ASUS components it would be the same. It has been nothing but frustrating.

Just curious. Not excusing Schwartz's treatment of Katie. Not saying he shouldn't have given Sandy an ultimatum, But, if you hear everything he was dealing with it's a lot for anyone. Yes he's spineless and anti conflict but is it his burden to bare, what T&R did. If my father was going, my brother gets cancer, trying to open a bar (with fucking Tim who doesn't do shit), going through a divorce, & selling a house I'm not going to lie I wouldn't be caring much wants going on either. Just started playing "PokeMMO" , I dreamed of a game like this growing up, imagining what if trainers in the game zones could be other players who were also playing in real time from around the world? And now it is a reality.... this game has been around for a few years so I imagine it's only become more polished over time. There's a few other online Pokemon games but this is the best of them all for sure , it runs off the files of 4 different titles so the graphics & gameplay are just like the official games and it combines travel between different regions. Pretty amazing, you can Trade and Battle with other real players, there's an economy for collecting different Pokemon types, there's tournaments...
You can find it on the App Stores as literally "PokeMMO". The only slightly difficult part to getting the game going is a small bit of downloading the needed ROM files that PokeMMO asks you to connect to the app during setting up the game before playing. There are other videos on YouTube (search PokeMMO + ROMS for example) or on Google, Reddit etc. if you have any trouble or questions on how get the game working for you.
PokeMMO should work on Windows, Android, iOS, Linux and Mac. I thought most people would enjoy playing on their phones Gameboy style (especially with a controller shell like GameSir or Razer Kishi, Xbox One controllers, etc.) but getting it working for the first time may be easier to acomplish on a desktop machine before your phone if you haven't tinkered around with getting games working on your phone. It really isn't that difficult though.

Just picked up 2 Floodlight Pros to replace existing floodlights. Install went fine and the cameras have been working great.
The only issue is apparently the Wyze floodlights are not compatible with Wyze Home Monitoring, which is pretty wild.
For those who don’t have Home Monitoring, basically you can select up to 5 cameras to be used as security cameras. You can view them live simultaneously and set up rules for the security system - it’s pretty nice. However, according to Wyze support, only indoor cameras can be used as security cameras.
I would love to have the ability to set up a security alert for whenever AI detects a person in my backyard to set off an alarm when the system is armed. Now I have to wait until they break in and are picked up on my kids nanny cams. Really silly

Hello! In this post I'll tell you all about Factorio and why I want it. I am unfortunately not able to get this game for myself but hopefully there's a kind soul in this sub who can buy the game for me. Please excuse any spelling mistakes as English is not my first language.
About Factorio
You play as a character known only as the engineer. You crash land on an alien planet and the objective is "simple". Build a rocket and escape the planet. With only a pickaxe in hand you start off by mining ores, chopping trees and crafting transport belts and inserters by hand. Labs are used to research new technology and are fueled by science packs. Soon, you'll be able to make machines that mine ores or craft things for you. At the start of the game, things are mostly powered by coal but in a short time you'll be able to research and craft steam engines and boilers which turn water and coal into electricity. Everything in your base creates pollution and unfortunately, on this alien planet are, aliens. So called "biters" that have hives which absorb pollution to create more biters. more hives and evolve. You'll be able to defend yourself with a wide range of defenses such as turrets. Gun turrets, flamethrower turrets, laser turrets or artillery turrets all of which need ammo that can be crafted manually or automated. Later on, you'll be able to research modular armor customizable with personal laser defense, energy shields and more. You can also customize your world to your liking. You can completely disable enemy spawns or have them surround you right at the start of the game.
Factorio also supports multiplayer. Players can solve problems and build massive factories together, or they can go against each other in a PvP mode.
Why do I want Factorio?
Well, for starters, because it is an IMMENSELY satisfying game. With more than a 100,000 positive reviews on Steam, it has endless replayability, tons of QOL features, large overhaul mods like Krastorio 2 or Space Exploration for even more hours to sink into the game. It is a very polished game and you could find a bug in the fabric of reality before finding a bug in Factorio. I can easily see myself pour more than a 100 hours into the game. I also played the free demo for Factorio and after a couple of minutes, it got me hooked. It scratched an itch that I have not felt for YEARS after looking for many games to play. The only thing I was wondering when playing the demo is: how the hell haven't I found about the game earlier when it's so popular? It's an extremely well executed game and I'd have an absolute blast playing it.

Regardless of how the 2023 NBA Finals end up, the Miami Heat season will end in a little over a week from now at the most. The 2023 NBA draft is just a few weeks away, and this year the Heat have the #18 draft pick. So I did some scouting to see potential first-rounders who are in our draft range and believe can develop into a player the Heat needs. I've only dabbled in college ball but I do keep tabs on it through out the year to see potential prospects the Heat can use in the draft.

• Gregory "GG" Jackson-6'9 – South Carolina:

As the draft's youngest prospect, GG Jackson seems to be this year's boom-or-bust prospect. This means he can get drafted in the lottery to being a late pick in the draft. I don't see him falling past the 1st round imo, the potential of him being a proficient 3 level scorer is too strong for him to slip that far. He's uber athletic, proficient in the mid range, and has shown flashes of 3 point shooting. But he's inefficient, takes bad shots, has questionable defensive instincts, and will likely take a couple of years for him to develop. I don't think his skillset fits into the current structure of the Heat offense, but if he lives up to his potential that may not matter.

• Jett Howard-6'7- Michigan:

He's Juwan Howard's son, so he already has some connections with the Heat. He's apparently a 3pt specialist who is proficient in the catch-and-shoot game. Other than that he's either average or below-average at anything else. Decent ball handler. I think he's a decent fit into the Heat offense. He can play small ball 4 which is useful. But when his shot isn't falling it's hard to justify him on the court, as his biggest flaw is his defense. Sounds like many players on our team so maybe they'll pick him up.

• Leonard Miller-6'9- G League Ignite

I see a lot of mock drafts projecting Miller to go to the Heat. He's scrappy, he hustles, and get rebounds. That alone gives him value to any team. Theoretically, he can defend multiple positions, but he seems too weak to defend bigger players and in the interior. I think that can be fixed with some strength conditioning and practice. His offense is a question mark, he's a pretty good dribbler for his size, but has only shown flashes of perimeter skills. Shown to be good at finishing with either hand (he's left handed). Personally, I don't know how we can justify drafting him based on his skills right now as we already have plenty of people who can what he can do for cheaper. I can see the Heat drafting him for his size, defensive abilities, and with the hope his offense can develop.

• Nick Smith Jr.-6'4- Arkansas

A player that was seen as a lottery pick fell to the mid to late first round this year due to some devastating injuries. At the moment, he's projected as a combo guard with more of an emphasis on scoring than playmaking. He sort of reminds me of Gabe in regard to his current skillset, but he's bigger and has a longer wingspan. While there potential is there for something more, I think he is still good enough at his current level to contribute to the Heat. I wish his playmaking was as good as his other offensive skills since Lowry is getting old and we're eventually gonna need a stable guard rotation without him. But as he is right now, he's decent enough to gamble on.

Another potential lottery pick that was devastated by injuries. I think he shown a lot of potential as a scorer and can be just as good as anyone outside the top 10. But the fractured foot deprived him from crucial months of development.
