I have been some level of fatty all my life since I was 8 years. The fat has been a parasite in my life, affecting my self confidence,self image, making me the butt of fat jokes amongst friends and relatives, making me feel insecure that my belly is gonna be more obvious in this particular type of clothes.
I was always intimated by the idea of weight loss. My parent's and cousin's advice was to eat salads 3 times a day, cutting all sweets and intense workout for hours, giving priority to exercise. I tried many times to lose weight by exercise, but it didn't seem to work.
Till I got sick of it and surfed reddit for some advice, till I stumbled upon this sub. CICO was very surprising to me. I was taught exercise is more important, but it turned out it was not so. It's counting calories that is important. Exercise don't matter if your diet is wrong. I don't have to stop eating. I can eat foods with low calorie intake. I used to eat more of the "healthy/alright food" than required.
I was 195 pounds at the beginning (180cm height), and I lost 20 pounds in 40 days by following the instructions in the sub. I never imagined I could be free of the fat on my body. It's so wonderful to touch my waist and stomach and not feel the fat anymore. I look younger and handsome, I feel lighter and more energetic. It's a relief to not feel conscious of my extended gut.

Zulta's limp and the demonic blood coursing through her left leg are signs that the Devil-wannabe known as the Dealer wants her back. And bad. The hesitant snaps of cameras at her back are signs that the human tourists are positively frightened by her play pretend at Vampiric Queen of the Legion. That her licorice scented hiss is rather convincing. She once was of them, an orphaned black baby girl from inner city Chicago. But her dead predecessor, the previous Vampiric Queen, bought Zulta from the foster home, raised her in the fanged folk way, and sent her body off to the Devil's workshop for a tune up. Now, she owes Him eternally for all the fleshy upgrades--fangs, blood thirst, sensitive hearing, and rapid healing--that make her seem like a Vampire.
But she is not a Vampire. And, her ex-girlfriend Rhyees is not a werewolf. Rhyees is not the Lycan Queen of the Commune. Nor a Lycan Queen capable of blood magic. No, Rhyees just happens to have a beast stuffed inside her courtesy of the same Devil that did Zulta's body work. Rhyees just so happens to converse with her circulatory system whilst out serving the fanged folk. And, vampire, werewolf, and Devil just so happen to be terms that are easily marketable to any human that visits the various amusement parks and resorts affiliated with Blood Sacramental Studios.
Where the fanged folk have long since defaulted on their corporeal loans, the tourist attractions are a joint venture with human interests to dig themselves out the gaping, throbbing hole known as the Wound. If the dividends are great enough, humanity may yet buy out the folk's hellish contract with the Devilish landlord, leaser, and remaker of their eternal rebirths. Zulta and Rhyees may yet have to arbitrate the buy-sell agreement.
Of 110, 000 words and alternating between two first-person POVs, Fangs So Oxidized They Rust is an adult dark fantasy that's snarky, Gideon the Ninth like tone cuts through and makes light of the horror inherent to its Bloodborne-esque consideration of magic economy where everything is paid for in pints, pounds, and the pinches of dead skin pocket lint that season them.
First 300 Words:
Without loop-de-loops to dump me out my seat, the rollercoaster needed but a single safety bar. Down upon this lap cranked its clacking click. Yet the woman beside me had little faith in the protection. This hand she gripped. And, as her Devil given claws dug in, blood would've wept from any skin as soft as what encased you humans.
"Shwetha?" paler was she than the day she'd died, "You don't have to ride. I'll be fine."
"No, no I must keep hold of you lest this thing unlock," she said, "Then out you go flying and upon the ground are splattered. The folk are failed. Your service unable to be replaced. There is no prospective to succeed you, Zulta."
She had so little faith that to the Devil she appealed with six squeezes to this hand and a mumble of,
"Dealer, though I am only a Sink, keep a line open for a request incoming."
And, okay fine, suppose the highly sophisticated engineering and the countless trial runs and the subsequent sacrifices of many a test dummy hadn't been enough of a suck up to physics. Right was my sister in blood, my blis, that the Devil should be cozied up to next. From His stores would come the repair parts for my reassembly. And, only to a Source swayful enough would that Devil whisper step-by-step instructions for putting me back together.
Never mind the fee paid up front. This body would have cost a body.
"Dealer, keep open our Wound," Shwetha kept on, squeezing six more times, "We may need to make payment soon.
"We will make payment soon," Because who sat in the many rows ahead of us? Riders just tall enough to ride, "But hardly for sake of me. It's the little ones who will need renewed bodies."

Im not able to get it just yet because I am not 18 yet but i want to get it as soon as i am able to. The problem is i am planning on going private and i can’t get a job because I’m in college. I’ve been binding for 4 years and i honestly can’t keep going on. I have poor attendance in college and they have informed me that they will withdraw funding if my attendance doesn’t improve a certain amount. My mum says this means that i will have to pay thousands of pounds for the time that I’ve been there (if that makes sense) i didn’t quite understand how that’s a thing. I’m just so conflicted on what to do. I do want to stay in college but i also need to get a job to pay for surgery. I also cant bind for more than 8 hours so i don’t know if i would be employed. 2023.03.28 20:40 Xeivia Modified version of the "Great AMD Buiild", questions about motherboard and potentially updating BIOS with a Mac. Hopefully purchasing today.
PCPartPicker Part List
I've seen other people recommend the MSI PRO B550M-VC WIFI Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard. Not really sure on the big differences between the two but the MSI has wifi and bluetooth while the AORUS ELITE does not? Mainly planning this build for Skyrim, Fallout 4, and eventually Starfield. Also I keep getting incompatibility warnings saying I will need to upgrade the BIOS of the motherboard to make it compatible with the CPU. I've watched a few youtube videos of other doing this but I know to update it you will need to load the Motherboard with a USB. The only other computer I have is a Macbook Pro. Can I download the new BIOS file with a Mac and update the motherboard or is there incompatibility between Mac and Windows OS's for these files that I should be aware about?

On day 16 on quitting Effexor 150mg cold turkey. It was horrible but I got through it. A big reason I quit was because of weight gain and severe and i mean SEVERE water weight and constipation. I’m not sure if there are other factors but I feel like the past 5 days, especially today, my body has just blown up like a ballon with all my water weight and that everything I’ve ate my body is holding onto. Barely going to the bathroom and feel like I’ve put on 20 pounds in a few days and actual parts of my body hurt from being swollen. Has anyone else experienced this as a withdrawal side effect??????

I’m really interested in purchasing the Catarina Top and some pants in the color Ceil Blue. Since I’m ordering to Europe I want to avoid any returns or exchanges. And that’s why I have a few questions 😅
At first I thought the ceil blue might be a little bit to pale, but after “researching” on TikTok it seems like the color is way darker than shown on the website. Can anyone confirm this?
Second question is sizing. I’m 5’4 (165cm) and weight around 112 lbs (51kg). Waist: 26 inches (66cm). Bust: 33 inches (83,5cm). Hip: 36,5 inches (92,5cm). Overall lean body. I want my scrubs to be normal fit, not too tight, not too lose. And I’m unsure if I should get the XS or XXS.
Last questions are pants. Since I want to tuck in my top, I’m not quite sure which pants to get, since a few of them seem really similar (?). I was thinking about the Yola Skinny Pants 2.0, but I don’t know which one emphasizes the body the nicest.
I will be absolutely thankful for any advise! So I’ll finally be able to go throw with my first order! :))

Hi everyone, I have been on Estarylla for the past year and I wanted to share my experience with it.
Overall rating: B-
While on the low dose (0.1/0.2, forgot the name), I had been breaking out in acne a LOT and so I switched over to Estarylla (I believe it's 0.2/0.35?). Along with tretinoin and azelaic acid treatment, my acne cleared up within 2-3 months and I stopped having breakouts except during my placebo week. I never had a pregnancy scare, I stopped having really crazy mood swings, and my periods were very manageable (some cramping, but it was manageable).
However, I also experienced vaginal dryness, low libido, and weight gain.
1) Weight gain: I don't know if I can fully attribute all my weight gain to just the pill, but I do think it's related. I have been kickboxing for the last 4 months (3-4x a week, burning 500+ calories every time) and I generally don't eat more than 1600 calories a day (no diet, I just have never had a huge appetite). I went through a major body recomp in 2021 before I started this pill. As I continued Estarylla throughout 2022 despite the same lifestyle as 2021, I noticed a steady weight gain. At this point in 2023 I have gained ~20 pounds that do not want to budge despite my active lifestyle.
2) Vaginal dryness/low libido: I had a pretty high libido until I started Estarylla. While I recognize that a lower libido can be a good thing (fewer mood swings), it also sucks that I rarely get wet enough for sex. I rarely feel like pleasuring myself as well. It honestly feels like this pill dampens my emotions so that I don't feel too much of anything, which I didn't notice until 6-7 months into its use.
I decided to start a different birth control pill this upcoming month (Junel Fe 1/20, prescribed thru Nurx, which I see a lot of folks have commented on in this sub). I would appreciate any guidance or things to watch out for with this BCP!

I’m a 19 y/o female, 5’8” and weight around 140 pounds. I have to do a urine and blood sample for MassMutual Life Insurance for a life insurance policy. I know that they don’t test for weed, so I’m fine there. But I drink somewhat often and hit a vape once every few days and often on the weekend. I haven’t done cigarettes for 3 months. I’m mostly worried about clearing nicotine and cotinine out of my system for a drug test on Saturday morning (around 72 hours from now). Lots of sources tell me that cotinine stays in your system for up to 10 days. Will I be good for Saturday morning? Advice? Should I reschedule the test?

He was later told to lie and change his story because of a technicality that would have opened up JCSO to lawsuits since he admittedly fired shots that day.
You wanna talk about a cover-up? Let's try this. There were many cover-ups at Columbine, but one of the biggest is that police did pursue the shooters, and to save their own ass from lawsuits, they had to lie and pretend that no police pursued the suspects into the school, thereby making people think all their officers were cowards. Well, the officers who pursued the suspects were armed, but only one was wearing a kevlar vest because he was already on-duty.
Anyone care to guess who?
