I have a cool job at a glitzy tech company, or at least that's what it looks like from the outside. It's a good job, but I've been moving towards something even cooler and more aligned for me. It's a self-employment opportunity and my finances are in check (I have sourced my first clients, contracts are in place, etc.) But as I get closer to my planned resignation date, I have been shocked to notice my solar plexus take a hit. Suddenly my sense of identity and self worth have been triggered.
I'm not so much looking for advice because I know exactly how to soothe my way into feeling better and moving forward in a healthy way.... I am just surprised it's happening in the first place! I didn't realize my job was giving me such a confidence boost. It's something I observe in others frequently (friends who can't shut up about their profession for example, parroting off their title to everyone a la "I'm a dentist! I'm a dentist! I'm a dentist!"), and I truly didn't realize it was "in" me too! Nice to get a surprise every once in a while, and I wanted to share.
What does this teach me? To believe the way I feel, I think... I knew I had some stomach/solar plexus issues, I just didn't spend the time observing, pivoting and transforming that energy. Also, I am exploring the idea that the corporate setting can be (for some people) one that doesn't support individual identity, so if that's neglected with nurturing a healthy and aligned sense of self outside of work, it can lead to this experience when making a shift, even a harmonious one.

Aspirin and ibuprofen DO NOT work or provide relief at all, at any point in this.
During really bad flare ups, my left ear feels constantly full/under pressureas does my left eye.
I first had left side of face/tongue discomfort (nervyness?) prior in 2009 but it had gone away with no diagnosis. The facial discomfort started up again with the ice pick headaches and is ongoing.
Pain in head and neck is currently consistent and long lasting when it comes on, though ice pick pains still happen. Head pains are in left temple, above left ear, and at the base of my skull; left side of face/eye, roof of mouth on the left side, and neck (lower near my collar bone as well as middle), but also pain in left foot (arch and now heel), left side of torso at bottom of ribcage, under bicep, and forearm/hand sometimes (ring finger and pinky). I have reoccurring superficial thrombophlebitis in my left leg that sometimes flares up as the same time as the other stuff.
Stomach also feels off at times during flare ups (sudden, intense hunger pangs seconds after feeling extremely full)
My left trapezius is slightly larger than the right, my current PCP wrote it off as using my left arm more during work, but I'm right handed so if anything my right side should be noticeably different. When I rotate my arm there is a clicking at the base of my neck near my collar bone. PCP said it was just muscle tension and prescribed muscle relaxers that did nothing but give me chest pains.
Fleck of light in vision occasionally since about 2007/2008.
Also in August 2022 (during another bout of intense crying) an occasional “buzzing” sensation started in my head. Randomly comes on sometimes during/after flare ups.
Sometimes pressure builds and builds and builds—then suddenly drains.
{(logged during 2/20) experiencing fullness in ear, middle-back of neck. Left forearm feels achey and weak, left side of face feels nervy as does my left eye (pressure, crackling feeling ). Lower left of rib cage/stomach also feels weird. Hard time concentrating/focusing, erratic and slight dizziness. Left foot occasional pain, as is area in back of left knee. Sometimes it feels like I’m being lightly choked at the base of the neck.}
{3/14 have had ongoing pain daily since last update. Left side of chest and lower torso feel uncomfortably full, as does solar plexus; neck feels like something is stuck in my throat and like I’m being choked. Left side of face and tongue feels tingly, left pinky and ring finger feel weird. Felt a pop 9:00pm ish, things have gotten better}
My rib cage is slightly asymmetrical with the left side sort of flat rather than curving out like the right side. Sometimes I wake up with stabbing pains in my chest and have runs of heart beats that are painful, but I did a three day heart monitor that came back negative.
Flare ups sometimes coincide with extreme paranoia and irritability.

I’m probably a fossil compared to some of you other Reddit ENFJ’s being 33 so I need your advice. I’ve moved to another state and got a kick ass job. And my coworkers are cool as hell. But I have no clue how to make new friends anymore.
I didn’t even own a cellphone until I was 22. (Really I had no use for one 11 years ago). Wherever I went or moved I used to be able to make friends everywhere I went. I’ve maintained my friendships over the years and am still friends with people I’ve known since childhood. (That’s the nice thing about social media and technology) We call, FaceTime, chat, send gifts and occasionally visit. I miss them to death.
11 years ago, we only used our phones to call or text to hang out in person, get info on a party, or really for important calls. We hung out in person. Social media was mainly used on laptops and desktop PC’s and for uploading stupid party pics or blogging. No one hangs out anymore. It’s not even about getting older. Even the friends who didn’t have kids never spend time with each other anymore. Nothing beats spending time with people in person.
Here’s another thing. I’ve watched with my own eyes people or humanity go from at least trying to be friendly or decent to having zero manners. It’s like they don’t know how to act in public or real life. Old people especially seem to be the most entitled, and those middle aged- middle class you know what.
I suck at social media. Like, I don’t wanna heart a pic of your baby, I wanna come over and hold her and babysit and have tea. I don’t want to like your plate of food. Invite me over or I’ll invite you over for something delicious. Let’s all go out! Let’s sit and chat and make stupid jokes. I remember my apartment or house used to be a place where my peeps would just knock on the door (even being a young adult). Even if they had kids. Mi casa su casa. They’d check on me and I’d check on them. What happened? Obviously I can’t thanos snap technology out of existence or pray a solar flare knocks out our smartphones.
I know about 4 friends who struggle with what I’m going through but they live far away. I’d never thought I’d ask this, but can anyone give me some tips on how to make friends in a new place? Should I add my coworkers to my very private social media? I keep it very small with only close friends and people I’ve known since childhood because they get me, but new people wouldn’t get it. Should I make new accounts and make it g rated for everyone? My husband is a shut-in and I love him but he’s more like his dad and I’m more like his mother. We get along great but she also struggles with what I do since her friends are out of state too. She literally flies her friends up and has them stay in the guesthouse/cabin on their property but I don’t have that kinda money yet lol.

Hi everyone. [M, 35] I had my gallbladder removed a october 2021 due do stones. Surgery was fine, recovered quite quickly. However I continue to have digestion issues. Its like im having a month or two when nothing causes much problem, but then a few months when I have almost constant issues, whatever I eat.
My symptoms when its flared up are mostly tenderness on the upper right side (right of the solar plexus), incredible bloating, sulphur smelling gas, yellowish mushy stool, fatigue, extreme hunger if I dont eat for just a few hours.
I have read that many people after gallbladder removal have SIBO, overgrowth of bacteria in small intestine. I know doctors sometime prescribe antibiotics regularly after surgery to treat this. Anyone has been treated by antibiotics after gallbladder removal to deal with such over growth? Can you share you experience, including symptoms pre and post antibiotic treatment?

Is there a fast way to do this, or it it still weekly time gated? I didn't really play after beyond lights campaign and witch queen campaign until lightfall released and I mean purely campaign. I finished out all 3 classes solar, arc, and void glimmer grinding for fragments while collecting strand for all 3 characters as well.
Decided to dip into stasis and I have no clue what I'm doing, it looks to be timegated behind bounties and stuff. Did bungie not add a catch-up mechanic for this?
Any vids/guides on how to speed this up is appreciated as well.

Having long believed that the Chiliad Mystery consists of more than one path to in-game unlocks (perhaps a different one for each protagonist), I recently theorised that there may be as many as seven, based on the seven chakras:
I'm running with the idea that most of these paths will lead to an apocalyptic outcome (for example, earthquake, flood, nuke, financial meltdown etc). Only one path will lead to a positive outcome, and I believe it's the Heart chakra path, to be enacted in-game by Franklin.
Chakra Attack - the in-game radio show hosted by Dr Ray DeAngelo Harris - was the main inspiration for this theory.

Hey all,
I've watched Dr. K's videos amidst what has been around an 8-year journey so far into introspection, healing, and the development of those positive qualities inherent within all beings. Being adopted at age 7 and having suffered from childhood neglect and abuse, life has understandably been a bit more difficult than it sadly could be with a proper foundation, mostly in the realm of relationships (of all forms).
At the age of 16 (I am 24 in a few weeks), I had my first breakup and was incredibly disappointed at how I showed up. It immediately made me turn inward to start journaling and getting disciplined about my life. I agreed to attend therapy finally after intense suicidal ideation since I was 12 and several attempts throughout the years. Meditation came into my life a year later. Eventually, when I started to really develop some stability, my life was amazing and I almost graduate high school with an associate's degree. Things were going well. I started working with ayahuasca in a church called the Santa Daime, where it is legal, and became really intense about this practice and the practice of psychedelics. The spiritual side of my life began to take the forefront. Joining this church as a Fardado (uniformed member) seemed to be my next step.
This, however, did not pan out. I was 19 and also using a lot of marijuana. At one point my college friend and I had so much that it seemed all these insights were coming in. All of a sudden it was all clear. I didn't want to sleep. I didn't eat any food, since everything was God, and I could never disrespect God by eating It. This lasted for a week, increasing in intensity and the amount of synchronicity and self-reference increased. Nothing drastic happened, people actually barely noticed I was acting strange besides not sleeping and reading the I Ching a lot (out loud). I was a weird, spiritual guy already, so it was normal.
I ended up in the hospital, basically. There was a ton of marijuana in my system and they labeled it as a psychotic episode. I voluntarily went to the psychiatric ward, and after they had to force some medication into my system, I came back to earth really quickly. Eventually, they decided there weren't any underlying causes but that not having psychedelics or marijuana for at least two years was advisable.
All of my progress felt gone. Nothing was right. There was a fundamental distrust in myself that was either now clear to me or arose because of the hospitalization. I found Soto Zen as a practice and began delving into that tradition more. Eventually, there was an "opening experience" or a "kensho" and I almost gave up my college education to become a monk. This didn't happen, especially since I was only three months away from graduating. But I took to the practice very quickly. For a while, things were again pretty good. Then the pandemic hit and I graduated a few days before everything shut down. My plans were cut off for post-grad.
I still hiked part of the PCT, had some quick job gigs at a warehouse and caregiving, and eventually moved out of my parent's house perhaps before I was really financially ready. Regardless, the past two years have now been fraught with realizing all the ways that my act needs to get together. I received a large inheritance and used it to live in an apartment on my own, but quickly ran out of money. I moved into the Zen temple for 6 months, but three months in was working full-time and trying to start a relationship with someone that wasn't ready for it and admittedly leading me on. I moved out at the beginning of this year, and that relationship has turned out to be incredibly complicated and likely involved me being taken advantage of, which seems to be a theme with some friends in the past couple of years, most of whom I've ended contact with.
It feels like I'm reaching this critical mass of confusion again in my life. I don't know where to go, who I want to be, or even particularly who this relative self is. How can I create stable, lasting change? Are these difficulties in my life all the manifestation of who I am? Perhaps they aren't using me, but the other way around? There's an intense inner critic that is almost actively working to have me fail at things in life right now, it feels like. It ignores the evidence of my life, the words of my friends and my teacher, and seems to almost want me to fail. Objectively, there's a lot going for me. But somehow, I feel I've fallen off track with good things like my daily meditation practice and going to the gym several days a week. I still do these things regularly, but everything is changing very quickly and I'm not sure what to do.
Ideally, I can come to an acceptance of my mistakes in the past and also of these large karmic knots in my lifestream. My Zen teacher has been pressing for me to accept myself as the starting point. But there's this immense blockage to this, physically located at the solar plexus and emotionally in doubt, depression, and intense inner shame. I feel like things are slipping away or falling apart in my life, even though this is likely to be untrue. Working towards getting back on track after all of this intensity and having moved 5 times in the past year and a half, but things feel difficult and like I've wasted so many good opportunities in my life.
I know acceptance and getting a more objective/detached view is key here, but the question is how to sustain that view when it arises. Certainly, for a few days, it will come. Then something throws me off and it seems lost again.
There's a lot here, and honestly, I think my own writing of this is what is most helpful so I don't expect much of a response from people. If there is any insight into sustaining acceptance, getting back on track after many intense shocks in life, and cultivating a really solid foundation, I'm all ears.

The Lylat System gets a complete overhaul each new game, but during Star Fox 64’s development alone, it went through several. They constantly added levels, removed them, and shuffled them around the map:

The Earliest Route

Given clues like beta footage, the numbering on prototype stages, and dialogue cue codes, it appears Nintendo just focused on finishing the easy route first:
Corneria –> Meteo -> Titania -> Sector X -> Zoness -> Area 6 -> Venom I.
These stages looked vastly different though, with Corneria being covered in an artificial blizzard, Meteo having man-made structures, Titania lacking ruins or ancient aliens, Sector X having Vulcain as the boss, and Zoness being pristine and blue.
Notice that all of these are corridor levels; they hadn’t developed the all-range mode yet. But even at this stage of the game, they likely were planning to have three full routes to Venom like in Star Fox 1.

First Glimpse

Our very first look at 64’s Lylat System comes from a one-second snippet from E3 1996, as if it was shown on accident:

At the event, they only showed footage of snow-covered Corneria, Meteo with a nebula background, and Titania—the first three stages of the original easy route. This prototype though implies they were already thinking about the other planets. But where is Meteo? How would they display other space stages on this map? Maybe it was just a tech demo for showing off, and not a functional map.

Above is my best attempt to label the planets, but it's really just guesswork. Note that Corneria was covered in snow, Fortuna was a jungle planet, Katina didn't exist, and Macbeth was likely molten.

All Coming Together

Grayed out towards the bottom of fox_map.c, there was code for drawing a near-final version of the Lylat map. It described the difficulty levels of all the planets (1-4), gave vague descriptions, and detailed how to connect each of them with easy, normal, and hard lines. This honestly felt like drawing a treasure map from a series of clues:

Keep in mind that many of these planets didn’t look like this at the time. If any of the below information makes you go, “WTF?!” you can read my previous posts to learn more:
  • All the sectors are in a line! They look so funny that way. It’s like they form a wall you have to cross.
  • It looks intentionally organized so that you alternate space and planet levels. No matter which path you choose, you'll go Planet -> Space -> Planet -> Space -> Planet.
  • By now, on the easy route, Aquas had replaced Zoness, and Bolse had replace the Area 6 fleet, making it so the route wasn’t just 7 corridor mode stages in a row.
  • Meteo was just called “Asteroid.” The normal route/warp zone leads to Fortuna, while Slippy likely gets smacked by the Meteo Crusher to land on Titania.
  • Sector X’s second path led to Vulcain and other bioweapons instead of the warp gates. Spyborg would not have swatted Slippy to Aquas.
  • Bolse was just called "Colony."
  • Solar was actually a Sun, and somehow had three exits!
  • Fichina was actually Fortuna at this point.
  • Space Armada is likely just Area 6: the ‘KT’ stands for Kantai (armada). Interesting that it’s called a “satellite city.”
  • Battleship, an all-range mode stage with a moving boss, would’ve had two exits, but the conditions are unknown.
  • Sector Z is labeled “Hyperspace,” meaning the level likely would’ve been the warp zone you see in Sector X.
  • Area 6 was actually the missile ambush of the Great Fox, and the hard route to Venom.
  • Notably missing are Katina, Cattleya, and StarBlade.
There was a section of the code that listed difficulty levels for each of the stages, independent of their route’s difficulty. I rearranged them into routes based on the map paths, and it lined up perfectly:
(Easy Route) Meteo: 1 Titania: 1 Sector X: 2 Aquas: 2 Bolse: 2
(Normal Route) Fortuna: 2 Sector Y: 3 Sun: 3? (no difficulty specified) Area 6: 3
(Hard Route) Battleship: 2 Zoness: 3 Sector Z: 4 (Hyperspace - Sector X warp zone?) Macbeth: 4 (possibly Solar?) Missile Ambush: 4
Some of these ratings seem a little optimistic towards us players...

How It Actually Looked

Using the assets in the map folder, which fox_map.c labels for us, we get this:

  • Note that I got Sector Y and Z from a screenshot, and there were no apparent assets for any of the last three stages.
  • There was a green arrow named “Ya,” likely for “you are here arrow.” It’s 2D rather than 3D as in the final game.
  • MAP_Point_red, yellow, and blue were used to make dotted lines connecting the planets, the code for which is in fox_map.c.
  • The white circle is named “MAP_PL_08,” which fox_map.c uses for Macbeth. Perhaps it’s just a placeholder, as Macbeth was one of the last two levels created.
  • No, I did not mix Fortuna and Zoness up. That’s how they labeled them! Considering Zoness used to be a gorgeous beach resort planet, and Fortuna was a jungle planet in previous games, this checks out. The green planet looks like a jungle with lakes, while the pale planet looks like yellowish, sandy beaches, and shallow and deep water.
  • Alternatively, if either the code or the assets it points to are outdated, Fortuna and Zoness could be mismatched in the above image, along with Solar and Macbeth.

Hello! I have been teaching my girlfriend to solve cryptic crosswords for the last few months. We work through the Guardian cryptic crossword most weekdays, plus the prize crossword at weekends, and she routinely unravels about half the clues in each grid. I would like to celebrate her achievements (and test her skills!) with a cryptic crossword themed Easter egg hunt.
I'm going to hide clues in five locations which will eventually lead to the hiding place of her egg:

  4. Daisy (my neighbour's dog, who will have the final clue on her collar)

In my Anglophone head, which wants to swim in literal channels, that translates as "She knew how to kill two birds with one stone."
So two questions:
1) is "a su" a correct translation for "she was able?"
2) If so, is it just an idiomatic use with "faire d'un pierre deux coups" or would you also use "a su" like this in other, additional contexts for "was able" or "could"?

2023.03.27 08:46 neweducation When you pray/talk to god(s), deities, angels, ancestors etc, where is your energy being directed?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I am curious about if you notice the area or direction that your “prayer energy” is focused or residing?
For instance, if I speak to the universe, I feel as though I am talking to the space around me. My thought energy is sent outside of my body. But I’ve noticed that sometimes It has a direction, like my forehead, solar plexus, or inside my mind.
I have no idea if this makes sense or if I should post elsewhere but it’s just something I wonder about, if there is a particular area that prayer can reside or maybe even reach its target audience more efficiently from.

I have this issue sometimes and have seen other people post here with similar issues. Symptoms also include
  1. Stomach full of air
  2. Can't burp, but burping is relief when it happens
  3. Shallow breathing
  4. Very dry nasal passage
  5. Difficulty urinating
  6. Pounding heart
  7. Cold extremities
  8. Feeling of impending doom/death
  9. Confusion
  10. can't cough because muscles used to do so are already engaged
I had someone reach out to me recently who seemed to be experiencing this. I happen to have struggled with this issue for years. It happens to only some in my experience. In fact I am the only person I know in my personal life who has this problem. Only recently was I able find a few other sources of people having the same problem. For several years I had no idea what was causing it, even though I would try every path of logic I could think of as well as any treatment. To be completely honest I still don't know what causes it for some and not the majority. For a while I was even taking aspirin when it would occur and that did seem to help. I think partially it was the placebo effect, the other part I was likely alleviated from vasoconstriction by the blood thinning properties of aspirin.
In severe cases I have been convinced I was going to die, in an absolute panic because of chest and torso were so tight and I could not breathe or be in any kind of position comfortably (comfortably meaning not feeling like my hear was going to explode. I was also with others who did the same amount who were not effected).
As for the person who reached out to me with a similar issue I wrote them a detailed response containing what I believe to the main possible causes, treatment, and preventative measures. It has taken me many years and countless hours of suffering to reach these conclusions and theories. I hope someone will find this helpful. Many of you may find my observations obvious. Let me tell you have I done meth with allot of people in the exact same amounts, ate the same, engaged in the same activity in the same setting for the same duration and I was the only one who suffered from this. I was with a girl for 3 years and we did allot of meth together. It never happened her once. it happened to me on a daily basis eventually.

My response to the person who reached out with similar issue:
Mmm. I have similar issues. Abdomen/stomach/solar plexus very tight, shallow breathing/can't breathe. Sounds like you had it pretty good if your still sore. From what I gather if you are experiencing what I have issue with regularly. It's annoying but it comes down to water, food, movement, and environment. In that order with the first 3 being very close to each other. These factors together or sometimes one by its self cause the torso, the back, shoulders and stomach to tighten unnoticed. What I postulate is the body becomes under the stress of several different factors at once that cause muscle tightness and locking up of normal body functions like burping, mucus creation, bowl movement, urination. These stress factors are
  1. DehydrationWhich causes the muscles of the body to have less flexibility, and the organs to be less effective at clearing out toxins from the methamphetamine. (Which might cause mental stress if concentrations are too high)(this issue may be common amongst people who happen to urinate frequently with meth use. Personally I have to drink huge amounts of water in am evening for example wile others who d not suffer this issue drink almost none and are fine.)
  2. Lack of physical space being filled in the gut by foodThis causes air to build up and the bowels to stop moving causing the air to become trapped. Sometimes just chugging a large amount of water quickly will fix this type of issue, you will feel you stomach lower and relax internally under the weight of the water and begin to come alive again. However food is much better. Your stomach actually needs food in it or it will atrophy/become stiff. (As I understand the stomach muscles move and push against food in your stomach, if there's nothing to push against the loose their point of resistance, after enough time of no moving correctly the become stiffened.)
  3. Lack of movement (Which contributes to vasoconstriction and poor blood flow)When we use meth it is not uncommon to wind up in the same room or couple of rooms for days or weeks at a time. (Sitting or laying in the same place(s).) This kind of sedentary state will also cause the normal body functions to slow or become interrupted. (Can you really expect your liver for example to function properly if you have been sitting or laying in the same room 20+ hours a day for the last 3 weeks?) Our stomach is not designed to function while the body is sitting or laying all the time nor are the rest of the organs. What happens is the shoulders droop, blood circulation plummets from not moving very much, this cause shorter shallower breaths. (Our bodies have evolved around our ability to move, and to exert our selves. We are talking about millions of years of evolution. These things have always been present with our current evolutionary iteration, as far back as being sea dwellers, and further perhaps. Lifeforms have natural rhythms of movement in their environments using their externals biology to navigate, hunt, find shelter, etc. The internal organs depend on and are in symbiosis with the movement of the world manipulating outer parts. Sedentary-ism and synthetic stimulants have never been part of our lives in any evolutionary point. I can only imagine the efficiency losses of organs like the liver, the intestines, the gal bladder, and the bladder under extended periods drug induced vasoconstriction, abnormal sleep cycles, and abdominal physical movements. I'm sure it must be quite significant)
  4. Environmental induced mental stressYou could take care of all these issues above and the issue can still persist if your in an environment that is causing you anxiety. Your may not even realize that it is doing so consciously. If you have been in the same place for a while (days or weeks) or your in a place where you need to be secretive and quiet it will cause this issue because you will tense up trying to be unheard with every movement.(After many evenings like this trying to stay quiet constantly while preforming various tasks only your methamphetamine effected mind could come up with, your muscles will began to not just tense when you make movement but they will be unable to relax. Even if you don't have to be super quiet the anxiety created by not sleeping much and always seeing the same walls, furniture, etc will slowly drive you insane without you even realizing it. We are not meant to see the same things constantly. Even prisoners on 23 hour lockdown fall asleep at night and dream. This gives them something new to perceive, a new environment to be immersed in every day.)With all these factors combined its just a perfect recipe for a tight shouldered, hunched over, stomach full of air, can't breathe, anxiety ridden, confused and paranoid you.
That's another thing, if the starvation and paranoia are all hitting you at once. You bet your ass your also not thinking clearly because of being in this low oxygen, low blood flow, low nutrient state. So you will basically flop around and panic until you become exhausted and pass out. Happens to me way too often and I hate it. It has taken me so may years of suffering to come to these conclusions. I hope this is helpful.

I did want to add for simplification...It is basically a starvation and exhaustion panic attack. Imagine someone is starved and exhausted Then you give them meth have them stay up for a few days too. Eventually the subject will become confused and panic but not be hungry, thirsty, or tired. At this point it's mostly too late. How can you remedy something right now that should have happened days or even weeks ago? One answer I have found when it gets really really bad is to...
  1. fall down to the ground In a controlled manner onto your right side
  2. knees pulled up somewhat, a little less than a 90 degree angle from the hips almost fetal position
  3. Pillow under head or right arm under head, left hand laying on the upper right arm
  4. just absolutely physically give up. (Mentally detach your self from using your mind to move your body.)
(5. Keep water near you, and drink it. I have noticed when this happens to me it usually goes away after urinating four times.
I try to realize that my mind doesn't know how to handle the body right now and I need to relinquish control to the body. Just detach mentally. Close your eyes like your going to sleep and observe but do not intervene. Not even one nerve can be moved by your will power. The body knows what to do in this situation just let it do its thing. Basically it's a willful passing out. It can be hard to do and may take a few tries, but if you do it right and just kind of collapse into a spot that is free of obstructions and relinquish control you will feel your body start to relax. Once you start feeling relaxation in your muscles you will realize how tight they actually are, and you will want to keep observing the relaxation (since it is a relief) and you will fall asleep in a few minutes.)

Keep in mind this is all a theory. These are things I have noticed only for my self.
My other thought is this. Some people are much more sensitive to the vasoconstrictive effects of methamphetamine than others. It becomes to intense that too much blood gets stuck inside the torso, Causing bloated stomach, heart pain, and difficulty breathing.
Even as a write this I am suffering a mild episode.
If anyone experiences this or has any insight into what causes it for some and not others, or most importantly prevention and cures for these types of episodes please share them.
To people who might think it is because of using large ammounts. I actually use very small doses. I was with someone last night and they could not believe how little i use. The we're "shocked". They and other people I know use atleast 10x more than what I use. Ill smoke like two bowls in 24 hours. Sometimes 3. And not huge bowls either if anything they are on the smaller side.

I ended up coming across a puzzle that I couldn't find answers to back-solve off of, and ended up with some clues, that while I'm reasonably certain what the answers are via crosses with stuff I'm 100% sure about, I can't come up with an explanation to justify the wordplay in them:
Find record flipped (8) ->! the answer seems to be DISCOVER (find is straight def), but not sure about how "record flipped" plays into it.!<
Railroad worker and marine start off (11) - I came up with TRAINMASTER upon searching "railroad worker" (the last answer I hazarded on this grid), which seems to fit the crosses, but not even sure where to go to justify the rest of the wordplay on this one if I'm even right. Probably suffered a lot from not knowing what this is to start.
Speak of pathological love for tree (8) ->! I came up with SYCAMORE (tree straight def) because I thought maybe AMOR or AMORE for love, but not sure of the rest (and speak doesn't seem to indicate a homophone in how this is written).!<
Famous ballplayer from Washington raised ERA in series (3, 5) - I came up with ROD CAREW (famous ballplayer), figuring "raised ERA" would constitute the ARE part. But 100% unsure how to try to fit the rest into this.
Any thoughts are welcome.
