Um básico resumo de tudo: Eu Homem 15 anos ajudo meu pai e meu irmão com a criação do gado, não é um trabalho dos melhores você tem de abrir mão dos feriados, dos descansos final de semana tem de abrir as vezes de algum relacionamento isso se quiser focar só o básico no trabalho, mas enfim, escolhi estudar a noite pra poder ajudar mais pois vejo que eles estão cansados (meu pai e meu irmão) então toda noite na escola começa 18:50 por aí, tem um grupinho inútil do outro lado da sala que são uns merdas principalmente aquele Nando ele é barulhento não cala a boca por um minuto já foi suspenso no primeiro mês por fechar a porta quando o professor saiu, então ontem tô lá e pá tentando levar a vida com 1 atividade pra entregar semana que vem, 2 provas que foram feitas ontem, na última aula eu estava exausto quase desistindo, mas na luta e aquele fdp "PROFESSORA É PRA COLORIR TODO O GABARITO OU SO UM X?" "PROFESSORA FECHA A PORTA QUE AQUELE MENINO ME DISCONCENTRA" "PROFESSORA É PRA FAZER DE LÁPIS?" Quando um dos "amigos" dele pergunta algo útil a professora ele diz "AI AMIGA DEIXA DE SER BURRA CLARO QUE É" a pobre professora cansada o desmente e diz que não, E eu lá, cansado, tentando acabar a noite pra chegar em casa 22:50 sonhar pra uma vaca não pular a cerca e nós termos que tranca-la, pra aí sim ter as 6 horas de sono merecido, eu não vou falar com aquele babaca, não vou falar com os professores que não põe ordem até pq estão exaustos também, vou falar direto com a direção pra conversarem com ele. Vale ressaltar que onde estudo é anexo de uma escola que fica a 20 km então se no anexo o aluno tem 3 tentativas, na terceira suspensão ele vai lá pra cidade grande longe estudar em outro horário sem ter carro, se virar pra lá. Se esse cara não se adaptar ao mundo ele será devorado pela selva de pedra (a sociedade). Obrigado por lerem até aqui por favor me deem opiniões de como lidar com esse sem futuro. Agradeço

Bem vamos lá, Estou a caminho de fazer 3 anos de casada com meu atual marido. Nos conhecemos na pandemia e na época ambos haviam se separado recentemente de outro casamento. Guardem essa informação, relacionamento tóxico que vivíamos anterior. Eu como uma mulher resolvida que sou, de cara me divorciei resolvi qualquer pendência do passado para não ter dor de cabeça, ele está em processo de divórcio até hj, desde que a ex dele soube da minha existência ela dificultou tudo. Pois ele é uma pessoa maravilhosa de um coração imenso, provavelmente ela se arrependeu pois tenta de tudo pra fazer de nossa vida um inferno. Antes de nos conhecer ele vivia atrás dela tentando voltar e ela usava disso para pisar e humilhar ele, pois achava que sempre que ela quisesse ele estaria lá disponível. Depois que me conheceu isso mudou, e então ela quis voltar porém ele não quis mais. No processo de divórcio ela está usando de má fé e tentando prejudicar ele a todo custo, até medida protetiva ele inventou contra ele para se favorecer, ele claro contratou um criminalista para cuidar do caso. Enfim, ela voltou a morar com a mãe , que é próximo na mesma rua que moramos eu e ele, na esquina. Essa semana ele encontrou uns exames da ex sogra dele na nossa lixeira com data do mesmo dia, puxei nas câmeras e vi o momento exato quando um homem desconhecido os deixou lá. Meu marido queria colocar na caixa de correio delas, e foi onde começamos nos desentender, eu disse que é necessário e não achava correto, tivemos uma grande discussão e não estamos nos falando. Apareceu uns garotos na minha porta pedindo para eu pegar uma suposta pipa que teria caído em minha casa, porém não havia, tive a brilhante ideia de dar a eles dinheiro para comprar novas pipas, em troca de deixar os exames no endereço dela. Sou babaca de estar chateada com meu marido, por ele ter brigado comigo por achar que eu havia jogado os exames no lixo ao invés de deixar na caixa de correio delas?

Why typically?
- If we have 3 paychecks in a month: enjoy the big fat no medical or union deduction!
- …unless it’s April onwards, when they deduct health insurance from EVERY paycheck to cover your summer months (we call it double deduction season)
- in December we get a premium holiday (1/2 medical deduction)
- I also run an outdoors club at work, which I am paid $35/hr when I run the club and additional pay for certain trips (last month I was paid $375 alone for our annual weekend overnight before vacation). This can be wildly inconsistent but let’s just say I have an extra $100-150 to play with each month.

We returned to the play after lunch, and continued until nearly seven o'clock, too long a day for Yeats, who was not so strong then as he is now, and Lady Gregory wrote to me, saying that I must be careful not to overwork him, and that it would be well not to let him go more than two hours without food—a glass of milk, or, better still, a cup of beef-tea in the afternoon, and half an hour after lunch he was to have a glass of sherry and a biscuit. These refreshments were brought up by Gantley, Edward's octogenarian butler, and every time I heard his foot upon the stairs I offered up a little prayer that Edward was away in his tower, for, of course, I realised that the tray would bring home to him in a very real and cruel way the fact that his play was being changed and rewritten under his very roof, and that he was providing sherry and biscuits in order to enable Yeats to strike out, or, worse still, to rewrite his favourite passages. It was very pathetic; and while pitying and admiring Edward for his altruism, I could not help thinking of two children threading a bluebottle. True that the bluebottle's plight is worse than Edward's, for the insect does not know why it is being experimented upon, but Edward knew he was sacrificing himself for his country, and the idea of sacrifice begets a great exaltation of mind, is in fact, a sort of anaesthetic; and sustained by this belief we, Yeats and I, worked on through the day, Yeats tarrying as late as seven o'clock in order to finish a scene, Edward asking him to stay to dinner, a kindness that proved our undoing, for we lacked tact, discussing before Edward the alterations we were going to make. This is a post to share some positivity !
Our puppy has been with us for almost 2 months and looking back on it I can already see some progress.
Everything isn't perfect obviously, she still pulls on the lead when we walk her, she still whines sometimes when we enforce naps during the day, we still take extra measures because we know she still pees from excitement.
But since yesterday, I realised that she has really gained confidence and is more independent? It fekt so rewarding !
Every morning when I go get her kibbles in the pantry I ask her to go to her place and stay, and usually when she would see me walking out of the room she would run up to the baby gate and whine as I'm out of sight. But it's been two days that she diligently waits in her bed as I get her food and put it on her mat ? It's made me soooo happy ! And she's been playing alone more and more, getting her toys herself and just going to her little corner of the room and doing her puppy stuff !
I love her so much !!! I think the biggest hill of puppy blues is behind us !!! And it was really bad, I had panic attacks almost every day, i would make mistakes and get angry at my poor pup and then immediatly regret, it was terrible... but even in two months time I can see things evolving for the best when i take the time to look back!
So I hope this post helps some other desperate puppy owners to see that things do get better with time and lots of patience :)

Considerei as medidas do Governo em comparação com outras propostas já aqui no sub e que se foram propostas em discussão pública (juntamente com os contributos de outras +2700 entidades das quais muito poucas [cof cof AL cof cof] foram consideradas). Os recuos no AL e o nada que será o arrendamento coercivo pouco impacto terão, no máximo assustaram um pouco quem possui ou pretende adquirir imóveis sem verdadeira intenção de lhes dar uso. A forma como o Estado quer intervir na definição do valor das rendas pode afastar investidores que pretendiam comprar para colocar no mercado de arrendamento de longo prazo (o que também não é bom). Grande parte das medidas do governo traduzem-se em beneficiar quem tem casas paradas e quem apostou na especulação imobiliária. O programa do governo é uma cascata de oportunidades para quem tem posses, sejam fundos, investidores, estrangeiros, ou boomers que não foram afetados pela crise de 2008 e compraram os imóveis a preços de saldo (quando os jovens não tinham emprego), ou quem se limitou herdar. O programa bem pode ser visto como um incentivo à acumulação de riqueza por uns poucos, riqueza que sai directamente dos jovens e famílias que são expurgados dos seus rendimentos do trabalho seja pela via fiscal, seja pelo preço que hoje têm de pagar pela habitação. A possibilidade de vender ao estado imóveis com isenção de mais valias a mim parece uma anedota mal contada e que todos sabemos no que vai resultar ... Quem tiver curiosidade sobre as medidas que propôs, a questão da construção e do AL eu tenho outras publicações aqui, aqui, aqui e aqui. Críticas são bem vindas, se detetarem algum erro avisem. Notas: Não considerei (retirei) as medidas:
Também não considerei a questão de medidas de incentivo à construção porque 1. não são conhecidas e 2. não é uma resposta de curto prazo. Aqui a reflexão é sobre como tratar rapidamente o problema para dar resposta a quem hoje não consegue aceder à habitação. Por fim simplifiquei e mesmo não considerei algumas medidas por não considerar relevantes. ConclusãoHoje dia 1 parece mentira mas é, vão haver várias manifestações pela habitação, não deixem de ir, tirem fotos e metam nas redes sociais. Mesmo que não concordem com tudo o que quem organiza defende (e.g. eu não concordo com a fixação de preços) não é isso que está em causa, o objetivo é continuar a pressionar o governo e os partidos (a não serem totós como a IL que se atirou para os braços do AL) e os presidentes de câmara a não cederem aos lobbys do AL, do Turismo. Lembrem-se que muitos dos deputados, jornalistas, comentadores são proprietários de vários imóveis, têm casas no AL, são senhorios, têm investimentos em fundos imobiliários, etc pelo que a habitação é uma luta desigual entre uma maioria quem vive do seu salário e precisa de casa para viver e constituir família, e uma minoria que está (como é da natureza humana) a defender os seus interesses financeiros.Edit: reorganizei o texto |

I recently saw not one but a couple of posts recently saying how people were getting their lunches stolen so this is almost perfect timing. Anyway, recently I’ve had an unexpected financial situation come, so money has been tight. The other day I asked my PA for a couple of vendor bucks for a sandwich and some crackers, no big deal. Then the next day, I asked my AM this time and she didn’t have any so she brought me into the back office to speak with someone from HR. They kindly talked to me about my situation and asked if this was a one time thing or if there’s something more going on. They took me to a back pantry and I picked out some food like microwave chef boyaredee cups, cheezits, fruit snacks etc. They even asked if I needed any food to bring home or if I had kids and needed food for them. Finally, they also gave me a list of local food banks. I told my coworker about this the other day because of how shocked I was. He’s been working there for 9 years and had no idea. So just thought I’d let other people know for emergencies or if you’re having a rough time or anything! I will say I don’t know if this goes for all warehouses but nice to know that it’s worth an ask if you need it!
