the first few hours of the game i was having a blast; the challenge was great, not too difficult & not too easy, but once I got to the end of the frogs domain (flooded fortress?) all the fun disappeared. i have terrible memory & im directionally challenged, so the paths being all over the place had me trying to get to the end for hours. the enemies weren't hard, they would kill me when i wasn't paying attention just trying to find where i needed to be, but it was so annoying. i think an optional/unlockable map would be a great addition, maybe like how hollow knight did their map system. ive been playing on switch, so sometimes i have to pause & walk away, coming back later & not knowing where i am or where im going....a journal or goals list would be great to help us with memory issues or adhd as well. feel like not having a map or journal at all just alienates a lot of players

This is the script I'm using.
Now, I'm supposed to replace every instance of RAW_FILE with the actual path to my file. I'm having trouble with this. I've tried single quotes, double quotes, a space between the parentheses, and none of them work. Let's say the file in question is called file.xyz for example, how would I reference it? Note that the file is in the same directory as the script.

The special effects of the movie is something to marvel at. The practical effects used to embody the metal fetishist and the salary man still hold up to today. Sporting some of the disgusting scenes of human body, this movie will make you wince at the sight of metal mutilation.
The sound effect does a good job of making us screech at the sight of it. The screeching sound of metal adds a layer of disgust to the movie.
Coming to the score, it can be described as surreal, which perfectly fits the tone of the film, the actors are also up to the task with their performances.
The only complaint I have is the jarring editing of the film. It makes it really hard to grasp what was going on in the film.

I had the Redragon M602 for many years already maybe 4-5 years, and I’m so happy with it, however the middle mouse button started skipping (not registering). And I’m hoping to find an alternative based on your recommendation.
What I really liked about the M602 and hoping to have on my next mouse is the shape/size of it. And the two buttons on the side left is also a huge plus for me.
Mainly used for regular stuff day to day tasks and use it for work (3D stuff), and having it wired or wireless makes no difference to me plus I don’t game using mouse as well.

Unless today's episode disproves me, but I feel like, unlike most of the fics we had, canon Jaune will not be as hyper confident/focused/skilled as the fanon one.
And the reason for that is simple: his weak mental state. It has been implied by both CC and Jaune's first statement that he might have issues with hallucinations. Add to that the riddiculous amount of guilt he has for his past actions and I feel this is a bit more of how a time travelling Jaune would act:

• He will be clingy to his team and try and make sure they're protected, well rested and content. This can stem from both his mental state and the fact he's an old man in a boy's body. This has the disadvantage of making him more overbearing and it could make his team complain about it. It could also be spun in a comedic light, making him become the 'first year dad': I can imagine Ren giving Nora pancakes only for Jaune to add a few greens on her plate, making her whine.
  
• He will have night terrors. I find the possibility of him hiding this from his team low. It's even more likely, if the Oz/Lewis theory is correct, that Ozpin would immediately notice this.l and try to grow closer to him, only to be rebuffed by Jaune who doesn't trust him at all.
  

-He will try to undermine Cinder's operation. But I imagine he'd take a more indirect approach, kind of similar to Coeur's in his White Fang fic. He'd scout out possible locations for their bases, drop hints to Ozpin and co, etc.

• In the skill department, there will be a riddiculous improvement, but not to the point of soloing entire tems like so many fics have him made. His muscles are still that of Beacon Jaune and his only advantage would be his large aura, semblance and the possibility to project his aura.
  
• On romance: there are many routes here. One could go with one of the girls among the students who admire the 'mature' and incredibly kind/protective guy (hint hint, Weiss or Pyrrha, or Ruby or even Velvet as a guilty pleasure). One could also go with the older women's route. Since Jaune is an adult mentally, it would be funny to have him go for the adults (Winter is the prime choice). A unique route would be to go for Professor Peach. Have team NPR notice Jaune's mental state and suggest therapy. Jaune would eother be stubborn and refuse or having learned drom his previous mistakes, would accept. Professor Ozpin here could have him sent to Pr Peach, who can take up the role of the resident nurse/medical expert, and have the two grow closer together.
  

Some more comedic add-ons: dad jokes (which would make Yang incredibly happy) and the occasional 'old man behavior' (I'm too old for this/come Ruby, tell your troubles to Uncle Jaune).
This is just something I thought up. I might end up writing a one shot for it, but eh. Let's see the rest of the volume.

Little one is 4 months old in one week.
I think she’s hit the 4 month regression as she is fighting her day naps (she contact naps) and she is waking extra in the night.
The hardest thing is that she is fighting me to sleep.

It won’t go away. I’ve been on sick leave. People say I’m acting eccentric while usually I’m the over achiever. Down to earth with well rounded sides and a great sense of humor. I work 80 hours a week when I’m not on leave. I’m stable AF.

I'm not sure how far I am through Deadhouse Gates (I'm reading an epub that is the collected works.. i'll add that taking 80 pages for 1% progress is odd lol) but I don't get the relationship between Baudin/Heboric and Felisin. I just don't understand the motivations from the men to the Felisin.. or Felisin's motivations in them self.
I understand early on she did some favors for them both to have an easier time on Skullcap (how long were they in that place by the way?) and then made those favors her currency to whatever could distract her from her situation at hand. But her motivations don't add up to me. I've never seen a character fall from grace with so little resistance. Rather she seems to have embraced it. At some point during their escape I don't see how a sense of comradery would not develop from her towards Heboric and to a lesser extent Baudin (even if she did think he killed or allowed Beneth to die.) Though, I don't know why (as I feel she has been described) would even care that much about Beneth beyond what he was able to provide her in terms of drugs and comfort. A character who only is concerned with themselves in the way she is doesn't seem like she would have the capacity of love or be able to view people as nothing more than a means to an end. And he was a pos anyways.
So, I don't really understand Felisin's fall from grace and suspect I missed something.
I also don't understand the men's motivations. Why didn't Baudin didn't snuff her out in the middle of the night to preserve watefood or why Heboric wouldn't just leave her with a scant amount of supplies and just bugger off with Baudin. Neither of them like her or seem overly sympathetic to her plight, and she is overtly aggressive and cynical in a way that if she had made a "well if I'm going to die, I'm going to kill these two first" kind of middle of the night revenge seemed like a real concern. Why are they risking so much for her sake at this point? A hopeful redemption for someone they hardly know in this cruel and unforgiving world? Baudin wouldn't be motivated by this and Heboric (at this point) I feel would need some kind of indication that she is capable of this.
At one point Heboric actively put himself in harms way when they the mage who has lost control of her warren was attacking them. That doesn't seem like a decision anyone would make considering their ordeal and her overwhelming spite she has for them and towards the world in general.
So, do the men have some knowledge that is being withheld from me at this point? Does her Genoes blood or the fact her sister is the current Adjunct just part of a plan and they are using her as a means to some end? At least if that is the case I can understand their willingness, though her portrait right now is unconvincing at the moment. I'm sure she has some role to play and possibly some redemption in the end, but her motivations don't seem congruent with the story told thus far.

I have a bunch of crap that I've been sitting on over the years, a bunch of barrels, rails, stocks, foregrips, some 80%ers I planned on getting a jig for and other random assorted parts. I listed them on eBay and within about an hour it was flagged as "Assault rifle parts" and removed.
I'm seeing armslist costs money now and looks like not many people are using it, any other places to sell locally where I could get a decent audience to sell this stuff?
I was going to goto a local gun show and they had signs posted saying that selling anything from out of your trunk is illegal and will get you banned... Lol.

So I reread A Crown of Swords this past month and absolutely enjoyed every second of it this time through. So basically a few years ago I started the wheel of time and read up to Path of Daggers. I really didn’t like Robert Jordans writing style, I remember I would skim paragraphs whilst reading just to see how much description there is until the next line of dialogue. I hated the wondergirls (Nynaeve, Elayne, Egwene).
But I matured as a reader and fell in love with Robin Hobb’s books and she instilled some much needed patience in me.
I decided to reread the Wheel of time and finish it this time. And I’ve been LOVING every second of this reread, it’s ironic that the thing that took me out the most previously, the detailed descriptions, are the ones I enjoy the most now. RJ paints such a vivid picture of the world and his lines flow naturally into each other.
When I first read Acos, I disliked most of it and considered it one of the worst books in the series. Second time through I think this is my favorite out of the 8 books I’ve read of the wot so far.
MAT. Need I say more? I was looking forward to all the mat chapters on the reread and I loved them. Obviously the stuff with Tylin did disconcert me (I’ve never wanted to punch a character as much as I did when Elayne started laughing at Mat after he tells her about Tylin but it’s calm she apologised). I don’t really wanna go to deep on Tylin and Mat cus I’m not tryna have that conversation. Something I’ve noticed on my reread is how much Nynaeve and Elayne have grown on me, I really like their story especially in this book with Nynaeve and Lan, and Elayne standing up to the Aes Sedai were some rlly good moments.
Rand as always is brilliant. I’m not gonna talk too much about Rand cus he’s always been my favorite. The whole duel in the army encampment and then Padan Fain attacking and the whole going back to Cairhien was a highlight of this book (I’d even go so far as to say I prefer that fight scene over Rand v Sammael).
But truly I loves this book cus of Ebou dar and cus of Mat Nynaeve and Elayne (I never thought I’d say that). I know RJ is hugely acclaimed for his worldbuilding and Characters, but I think we gotta add Prose and Humour to that list as well. I don’t think I’ve ever heard someone talk about RJ’s writing style in a positive light, but his prose is really beautiful and I love how immersive it is.
I swear everytime Elayne lifted her chin or Mat thought about Elayne was so funny💀. RJ be making me laugh and I just love reading Mat and Nynaeve PoVs. The ending is also incredible with the Gholam and the Seanchan Invasion.
I’m kinda nervous about the Slog but I think I’ll fly through it this time.

Is there any noticeable difference between CL36 and CL32 at 6000MHz? The CL36 kit is in the QVL of my motherboard the CL32 isn't but there are other 6000MHz CL32 kits from the same manufacturer supported. Which one should I get, the are the same price. I would only use the EXPO setting and wouldn't overclock them manually.

I read the book before watching the movie just as a challenge to get myself to read more and I'm so glad I did. I love the movie and they do a good job of sticking with the small details up until Michael becomes head of the family. I know they can't fit all of the details in there but just knowing about the parts that were left out like Vito Corleone's last words, and how Tom Hagen flew to New Hampshire to give Kay a nudge to go back to Michael after she ran away with the kids. I absolutely see why it's regarded as a master book and movie.
Also do Part 2 and 3 of the movie have book counterparts?

There's a really cute waitress at a little resteraunt I really like going to, but for starters she's really far out of my league so I doubt anything would happen but I still want to try. However I have the social experience of a hermit crab so I don't know how to approach getting to know her without worrying about the expectation as a waitress to be nice to everyone.

Backstory: I don't drink alcohol. I cook as a hobby and am interested in making ramen from scratch. I got a recipe from a Japanese woman whom I trust, but her recipe includes about a tablespoon of a specific brand of sake. She said that she highly recommends not omitting the sake because doing so will negatively affect the flavor of the dish. So I'm stuck trying to find this exact sake.
The problem is that the closest state wine store that has it in stock is over an hour away. Theoretically I could get it delivered from the state's website, but there are three problems. First, only the large bottle is available for delivery, whereas the store itself has a smaller bottle in stock that would better suit my needs since I only need a small amount and won't drink the rest. I don't like wasting things. Second, I'd have to pay for shipping. Combined with the need to order a larger bottle, that means I'd effectively be paying quadruple the amount of money to have it shipped to me that I would be paying if I could just buy the smaller bottle in person. And third, the website says that if you place a delivery order, they don't tell you what day or time they're coming, and you have to be present to show your driver's license and sign for it. I can't just sit around for days on end waiting for a bottle of sake to be delivered. I have to go to work.
The thing is, I can be in New Jersey in less than 15 minutes (and regularly cross the border for various reasons), and there are some stores right across the river that stock it. The problem is that I know it's illegal to buy alcohol in New Jersey and bring it back into Pennsylvania. I've heard that some people do it anyway, but according to this website:

That's absolutely terrifying. So just because this state has asinine communist laws about who's allowed to sell alcohol and the state stores don't have what I want, I could go to prison for three months for buying one bottle of sake?! That I just want to cook with, not even drink. That's so stupid. I'm not even trying to do anything wrong. I would buy it from a state store if any of the ones within a reasonable driving distance of me had it in stock.
How likely am I to be arrested if I try to buy it anyway?

I (20M) met jade (19F) in a club got very intimate spent most of the night with her. When she has to leave I get her number. And meet with her the next weekend. After that I try to plan to see her again but she just keeps saying she’s busy so a month passes and I call and messaged her and eventually plan for me to stay the night with her. When I get there everything is good we were talking and she was putting her legs on me and everything was going good. then we go out to get something to eat when we are walking to the restaurant I try to hold her hand but her keys are in them and she says that but doesn’t move them into her purse or other hand. After dinner when we get back to hers she sits on the single lounge while I’m on the double we talk for a bit longer then I say why don’t you come sit next to me and she says that that’s her favourite lounge even though she was sitting on the double when I got there. Eventually she says shes tired and says we should go to bed. She goes and has a shower while I wait on the bed after she gets out she comes in the room and sits on the chair then her friend/roommate comes home and jade gets into bed with me and her friend comes in the room sits on the chair talks for nearly 2 hours before she leaves. After she leaves she turns the lights off and lays down facing away from me (which she went out of her way to do the whole night and didn’t turn over once) so I go to put my arms around her and put my leg in between hers (which is what we did last time I slept with her) and she quite aggressively pushes my leg away. I still have my arm on her so after a minute or so I start touching her and everything’s fine until a certain point where she grabs my arm and pushes it away then says she’s really tired. So I just roll over go to sleep but wake up in the middle of the night I notice that she is awake again so I tried the same thing I did before with the same results. So I ask her if she’s alright and she just says she’s tired so I ask if I did something wrong and she says no shes just been feeling really tired lately and that’s why she hasn’t seen me in over a month (she has just moved in with her friend that month tho) I then say something else I don’t remember what tho and she says that she’s sorry cause she knows I had intentions when I came over and that she had the same ones but just wasn’t feeling herself and how she wanted to give me a chance because she thinks I’m a really nice guy. Eventually I have to leave for work and she walks me to the door gives me a hug she normally does and I leave. I message her a couple days later asking why she acted the way she did and she gets angry because she thinks I didn’t listen to what she said but I say I know what you said, I just don’t see what that has to do with you going out of your way to sleep on your side so you didn’t have to face me. And she replies that’s just the side I sleep on and I replied Ha, just like how you have your favourite lounge to sit on. So you couldn’t sit next to me. And she replied with sorry you feel like that. I got no clue what she means by that but what does everyone think?
