We have this one friend 23F, that we have never been super close with, compared to each other. We come from a big group of 13 down to 8, still big but we are a lot closer and comfortable with each other than we are with her. Everyone is close with each other and after a few bumps we have refined our communication skills and get along really well, we have also been on many holidays with each other so we know each others boundaries.
In 2020, we invited her for the first time and it was not a comfortable experience, we felt as though we were obligated to invite her since our group had dwindled down and she WAS “close” to me and another. During that trip she was extremely difficult and wouldn’t compromise on what activities the group wanted to do, and would rather spend her time inside doing nothing. On one seperate occasion I had felt really uncomfortable as we have not established a close relationship where we would change in the same room, my friend and I are really close, but we are not at that stage as we have not had many instances where it happened. On this particular occasion, we were all at the beach having fun and playing in the water, after an hour or two she made me drive her around to find her a dress for dinner, when we had JUST gone shopping and I got one for myself, after we had returned from the beach, just the two of us, we were waiting for the others to get back to get ready to go out for dinner, I was one of the designated drivers so I wanted to get ready first, considering her shopping trip set us back an hour. As I was getting changed she had taken a shower and barged into the room we were sharing whilst I was indecent, she didn’t bother knocking or asking if she could come in. I was facing the window as she walked in and didn’t think much of it, as my other friends knew our boundaries when it came to room sharing, this next part made me feel extremely uncomfortable and a little violated, as she was fully undressed, I had turned around to grab my clothes when she stopped me and asked “do you think guys will like my boobs?” I was too shocked to even say anything as this was a clear line that I myself had drawn with my other female friends, this was not something that I am completely comfortable with. While it was not a major issue, it was a line she had crossed, and that is only one instance out of the many from the trip and in the friendship. The friendship that I personally have with her is more one sided, it’s always felt like I put more effort into it than she does, she is also very obsessive and does not like it when I hang out with the others, and this instance made it clear to me that she didn’t care about my feelings and was more worried about herself. And it was not only me that had an issue with her behaviour during the trip. After the incident I had kept it to myself out of fear I was making a bigger issue out of it than it really was, but I caved and needed to speak to one of them. I told my other friend what had happened and she told me that the same friend was also making her extremely uncomfortable, constantly staring at her and not making any effort to talk to her, but rather just complain on the phone to her mum. She’s a very awkward person that even if you tell her something direct, she will not understand what you mean, and proceed to do exactly what you tell her not to. And it’s not like I’ve made no effort to communicate all of my concerns with her, even after taking a year break from each other after we had a big sit down talk. She seems to have made no changes and is even worse than before. I ask this now as my other friends and I are planning a trip for our mid term uni break and want to go on a holiday, but we all have decided that we did not want her to come. We are unsure on how to tell her. This trip is no secret, as the whole group knows but only half are going/invited, and the others are fine with us going without them as we had talked about doing a uni trip, and considering the other half are full time workers. We had made sure that everyone was fine and happy with the plans and made sure they did not feel left out. But she is the only one that we are truely worried about. In the last couple months we have made sure to catch up as a group once a week to make up for this trip for those who are missing out, but each hang we have made the effort to invite her but she has declined each time. There’s is so much more behind the scenes besides her flashing me, but what should we do, as I’ve recently come to learn that we all have conflict with her, and are not comfortable spending a week with her 24/7. Any advice on how to handle this would be really helpful/ should we tell her?

We have a 4 bedroom house that is expecting new tenants. Until movers screwed them over with the dates they were going to move in on the 1st, then the 4th, and now after paying pro-rated month rent to hold the house, they will be moving in the first of July if not sooner.
We have been working our butts off with this house. I wish there was more I could have done but I’m not handy, but I can paint. We stayed over there on an air mattress and every single day while my boyfriend went to work, I would paint the house and continue helping him when he got back until around 1-3 am. I am exhausted. Painting really wears you out when painting room after room and every single door, window, and trim. 3 floors total and every single room but the kitchen was painted.
Though it’s not finished. The painting is done other than going around and doing some touch ups. But we have some more repairs that I can probably help with. But it feels like my whole body is aching and not to mention allergy season giving me congestion headaches. Mixed with paint fumes and cleaning products, it’s a lot. I was also working at least 13 hours a day given I started no later than 10 am and stopped around 2 am, for an entire week.
I feel awful for not helping anymore but I truly don’t know if my body can take it. I keep trying because I feel crappy about the job not being done, it’s driving my anxiety crazy, but whenever I go over there and attempt, it hurts. My back aches, my feet burn, my knees are bruised, even my butt hurts from sitting on stepping stools and the floor so often. I keep trying to tell myself that there is hardly any more that needs to be done and now we have at least another two weeks so he can handle it. But I feel like a buttface for not helping anymore. Yesterday I was mercari, a selling app,looking up electronics. Most of it was phones and to my surprise I saw an iphone 13 for $83. The description said that by simply texting the person happy bday to get it. So I did just that. Now here's where a made the mistake. After doing so,the person told me to send through PayPal and an additional $40 to send it to a different state. The complained about not being available immediately (it needed some time to process) .....I shouldn't have given them the money in the first place. As I realized all of skepticalism AFTER I sent that money. That iphone post was literally their only post and they had no PFP,their account was recently made,they publicly gave a number to text,their names on Paypal and Mercari were different,,and wanted me to pay OUTSIDE the app.. I made a post on scams. After few people saw it before it got taken down for a reason I do not know. A person did dm saying that it was indeed a scam- meaning I had just been scammed out of $128. The directed me to an Instagram user that can help me. Now here is the part I regret the most. I should've just delt the lost but now I have taken more lost. At first,the person asked for $30 and I thought it was a great deal since I would get my money back and end up with a loss of only $30. Then as time goes on,they keep asking me for money to the point where I have given them more money than I even got scammed out of. I lost $128 but they made me pay them like $140 or something. So yeah I lost $268 or about that in two days. It's been hours since the last few messages I sent and no response so I may not even end up getting my previous money back.
TL;DR - I lost around $260 or at minimum that amount by falling for a scam and spending even more money to get the money back and still have not received the initial money back. I also didn't note any of the skepticalism until after I sent the person the money,which deeply regret

Man glue how the hell are my feelings going to be hurt and how can I be so selfish as to even think that I deserve to be respected or put any expectations on you I'm not going to go into huge detail. Reason being is because the rest of the world will hear it but you probably won't but at least out there in the void I'm going to make it to where the respect you deserve this voiced from me and that you're honored for the things that you've done selflessly. I'm going to write a story about our lives. I'm telling you it's going to happen. I started three separate writings and I'm ready to scrap them all to tell our story. I'm going to focus on that in my writings anyways on to the summary of what glue means to me or what I acknowledge about glue.
What you were up against.
When we met. You a teenage girl. Abandoned by one parent in a very vile way. The other parent was raising you. We were running around, you got sick, and you were in the hospital for weeks with some very serious troubles. Towards the end of the hospital stay cuz I was in there with you the whole time. The other parent came said that they won't going to deal with you and for you to figure it out a young girl in the hospital. The crazy part is you had done nothing wrong. That was my first real dose of surrealism in people next to some childhood stuff from one of my mother's boyfriends. And shortly after you were told you didn't have a home to come back to as a teenage girl in the hospital the doctors came in and said you would never be able to get pregnant or bare children. None of this is going to be an order but I've traveled with you across the country. We moved to Louisiana. I got a job on the tugboats. You were in the middle of a new scary town. And here I was gone 30 days at a time. But you held on. That was a really stressful time when I look back and that was a time when even though it was an experience I regret that decision because being gone that long from you at that young seemed okay then but even though my buddy's family was around I should have been there. But we did it the best we could. Eventually that didn't work out I'll never forget two cats in a 1984 Ford escort and all our s*** driving all the way to the East Coast. That escort could do some runs now. Anyways we moved to the beach. Being close to home my drug addiction was still an active Factor at all times you held on every time you could. When we move to the beach we decided we were going to do other things we came back to the city. That's what my sister move to the beach with her friend and we were in the city and got to call she had been in a car wreck.
We fly down to the beach before that even cut my sister out of the car we made a 2-hour drive in about 45 minutes. They will my sister in you were right by her side by my side you were there fam you were going through it with me, with her, with the parents. The wheel her in she said she couldn't feel her legs. Boom paralyzed never going to walk again. Thank God she lived and thank God she has such an amazing sister beside her during it all.
After rehabilitation the situation that it happened put my mom into a absolute mental tailspin. So we stuck around as my mother could barely function to tend to my sister.. to your sister. So you a young young woman who had been s*** on by her family. Took over my mother's role and began caretaking for my sister, all the while taking care of my mom with her mental episodes and and down time, and taking care of a loving man with an addiction that had selfish tendencies and you filled the role of all three caretakers and still manage to love me and show me affection with a smile on your face. You took care of the whole house. You took care of the animals. I'm not talking about any of the good really that I did or anybody else did I just want you to be recognized here.
We decided to move to Florida after a long time of you taking care of my paralyzed sister and helping her acclimate until she started lighting it up. What she took off and became president the Honor society went back to school started doing fundraisers was in the Miss wheelchair state runnings eyeballing Ms wheelchair America..once she got in her groove... We went on to Florida.
In Florida you dealt with a man that had just found the purest cocaine he had done in a long time for dirt cheap prices. Through pretty much the whole stay we were there the years we were there. Your pragmatic approach and abilities dominated with mine. The things I fell short in you could put into place... I don't want to say my inventiveness and idealism was the exact complimentary opposite to that where you lacked. But I'm going to be straight up with you you were just as inventive, sellable, full of ideas, practical enough to make it happen, and able to execute. So you were still at a young age early twenties the most amazing business partner I could ever ask for. Not to mention the fun in the sun the palm trees the tacky gold the new cars living on the beach man I was built for that s*** and I know you were. Eventually when the big collapse of the towers came, and us with our lack of savings which was a big part my fault. After September 11th the market just crashed and we didn't do business and s*** started going backwards and we sold our debt for what a couple thousand bucks? To watch my friend hold on to that business and buy us out of all that debt until it finally bankrupted was insane he really held on to that dream.
Anyways by the time we get back to our hometown not only is my sister been in a wheelchair now my sister develops a tumor on her pituitary gland Cushing's disease. My drug addiction is full force when we pull back into town. You jump right into action taking care of her everyone and by this time your family had got back in your life your parents. And you forgave them and let them in boy I'll never forget to work it took for you to get over that I remember the days that I sit with you and helped you work through that stuff. But you forgave you opened your heart and you opened your arms and embrace family. And you took care of everyone.
We get married. I get you pregnant the first child. I'm so far in addiction now that we're back home ground zero for those old habits. And I mean all of it taking right out of my pregnant wife's and the baby's mouth to serve my f****** addiction. and you just held on. Remainder Rock still taking care of my sister. So after neglecting you constantly pawning off tons of responsibilities on you and spending every penny we had and expecting you to take care of the kids and never being home and being unavailable because I had a disgusting ratchet ass bottom of the barrel love affair that started with cocaine but once I tried to sling and learn how to cook cocaine became Crack to be exact. I traded you, businesses, vehicles, Mom Dad the kids, stability love, God, futures, anything everything I traded for that nasty b**** crack. Mind body Spirit trade it at all.
And what did you do you kept managing with what you we had you kept trying to hold it together and you held on for dear life.
Now you had already become a daughter to my mother and you were a sister to my sister so my part to play in that has nothing to do with y'all's relationship at this point. There's a very painful thing that I'm even scared to talk about maybe one day. But I wasn't going to give up crack for you all the families all the religion all the money and all the happiness in the world. I was that f****** stupid. God is good because I didn't 12 step my s*** out of there with that God come down and put a disgust and a chill in my bones about that s*** and made it disappear overnight. Maybe another time because it was way too late when it happened. Anyways I got you to raise two kids stole all of our money stole all of our food stole everything we didn't even have gas half the time. You hold on. You held one. I still have the claw marks in my soul from where you didn't want to let me go because you were that committed and that good of a woman. That in tune with family.

You basically dealt with him terrorizing y'all raising hell you've told me some of the things that he used to do to you I don't see how you can still talk to me like he needs you and you've got to be there for him but that's on you and I respect it but the way that you explain some of the things that he did to you to me it makes me sick to my stomach because I could just never see myself like harming you physically over and over and over again and doing things to you in other forms of physical abuse and getting pleasure or control out of it. But I can see taking you everything you ever owned and never given our kids a chance or anybody else and giving it all to crack can I so I don't know there. I just know it blows my mind. But I think it comes a lot from the fact I left us so bottom of the barrel out back from my addiction that as long as somebody was providing you felt some form of security over top of what I left you with which was complete insecurity. Maybe that's why you stuck around for the abuse and still justifiy it over top of the things I've done to this day.

I come to the city out of the blue I'll come to find out there was a warrant out I get arrested. With some help from another family member if y'all bond me out with $13,000 cash. A week later I'm called by the courts they said we didn't have to show the decision could be made without us there and when we pop up they walk out and they say here here's your piece of paper sir. You owe $14.75. I'll look at the piece of paper it says Mr so and so your debt with child support enforcement has been cleared in full please pay us these $14 processing fees and your case is closed. You smiled me a smile at you.
And you said the most horrific thing I've ever heard in my life from someone. I'm being cynical here because it was really the most amazing thing but I hate the term because I'm a basket case. You looked at me and said be better do better.

A week later I'm called by the courts they said we didn't have to show the decision could be made without us there and when we pop up they walk out and they say here here's your piece of paper sir. You owe $14.75. I'll look at the piece of paper it says Mr so and so your debt with child support enforcement has been cleared in full please pay us these $14 processing fees and your case is closed. You smiled me a smile at you.
And you said the most horrific thing I've ever heard in my life from someone. I'm being cynical here because it was really the most amazing thing but I hate the term because I'm a basket case. You looked at me and said be better do better.

I'll see things in pictures my brain sees things in pictures and I just see pictures of you sometimes where always if we were around somebody that was down you would do the goofiest s*** you had to do to get them to smile because that's what you do. Thought I would share the macros I use on my Preservation evoker. Some of these are really useful, some of these are just me trying to have the most streamlined, efficient, minimalist action bar setup. Some are just silly but I thought they were interesting, so I hope you might too. None of these are going to make you an epic 3000io player on their own but I do find that lessening cognitive load can really help during the M+ grind.
I would love if people shared any macros or ideas or improvements! I could spend hours making silly little buttons.

Damage/Kick/CC
Casts "Azure Strike" on your mouseover target without modifiers, "Quell" with Shift modifier, and "Sleep Walk" with Ctrl modifier on mouseover targets. Good bind on my mouse button for easy spam.
Description: Simple shift modifier to put Fire Breath and Deep Breath on the same button. You could create a WeakAura to show you when Deep Breath is almost off cooldown though you eventually can just sense when its coming back (or just check by pressing shift).
Cancels "Emerald Communion" if active and casts "Emerald Communion" if not active. This means if you Communion and get locked in place, then a swirlie appears beneath you, you click it again to be able to run away. Lifesaver.
Casts Lust with left-click in combat and Visage with right-click out of combat. Stops you casting Lust out of combat, just in case, though this means I sometimes have to throw an Azure Strike on the mobs before I can lust.
This ones fun. It uses Hover in combat. Out of combat, it will first try to put you into Visage form first, otherwise cast Hover. This is a stupid workaround for the fact that Evokers always get put in dragon form which means you’ll spend much more time in your Visage form! In combat it will just Hover, so you don’t have to worry about it messing with encounters. It also uses the Highborne Soul Mirror which leaves a translucent copy behind you which can be useful in PvP. While holding shift it casts Soar, to save you a bar slot.
Sends a message to your party or raid when you Mass Rez. Doesn’t work in combat which prevents you spamming the message when you’re waiting for the last mob to die. I dont use normal Rez anymore, even though I know it would save me 1s of cast time. You could do a simple shift modifier if you wanted that option.
An all-round damage reduction button. Left-click uses Obsidian Scales, right click uses a Healthstone, shift-left-click uses a Refreshing Healing Potion. You could put Renewing Blaze in this macro on a shift-right-click, but I prefer giving it its own button so I can easily see the CD.
Description: Casts "Rescue" if known at the cursor location, or "Oppressing Roar" if known. I swap between a Rescue build in raids and a Roar build in M+. This just means the button changes automatically when I swap specs.
The Rescue function is a must - you click an Ally then Rescue to your cursor point. Big timesaver when every second counts.
The most important macro on this list. Prevents you casting Rewind when out of combat (I have a real problem of blowing my cooldowns because of twitchy fingers. When you right click it out of combat it summons a Random Favourite Pet :3
A space saver. Casts Time Dilation on my mouseover, or Landslide at my cursor point when I shift-click the button.
Description: Simple trinket to auto-use a trinket with my Dream Breath whenever its off cooldown for a little burst. This is unsuitable if your trinket requires more specific timing.
Uses your 2nd trinket on your mouseover target when in combat. I also made it so that out of combat, pressing that button follows my mouseover target (if I can), which has felt surprisingly good to have on an easy keybind.
Simple space saving WateFood macro. Replace the names with your specific items (which could be Conjured Mana Buns). Uses food on left button click, water on right button click.
General space saver and a reminder to always carry Invisibility Pots.
Just putting this here as inspiration for other space-saving/efficiency macros. In combat it uses Renewing Blaze, out of combat it opens up the Group Finder (straight to premade groups!). Could free up a button for someone.
Crest & Chest Cleaner
When I click this it attempts to combine Crest Fragments or open the most common type of treasure its (Weekly quest box, Professional skill-up items, etc) so I don’t have to go digging through my bag. This is just a random list of the items I use it for, but its here as inspiration if you want to make your own. Currently it shows me how many Aspects Crests i have on the button.
When you use your cooking fire it sets it at your feet, instead of requiring a second click. The game is literally unplayable without this.
Just put this button your Dragonriding Action Bar for an easy dismount. Used to ease my anxiety when doing Nokhud.

For some reason, my One UI Version 5.0 never received an update to 5.1. It might have something to do with my changing from Verizon to T-Mobile... not sure?
I know 5.1 is supposed to have a number of cool features such as removing an object from a photo. But someone on this forum had recommended not going over to 5.1.

Recently we began recording my kid's soccer games. We record the moments using an iPhone 13 max. The videos come out great when viewing on our phones. The issue we are having is transferring the video to iMovie.
My process gos like this. Record the video on phone. The video either goes directly to my photos or my wife will text me the video, it then gets saved to my photos. We then open up iMovie and move the video there. The problem is the videos are unwatchable. The quality is really really poor with major lighting issues. The vids look great when viewing on the phone but really poor when pulled up on the laptop and iMovie.
Im not sure if something is happening to the video when viewing on the laptop or if the computer software is the issue. It's an older model (2017 MacBook Air) and I am having trouble updating to a newer software.

Starlink Versions
Starlink V0.9
The first batch of starlink sats launched in the new starlink formfactor. Each sat had a launch mass of 227kg. They have only a Ku-band antenna installed on the sat. Many of them are now being actively deorbitedStarlink V1.0
The upgraded productional batch of starlink sats ,everyone launched since Nov 2019 belongs to this version. Upgrades include a Ka-band antenna. The launch mass increased to ~260kg.Starlink DarkSat
Darksat is a prototype with a darker coating on the bottom to reduce reflectivity, launched on Starlink V1.0-L2. Due to reflection in the IR spectrum and stronger heating, this approach was no longer pursuedStarlink VisorSat
VisorSat is SpaceX's currently approach to solve the reflection issue when the sats have reached their operational orbit. The first prototype was launched on Starlink V1.0-L7 in June 2020. Starlink V1.0-L9 will be the first launch with every sat being an upgraded VisorSatStarlink V1.5
These satellites include laser links to other satellites. Prototype lasers were launched to polar orbits on Transporter 1 & 2 with production launches beginning with Starlink 2-1.Links & Resources
