I have been seeing a Hematologist due to high white blood cell count and a bunch of other symptoms. My first appointment went very well and he seemed very capable. My second appointment he talked over my anemia (one of my symptoms) and the treatment that had been given and then tried to dismiss me like It was the reason I was there for the appointment! I had to explain to him my symptoms and issues because he didn’t have any notes. I then had to tell him all of my numbers from my blood work because he wouldn’t look at it on the computer. He then changed his mind on the next diagnostic test he wanted to do because it would be “difficult” and asked me to get blood work and a CT.
I got the blood work and the next day started experiencing terrible pain in my side, to the point of falling and throwing up when trying to stand. I went to the hospital and they did the CT and said my spleen is slightly swollen at 12.2cm and my liver is swollen at 22.2 CM, as a 22F this is pretty large. They sent me home with pain meds for one day and told me my hematologist would have to prescribe more.
I made the pain meds last 4 days because of being scared to take them and ask for more. On the 4th day I had to call out of work the pain was so bad. I called the doctor, explained that I went to the hospital and got the scan done, and she tells me he didn’t even want to send the referral for another 3 MONTHS and they said they would look over the scan and get back to me, 5 hours later they tell me my spleen isn’t swollen and my liver barely and the only thing they are willing to do is tell me to put arthritis cream over the area.
I have been suffering for 3 years already without help because of a fear of doctors, it took a lot to be able to start taking care of myself. The doctor has stated he believes I have Myelofibrosis, a type of cancer that effects the bone marrow. Why isn’t he in any rush to help? I’m so confused and worried at this point. Should I try to see another doctor?

I'm lucky to live in an area that has a lot of skating shops so sharpening, heat molding, stretching, punch outs, etc. are all accessible without traveling more than 15 miles in any direction.
But it seems like no matter where I go there are always men working who 1. just care about hockey and 2. don't take me seriously when I ask for something.
I went in earlier today to get my skates sharpened and my boots stretched. I know exactly what I want and need. There's nothing up for discussion. He kept questioning me about my boots, skill level, what I know about my blades, and my boots.
I understand if I came in as a total beginner and was looking for something and had no idea what I wanted. However, I was very clear that I know what works for me, what has always worked for me, and is what my coach also believes works best for me.
IDK I just struggle with a lot of men in these stores who are maybe used to hockey players and don't take figure skaters seriously. I always leave feeling so stupid even though I asked for exactly what I need.
Again I feel lucky to live in a place with many options but at this point it's happened at three different shops.
I understand that there are probably figure skaters who ask for the 'wrong' thing and are unhappy with the result but with my level of boots + blades I feel like I should be taken seriously. A couple questions to reaffirm what I want and then boom done.

The duplex they have been in for four years was taken over by some kind of corporate management company a few years ago and the list of fees and charges they've tried to impose is .. . impressive.
Example: When their lease renewed last year, the terms were that if they signed another year-long lease the rent would only go up a little per month. If they failed to renew, it would revert to month-to-month BUT their rent price would literally DOUBLE. They later retracted that when someone informed them that was illegal, apparently.
Now that my folks are planning their move-out, among the fees my 80 year-old mother is being told she will owe are:
1) The cost of changing the locks after they leave (between tenants) 2) The cost of cleaning the carpet after they leave (could be in the lease they signed, not sure) 3) The cost of RESEARCHING WHICH CARPET CLEANER THEY WILL USE - $50.
That last one had me raising an eye. At a glance I can't find anything in WA state about whether a former tenant can be charged for a lock change between tenants, and I don't even know what to search for on "can they be charged for researching cleaning vendors" or whatnot.
Mom does not have a lot of energy to fight these charges, but I don't want to see them taken advantage of. I'm hoping to find some kind of reference we can show them which clarifies if those charges are legal. Does anyone know/can anyone find a reference for whether these charges are allowed in WA state? It's Skagit County, if that matters.

Sitting at 172 but grindings pretty slow as enemies are taking longer to kill.

I'm stumped on empty slots, like rings, shoulder, android, heart, I have a temporary secondary pendant slot for like.. 15 days too.

Also, potential scrolls? I haven't found many of them, I've done most of my daily bosses and none dropped any.. so I haven't been able to cube any gear for additional DPS, and other than that? I'm at a dead end.

Fucks sake. I have a bladder prolapse and I suspect a uterine one too. I am fully accepting a hysterectomy bc I can see my fucking cervix and 3 women (2 maternal side and one on bio fathers side) either have to have hysterectomies or suggested to have one.
Was sent to hospital when I called my dr ab my prolapse (I’m only 16 days PP) and she was like ‘yeah that’s your cervix but you don’t have a uterus prolapse’. I call BS bc she didn’t properly check me- you have to stand up to be checked for that specific prolapse.
And when I mentioned I expect a hysterectomy she was like ‘ooh it’s a last resort and you might want more kids!’
I HAVE 3 F OFF. Like a perfect fucking stranger knows me and my life and my kids well enough to even fucking know that. I’m so sick of this shit of people not listening to me ab MY BODY. I LIVE IN IT NOT YOU????

I listen to/watch a lot of classic rock records and concert footage and one thing that’s noticeable is that bands will enlist the help of a 2nd drummer and I’m not sure why.
Sometimes it seems to work well sometimes for like the Allman Brothers and Concert for Bangladesh (Ringo StarJim Keltner). Other times though it sounds pretty messy, ragged and confusing to me, for example: Grateful Dead (Kreutzman/Hart), John Lennon MSG (KeltneUnknown drummer), and Mad dogs and Englishmen (KeltneGordon)
I’m realizing that there’s a pattern that Keltner is very often paired up with other drummers, but why? His drumming is impeccable, why throw someone else in the mix to muddy it up. For the John Lennon MSG show, Keltner and the other drummer sounded so off it sounded like the band would fall apart.
IMO, the 2 drummer thing can sound pretty good, when both drummers feel time in compatible ways and work at it pretty meticulously, but it doesn’t seem like the payout is much more than a great single drummer and it can go very wrong if it is at all haphazard. I think the Grateful Dead sounded much better when Mickey Hart left the group for a while.
I’m not a drummer so I’m interested what the drum community thinks about drum duos. Would you ever play in one?

After checking the logs I found this to be the last entry

So loaded up the save as France and yep. The event pops up and there's only 1 button to click. Once I click it the game crashes 100% of the time.
Is there a way to remove this event from my save or anything I can do to salvage the situation? I was having a spectacular Continental UK game... It'd be a pity to lose it all

First one: Indoor playground. I kept pointing which way to go, she sat staring out the window at me, unmoving and asking for help. I absolutely could not get up it, it wasn't a regular climber, you got to it through a narrow twisty tube. Luckily there was an older child that was happy to go up and get NK (after I asked her adults permission)
Different NK: At a place that has like 20 different types of inflatables (bounce houses/mazes, etc.) Day was going fine. The very last one he goes in, I hear him yelling for help. The staff is like, yea, you can go in. Gee, thanks. OMG, the struggle to get him out. He was in some weird area between these two super tall inflatable walls. It was nothing like any of the other bouncers there, where he could easily climb over. Later I found a negative review for the place because of that one bouncer and how it was unsafe.
Yesterday: Another indoor play place. Gigantic climber (it goes to the roof covers 2 walls of the room) I'm sitting there praying, don't get stuck. Not 5 minutes later "I need help!" Luckily I was able to talk him down. I knew he could do it, since he had already climbed it part way up and down.
