Hi All -
We are a couple from Midwest USA who are visiting Japan from July 10th to August 1st. It will be my 2nd time to Japan, and my partner's first. I am including a bit from my first time in Japan, but a lot of new things as well - my first time was over 10 years ago and I was only able to spend a week, so merely scratched the surface compared to this go-around. Our itinerary has been scheduled so that we can hopefully be a part of some celebrations for different festivals going on: Mitama Matsuri in Tokyo, Gion Matsuri in Kyoto, and Tenjin Matsuri in Osaka. I have plotted most of this out on Google maps to form this itinerary that I think should work out, however, I am open to any help/suggestions I can get! One of my main concerns would be having something scheduled on a day it is closed, or having something scheduled on a bad day of the week, too late in the day, etc. and not knowing until we get there. I appreciate any assistance I can get, especially getting as close to our departure date as we are. Here is what I have planned so far (questions at the end):

• Questions:
  • Would I receive luggage same day or next in Tokyo on the first leg? (from airport to hotel)
  • Does Pokemon Center on the way out of Hiroshima on the 23rd make sense, or should I just get this out of the way on the 22nd? If I do it on the 22nd, I assume I should wait until after the museums?
  • Do I have enough time for the stop off in Nagoya on the 26th? Should I make the effort to do this, or is it not worth it in the grand scheme of things?
  • Any recommendations for my open day in Kyoto on the 21st?
  • Do you think I will have enough time for Anraku-ji and Reikan-ji on the 16th? Should I make a great effort to make time for these two?
  • Do you think I should go to Kamigamo-jinja on the 18th?
  • Where else would you recommend that I go in Kamakura on the 30th, or do I have a full plate already with the 3 I have listed?
  • Am I able to TA-Q-BIN luggage to airport too, or do I just need to haul it with me? Good chance of having 2 checked bags each on the way back (4 total).
  • What days would you say are too packed, and what would you remove from them?
  • Any other places I should go to maximize my festival experiences? Should I try to devote more times to these areas also, as opposed to the other items on my itinerary for those days?
  • Any recommendations for doing laundry in Kyoto? It will be the only hotel we're staying at that does not have washedryer. A laundry service or something is preferable, we probably won't want to stick around and do laundry.

I applied on June 7 for tourist visa. It’s been a while since the last time I applied for a Schengen Visa. I didn’t know I still have to include travel history and copies of old visas in the documents that I submitted to VFS. Now I’m worried about my application. The tracker shows my documents are in Washington DC for further processing. I have 2 old Schengen visas issued in 2014 & 2015. I’m planning to send copies to the France Consulate through email. Has anyone ever tried sending email to France Consulate? Do they ever reply? Also, what’s their email address? Thank you
Edit: I have 4 other tourist visas from 2018-2019. 2 South Korea visas, Australia Visa, and Canada Visa (still valid). I just wanted to know if anyone has ever tried sending email to the France General Consulate and did they reply? Thanks!

Can someone explain to me why is the Size of date in this case, 8 bytes? I'm a newcomer to C, so bear with me.
d was allocated 5 bits, m 4 bits and y has 32 bits. How does that add up to 8 bytes when we've effectively used 41 bits of memory?

TLDR: HOW TO FORGIVE A CHEATING GASLIGHTING SPOUSE
This is obviously not my primary account. I don't know where to begin. This post might not be the most coherent one you read today. I have so many things in my head. My (F37) husband (M41) had an emotional affair with his best friend's wife in 2019. They had planned to meet (different cities/ 2-hour flight), but I discovered their chats and confronted my husband.
I had suspected something was going on from quite some time, but my husband gaslighted me in the worst way possible and locked me out of his phone (saying I was acting like a lunatic and that is why he is locking his phone.). I honestly started questioning my sanity. A couple months after this episode was my 10th anniversary. A trip was planned with this couple (my husband’s best friend, his wife and us) to celebrate our anniversary. They kept flirting with each other during the entire trip, I cried for over 4 hours a day before my 10th wedding anniversary. He again gaslighted me, made me feel like I have lost my mental capacity to understand right from wrong. His best friend was also delusional and asked me how I could ever think of something like this happening. Fast forward a month and I got chats to prove my point.
At this point, my husband started crying and saying he was not sure how it happened (well, he messaged her after leaving from home and before entering the house, he was very well aware of what was happening!). Then he said I was going to confess anyway and that he is sorry and he will do better and the cheater’s routine. The next day he told HER that I know. I don’t know if it was a coping mechanism, but I acted like I am cool with the whole thing and that I forgive them both. After a couple of days, they decided they will confess to his best friend as well as they felt “guilty”. The couple came to our house, my husband told him everything. He was shocked, cried a little and then said that he will take some time to move on from the issue. I told him it’s okay and we should forgive them.
I and my husband started working on our marriage again, it was a lot hard work, but we did well. By 2020 we decided to become parents through fertility treatments after a lot of discussion. I was a little sceptical because of the financial pressure it would add and the years that we waited to make that decision, but his confidence gave me confidence, both of us love kids and I was cautiously happy about the whole thing. Did the procedure, had a very difficult pregnancy with every complication possible, two beautiful babies at the end of it (they are the best, they are my everything).
Fast forward to 2022. I wanted to make his 40th birthday special, so I asked his best friend to come visit us for a day with family to surprise him (they also did fertility treatment and had a child, same age ours). The best friend ended up telling him about the plan (with my permission) as he was confused about certain things. When they discussed, the one-day plan became a 10-day vacation. He started overplanning for the whole thing and it made me angry. We had a fight 3 days before leaving for the vacation. But I decided not ruin things as it was his 40th, I got a radio show recorded for him as his birthday gift. During the entire trip he spent nights talking to her, engaging in banteflirting, ignoring me completely. Even when I expressed my feelings, he did not change anything.
Then came my breaking point. I could not do it anymore. Had a huge fight with him. We were going to my mom’s place from there for a week, so I was just waiting for the days to get over. I did not speak to anyone on the last day. A lot of other things happened, but it’s late here and I am tired of typing. After another fight, we concluded that he must stop talking to her. Certain other rules were made, like he cannot go to their place, etc. He also told me how she (his AP) was shocked by my behaviour and surprised that I have still not gotten over the whole thing, and that why I did the drama of being okay with everything. Really?!!
I was okay with everything. I was okay because I did not want him to lose his friend. He has only one! I was okay with him having his one and only friend. I was okay if he understood what his boundaries were. I was okay if I was his priority. I wasn’t. He showed me and gaslighted me yet again. Anyway, rules were made, we got back home. I went to my Mom’s for a month as my help had taken personal leave. I told him he can call his friend to spend time with him as his best friend is no more comfortable being around me. So they planned a weekend trip to my place (my husband and his best friend) and had fun. My husband had to come pick me up from my Mom’s place, as there has to be one attendant with each child in the flight. From the airport to my place, his best friend was dropping him home. It was late in the night and the kids were waiting for him, I checked Maps for his location, and it was at his best friend’s place. He was there for less than 5 mins, but I was furious. When he messaged to ask him something, I told him I knew where he went. He told me his best friend had forgotten to get the gifts he got for our kids, so he was barely their for a couple of minutes to pick it up and that he was waiting in the apartment parking lot.
He asked me to come down and I too wanted to talk to his best friend. I went down and that’s when the real fun began. My husband was telling his friend, “See, I told you she keeps a track on my movements.” I obviously have trust issues. When he knew this would bother me, why did he not make a call before going there?
In the fight that ensued, he practically blamed me for the affair. It was gaslighting, but I am going to list his issues with me anyway:

I have changed from who I was in 2006 (I was 20).
I am not innocent anymore.
I look for fights.
I take strong stands (feminism, strong opposition bigotry, etc.).
I read a lot, and all that reading has fucked me up.
I use F-word a lot which I never did back in 2006.
I took a solo trip with a group in 2014 (11 girls 1 boy 1 guide). It was an 18-day trip abroad. I was crying on the 12th day as I was missing my husband dearly on that trip. When I came back I shared all the experiences, word by word. I also told him about this divorced female friend I made who hooked with someone on an app before joining us on the trip. For me all this was very novel, I was naïve young, and had zero exposure. A lot of it was shocking to me, but it opened my mind in ways I would not have ever thought it would, travel made me a better person, it made me more accepting of different tradition, cultures and people. I obviously was seeking to open my mind, so I read, I travelled, it changed me yes, but for the better. In the fight post his 40th birthday, he had called my sister to complain, and he also said I don’t know what she might have done in the Greece trip. And the things she shared were crazy. Basically, saying shit about me and planting a seed of doubt in my sister’s head. Fortunately, I have a great relationship with my siblings, I had told them everything I told him post the trip. So, he did not tell them anything new. But this move just meant he would stoop down to any level, even lie if he must if push comes to shove.
My best friend (who is divorced and has dealt with drug abuse due to the emotional turmoil) is a bad influence and she made me who I am. FFS! This is the same best friend who was his BFF during lockdown, my pregnancy… They shared drinks together, we did treks together, suddenly she is the problem…
I cried a lot post wedding (initial days until I made a friend, as I was isolated by his family, they did not like me much and created several issues for me. I was young, did not know how to deal with such situations, so I ended up crying a lot. FYI, now the same people call me instead of him, they did wrong, but I had a confrontation with them too a couple of years back and heartfelt apologies were made, I moved on and have a great relationship with his family now.).
Affair happen because something is amiss in the relationship (his words). Honestly, the timing of the affair hits me the most. It was probably the best time in our marriage. We were going out, talking, carefree, travelling… And now he says something was amiss!
I was reading a book, and it discussed polygamy. He says because I discussed with him about it in 2015, I indirectly pushed that thought in his head! Yes, he said that!
That a male friend in 2013 was the reason. I had made two friends in this small town in 4 years after moving from a city (leaving my house, my friends, everything for him). One the female best friend, and the other one is they guy he said he had a problem with. Mind you he takes all kinds of business favors from him now, and says now he has no issues with him and it was just a confusion, and because I considerably reduced my interaction with him, it did not bother him. (Friendship with guy friend died organically after we moved to a new city, so he was anyway a non-issue, and for me my marriage was a priority. Now we basically call him only when we need something. Pathetic).
It was everything I did basically (right from 2006 to 2023).

His best friend also thinks I have trust issues and that I should work on it and that he can guarantee that his wife won't do it again as she is super-absorbed with their child! I don't know if this guy even listens to himself while talking! He is an idiot. I don't blame him. He always prioritised my husband over his wife. So, I get it. For him his friendship is way more important that his relationship with his wife.
He also blamed me for being suspicious all the time post 2019. He shared with his best friend the bitching/gossiping we might have done as a couple about them, about other things, in our shared sacred space. This shocked me the most. How much ever I try I am not able to get over THIS. Nothing is between us anymore, should I also start going out, telling on him, things he might have told me in anger, just frustration about others!
There’s a lot more that has hurt me, like the knowledge about his happy ending sessions which he shared with me only because I once told him I am very open-minded, and that he should share everything with me, we should be friends - my mistake again he says, why did I portray myself as an open-minded individual when in fact I was traditional in my thought process. This I had gotten over and I told him it should not happen again. His best friend also got a lap dance with a topless dancer in London, and I told me about it, fuck the open-minded image. Anyway, I am digressing.
I am tired of writing and complaining.
We are back home. And he is asking me what he can do to make things better, and that he is really sorry. I said in a marriage both partners are supposed protect each other, you could not do it in 2009 (with his family, I gave him the benefit of doubt, that he was also too young to navigate those situations); he did not do it now, he literally threw me under the bus to get his best friend’s sympathy. How will I ever be able to trust this man? Leaving would mean a lot of upheaval and me going to work and staying away from my beautiful babies. I am crying now. He also said in the fight that I should not have had babies with him when I had trust issues. How could he say that! How could he twist everything so badly!
I am trying very hard to focus on my children, I spend the entire day with them. Days are easy and fun. But when the are asleep, I am forced to confront these thoughts, like right now.
He is trying his best to keep me happy, but I need help to understand how someone gets over something like this?!
So, the Greece thing, and personal gossip sharing! These two points I can’t over. I tried and tried and tried. Please help.
I am not sure what I am seeking, advice may be? Can this work? I want it to work only for my kids. Will I ever be able to love him the way I did.
I am looking for a therapist currently who does not charge a bomb.

A lot of the news articles covering this are smaller for the moment, however there are a few notable exceptions. I'll link to various news articles I believe are notable (notable as in popularity, not individual credibility) as well as quotes/snippets from each one to give an idea of how this coverage is going for Reddit (these quotes do not contain the full articles, but I have given links to the ones I discuss). In his AMA, Huffman seemed to shut the door on making amends with the apps that are closing their doors. “Some apps such as Apollo, Reddit is Fun, and Sync have decided this pricing doesn’t work for their businesses and will close before pricing goes into effect,” Huffman said. “For the other apps, we will continue talking. We acknowledge that the timeline we gave was tight; we are happy to engage with folks who want to work with us.”
Based on what I’ve heard, that last sentence doesn’t ring entirely true. Tony Lupeski, the developer of ReddPlanet, tells The Verge that he has tried to contact Reddit three times since the initial announcement of changes but has been “ignored every time.” (Lupeski said something similar in a public reply to Huffman.) Selig says that the last time Reddit communicated with him “in any capacity” was a week ago and that Huffman had declined a request for a call (which he noted in his post about Apollo’s shutdown on Thursday).
Reddit has given some small concessions: the Blind subreddit protested the changes because they could mean that accessibility-focused apps necessary to browse the site would have to shut down, and on June 7th, Reddit said those apps would be exempt from the pricing updates. During the AMA, Huffman also committed to making the official Reddit apps “more accessible.”
But in a message to The Verge, Blind moderator MostlyBlindGamer wrote, “We are still concerned about the selection and limitations imposed on exempt third-party apps and about the financial pressure on the developers who must — to our best knowledge — effectively maintain them for free.” MostlyBlindGamer added, “I’m very disappointed that [Huffman] did not add any information to what we read on The Verge regarding accessibility, despite Reddit receiving multiple public and private requests for clarification.”
The developer of RedReader, one of the apps granted an exemption, said in a post, “I think it’s very reasonable to be concerned about Reddit’s current trajectory, and nobody can know for sure how long the exemption will last.”
The AMA is now over. Huffman ended up posting 14 comments, all of which received hundreds of downvotes. (The one asking about Selig’s claim has more than 2,000 downvotes.) Other Reddit admins posted seven comments of their own that were also heavily downvoted. A stickied comment has links to all of the posts. As of this writing, the AMA has more than 17,000 comments.
During the AMA, a Redditor asked how Huffman would address concerns that Reddit has become increasingly profit-driven. “We’ll continue to be profit-driven until profits arrive,” Huffman wrote. “Unlike some of the 3P [third-party] apps, we are not profitable.”

The Verge article explains both Spez's side and the users' sides, links to the AMA and direct quotes of Spez's AMA responses. Overall, it does not paint a pretty picture of Reddit admin. At the time of me writing this it is also the 3rd most popular article on The Verge, and is clickable on The Verge's front page.

In a series of mostly 1-2 sentence responses to detailed, multi-part questions, Huffman acknowledged some missteps in the company’s API rollout, but largely declined to tackle thornier questions about the company’s handling of its relationship with third-party developers. In one response, he conceded that the 30-day window given to developers for the new API was a “tight timeline” and said the company was “continuing to chat with many of the developers who still want to work with us.”
But other developers soon weighed in, noting that they had never heard back from the company, despite reaching out through the channels promoted by Reddit. “I have been trying to contact Reddit over the last 3 months and have been completely ignored,” one developer wrote. “I feel completely powerless to do anything right now and I want to try and save the app I've been working on for the last 10 years.” Huffman apologized and said the company would respond.
When asked about why the company accused Christian Selig, the developer of Apollo, of threatening the company — a claim Selig denied and promptly debunked with an audio clip of a phone call with a Reddit rep — Huffman doubled down on the criticism. “His ‘joke’ is the least of our issues,” he said. “His behavior and communications with us has been all over the place—saying one thing to us while saying something completely different. I don’t know how we could do business with him.” (Huffman didn’t respond to a followup question from Selig asking for examples of such behavior.)
Notably, there were a number of topics Huffman didn't address, including why the company priced its API at a rate that developers say is prohibitively expensive. Huffman also didn’t address the upcoming blackout from thousands of subreddits protesting the API changes. More than 3,000 subreddits have pledged to “go dark” for two days beginning June 12th to protest the changes.
By the end of the AMA, Huffman had responded to 14 questions, while a few other executives answered a handful of their own. In perhaps the most telling sign that their answers were not well-received, every answer from the reddit team was downvoted so heavily they were almost impossible to view within the AMA thread itself. A moderator later linked all of their answers at the top of the thread. “We know answers are tough to find,” they said.

The article is short, but in my opinion, scathing and effective for our cause. It is also currently on their front page but is unfortunately buried somewhat.

Reddit’s unpopular decision to revise its API pricing in a move that’s forcing third-party apps out of business has taken a weird turn. In an AMA hosted today by Reddit co-founder and CEO Steve Huffman, aka u/spez on the internet forum site, the exec doubled down on accusations against the developer behind the well-liked third-party app Apollo, which the company had previously accused of operating inefficiently and not being a good “API” user.
Selig had been among the first to highlight that Reddit’s new API pricing would effectively make it impossible to continue to operate the Apollo app. He explained that, under the new terms, it would cost him $20 million per year to do so — money the app doesn’t make. This week, Selig announced the app’s last day would be June 30, ahead of the July 1 implementation of the new API pricing.
Huffman seemingly has an ax to grind with Selig in particular, first accusing the developer of extortion, per Selig’s extensive post on the situation between himself and Reddit.
According to Selig’s interpretation of the situation, he raised the question as to why Reddit was choosing to change its API terms to put third-party apps out of business rather than just buying them out, as the company did with Alien Blue (an older Reddit client that it acquired in 2014). He said that if Apollo was costing Reddit $20 million per year, Reddit should cut him a check to put an end to the app. The remark doesn’t sound like a serious ask from his telling. In fact, he clarified on the call, “…this is mostly a joke.”
A Reddit representative on a call with Selig, however, first seemingly interpreted his comment as a “threat,” Selig said. But on the call, they cleared up the misunderstanding and the contact apologized. Selig came with receipts — he recorded the call (which is legal where he’s based in Canada).
But in a subsequent call with moderators, Huffman referred to this conversation as Selig “threatening” Reddit.
That stance hasn’t softened on Reddit’s side, Huffman made clear today.
In the AMA, one user asked Huffman to clarify, “what were you thinking with your attempt to discredit Apollo by claiming that Christian threatened and blackmailed you?”
The response was surprising. Unlike most companies, which try to soften their blows behind corporate PR speak, Huffman answered rather plainly.
“His ‘joke’ is the least of our issues,” the CEO wrote. “His behavior and communications with us has been all over the place—saying one thing to us while saying something completely different externally; recording and leaking a private phone call—to the point where I don’t know how we could do business with him.”
It’s an odd turn of events for Apollo, whose iOS-first and user-friendly design just this week saw it featured during Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference, ahead of Reddit’s API policy change that will now put it out of business.

The article mostly covers the situation with Apollo and the AMA is not the focus (although it is mentioned and linked), but it does a good job of explaining the situation with Apollo and providing context to people out of the loop on that. The article is easily findable on the front page of TechCrunch.
Those are the largest news outlets covering the situation at the moment (although like I said many smaller ones are covering this as well), I'll edit my post if I see more in the future. But overall I think this popular news coverage paints reddit admins in a pretty damn bad light and won't be good for reddit if investors see the behavior these articles mention of Spez and the feelings of users towards the site as a whole.
I know I already made a post about news articles covering the blackouts, but I decided to make this a separate post as I wanted to include quotes and felt this was important to mention, as the coverage here is far more brutal compared to the more neutral coverage of the blackouts. If more popular news outlets cover the AMA I think we might have a fighting chance of Reddit feeling media pressure to compromise, lest they lose their investors before going public.

This is the second movie I've created that focuses around a Ben 10 Cinematic Universe. I'm going over the plot and important details throughout the movie.(See previous post for more information)
Movie: Ben 10: -10 (working title)
This movie focuses around the -10 team in the original show with changes
The movie starts with a montage of Bens aliens fighting villains we've seen throughout the OG show such as Animo, Charmcaster, the bug dude Clancy, and the mind control dude Sublimino. Ben and the trio are about halfway through the summer and ben has grown as a hero thanks to Max and Gwen teaching him. It then cuts from the montage of Ben saying "This is the best summer ever"! to out of the montage saying "This is the worst summer ever". Ben is shown at Bancroft academy touring for Gwen and Bens having the worse time. That is until he sees the circus freaks, and at this point everything is the same as Ghostfreak out with Ben defeating the Circus freaks and Ghostfreak escaping the Omnitrix and retreating from the sun. Ghostfreak then recruits the Circus freaks like in the episode but Ghostfreak is smart, he knows what Bens capable of. Ghostfreak knows that his allies and partner from the Anur system is tracing for his DNA signature and with Ghostfreak knowing Bens villains, decides to play this safe than sorry and be patient. As this is happening Ben runs back to the Rustbucket panicking, this hasn't happened before one of his aliens escaped what if the others do that? Ben explains what happened to Max and Gwen with Max telling him to calm down we have to find Ghostfreak and stop him. Ben calms down and as Max is starting the Rustbucket Gwen ask Ben if the watch is ok since Ghostfreak could have messed with it to escape. Ben then cycles through all his aliens up to the point where Ghostfreak should be and when he gets to there the Omnitrix starts glowing and cycling through the aliens and then showing new ones. " All right new aliens!" Ben states "Ghostfreak wont know what hit him".
it then cuts to Charmcaster, Dr.Animo, and Rojo in an warehouse arguing and discussing which one contacted them. The circus freaks walk in and explain to them about Ben and how he has beaten all of them. Then Ghostfreak emerges from the shadows and explains to them that his name is Zs'Skayr (I will be referring to him as Ghostfreak) and lays out a plan for them to get rid of Ben for good. "Why should we listen to you?" Dr.Animo ask, just then Ghostfreak possesses him and then stops, Dr.Animo is terrified afterward and knows what Ghostfreak has planned "I have more friends coming" he states as he laughs and the camera goes toward the outside night sky.
Back in the Rustbucket Max makes a stop and Cooper comes in and Max explains that hes dropping Cooper off at home just like in the OG series. Ben and Gwen are annoyed because of Ghostfreak, Max assures them that everything will be ok and Cooper even explains to them that he knows about the plumbers and the Omnitrix. about half an hour later Ben is messing with the Omnitrix and Gwen is on her laptop with Cooper trying to strike up a conversation with the two but failing. Just then the Rv is attacked by charmcaster out of nowhere. Ben jumps out of the Rustbucket and goes for Fourarms but ends up with a new alien, Cannonbolt. Ben is a little put off by Cannonbolt as it doesnt seem like he can do much with him ending up falling over forward. Charmcaster starts laughing and as she is laughing gwen kicks her over and runs to Bens side. "You didnt think that would be it did you" Charmcaster states as behind her the Werewolf jumps over her and he knocks Max down who is outside trying to help. The werewolf turns his attention to Ben and Gwen as Gwen got Ben on his feet. Gwen is yelling at Ben to do something with both being frusturated, Ben eventually turns into a ball and Gwen gets an idea and starts pushing him, with ben being able to pick up momentum and move by himself. He knocks the werewolf down before going after Charmcaster who puts up more of a fight against Ben. Ben beats Charmcaster with Gwen picking up her spell book. Ben times out and runs toward the Rustbucketg but the werewolf gets back up and lunges at Ben scratching his Omnitrix. Cooper shows off his powers for the first time on the Rustbucket causeing it to splash oil all over the werewolf causing him to panic. He then picks up Charmcaster and runs away as Charmcaster screams about her book and about how Ghostfreak and the others will be pissed. Max puts it together that this may be bigger since Ghostfreak is working with others. He saw what cooper did and Cooper explains his powers to him and the others. Max knows there will be other attacks so he goes to the nearest plumbers base, Mt. Rushmore. During the ride ben slowly becomes a werewolf with Cooper doing some tinkering to make a small blaster out of spare parts. Meanwhile Ghostfreak is working on a device about the size of a human but it keeps on short-circuiting. Dr.Viktor and the Mummy appear and Viktor ask if he can help. Ghostfreak says that after the device is finished they only have to worry about a small hole in the plan (referring to Ben). As the group arrives at Mt. Rushmore during the night Ben steps out and is now fully transformed into benwolf. As they are heading to the plumbers entrance Ben sniffs something which turns out to be the mummy. Ben fights the mummy while the others run inside with Gwen stopping and running back as Ben is fighting the mummy and its pretty even but the mummy wraps itself around Benwolf but Ben times out. Since he's smaller than Benwolf he's lose from the bandages and tries to run away but the mummy puts a wrap around the Omnitrix scanning the Mummy DNA. Just as that happens Gwen comes and cast a spell from the new spell book on the mummy knocking it down, Ben and Gwen then escape.
Ben and Gwen then walk into the base with Max and Cooper working on the robot suits. Max gives them a little speech on how they need to prepare for Ghostfreak and the others. Ben turns into the mummy and ask how he can help with him helping move out of reach parts. Another short montage is shown with max suiting up in his grey plumbers outfit with gear, Gwen testing out some more spells, cooper suiting up in a mech. And Ben turning into Eyeguy. An alert comes on and the surveillance camera comes on with the 3 circus freaks, Charmcaster, Rojo,Dr.Animo with his signature mutated frog, The mummy, the werewolf, and Dr. Viktor. Ghostfreak then phases through the walls and gives his speech on how he's going to plunge the earth into darkness so that his kind can rule the earth. The gang tells him basically to screw off. Ghostfreak also explains that earth has loads of Anurite, an material from his home planet that can power his machine, and one of the biggest deposits of it is right under Mt. Rushmore. The negative ten then rush in to fight with the heroes and the Anur aliens heading toward what seems to be stairs leading to a elevator going down. Ben and the gang fight the rest with no one getting the upper hand. Gwen then tricks them like in the OG series and they start fighting each other and as their going away also Ben times out. They go after the Anur aliens in an area that's a bunker filled with old spaceships. When they arrive they have the device to block out the sun and a drill for the anurite The mummy and werewolf go after the gang beside Ben as Ghostfreak wants the to finish him himself and the get the Omnitrix. Ben runs around the bunker with Ghostfreak trying to capture him. Dr. Viktor eventually yells at Ghostfreak to get on the ship and him and Dr. Viktor blast off with a shot of Ben sneaking on board too. As he gets closer to the machine to destroy it Dr. Viktor grabs Bens hand and watch, causing ben to transform into Frankenstrike. Since the Omnitrix gives the genetic peak of what alien he turns into, Ben easily gets rid of Dr. Viktor before Ghostfreak notices him, a short fight ensues but Ben times out yet again. As Ghostfreak gives Ben a final monolouge. The Omnitrix times in and ben transforms into grey matter and escapes on the ship again. Ben as grey matter returns to the device after leading Ghostfreak away and starts dismantling the device and sets the ship to self destruct in 10 minutes. He timesout and as Ghostfreak is out of his mind at this point with anger. Ben tells him that the only option for both of them to survive is to turn the ship back around. Ghostfreak then chases ben around yet again but this time the ship is falling apart and Ghostfreak is full of rage and anger. Ghostfreak corners Ben and tries to possess him but as hes fighting for control the Omnitrix times back in pushing Ghostfreak out. Just then as the ships self-destructs and Ben turns into Cannonbolt then plumets back toward earth Leaving Ghostfreak in space. The movie ends with Cooper being dropped off and one of his parents asked how the ride back was, with him saying it was alright.

1. I know this might be very different from the original -10 special but I really wanted to show and set up certain earth characters such as Charmcaster so Gwen can get her magic. Also show Bens lower tiered Villains. Final part I wanted to include was Ghostfreak escapeing the Omnitrix.
2. One of my Goals is to include every alien Ben has accessed in the original shows at least once.
3. My Final goal is to have 10 movies surrounding Ben from the OG series to Omniverse. The next movie would be a 2 parts and after that will be the alien force saga
4. I also wanted to include Cooper as well to introduce the concept of plumbers kids
