Gaming insider Reporter "Donna Tello" has revealed Speculation of a Star Citizen Mode to be available in this years up and coming Star Field.
SC "Mode" to include feartures such as,
Only 1 system not 100.
No Ship modding
Concept ships on sale, jpeg's only
SC Mode Only an extra $45
Release 2 years after SF releases, if delayed then Soon™.
Random number generated game crashes, full restart with some requiring a fresh install.
"Pyro" fearture, random CPU and GPU overtemps, stutters and CTD.
SC mode is actually early, very early like 2 years old early, iteration of SF. Pre alpha Tech Demo stage.
Insider development comments:
"Was very hard to make SC Mode as mucked up as SC".
The fix was to
"Put the game code through a shredder"
"add a heap of extra "IF/OR" statements"
as well as "completely trash the UI, UX and Persistence"
"it was very frustrating, brain numbing and heart breaking, but we got it"
Random elevators, stairs, ramps and interactions will kill you requiring game restart's, pay another $450 and you can remove this fearture.
A late addition is the inability to Log into the Mode at all, varying from 1 hour to 1 week, with a variety of error codes displayed to make the "citizen" feel better.
Obviously any extra bugs or feartures will be left in game for true emulation, and some will be "fixed" for a short time then reappear later in game.
All NPCs will T pose, forget dialogue, wander out into space with no life support and survive.
SC player reactions:
Majority of surveyed SC players Stunned to find out there were other space games, and even more stunned to find out there have been lots of other games made since 1990 !
SC backers/whales were absolutely flabbergasted that CIG was NOT a Tax Free Religous Charity, and will take it up with their applicable Govt Rep.
Actually, some so upset they will go buy another couple of Legatus packs, https://robertsspaceindustries.com/pledge/Packages/Legatus-2952 to help offset CIG's tax bills.

Broadly speaking, Fuel prices have gone up in last few years, motivating people to think of owning an EV instead of ICE (Internal Combustion Engine). As there's a push towards cleaner fuels, Usage and maybe sale of Diesel fueled vehicles would reduce gradually, as it's technically the most polluting fuel. Petrol is quite expensive. CNG appears to be clean but it has its own compromises when compared among ICE vehicles. However, I wanna talk about EVs mostly.
As we've seen that the unit prices have increased to ₹7 for usage of more than 100 units, I wanted to ask a few questions and discuss some points to ponder around potentially owning Electric Vehicles, in our state, in coming years. A few of my friends were considering buying an electric vehicle. We may also end up potentially owning one in next few years. I used to overthink about the scenario when there are no ICE vehicles, electricity costs would definitely increase, especially in our country when the infrastructure is lacking. Hence, the glimpse of that reality might be on to us, so here are my questions:

1. How will the Electricity Scheme affect the Electric Vehicles (EV) adoption on a broader scale?
   
2. As an estimate, How much electricity do popular 2-wheelers like Ather, or TVS consume for a full charge?
   
3. How much would a 4-wheeler like a Tata, Mahindra or BYD consume?
   
4. Is there any clause for EV charging, as most will Target to be under 200 units monthly?
   
5. Just to get an estimate from the people who are currently owning an EV, how many Total units (household + EV charging) do you consume in a month?
   

Let me know your practical thoughts and opinions.

TRC This Is Freedom- Awesome slicy fixed blade that cuts like a laser. I’ve used it a few times in the kitchen even on some very difficult cuts and thanks to TRCs outstanding heat treat it’s still shaving. M390 steel, and again due to the ht this thing is super tough. Check out DBK video on the much smaller classic freedom to see what I mean. Some very hard to see micro scratches on blade. Comes with box. SV: 250
Shirogorov Neon NL (black and white micarta)- I’m the second owner but neither I or the previous owner used or carried it. Gorgeous flawless Shiro quality of course. Smooth and fiery action. Comes with box, cloth and CoA. SV: 475
Hinderer XM-18 3” Slicer- This one has RC bladeworks micarta scale, Skiff bearings, and a deep carry clip. Awesome knife, great quality. Ive used it to cut a few things, but still shaving sharp. Comes with triway, original green scale, and box. SV: 375
Emerson Mini A-100- BNIB. Always hard to find this one in stock, but after a long time of waiting I finally did. Love the simplicity and aesthetics, but it just didn’t make the cut for me. SV: 200
GEC #59 Shaffer Farm Whittler (Desert Ironwood)- BNIT. Only taken out when I first got it, and just now for photos. Typical GEC quality. A little scuff on big blade. SV: 175
Northwoods Bear Lake (Blueberry burlap micarta)- Beautiful slippy. I used it to cut open a box once or twice but has basically just sat in the sheath since I got it. Comes with coin and leather sheath. SV: 275
RGT titanium scales for Spyderco Native 5. These are green anodized with blue accents. I put them on and then realized I preferred the carbon fiber scales. These will fit the fluted carbon fiber or g10 versions of the Native, but not the lightweight. Paid 180 for these, but I know they were on sale recently. I’ll say SV: 80

Haven't played through the 3 games since 2016 on my old 360. Got them the other day on sale for PC, managed to turn off that god awful EA drm and just have origin running, which still sucks but its less bad.
100% ME1, and was so stoked to start ME2 but dear god time was not good to ME2. it's not even close to the game I remember it being. The graphics look worse than LE ME1 and the gameplay is awful. Almost every wall can be shot through by Shep. I just walk up to a walk clip my gun inside and shoot through it.
I just did Overlord for the first time ever and I'm sure it was cool when it came out but I hated every minute of it. Clunky combat arenas and enemies that spawn on top of you. That final boss was so confusing with no cover. So thankful to be done that mission. It just kept going, all I wanted was to be off that planet. Should have warnings that youre locked in for a full ride.
Maybe its that Im doing DLC before getting anyone past Omega, but I am so bored with this game. ME1 was so much better than this. Hot take, as trash as the Mako was, it's better than the hover craft from the DLC in ME2.

We own a property on 20 + Acres which has about $250,000 of withdrawable equity right now. I've never dealt with this sum of money before and I'm trying to determine what the best investment is for it.
This Equity is only temporary as it might be the result of a mistake from the county Appraisal District and the bank that's relying on the county's appraisal. I've applied, but there's no guarantee that will actually get it. However, we passed two out of the three checks so far so now I'm considering what to do if we actually get the money. If we wait, that mistake will be corrected and Equity will go back down.
I would like to build a steel building single family home or duplex on our existing land. My napkin math tells me that a duplex will yield 1,000 a month in cash flow. Sfh will barely break even. Triplex is better, but there's budgetary constraints. I've never built a house before and I have no idea what I'm doing :p

• Would we be able to finish 3600-4000sqft with 200k (50k going to another investment)? I imagine it's a lot cheaper than sfh especially if you're building multiple doors under one roof.
• Does anyone have experience building duplexes or Triplexes?
• Would you consider building a Triplex/fourplex a rural area?
• What should I keep in mind for price ranges and similar here?

My rough budget is below. I called metal building companies and got bids from contractors, but I'm not 100% trusting of anyone.

• insulation 10k
• framing, drywall and finishes 80k
• electrical 10k
• septic 20k
• windows 10k

Utilities are self owned. I need to check if our well can support the load. It's probably fine though and we'd install efficient water fixtures regardless. Septic would be installed. Electricity next to construction site.

An individual does not necessarily have to be a musician to qualify as a "member" of the 27 Club. I bought a residential lot in a decent subdivision in my home city, a modest 240sqm cut for P2,250,000 including fees. I had plenty of excess cash then and the lot purchase was a form of investment/future planning for me and my partner’s home.
I’m considering selling it and investing proceeds for whatever can net me at least 5% instead. My reasons for considering selling it: - circumstances have changed and I do not see myself making use of the lot within the foreseeable future, probably for at least 20 years. My partner and I work in a different city and currently have no plans to relocate to my home city - i want my money earning for me. i love the area but I doubt the value will appreciate at a rate competitive to the 5% alternative. Basing this on the amount of vacant lots for sale in the same subdivsion and the amount of newer subdivisions being developed - purchase wasn’t 100% carefully considered. when i daydream I sometimes regret not buying a bigger lot instead (~320sqm or so)
If I were to sell it, the lowest I’d find acceptable would be 5% lower from my purchase price. Yearly lot fees for the subd. is negligible.
