It changed after I busted her ass cause there was another account very similar to it that was more than likely her daughter because of how it was worded. My mother asked me to make mashed potatoes, and I did, I peeled them, I had boiled water, and I was in the middle of chopping them. I was looking forward to the potatoes too.
I mentioned that I'll be doing an online food shop soon, since I didn't have much left, but I won't have any money left to help with the vet bills.
Wrong thing to say, apparently, as she started going off on how she wasn't going to be paying the bill, that I "don't help her with shit", so why should she help me. She has a history of financially abusing her children, she currently takes the majority of my disability money, and always asks for the little she does give me back, and convinently forgets to ever replace it.
So because she was being so horrible to me, and she's made comments about killing my cat frequently in the past and today, I decided that I'm not going to put effort into making her dinner, and dumped them into the bin.
I then left the room as she started s c r e a m i n g insults because she couldn't have her taters. (She's fully capable of making them herself, though)
It's so weird, I said that I would pay for the first vet consultation, and whatever else I could afford, but that I would need help paying for food a few days afterwards, AND SHE GOT ANGRY THEN TOO, because I'm not 'supposed' to have money (She immediately asked for £20 and was even angrier when I refused) and THEN she she said that she'd just call up some charities for help with the vet bills.
She also got really mad at me for wanting to buy myself food, since she "doesn't have anything" except she has a cupboard overflowing with all sorts of tins, but she won't even eat a can of soup because BuT tHeReS nO bReAd. Go hungry then I guess? Our diets are wildy different, I eat mainly vegetables with sides of rice, cous cous, pasta, whilst she's heavily on meat and cheese, and gags at vegetables.
I used to get so, so angry at her, just pure hatred whenever she would act like this, but now I just feel nothing. Dissociation? Maybe.
Her money is her money, my money is her money, and all that money is for drugs and baccy.
She says if I got a job I'd have to give her even MORE money, but also discourages me from getting a job because "You wouldn't be able to handle it." And you can just tell she has absolutely no good intentions with either route.
