2023.04.01 16:30 Alisko2000 Beware of potential Pump and Dump Scheme & Illegal Activities by RollBit and @Gainzy222 with $RLB coin.
| Fellow crypto enthusiasts, fellow degens, fellow redditors, I stumbled upon a Twitter thread written by Gr1zzlyTrades which highlights some HIGHLY suspicious activities regarding Rollbit's $RLB coin and its supposed shiller, Gainzy. This Gainzy, who has taken a paid sponsorship from Rollbit, has been promoting RLB as an 'undervalued investment' while dumping 45 million RLB (worth $3.000.000 at ATH) in the last two weeks! https://preview.redd.it/cd7z98cy8ara1.png?width=1319&format=png&auto=webp&s=efecb2715b8a133b17608339f35bb1f8a31ceec2 The Twitter thread suggests and provides some evidence that Gainzy may have coordinated with the Rollbit team to pump and dump the coin. Gainzy has mixed the RLB through Rollbit's cold wallets to prevent detection, and sends all the SOL received from sales back to Rollbit's deposit wallet. Moreover, Gainzy has been using his referral link to shill Rollbit's website and products, particularly RLB, to his followers. It is important to note that Gainzy has a SOL address, 5Uqx, where he purchases RLB and publicly shills it. The transactions posted on his Twitter account also line up with the RLB inflows to the address. He then deposits the RLB to his Rollbit account and withdraws it to other addresses using Rollbit as an intermediary mixer. Gainzy's dumping activities are primarily from a new wallet, Fwawk, where he withdraws his RLB after depositing it to Rollbit through his 5Uqx address. What is more alarming is that Gainzy's dumping activities occur just hours after his tweets promoting RLB. He sells millions of dollars' worth of RLB while continuing to shill it on his account. This cycle of buying, shilling, depositing, and dumping repeats continuously. https://preview.redd.it/ekb0nul09ara1.png?width=470&format=png&auto=webp&s=9a357d916d2ea979ededec621fa68d4805bba34f https://preview.redd.it/rlckag019ara1.png?width=1370&format=png&auto=webp&s=bfb9b4cdf1428f8c02d9856c8f6518ae92eeb015 Now, after the truth has been exposed and people (including well-known and highly regarded 'scam-detective' ZachXBT) start talking about Gainzy being a potential scammer, he is tweeting frequently trying to look innocent. Some of these tweets seem very hurried and make some users trust him even less. https://preview.redd.it/uiypatcz8ara1.png?width=828&format=png&auto=webp&s=8e27d32d6b1398475d57b2fa4f9efb182a88d333 Therefore, I caution anyone considering investing in RLB to thoroughly research the coin and its shillers before making any investments, or simply stay away. The RLB coin may be part of a pump and dump scheme that can cause significant losses to you! Remember to always do your own research, read whitepapers, and evaluate projects before investing. Stay vigilant, my friends. <3 Link to original thread: https://twitter.com/gr1zzlytrades/status/1642087685861916672?s=46&t=nTszjqXIdcAA-Yop6bjELQ Link to thread showing Rollbit is working illegally: https://twitter.com/gr1zzlytrades/status/1641514644484284417?s=46&t=nTszjqXIdcAA-Yop6bjELQ Link to Gainzy's tweet admitting he dumped RLB: https://twitter.com/gainzy222/status/1642124173387476998?s=20 submitted by Alisko2000 to Cyptocurrency [link] [comments] |

2023.04.01 16:27 RJay15 4/1 3-5-0 YTD -1.8 Units
Cardinals/Blue Jays Over 7.5
Wind is blowing like a mofo to the power, and it appears that it will be blowing out all day long in the 20mph+ range. With the Cards starting Flaherty (who knows what happens) and both offenses being premier, I'm kinda shocked the total isn't a run higher.
Phillies/Rangers Over 7.5
Two line ups that have a decent amount of familiarity with the opposing pitcher. Wheeler was outstanding last year, and don't think he can duplicate it, while Eovaldi is going to want to beat you with heat, and against the likes of Schwarber, Realmuto, Turner and Castellanos, that could spell trouble. Rangers put up more than todays total in an inning yesterday, so probably have a decent amount of confidence as well.
Orioles +136
Back to back underdogs to start the year vs the Red Sox should probably feel like a slap in the face to the Baltimore. Boston is gonna be the bottom dwellers of the East again, and I don't think it will even be close. The O's on the other hand are, in my opinion, the most exciting up and coming team in all of baseball. Not an ideal pitching match up, but Sale hasn't pitched in what seems like a decade, and won't be anywhere close to the dominating guy he once was. This price is a gift.

2023.04.01 16:26 k_ristovski 5 secret investing tools that will make you millionaire
Although I post weekly every Sunday, this particular post just could not wait, for reasons that will become obvious as you read along.
The 5 secret tools shared in this post are golden ones that stood the test of time. I cannot express how valuable they are to every investor out there. Many of them can be applied in other areas of life as well.
Each one on its own is useful, but combining all 5, well, that's where the real incredible return lies.
#1 The horoscope - I mean, let's face it. You can do all the research you want, and read all the annual reports, quarterly reports, investor presentations, and press releases. But if the stars aren't aligned and the relative position of the moon and the planets are not in your favor, you've wasted time! Not only that, but you might also lose money acting on your insights! So, why do that and not start with the horoscope first?
Be careful, some of the mentioned sentences might have a double meaning. For example, if the horoscope predicts a lot of traveling for you, it might sound good. It might mean that there is a lot of traveling ahead, but it could also mean that you're going to lose your life savings, and your house and end up living in a van.
#2 Coin flip - There are not many shapes that offer the possibility to increase your chances of being right by up to 50% in a matter of seconds! Yes, there's also a 50% chance that you'll be wrong, but we can leave that for another post.
These two tools on their own are so powerful, I heard many became rich by using them to buy various cryptocurrencies and NFTs.
#3 Technical analysis - There are so many patterns! There's double top, head and shoulders, double bottom, inverse head and shoulders, the list goes on. What does it mean? That is such a stupid question, who cares! Just make sure you make a nice drawing out of it.
#4 The weather - I am not referring to the temperature here, I am referring to two other conditions: Rain and wind. This is more of a safety net. Let me explain. Chances are, at some point, some decisions will turn out to be bad. Have you ever seen crying in the rain? I mean, not in the movies, in real life? Probably not. It is very difficult to see that as the wetness of the rain does an exceptionally good job of covering up tears. So if you are in such a situation, just pop outside for a bit and not even your family will notice!
Now, how about wind? It surely isn't as good as the rain. That is true. But if it is strong enough, it can do a good job and dry up your tears extremely fast. However, if it is not that strong, you have two options:
- Walk somewhere where there's dirt. You can always blame the dust particles going in your eyes
- Wait and postpone your investment decision until more favorable weather conditions occur
How about the 5th one? Well, that is extremely secretive, so I don't dare to write it down in this post. Instead, here's a link:

2023.04.01 16:22 plumbing_issues 100 year old house mystery basement water
I am facing a persistent stream of water in my basement at the cove joint (slab with brick around at corner). possibly ground water or sewer water). It happens regardless of when it rains. After dozens of plumbers, a specialized "leak" inspector, and a sewer line replacement, there is still a small persistent stream of water coming in at the cove joint where my slab is lowest, coming through the wall/corner and draining into the sump pump. The specialized leak inspector ruled out a potable risedomestic leak as the meter does not increase even if on as long as no one is flushing/using water.
I thought I had this fixed when I had an old, cracked, 100 year old sewer mainline pipe replaced. This mainline ran diagonally from the first floor to the basement. The plumber who camera'd it saw a number of cracks (video below), but basically, it has two toilets and kitchen draining to it, and with the cracks, that obviously lead to some some leaking.
When the plumber tried to dig up and replace the mainline here, it was 1 foot deep under the first floor but then dove diagonally 6-8 feet underground, where it enters the basement under the foundation. The plumber cut this pipe from the top, rerouted it by building a new PVC connection into the basement, which then connects with the mainline after this cracked pipe (basically avoiding it). It's been over a week and there still seems to be water trickling in.
From the video here, I'm trying to see if there's any ghost connections at the bottom near where the cast iron ends. I'm not an expert in reviewing sewer line video, but around 3:15 - 3:20, before it makes the switch, there seems to be a small spring of water from below. Any thoughts on what that could be? I had a second plumber even come install a gasket stopper to stop backflow from where in the PVC another PVC connects at a Y joint (around 3:23). Anyone like sewer water mysteries!?

2023.04.01 16:20 SkylineStars23 My ex fiance may have been a narcissist
Though it's been almost 2 years ago I was recently talking with my therapist about my ex fiance and how I kept having nightmares about him and his family. I described to her our relationship dynamic and she told me he sounds like he has a lot of narcissistic traits. She recommended I look up videos of victims who spoke about their past relationships with Narcissits.
After watching those videos I have come to the conclusion that my ex was very much close to being one.
Our dynamic as a couple was very on the surface because I almost never spoke my mind. I'll spare the details and summarize it as I want to get this off my chest.
I was never myself. I almost never spoke my mind about what was lacking in the relationship. Every time I ever brought up anything he'd go silent or get mad and walk out the door. So I kept everything to myself. Any time I wanted him to endulge in something I enjoyed he'd be on his phone almost the entire time. I gave up trying to share my life with him and he'd continue doing what he always did and would play video games all day. I was growing a business so I got busy myself but he never did much to get involved. I found the best way to keep the relationship going was for me to hide who I was and keep my expectations low. Obviously I got depressed. I felt so empty and unloved. Scared to speak my mind because I knew he'd blow up and walk out of the house or just become cold and not say anything. I had enough one day and learned I wasn't getting the love I wanted and stopped all together being affectionate and sexual. He didn't seem to mind and didn't even see a difference. All he did was work and come home to play video games. He drowned in games. I would support his hobbies and even go out of my way to events for other hobbies he'd enjoy just as a last ditch effort but nothing got better. I left and moved in with one of my friends. It caught him by surprise which was super fucking weird as he could tell I did stop the affection a long time ago. I just couldn't be myself in fear of his retaliation. Really I saw him hit and punch my dogs and I felt if I brought up an argument I was going to get the same treatment.
There's way more to this story but this is all I can say for now. I feel so much better to learn more about his narcism that I think I can finally move on from him. I knew he was selfish the first time we dated but now I see he never really changed and will probably be selfish for the rest of his life. I don't know how his relationships will be or are right now with whomever he's with but I hope they realize they deserve much better and don't stay as long as I did. No one deserves to feel like they aren't important. Sure the first few years were great but after a couple it hits rock bottom when he gets tired of putting up that facade. Don't get stuck like I did. You deserve so much better.

2023.04.01 16:19 yddad_32 I made 600,000 pesos for 1 month and 2 weeks of work while working from home. Almost always drunk on weekends. You can too.
I recently joined this subreddit, and I noticed that a lot of people have been talking about companies that barely pays a living wage, and doesn't respect their workers. This thread is not a brag thread but maybe give an insight on how to find the opportunity to get that amount of pay while being respected and not worked to the bone.
A little history, I'm 32. Live in cebu, and single with my own place and 2 cars. I am in the IT industry. I didnt graduate, I stopped going to school when I was in first year. My po
When I got my first job when I was 19, my bi-weekly pay then was only 4,000 pesos. barely to get by but it was okay with me because I lived with my mom. Back then, I already realized that working for local companies won't be worth my time.
That's when I decided to utang my first laptop and started to learn web design and development. Every free waking moment that I had I dedicated it to honing those skills. I uploaded my god-awful designs on imgur and just sent those to people looking for designs here in reddit.
My first client asked me to create a logo for $35. Not much but it gave me some funds on my paypal to buy a domain and host my portfolio. Having your own portfolio website separates you from the other freelancers and is a big leg up.
I was still working on my shitty job, but I then applied to Convergys as a call center agent. I spent a year there while still browsing design websites and learning photoshop on the side. My pay here is 7,000 bi-weekly.
The third company that I got hired at was a call center company again but I was the "web developer" then. creating internal tools for their agents. They pay me 11,000 bi-weekly but I had to opportunity to use the office computer after my shift. My shift would end at 5am but stay in the office until 12 noon to work on my freelance projects. I did this everyday, even weekend for a year and a half until I was able to save up 50,000 to get my own place at 21 and move out.
I bought my own PC, and went full-time freelancing, and by the second year of being a full-time freelancer. I was able to get a high-end sedan and move to a better apartment, have enough savings to weather me for 6 months and was able to pay off the sedan in 10 months. Got my second car at 24 then.
I guess my point here is that local companies will fuck you over with any chance they can because at the end of the day, the bottom line is more important to them than their employees. international clients, especially if you have a great track record will respect you more because they can see your value and trust that you will do the right thing.
A couple of freelancing tips:
- have an amazing portfolio and actually be good at what you do
- learn english. this is very important, there are other designers and developers than are way better than me but what companies want to hire me is because I can speak conversational english
- ALWAYS ask for 50% of the total project. The times that I didnt always bit me in the ass.
- NEVER be afraid to ask more. The more you charge, the more clients will respect you because big rates mean you are worth it.
- always ask for the pay FIRST when talking to recruiters on linkedin. dont go through the employment process if they dont tell you because they want to pay the cheapest price that they can.
- dont work for local companies.
hopefully you get something out of this thread, and if you have any questions. feel free.

2023.04.01 16:19 1_hele_euro I absolutely had it with the Steam Deck
Let's get the big frustration points out the way. Why on earth would Valve use the shitstain that's Linux?? They know bloody well that Windows has far greater compatibility than Linux, yet they were too cheap to strike a deal to get a few licence keys from Microsoft. Like can't you think? Now, instead of just purchasing those bulk licencing keys, which cost pennies at this scale, you employ thousands of paid developers to make your own OS and Proton to run Windows games on your system? How's that even financially possible??
Furthermore, the performance is absolutely horrendous. Only 200FPS in CS:GO? I need a minimum of 500FPS to function properly. My grandmothers PC, has a 7950X3D paired with an RTX4090. If you wanna claim king of PC gaming, you need to at least pair that performance for this price.
Which brings me to my next point, why is it so bloody expensive? I could just as easily buy more storage to download all my COD and FIFA games. But I took the gamble, and got an inferior products for an outrageous price.
Overall, 1/10, would not recommend, but is at least quite handy to throw at annoying children taking up my precious Internet bandwidth with their silly kids games like Roblox and Minecraft.
If you manage to get this far without shouting hate comments, check your calendar.
Ps: I love this thing. Its fucking awesome!!! And that's not s joke

2023.04.01 16:19 509414 AITA for not giving her a second chance?
I (17f) became friends with Kate (18f) in 2017, and we remained close until the lockdown in 2020. This was during our GCSES, so I was finding it hard to keep up with the work, and became invested in a SM app that resulted in low self esteem and a group of friends who went to a private boys' school. My other friend, Lara, who was in a trio with Kate and I, advised against having this group of friends, but fifteen year old me ignored her and went along with it. I was called a 'whore" and a "slag" for the clothes I wore and what I posted, and was promptly ousted from the group that I made. Kate was allowed to stay, she drank and smoked with them while I never had the taste for those things, and I have frequently been ostracised for it.
The following few months were hard, something happened that involved the police, and Kate juts vanquished. She was out all the time, calling me and Lara about messes she made while drunk, asking for our advice and ignoring us. We had enough at one point, and Kate accused us of not sticking by her, but we ignored her anyways and drifted as a result
Lara and I, who are now best friends, received a text from Kate, who wanted to meet for drinks a couple of weeks back. We agreed, and though the evening was pleasant, it was clear Kate wanted back in the loop. She'd hit rock bottom with her friends and was going through a difficult period. Lara was more sympathetic, but I just wasn't. I didn't feel sorry for her at all. I know this seems harsh, but she's caused me so much pain, and I'm used to picking her up when she falls down, but I've had enough. AITA? Should I give her another chance?

2023.04.01 16:19 XenOz3r0xT Salad mix?
Hi all. Was hoping to get some ideas/ suggestions. I found it easy to incorporate leafy greens into my meals to feel fuller but will allow me to stay within my calorie goals. I buy salad mixes from stores and I’ve just had the worst luck with them. Regardless of the store, expiration date, location stores in my fridge, etc. I always end up getting lots of slimy bits like a few days later (regardless of expiration date) and when I get half way through a box/ bag, it’s like a bag of chips where the top is all whole chips but the middle to bottom is priced and I see that with some salad mixes. I could just buy the vegetables labeled on the mixes which I guess would be cheaper but was wonder what you all do here for salad and how to best store it for best longevity.
Edit- I am referring to the boxes/ bags of the leafy mixes and not the ones that come with toppings and dressings.

2023.04.01 16:18 PeculiarPangolinMan Can Calendar Man successfully pull an April Fools' Day Joke on Joker? (DC Comics)
Calendar Man loves messing around on holidays and Joker loves jokes. You'd think they'd team up for April Fools' Day at some point, but I don't know. If Calendar Man was dedicated to pulling a practical joke on the best joke guy in the city, would he be able to? On April 1st he is going to try to pull a prank on Joker. Does he succeed? Can he get Joker to admit that he got him or that it was a good one?
Calendar Man has exactly 3 months of prep. Joker is well aware of the date and is probably a bit on guard given his shtick.
- Bonus Round: If Calendar Man couldn't get it done, who is the weakest/least intelligent person in Gotham who could successfully prank the clown prince of crime?

2023.04.01 16:18 MeleeMeistro Edenia Ep 15: Greeeen Growth! - The ins and outs of growing Algae
Hi everyone!
So I've built a new algae culture to replace my old one that was halfway to sharing the same fate as the Dodo, and that inspired me to make another algae video. Now, I've talked a bit about algae in the past, especially spirulina, but I wanted to go into a bit more detail regarding some of the practical considerations to think about if you intend to grow algae yourself for food, fuel, fertiliser, or whathaveyou.
For those interested, as stated in the video, my container has an 11L capacity, and I've filled it up with about 10 or so litres of water, and popped some pre mixed algae fertiliser in there, which was left over from my starter kit I got last year. And of course, there's the algae itself where I harvested some healthy live spirulina for the new culture. It's agitated and aerated by my air pump attached to some acrylic tubing, although I may come up with a better solution later, as a lot of the mass tends to stay at the bottom. The LED array I am using has a max consumption of about 12-15W, although with the mode I'm using, it consumes les than that, due to only the white LEDs being turned on.
Something I also didn't mention in this video, is that it
way more efficient to do this at 1000L scale or more, and this gives you a lot more headroom in terms of energy usage respective to lighting, agitation, refining if you want it for fuel, etc. 1kL sounds like a lot, but it's basically the size of a large fish tank.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the vid, or at least find it informative!

- Clean install of Big Sur
- Includes 3 chargers in varying conditions
$200 shipped in the US

You'll want to get some fresh thermal pads for the cpu and mem and the argon case. I had to remove them to remind myself if this was my 4GB or 8GB Pi (8GB is not for sale).
Cheap smart home Just not using this stuff. Selling cheap, basically for shipping + a coffee on the way home. Will throw any one of these in with purchase of MBP or Pi.
- 3x Shelly smart plugs - $15 shipped for all -- I can't stand their provisioning process and prefer Kasa plugs. Otherwise, these seem solid. I've been using them to monitor wattage of my server and networking gear
- Google Home Mini - white - $15 shipped
- Eve Energy doowindow sensor - for Homekit - $15 shipped
Trade I could use a Pi Zero to make a backup pihole. Or a decent intel CPU cooler in black and mint condition/new. Or another decent budget mech keyboard -- Keychron, new Logitech. MX. Or any Aqara smart home sensors.

2023.04.01 16:16 Adventurous-Ear9433 The Serapeum at Saqqara: Center for the Serpent Wisdom,
A Serapeum was any temple/sanatorium dedicated to rhe God Serapis. Like the House of Spirit located not far, but utilized by only initiates of the Serpent cults. They had lots of "healing centers" or Pr-ANKH (house of Life), as it was an important part of everyday life. The latest proper usage was by Im-Hotep the greatest physician to date, and the Cult of Imhotep-Asclepius This photo .
Le Serapeum de Memphis shows stones stacked on top of the massive granite boxes ...
During The discovery of the Zawyet pyramid by
Alessandro Barsanti- zawyet pyramid he found the very same & had this to say "
They had spread over the lid a layer of lime, and over the lime a thick bed of well-spread clay, which entirely prevented it from contact with the limestone blocks stacked over it. I only noticed that the side walls were lined with a black band that was 0 meter and 10 centimeters in height. It is probably the very light deposit of some liquid enclosed in the vat as an offering or libation, and which would have evaporated over the years. It has been hypothesized that this tank was an unused sarcophagus, but I do not think so. The care with which it was protected, proves that it contained something, and the blackish deposit indicates the nature of this content. One would not have taken the precaution of concealing it under an enormous mass of blocks if it had been empty at that time."
You can see the

People saying "they just stacked rocks' couldn't be more clueless. These people would speak of the spirits in the stones, because they understood nature unlike today. Our spirituality speak of 5 elements, but instead of Earth we have 'mineral'.. like the Inca, we understand that our bones, not our brains, are the storage place of memory. In the West we have a saying: "I knew it in my bones", which refers to a deeper, more elemental knowing than is possible through rational thought. I wonder if those in Silicon Valley, who shave stones to their essence and put them in machines of memory, already know that stones have always managed information. Perhaps the modern world's fascination with the internet can be traced to this vast memory gap. Indigenous people don't look outside themselves they look within. Mineral people are story tellers. Our gift to society is that of remembering, through words and stories, one's origins and purpose ImHotep founded a medical school in Memphis named Asklepion. Here his cult would entertain the patients who would often stay for weeks. All of this was done in the belief that healing was a sacred art and that people’s souls needed to be mended as well as their bodies.Treatments included psychotherapy, massage, herbal remedies, mud and bathing treatments, surgeries and the drinking of water from the Springs. Energy healing only can be accomplished by the component healer, in harmony with the patient. This is the most difficult aspect of holistic healing practices.
The bull in connection with the heavens have been found, for example the palette from the pre-dynastic period of Naqada (4000-3000 BC). It was believed that the Apis contained the divine manifestation of the god Ptah, and later of Osiris. The Apis bull was the actual receptacle selected by the soul of Ptah to come and incarnate in our Earth density. When Osiris later absorbed the identity of Ptah, he symbolised life in death, that is to say, resurrection. In these for aspects he symbolizes the dual Ego – the divine and the human, the cosmico-spiritual and the terrestrial." Ive never read much of H.P. According to my favorite historian Sanchuniathon "the whole thing was represented by a person raising his arms in prayer to the heavens." The rites surrounding the Apis were considerable. Worship of Serapis FYI:
ImHotep(Hotep- Peace & Food) & Asclepius were the same person. While gathering sources for this post, I found out that this is actually debated by academia today. The Greek knew the sanctity of Sounds & the power of language, more importantly they actually respected the rites taken Asclepius revered for his oracles at Abydos, was also known to be a magician of dreams - that's to say he inspired dreams that could then be interpreted. Egyptians were big on stylized representations of dieties, Shabti accompanied kings in death & most would have Bes in their bedroom. At the time dreams were seen as an important means of therapy, a fact that is essential for understanding the meaning of the Serapeum. In ancient times dreams were associated with healing and medicine Design was the Ankh cross with the central line split in two at the base, which some believe could be the Ankh sign of life in its very distant original form. A bull then as the symbol of life linked with the sky, linked with resurrection and better still, with ascension.
Dreams were important because this is when the astral returns to the higher self, "Night brings council " is a French saying that sums up the belief here. They considered that a dream symbol gave rise to a different meaning depending on the person. Each person was considered to have their own dream language and detailed work was done on the images and emotions of the patient. But Asclepius did not work only with the priests of his cult, he was assisted by a horde of snakes. Non-venomous snakes slithered all over the floor of the dormitories during the night and were believed to be divinities who mediated between Asclepius and the patient.
Because of the way they shed their skins, snakes were a symbol of rebirth and resurrection. ( word "life" in Chaldean is the same as for "snake", and in Arabic) It was rule, the snake had the reputation of being "invigorating" and bringing eternal youth and immortality. Not just the act itself but Asclepius had a reputation for knowing how to administer doses of poison and antidote, including snake venom, with such skill that he was able to bring the dead back to life. He was known in antiquity to be a master of resurrection thanks to his snakes. The Hopi & Dogon both use snakes in various ritual today when he was transformed into a constellation it was that of Ophiuchus, the serpent bearer.
The symbolism of snake is wisdom, health, and esoteric knowledge.
Ive spoken already about the dolichocephalous skulls found within Mayan temples, and in the ancient Mesopotamia and Egypt. These are the Shining Ones. They had the Knowledge. At Council of Nicea that ‘the powers of gods came from Egypt’. There was a Great White Brotherhood (named for their raiment), a prominent mystery school in Karnak. A branch of it became the Egyptian Therapeutate who in Judea were known as the Essenes. Jesus, being an Essene, most likely was initiated in Egypt at this mystery school, rising up the levels until he became a ‘Master’.
There were hundreds discovered in the Hypogeum, later they were stolen from the Maltese museum. Yet again, desecration of our ancestors to protect a narrative.
Maltas elongated Skullsthese skulls belonged to a profoundly wise culture of ‘serpent priests’. The long head must have given a serpent like appearance stretching the eyes and skin. Personally, I think people should stay away from sites such as this which still are held sacred to this day.
Professor Walter B. Emery, an Egyptologist, discovered some dolichocephalous skulls, in Egypt. Emery believed that this ‘race’ was highly dominant aristocracy that governed entire Egypt, mixing only with the aristocratic classes and the scholar associated them with the Shemsu Hor, the disciples of Horus.

What condor eats comes harmlessly from the earth and goes back to it. Puma has patience and strength. The snake travels to the underworld, and when it sheds its skin, is reborn, transformed.

Plumed Serpent is born when that which slithers over the Earth grows wings to be elevated to Heaven. Quetzalcóatl is a superior man, the inner circle of humanity, the link between gods and men. All men are made of earth, air, water, and fire ... But in their hearts and in their semen, each man has his own coatl, his own serpent, the energy of Tonatiuh, the power of the sun itself. And in this serpent sleeps consciousness, in this serpent is hidden his divinity. From this serpent his wings will grow"
Snakes in all forms. 2023.04.01 16:14 DoggieTamale 2005 G35 Coupe 6MT no start after trip. Need help diagnosing.
Hello all. I bought this car 200 miles away from home and it died 6 miles before getting home. It turns over and you can tell it almost wants to start, you can hear the compression and the soft muffled "pop" from the exhaust. Here is some relevant info. I picked up the car and drove 40 miles and it had consumed half a tank of gas. No SES light at this time. Stopped for gas, drive 5 mins and SES light came on however no change in the engine performance. I was cruising at a steady 75mph. After the SES light came on, the fuel mileage was phenomenal! I had used a quarter of a tank the rest of the 160mi with the light on. 6 miles from my house, on the freeway, I slowed down and downshifted since there was a collision on the side of the road. After passing it, shifted back to to 6th and 75mph, engaged the cruise control, it hesitated a little and the car died. The SES never flashed. After this I couldn't get it started. The car has 155k miles on it but I have zero information about it's history. I checked for codes and got 4 on my crappy Bluetooth OBD2 dongle. P0084 (status pending), P0078 (status pending), P0455 (status pending, and P0455 (status confirmed). Those first 2 are pretty scary to me but it seems that I do have spark since I can hear a small ignition pop when it turns over. Oil level shows low, about 2-3mm from the bottom of the hash marks on the dipstick. How screwed at I?? Is it something simple like a fuel pump or a sensor or am I gonna have to do the timing components. I've worked on cars for over a decade as a hobby but I've never had a newer import so this is a learning experience for me. I can test sensors with a multimeter if I know what to look for. Other than this nightmare issue, the car was a blast to drive for those 160mi!! Thanks y'all. I'm hoping I can get it back on the road and start enjoying it!
TLDR: 155K mi G35 Coupe 6MT. No start after driving 200mi. Possible has spark. SES on but never flashed. Codes P0084 (status pending), P0078 (status pending), P0455 (status pending, and P0455 (status confirmed).

2023.04.01 16:14 EquivalentInflation [Underwater hockey] A 100% legit and totally not fake sport, with real athletes. Except for those times it was used to smuggle fake athletes across borders in an elaborate scheme.
Right now, you're probably looking at your calendars, realizing what day it is, and figuring out that this post is a joke. "Nice try
u/EquivalentInflation" you think. "You'd have to be pretty stupid to think that this is a
real sport, you're pretty clearly doing an April Fools day bit. I mean, underwater hockey? Really? At least try for something believable."
Well, joke's on you motherfuckers, because this is 100%
real. That's right, I pranked you all by researching and writing an extremely niche writeup! I bet you feel pretty silly now.
No, seriously, this is real
Originally known as "Octopush", underwater hockey was created by a British diving club. It was a method for their members to train during the off season, while also having some fun. There are false rumors that it originated to train British commandos. While this would be very cool, no legitimate source for this has ever been found. Also, if this is really how the British military trains, I might understand why their empire fell apart.
Each team has six players (some variants have ten), each of whom is equipped with a snorkel, fins, and a small curved stick. The goal is to slide the puck across the ground into the opponents' goal. There are no goalies or even strongly defined positions besides a basic "forward" and "defense" arrangement -- and even then, everyone stays in motion, and positions shift, with strategies being very fluid. Unlike regular hockey, underwater hockey does not allow physical contact or fighting
because they're cowards. Now, six people on each team in such a small area may seem like a lot, but you're forgetting one crucial thing: humans are massive crybabies who "need to breathe oxygen". At any given time, a decent amount of both teams are floating near the surface, taking a breath and watching for an opening to dive back down.
My pathetic words can't truly capture the majesty of this sport, so
you can see some gameplay here.
The sport's popularity was originally hampered by the slightly inconvenient fact that it was incredibly boring to watch. You would just sit on the edge of a pool, see vaguely blurry shapes deep underwater, and every so often be informed that one of those blurry shapes had scored. Riveting. The other option was for spectators to also be in the pool, with goggles and snorkels of their own. This was better, but still heavily limited crowds. Recently, with modern improvements, underwater cameras which can capture the game are actually a possibility (although it's still difficult).
It's also remarkably egalitarian. Athletes don't become worthless once they're past their early 20s, and teams often compete with mixed genders. It's a sport where skill, quick thinking, and breath training are prized, meaning that it's far easier for the average person to be competitive than it is in, say, basketball.
The sport is experiencing a remarkable rise in popularity among many developing nations, especially in Asia. It makes sense: the sport requires some developed infrastructure (a pool is generally considered important), but has far less expensive equipment than many other sports. They also don't need to spend time playing catch up to international teams which have been competing professionally for decades, like they would with football or baseball. Finally, sort of like baseball in the US or hockey in Canada, it has become a source of pride, a sport which
they are very good at, which other nations aren't as great at. It's also quite popular in Australia, likely due to the fact that they can spend up to 17 hours underwater without going up for air.
There has also been a long and sustained push to get underwater hockey into the Olympics. Many of the sport's biggest contributors have worked tirelessly for this, believing that it will give them the legitimacy they need to kickstart an underwater renaissance. It's already a part of the Southeast Asian games (SEA), as well as some other international competitions. However, the idea pretty much only ever comes up when a sports website or newspaper needs some filler, and report that "Hey, these guys want to be in the Olympics". 90% of those articles basically go "Hey, did you guys know this
exists? Weird." So yeah, their quest for Olympic recognition isn't going great.
OK, but this isn't HobbiesExist, where's the drama?
There may be a followup to this post, as apparently the governing body of underwater hockey was shattered by vicious infighting in the early 2000s. Unfortunately, very very little of it has ever been recorded. Probably because, y'know, it's underwater hockey, and no one recorded the five whole people who cared).
But as I painstakingly scrape together every social media post I can find, and scour the Internet Archive, there is a far more intriguing story. Well, stor
ies, because believe it or not, this has happened multiple times.
In 2003, Canada women welcomed their Moldovan sisters with open arms. They had purchased a Moldovan flag, and were ready for Moldova's first female underwater hockey team to compete in a tournament. With epic sports music playing faintly in the background, this ragtag team of misfits went on to win the entire championship.
Except they didn't. Because they never actually showed up. As it turned out, the entire thing was a ploy to get them into the country in order to claim asylum status. We're not going to dive into the complex geopolitical realities of post-Soviet Eastern Europe, but suffice to say that Moldova can be Not Super Great, and a lot of people want to get out.
But this case involved far more than just a simple lie. According to an anonymous, snorkel masked source, who identified themselves as (and I shit you not), "Deep Trout", the entire scam was orchestrated by former "people movers" from the Soviet Union. They had built careers out of smuggling people out from under the noses of the Stasi. But this job required them to face their greatest foe yet: middle aged volunteers running an amateur sports event.
Supposedly, the team (which included women who could not swim, and did not know how to play underwater hockey) was taken by these people movers to Egypt. There, they could pretend to have gone through training as a team, so that everything would appear normal. This gave them the legitimacy needed to get travel visas to Canada for the event, after which, they immediately skipped the event and applied for asylum status, seeking new lives in Canada.
You may be thinking, "Wow, what idiots. I mean, how could anyone fall for that?" But you see, it gets better. Because this was the
second time Moldovans had pulled this trick. In 2000, a men's team from Moldova competed in an Australian underwater hockey tournament. Reportedly, they did not know how to put their fins on, and although they actually competed, they then lost 30-0 and 23-0, to Columbia and Argentina respectively. Immediately afterwards, the entire team applied for (and received) asylum.
OK, so that's kind of funny, but where's the drama?
Obviously, for most of us, this is just a funny story, with the added emotional satisfaction that these people were able to escape to a better future in the single most creative way possible. But many people in the underwater hockey world were less than thrilled.
As has been mentioned earlier (and probably should be self evident), many organizers of underwater hockey feel like their sport isn't viewed as legitimate or treated with respect. This is likely because most people don't view it as legitimate, and don't treat it with respect.
They were concerned that these events could further damage their reputation, and ruin their shot at being in the Olympics. After all, "sport which is only used to flee to a new nation" doesn't exactly scream "legitimate peak of athletics". Even just the optics of it was bad, let alone the worry that more states might start denying travel visas to underwater hockey players
Although the Moldovan women's' response was never recorded, it was likely something along the lines of "I lost my family in the riots when we broke free from the USSR, and was in constant fear of being kidnapped for sex trafficking, but I'm really sorry that people might make fun of your sport now".
Fortunately, in the end, all was well that ended well. People wrote a few news articles, and wrote a few jokes, but the prophesied destruction of the sport never came true. In the end, it was all just water off a puck's back.
A brief word
Before I close, I just want to make something clear: Yes, I have made a lot of jokes about underwater hockey throughout all those. Partly because that's what I do, but also because it is a genuinely ridiculous concept. However, none of that is meant to be malicious. Researching this writeup, I found out more and more about a community that seems genuinely welcoming, which loves their sport, and which has a tremendous amount of skill and effort involved in it. At the end of the day, underwater hockey isn't inherently weirder than a sport like baseball. They just got the short end of the stick, and made up their weird rules too late. And it's not their fault that they can't afford to freeze the water they're playing in.
