The packaged service would be priced per project, while subscriptions would be available for one project at a time.
The prices would be more affordable than in-house options while maintaining the quality of an agency, ranging from watercolor renderings to realism.

Phew!! Had one of the most stressful days of my life yesterday and I know if you’re here you’re in the same boat I was. You need to pass an unsupervised urine drug screen. Here is how I passed mine using the Testclear powdered human urine. Sorry this will be long but I know I wanted every detail when I was searching through here. TLDR at bottom.
I am an early 20s female and have smoked weed nightly before bed for about 10 years to help with my PTSD and it’s accompanying symptoms like insomnia and anxiety (yes as a child too which was unfortunate but my childhood is why I have PTSD). I have attempted to stop in the past but it was not something that was possible for me if I wanted to live a normal life. Unfortunately, I live in an illegal state and on top of that I am an RN, so regardless of whether I go to a legal state or not it is still not acceptable for marijuana to show up on any drug screen. I knew I could not stop long enough for it to leave my system after using it daily for so many years so I decided I would have to go a different route. After a lot of research I decided to use the real human powdered urine as I was going to be tested at the hospital’s facility and wasn’t sure how advanced their testing would be.
Ordering: I ordered the human powdered urine kit from testclear with regular shipping as I knew I had time to wait. I ordered on a Monday and it actually came within 2 days so if you can risk it taking a bit longer don’t overpay for quick shipping since it’s already quick if you order during business hours. The kit came with a 50mL tube, vial of powdered urine, 1 pack of toe warmer stickers, and a thermometer strip sticker for the tube. They offer add ons like an extra tube for water in case the place you’re going to needs a larger sample, extra toe warmers, as well as a digital thermometer to confirm accuracy of the temperature strip. I opted to go on Amazon and buy additional toe warmers and temperature strips to stick on the tube as that was cheaper and the digital thermometer beeps which increases the risk of getting caught. Most urine tests need a minimum of 30mL so I decided to just bring the 50mL tube and risk it, luckily that was enough.
Pre-test: I spent the day before practicing with the tube filled with just water. I stuck multiple temperature strips on it, stuck on one toe warmer, and started a stop watch. I observed the temperature in about 15 minute increments to see how long it needed to get to the right temp. I also tried it with 2 toe warmers but there was not much of a difference between one and two. It took about 20 minutes for it to get up to 94 and 30 minutes to 100. The sample needs to be between 90-100°. I also timed how long it took to cool down after taking the toe warmer off and it took about 45 minutes for it to fall below 90. I then practiced going to the bathroom and pouring it. I tried different clothing to see what could conceal it best and I ended up using bike shorts as they held it close to my body and didn’t make noise.
Day of: The day of the test I wore a dress that hugs my body well so it wouldn’t appear I was concealing anything. Under the dress I wore bike shorts. The facility was a 20 minute drive so right before I left the house I added the powdered urine to 50mL of RO water and shook vigorously to dissolve it. Then I stuck one toe warmer on and put it in my purse in the sun on my passenger seat. When I got there it was at 100° so I took off the toe warmer and I put the tube in the shorts right under my labia between my thighs (I’m 5’3, 135lbs if that matters so my thighs are a little thicc). In that spot it wasn’t bulging out from the front or back only from below where no one would see. It also wasn’t uncomfortable to sit or walk so I wouldn’t look sus. I was definitely worried about the temperature not staying right as I ended up having to wait 1.5 hours before my test but at the same time the toe warmer might have made it too hot for my skin and harder to cool when I needed it. I took the test in an office that had the bathroom in it so the nurse was at her desk while I was behind a door right across from her. In the bathroom I got the tube out of my shorts and checked the temp which was 98 (thank god). I started peeing in the toilet then stopped and grabbed the cup and poured the urine in at the same rate as my stream. Then I closed the cup lid and continued peeing in the toilet while putting the tube back in my shorts. It was a key cup that gave immediate results so I took it out to her and sat while it finished. It was clean!!
TLDR: Testclear powdered human urine will give you a clean result. The most important thing is keeping it between 90-100°. Do this by putting a toe warmer on the tube for at least 20 minutes before entering the facility then removing the warmer and concealing the tube close to your body to maintain the right temperature until your test. Also, don’t drop the tube.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE MY LITTLE BROTHER'S FRIEND. He is a crusty iPad kid, cries for any reason, and him and his family come over to our house VERY OFTEN, and they stay like a week or two. My mom makes food for a blog and as a hobby, and every time they hear she's making something, they instantly say some shit like "Wow I am craving (dish name) right now. Can we come over?" They're actual parasites, and me and my stepdad absolutely HATE THEM.
Every single time I try to spend time with my brother, and teach him stuff like how to play video games, his crusty ass comes in my room and makes me teach him too, and I really want to say no, but then his parents will come over and give me a shitty lecture about "being kind to everyone" or some bullshit like that, and he cries if anything doesn't go his way. This morning he asked me to print some coloring pages for him, and I told him that we don't have a lot of ink left. He instantly started crying, he ran around the house and went to his mom to complain. Also, earlier he pushed my brother off his chair, causing him to hit his head on the floor, and BIT HIS EYEBROW.
I probably sound crazy, but every time I see him I get an overwhelming urge to slap him into next week. He has shitty Youtube Shorts humour, and makes weird jokes like GRABBING MY BROTHER'S PRIVATE PARTS, ENCOURAGING MY BROTHER TO HURT OUR CAT, ETC.

in October 2021 he found his son dead because he died due to covid and his son refused hospital treatment due to him absorbing his dads view points on Covid; his dad being so out of touch convinced him and other people he was following online that the hospitals in colorado springs were getting paid to kill people with covid...

Now after having to take sole custody and him getting the police called on him 4 times due to his actions he is getting angry to the point of screaming at his cats because i personally have my door shut to calm down because im frustrated to the point we have all this food he doesn't eat; organic canned soup, organic ramen, frozen spaghetti; because he claims we don't have enough food and we should drop and spend 200+ on organic food because his sites say the government will shut down (4th + year in him saying this) he also insists on me buying Zims and XRP crypto based on the Gesara and Nesara conspiracy... he has gotten violent against me and both or names are on the lease of the apartment; i know he needs mental help badly but isn't getting treated for it and is only thinking everyone else is at fault because we get upset because literally he could watch 1 video saying for example taylor swift was in gitmo....when she sold out the football arena in town 2 nights in a row....my dad has completely lost it and i can't keep supporting him

There is one undeveloped lot in our neighborhood of about 130 SFH. The president wants to look into selling the lot to fund the reserves because there is $0. The problem is, the people on either side of this lot are claiming they were told at the time of purchase that this was “green space” and it would never be developed. To my knowledge, there is not any proof of this, nothing in the CCRs/homeowner paperwork from buying the house, etc. It is literally a lot that has so many trees, no one is able to use the space for anything at all. Having the empty undeveloped forest of a lot does not help the community at all, cannot be enjoyed by the community in any way, and honestly is an eye sore (to me).
The lawyer for the HOA was contacted about selling the lot, and he said yes, it could be sold. Once the community was approached about it, that’s when the new information about the “green space” deals was given to us. The attorney said since it was having so much push back, to maybe just forget about it for now.
We are in the process of conducting a reserves study bc this HOA/POA has been horribly ran since it’s inception in 2019/2020. Once we raised the dues (less than $20 additional a YEAR), everyone went ballistic. Our dues are $380 a year. Thats it. The POA has easements, landscaping, the roads, the street lights, a pool, and a tore up swing set. Not a playground literally one of those metal swings that has the 3 seats, something like an old school swing set at the school playground. And a ton of other every day expenses. I think our dues are too low as it is and we would not be able to sustain at this level. So I absolutely know that no one will want to do a special assessment to fund the reserves. No one wants the dues to go up each and every year. We’ve tried to find alternative ways to get the reserves funded, but we run into roadblocks.
What would you do in this type of situation? It mildly annoys me that the neighbors on either side can just claim they were told something (but by who? Did they even have the authority to tell them that? Did they even have the right information?) and we have to just say “oh ok”.

And it’s just amazing how much the conversation around child raising has changed in 10-15 years.
I remember the way she was talking about child rearing being kinda revolutionary for many people. However many of the ideas I see are now obvious or out of date.
It’s also interesting how you can clearly see evidence of generational trauma in the parents.
When I saw how a father completely shifted gears between his son and daughter saying things like “you just raise boys differently”. No, that was abusing your son.

I’m under contract on my first home and I’m so grateful /excited! I lived with my parents and saved for awhile and have saved the 20% down on my purchase price $365k (Western NC near Asheville).
I qualify for a conventional loan but my credit and rates are not the best so my rate lock for conventional is currently 7.6%. My lender said that if the house appraises for the purchase value (we are almost certain it will) then I could switch mortgage products to an FHA loan for a full point’s savings on the interest rate, and have the ability to put considerably less down.
I will have to buy most major appliances for the first time, and I do not have a considerable emergency savings. My hope was to pay down my mortgage aggressively but having more cash reserves and breathing room related to the costs of new homeownership is looking very attractive.
Does anyone have any advice on what to consider related to conventional vs FHA loan?

When L got back home, I went to talk to him, he understood I didn't like K but didn't know how hurt I was. We talked it out and are now fine, despite me still being angry at him for being an idiot.
I don't know K. We have talked a total of 3 times max. I know it would be a bad idea to talk to K myself due to this, so I just feel helpless. I have had to talk to some friends outside of this just to confirm I'm not being jealous and controlling to be concerned about an overly familiar friend of 6 months. I have no other problems with any of his other friends, new or old. Just K. Having our date purposefully hijacked by someone who openly flirts with my boyfriend in front of me is beyond the pale.
J will be setting boundaries with them on Sunday. How do I stop feeling anxious while I wait for him to set boundaries with K?

We have a house in the outskirts of Niš and I am soon going to inherit it. I live in Sweden and by best friend is also half balkan, but he is half Croat from Dalmatia. I want to bring him here and he would love to come. He speaks the language fluently but with a Croatian accent of course.
My father says that he will be treated just fine here, but I wanted to make sure. Can I bring my friend here without having to encounter any problems? I want to add that he is very friendly, not ignorant, and would not provoke anything with anyone. In Sweden all people from Yugoslavia are totally chill with eachother, in my experience. So me and my best friend, Benedict were in a quite big friend group. It was us, another pair of two best friends and another friend. Our friend, lets call her pencil was best friends with Vicky but had another friend who we will call moon. We were a very nice friend group although moon wasnt really in touch with us, she was mostly talking with pencil in private chat. One day as we were having fun in the group chat, cracking jokes and talking, pencil started insulting me and Benedict out of nowhere. By this point, I think it is right to mention that she has verbally and physically abused us many times "as a joke". She started saying that we are not enough for her and that we are annoying and a whole lot of other insults that I am not sure I can repeat here. When she started getting even more and more rude we just had to cut off with her. While that was happening she was also comparing Vicky with moon saying that Vicky is also not enough for her, only moon is and other stuff that she said to us too. We all cut off with her and it was me Benedict and Vicky and then pencil remained with moon. Soon after Vicky seemed to take after pencils' bad habits so we had to cut off with her too. Me and Benedict are not the people to forgive and forget, no, if you do us wrong we will not let you get away with it that easily. We did what was right to do, we made a fake account and we texted pencil. Now, we knew that pencil was a horse girl but one thing that would hit her in the spot was that she is a drop out. She dropped out of school because she was too lazy so we knew how to get our revenge. At first we started texting her as if we want to be friends with her, she agreed and seemed sweet to our fake account. Then she started telling us her side of the story from when we cut off once she got comfortable with the account. As she was telling the story we noticed that she switched moons' name so we corrected her and that's when she got scared. She kept asking "who is this" "how do you know moon". We said it was just a silly guess but then we started bullying her. I dont remember much as it has been a long time since that but some things we said to her will never leave my head. I have owned this PC for about a year now and honestly it has been a dream come true. I overkilled on the amount of fans (RPMS stayed nice and low) to the point where this thing was basically an air conditioner all year round. I have a bunch of (if not all) accessories for the case as well as the Noctua CPU cooler. The PC originally had a 3080 ti which was purchased secondhand and undervolted since day 1, never any issues and ran all games flawlessly at 1440p. Never messed with the 12600k because I didn't feel the need to.
The PC does have 2 small issues. The first one being the retainer clip on the primary PCIe slot broke off (pictured in timestamps). I have found it to be purely cosmetic because the mounting screws do 99% of the work anyway. My 3080 ti used to be installed without any issues or sagging. I can throw in my EZ GPU bracket just out of extra precaution and safety for the buyer. Second issue is one of the USB-A ports on top of the case doesn't work and I never bothered figuring out why since the motherboard had so many available.
The EVGA 3080ti still has (as of 6/4/23) 595 days left of a transferable warranty on it. I still have the original box (has a tear across the front) and all the accessories that came with it.
I am selling the PC and the cards due to lack of playing time. Bought a house recently and fixing it up has taken up most of my time and will take even more of it up with the summer coming since I'm a teacher and get the time off.
Looking to get $540 w/o GPU or $1100 with the 3080 ti.

i have a large box of my ex’s stuff that has been sitting in my apartment for the 3+ months we've been broken up now. I want it out of here because as long as I have it, it feels like there's a possibility of us talking/meeting but it's definitely never happening.

can't decide if this is appropriate or I should just drop it off, or if it's really better for me to just keep the box in my closet and hope I forget it's there until she maybe one day possibly asks for it back or sends a friend for it.

My current internet is 1Gb fiber coming in through my bedroom to a asus wifi router. My homelab is currently in my upstairs loft connected to my network with the use of a wireless extender. I have an ethernet cable going from the extender to an unmanaged switch to provide my lab connectivity. I am fortunate enough to be getting a free cable internet connection I can have hooked up in my loft for my homelab. My fiber connection is more stable, so I am keeping that for my house and the cable for work/homelab. What I am trying to accomplish is combing both LANs so I don't have to switch networks to reach either side. I have multiple solutions, but I am not sure which would be best and most economical. My asus router has static routing capabilities so that can stay the same, but the cable router does not, so I will be putting that into bridge mode.
Option 1. Add a 4 port nic to my dl360 gen 9 and run an opensense vm. Option 2. Use my cisco 3560x and a lenovo 700 tiny as a ROAS(seems excessive) Option 3. Use the 3560x as a router and switch Optio 4. Get a microtik hex or TP-Link ER605 V2
Any advice is appreciated.
